I visited the museum to see the exhibition From Monet to Warhol that runs for a few months, and I absolutely loved it. Having this opportunity, I also explored again the permanent exhibition, which is truly worth seeing — not only because of the artworks themselves, but also because of the way everything is presented. The colors of the walls, the lighting that highlights the paintings, and the overall curatorial approach make the experience exceptional. The presentation of the artwork in this museum is simply amazing. If you take a closer look, you’ll notice that many paintings are protected by glass. In general, there is no issue with taking photos, but it’s best to avoid using flash. This museum is clearly a major investment and it’s absolutely worth visiting — again and again, especially when new temporary exhibitions are on.

Incredible museum with a stunning permanent collection. You have literal powerhouses of art right at your fingertips for a free entrance! Unbelievable! And the brilliantly curated Monet to Warhol exhibition is divine! I will return at least one more time to view it. Never seen such perfectly displayed and lit art, honestly!

The museum is very interesting but the experience during the guided tour is horrible. The museum is completely packed and there's no space to manage to properly see any of the paintings. The guides are stressed out so try to move around fast which creates a very stressful experience. I wish they would have come up with a maximum amount of guests that can be at the museum at once but I guess making as much profit as possible is more important than the guests being able to actually see the works. Very disappointing

If you like traditional art, this collection is well worth the visit. It includes a small selection of works by well known impressionist artists and Contemporary Greek artist. The gallery is a stand out modern, accessible design, the stair-well itself is visually stunning and there's also a modern lift that would take a wheelchair. The mezzanine has a delightful, restful cafe serving breakfast and lunch. Recommended!

Beautiful art gallery. Youll find monet, van gogh, Picasso and many more. The cafe is also very nice with nice selection of food and some good wine as well. Temporary exhibit id and extra 6 euro and is only one floor while 12 euro vers you the permanent exhibit of 4 floors.

Visited for the very first time to see the “From Monet to Warhol” exhibition and left thoroughly amazed. Truly exceptional presentation and curation. Same goes for the permanent collection. Well worth the visit!

Sensational collection! So many incredible works by the most famous of artists and it also introduced me to contemporary Greek Art as well. A wonderful cafe as well when you need a break. A must for lovers of Modern Art.
