Excellent burgers! The make your own burger was awesome. Highly recommend the bison burger and onion rings! Everything was delicious!

The food is great! The Wagyu beef is excellent! Their normal fries are excellent! Shakes are really good. Staff is nice. I like the ordering process (dry erase menu and marker) and they don't make you feel rushed . I wish they didn't get a run on fries or ingredients on the weekends.

We really loved the burgers here! Great flavor and so many options. We will definitely be back here. The service was friendly and quick but didn't feel rushed. The sliders were also pretty yummy. I wish the fried chicken wings had been sauced, but they were cooked right. Would recommend eating here.

I had never been there before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I found out that you can pick what you want. I wanted to be adventurous, so I tried The Bison burger with a few different kinds of cheese. I had pickled jalapenos, green and black olives, garlic, aiole, Mayonnaise, as well as tater tots, and it was one of the best I've ever had. The idea that you can personalize, it makes it that much better.

We recently visited the Canton location of Basement Burger Bar with a Groupon, and it was just as great as we’ve come to expect from the Farmington spot we frequent. The quality is always consistent, fresh, flavorful burgers made just the way you want them. The Canton location had the same laid back vibe but not in a basement, friendly service, and solid food that keeps us coming back. Always a great experience and definitely one of our go to burger places!

Ive always love this location, feels homey but the last 3 times I have came and brought ppl to show the amazing burgers to they have been less then. To start we were told it was a 15-20 min wait, after 40 mins we realized they took us off the waiting list. Then last night 3 out of 4 of our burgers were under cooked. Well done had pink in it still and medium well was more med rare. We sent them back to get recooked and they were still rare when they were returned. My fries were taken with my burger, then not redelivered with my burger. Had to wait an addional 5-10mins for fries. By the time my fries came everyone else was done with they're food. I think this locations needs to look into better staff including the manager who didnt do anything to accommodate the aweful service and food. At the end of the night we paid $80+ to only be able to eat half the food and took almost 2.5 hours out of our day for nothing. The servers also need to be required to have they're hair up. My server shouldn't go from touching her hair to touching my food. Lastly with this being the "location that does milkshakes" why do you guys never have whats needed to make them now? Last 3 times I've been told no shakes weren't available besides if you do the challenge🤔

I came in to have lunch with a potential business partner. We received excellent service. The menu was easy to follow, and our waitress very patient as it was our first time dining here. We ordered an appetizer, drink, and burgers- everything was fantastic! The manger came to our table to check in on us and to make sure we were happy with everything. I will definitely be going back, and will have more business meetings here.

Folks were super attentive and the food was phenomenal! The beef burger was delicious, and so was the pulled pork. I want to come again!!
