Good food, great service, fast. Food cooked correctly, burger medium well was spot on! When I got here I was so hungry I forgot to photograph my bacon cheese burger. But if you’re wondering what a full side of onion rings looks like , minus maybe three then checkout this photo. I clearly didn’t need a full order but they were great!

It wasn't that busy when we first arrived. However, it took over an hour to get our food. (2 simple burger, 1 burger that was build your own, a simple salad, and pretzels.) Our waiter didn't come to check on us, apologize, or ask if we would like more to drink, etc. Our daughter ordered a simple salad and that came out wrong. Luckily was quickly fixed. The waiter never came back to check on us, ask if we needed refills, etc while we were eating. The food was very good!

We ate outside on one of their three patio tables right in the heart of Downtown Farmington. Our toddler daughter had a great menu to pick from, and she enjoyed the crayons and paper they brought her as well. Milk is offered for the kids, along with a lot of other choices. My husband and I built our own burgers and got a full order of sweet potato fries with a cinnamon butter sauce to share, and I got a side salad as well. He got a beer, and I got a pop. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. We always loved eating here, and it was great to bring our daughter here too.

I will the design of the Basement Burger Bar is very cool.   It has asimple design in a basement and very cool Idea.    The Service was decent. I ordered one of their specialty drink.   The taste was great for the Manhattan drink.   My issue was the drink was not halfway filled when I got it with ice.    The Orange peel and cherry stat on top of the ice.    For the price of $10,   it was not worth it. Basement Burger Bar is designed on the idea of make your own burger.  They had several options to choose.   I chose a "premade" option.  It was the Blue Burger.    The Burger tasted wonderful.   The issue with the burger was I ordered it Medium Rare. I expect to see pink.  As you see, I got a medium burger. The fries tasted good.   To me, they were not the pricing when it felt like a quarter plate. Overall... Would I try this place again? Yes I would skip the drink and fries and order the burger rare.

This place was fantastic! Our service was great. The food was superb. Make your own burger was a great option for all of us although some of us ordered from the menu and it was outstanding as well. It's a cute clean establishment that could get busy quickly. We came in between peak hours and there was plenty of seating. Whitney was pleasant and took care of us. We will definitely be back soon!

This is a really nice place for weekend dinner parties. They have an excellent collection of beers and cocktails, along with of course a great deal of choices when it comes to your own custom made burger. The place can get crowded over weekends and it may be difficult to find a cozy spot to sit. But overall a very nice location to have delicious food and drinks!

Waitress Victoria was very slow with service. I will be right back, ment wait 10-15 minutes.Couldn't get three out of three bills correct. Tried to charge us with regular price on happy hour items. Charged for a beer that wasn't ordered. Added tip to total but called it a suggestion . Nice try.
