We got an oreo pizza pie. A pie feeds 8. The brownie crust has a nice texture and the size is just right to fit in our tight free,er.

Waffle cone was stale af and customer service was horrible. The cashier chick kept mumbling and was getting upset that I couldn't understand her mumbling, smdh. 1/10.

I placed an order via doordash and the app was glitchy and not letting me pick the flavor of ice cream. I called the store and Jack was very helpful and understanding. They happily fulfilled my request .Great customer service! :)

It is what you would expect, delicious icecream and kind customer service. I recomend pineapple coconut flavor

Came in today,. 9/6/2021 Labor Day @6:20 pm. There was only one other customer inside and she was buying a cake. There were 5 employees in the store and just my luck, I get the one withe the f'ed up attitude. I'm pretty friendly, older and I utilize a lot of restraint dealing with some of these young people who were raised in a different kind of household, or want to test the customer to see if one will jump over the counter. This chick who's very short with the extensive false eyelashes, has nothing but pure attitude and rolled her eyes. Who needs the drama for 2 scoops of ice cream for $6.69?🙄

Great ice cream shop at a nice location. Lots of flavors to choose from. The scoop is unbelievable big. Love the chocolate mint smoothie. Definitely need to give it a try. We tried green tea, pink bubblegum, wild’n reckless sherbet, very berry strawberry ice cream. Kids loved it.

Bought 2 hand-packed 1lb 8oz tubs. I thought they might be light so I actually weighed them and they were each 1lb or less so 1/2 lb light each tub. Keep in mind they $11 a piece. I drove back yesterday, they apologised and packed them correctly. No offer of any courtesy for my trouble! I asked for a single scoop, the girl was visibly annoyed "we can't do that " her colleague gave permission. Ugh if they weren't the only local store with my seasonal favourite I would not go back. Cannot recommend

I am shocked this place does not get more 4- or 5-star reviews! In addition to their signature creative flavors (Oreos Coffee Brew, Cookie Monster, Jamoca Almond Fudge), their classics are pretty good too (Pralines and Cream, Mint Chocolate Chip). Now, I can't say the ice cream itself is the best, as some of the flavors taste artificial (Daiquiri Ice is the worst thing ever and for someone who loves Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia, the Cherries Jubilee falls so short)...but I'm bumping this location up to 5 stars because of their Jamoca Almond Fudge mud pie and their incredible ice cream cakes. You can customize to your heart's delight and they always deliver a beautiful end result. It has been 30+ years but we always know we can rely on BR--consistency is key!

Store is tiny but had a good amount of flavors. Ice cream is a little melty but the customer service was great. The two girls were quick to say hello and offer samples. The ice cream is subpar but my husband was craving chocolate peanut butter so he only got a scoop.

Fast and friendly service with a smile is what I got when J came in today with my niece and sister. We had just gone to round table but wanted a quick dessert. Right next door there is baskjn Robbins with all the tasty ice cream and more like cakes or shakes. My favorite is the chocolate chip but my niece says mint chip is the best.

Baskin Robbin's is like the original ice cream shop growing up. I wish they still had the $1 scoop days but I think that stopped years ago. My all time favorite mint chocolate chip is from baskin Robbin's because of the shredded pieces of chocolate, they're not huge chunks. Pralines and cream was also a popular one, my friends got the flavor of the month-- beach day which had salted caramel and chocolate chunks. You also can't go wrong with chocolate chip cookie dough. They sell ice cream cakes at baskin Robbin's still too and they are pretty pricy like over $50. They also have ice cream pies that are a little more affordable. I prefer the cake cones because it's not as messy towards the end of your ice cream. Service was great, the workers were kind and fast. This shop is located in a shopping plaza so parking is fairly easy and not too busy. I always feel nostalgic going into a Baskin Robbin's. This store is located by the water too, such a nice sunset view!

Half the time that I call them, they are always out of the Waffle Cones, they know that it's the most popular thing on the menu, so why not make sure that they have enough for the entire day. This happens a lot and they never do anything to fix it. It's an on going issue month after month. And I would not give them any stars, but unfortunately I have to give them one star just so that this gets posted

Came in to get two scoops for my son and I to share as we walked next to the water behind the shop. We ordered the wild n reckless and he loved it. The gentlemen helping us was quick and had us in and out within 5-7 minutes. Although a small location, perfect for your quick scoop needs.

I love my neighborhood Baskin Robbins!! The service is always friendly and can't go wrong with my favorite pralines and cream. I recently got an Oreo ice cream cake for my kids birthday and it was a hit with everyone.

There's several places in Alameda to get ice cream, but I prefer this Baskin Robbins (BR). This is the Baskin-Robbins in the Nobhill Shopping Center on Blanding Ave, near the Fruitvale Bridge. It's also the site of the Keanu Reeves sighting, when he was seen here eating an ice cream cone in 2020. My latest visit was on a Saturday evening, after returning from a roadtrip. They still limit people inside for social distancing, and also there's not much space inside. The lady ahead of me was looking at the ice cream cakes, and I wasn't sure if I should step ahead of her. The friendly order taker waved me over, and I asked for 2 scoops in a cup. Now, that 2 scoop container looked small, so I switched to the Triple Scoop. OMG, three ice cream choices.....I went- Chocolate Mint, Pineapple-Coconut, and Jamoca Coffee. Big 'O scoops! Nice and neat. I'm telling you, the cup looked small in the store! When he handed it to me it looked like a huge tub! Good ice cream. Why only 4-stars? Because it's arkward to wait and pay when the customers ahead of you pay and then don't leave the store. The couple ahead of me paid, and then stood there eating their ice cream. I just said "excuse me" and stepped in front of them. Oh well, you can't really social distance inside this store. Baskin Robbins brings me back to my childhood...waiting on that birthday coupon for a free scoop and tasting half the options before I could decide which flavor :) This year, I got one of their gorgeous ice cream cakes! My a unicorn cake was mint chocolate chip on top of a chocolate cake and OMG was it to die for !!! It was so good! But also, cost a little over $50, so not something we'll be getting again anytime soon. We also tried a fruit smoothie and got a double scoop recently, and I must say, I'll be getting a single scoop from now on, it was huge! And so good, of course.

WHEN: Tuesday @5:30pm Thanks to T-Mobile, I had just a few hours left to redeem my $5 credit! Never thought I'd step foot into a Baskin Robbins again, yet where we are. They really have a great set-up since the pandemic for safety reason and I am impressed: - One door for entry only: the side door. - One door for exit only: the front door. - Only one group/party are allowed inside at a time (it's a very small and narrow space). - There is a huge plastic shield over the entire counter. - There is hand sanitizer at the register. - The entire staff wears both gloves and masks I'm glad they placed the chart of flavors they have outside while I waited, so by the time I was next, I knew what I wanted to order: SINGLE SCOOP - $3.69 Flavor: OREO® 'n Cold Brew Made from real cold brew concentrate, this cold brew flavored ice cream is irresistibly smooth and rich. Plus it's sprinkled with pockets of sweet OREO® cookies and pulled together with a delicious cookie ribbon. It really was amazing and I was impressed. I just love those itty bitty crumbles of crunch in every bite! And they really did create those ribbons of cookies--I don't know how but its there. I love cookies n cream flavor ice-cream and I love coffee flavored ic flavored ice cream....this is the best of both worlds. WAFFLE BOWL - $0.99 I would have gotten the FANCY ($1.49) which is chocolate dipped but the didn't have any, so this will do. Why not. I had room in my $5 credit to spend. The waffle bowl was actually pretty good--it was not stale and it just went so well with the ice cream! I don't usually get waffle cones but I sure am glad I did. The entire crew were quite friendly and welcoming. I honestly don't know if they allowed samples right now--I didn't ask. I just knew I would love the OREO® 'n Cold Brew. Even though its just one scoop, its a huge one. I shared this with one other adult and I think this is the amount of ice cream 2 adults should consume, and it was quite filling! PARKING: It's in a shared lot, and this Baskin Robbins doesn't seem to be busy often so there will always be parking spot open in front. Thank you Baskin Robbins for making my Tuesday feel like Friday!

So disappointed, either the girl serving me does not know how to scoop ice cream or their scoop sizes are for toddlers. I bought a Banana Royale paid $12.59 only to get half the ice cream and hardly any strawberry topping. I literally got a soup spoon full of each flavor and very little strawberry topping. I do not recommend this place you don't get your moneys worth! This was at Blanding Ave. in Alameda Ca.

Ice cream cake has been our birthday treat. Living in the island for almost 5 years, we have not come to this shop for an ice cream cake. We decided to give it a try. The staff was so patient with me for my questions such as design, flavors, and pricing. I Ended up getting a 6" two-flavor all ice cream cake ( good for 4 adults and 2 little kids). It turned out great and we were so pleased with the flavors, design, and the cost. We will have another birthday coming up in two weeks. We will be back!

Ordered two B&B Sundaes, DoorDash to be delivered. Realized I was going to pay more for the Sundaes through a third-party. Arrived absolutely melted, had no sauce. Just two scoops of melted ice cream. Paid very high price

I treated my parents and myself today for three two-scoop sundaes. The gentleman who took our orders was really nice and not only gave us huge scoops of ice cream, but also gave us generous portions for the toppings and was patient with my mom and I when we tried samples. When I asked if they gave military discount, the gentleman who was assisting us asked his coworker and both of them said they didn't know, so I asked if they could ask the manager and the other gentleman went to go ask. A lady rang us up and gave us the military discount. I didn't notice any tables or chairs for people to sit and eat their ice cream, it seems more like a grab-and-go location. Will come back here for sure.

Nice clean location with good customer service. The ice cream is usually pretty good and the serving size sometimes varies depending on employees. The only thing I wish would be better is the wait time. Sometimes you get stuck waiting forever behind a customer when other employees are available to help and don't.

Very friendly service with a great selection of ice cream, and a greater selection of Ice Cream cakes! Their cakes are decorated very well and they taste amazing! While they are on the pricier side, they are well worth it! We will be back here again!

I asked my husband to hold onto the receipt while I make a mad dash to Baskin Robbins, which is close by, for their $1.50 a scoop ice cream in a cup, hoping there wasn't a long line of customers. Whew, there were only three people in front of me. It is only on the 31st of the month that Baskin Robbins sells a scoop of ice cream for $1.50 plus tax (total: $1.64). I don't even remember when was the last time I stepped into a Baskin Robbins. It has to be more than 10 years ago. In the past, being a baseball nut (A's fan), baseball nut ice cream was my all time favorite. Mmmm...vanilla bean ice cream with chopped cashews and swirled with black raspberry ribbon. Now I cannot eat a lot of ice cream due to health reason. I have to watch my sugar intake. I can only have a scoop of ice cream in moderation (2 sittings). I bought a scoop of strawberry cheesecake ice cream for my husband. He enjoyed it and said it was yummy. I was somewhat surprised that he ate the ice cream with no side effects since he is lactate intolerant. Service was quick and friendly. I will return to get my baseball nut ice cream in the near future. I am not going to wait until July. That seasonal flavor might not be available at that time.

Wow...probably the best Baskin Robbin's you'll ever experience. Amazing service and variety! You can literally sample every flavor without feeling bad about it. Definitely felt welcomed. The flavors are also decent/good. I tried the Cookie Dough, Mint, and Mocha...yes please! You can also customize your cake! Just let them know what you want and they will try their best to match your description. Around the corner, there is also a very nice walk/sit down area right by the water. Absolutely beautiful and quiet. There is water and boats. Great to relax and walk around while enjoying your ice cream. Definitely give the Alameda Baskin Robbin's a try!

Honetly I loveeee baskin robbin but every time I come Here at alameda it's allways something the waffle cone taste like old ass fuck iwasnt even available to eat it ! Grosss !! This happen 3 times already . The first time Iwas like fuck it iguess , 2nd time Iwas on my way home so Ididnt wanna come back But this 3rd time Ijust feel so mad like why you guys can just make the waffle fresh ? Like how many days you guys have the food in there . Honetly Ijist feel like that's not right if ppl trust to eat something good anand you guys don't care to give the waffles like that ? Iguess ‍ don't get sorpise if you guys lost costumers .

After a grocery run at Nob Hill in a cold evening, my son said he had a crave for ice cream, and there right in front of us was Baskin Robbins, which is in the same shopping center. It's cozy inside and we're greeted warmly. I didn't know what flavor to get. The lady who served me was very nice, she offered me to sample her recommendation, and kept on giving me few more to sample. I ended up getting the pistachio almond and my son got the chocolate chip cookie dough, his all time favorite. While being served, I had a good chat with this lady. She's actually the new owner of this Baskin Robbins. She plans on doing a lot of more fancy customized ice cream cakes than the previous owner. That's great! And with this welcoming and excellent service, I will come back again and again!

Popped in during lunch because I just had to have some ice cream after eating nothing but a smoothie earlier (I know, not good). I just needed something sweet. I couldn't believe a 2-scoop sundae was nearly $6, but it was SO good and the young lady working was really sweet.

I like to go here because the place is calm and we can enjoy the view while we eat ice cream but the service is very poor they don't really give you what you pay for the ice cream in other Baskin Robbins they make sure your Ice cream is fill if is a cup or give you a good amount if is a cone and I think is only fair since they have expensive prices for the ice cream I mean for a 2 scoops price is like getting a bucket at a store but kids want something different from time to time and this one disappoint us a little they gave us less ice cream and they were rushing us tooooo much and I didn't think they gave us good service I don't think I'll be coming here much yes it is closer to me but not worth the drive for poor portions or the rush of hurrying people up to order and give less ice cream for that price is not worth it we love the view outside so if we go We can go to the store and buy Ice cream inside the store instead way cheaper

I do like their ice creams though some are too sweet. I pulled out another star due to the the fact that they still use those pink (single-use) PLASTIC spoon instead of wood or a more friendly material. Finally, San Mateo sidewalks resembles by now, with also so many people eating outside, San Francisco - stained, dirty, some pee smell. These businesses have to call Pubic Works to come power-wash the downtown streets at least once or twice a month.

I ordered a unicorn cake for my daughter's birthday and it turned out great! Ordering was a breeze. Received so many compliments for it and it was delicious! The cake was moist and fresh and the icing wasn't too sweet. Will definitely be ordering ice cream cakes from here again!

They are in the middle of plaza. I came because my friend told me they have all day special today. And this is the first time I try BR ice cream. And this is good. I ordered two scoops which is strawberry and cotton candy. The staff gave me some samples to try I know some times I'm annoying when I asking for too much samples because they have too many flavours but they still being nice with me. And friendly help me to pick the flavours. Finally I got the cotton candy and strawberry. I really like how they serve customers. I would probably come back and try others.

Ordered my son's Ice Cream Cake (Oreo in White Cake) and was so so delicious!!! Thank you to the (Asian) lady for friendly customer service and a brand new yummy cake. Will definitely come back for more cakes!!

Their ice cream is pretty good. Only two flavors I saw that I liked. It's really expensive and I don't like their waffle cones. It became soggy. Ew. The banana split was ok. The bananas that they used looked pretty old and had bruises on them. It's a pretty small place. When more people came in to order they bumped up against me and the people at the front desk took their order first even though me and my girlfriend was there first. Huuum I'm not going to say what I really feel about that because I had to remember I was out of place in alameda anyhow.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! I came to buy Christmas cakes and this place was the perfect place to buy them. The staff gave me great recommendations for cakes and I also ordered a waffle cone for myself to enjoy in the back of the store with a harbor view. Would recommend this specific Baskin Robbins!

So on super bowl Sunday, I decided to treat my son to BR considering KC was winning and I was all for Mahomes anywho, my son and I entered the facility and there was three employees. On flipping plastic over a pan, the other playing around with the blending machine and another texting on her phone. We waiting for about 2 minutes until someone came to help us, we were the only customers in the store. When the employee finally decided she would greet and ask for our order I asked "are y'all really that busy?" I was simply surprised that they all acted as if we weren't in the store. And this employee took my queues too personally because she went on and on with her associate saying how when a person is t "already there" there's no point to engage but at this point I was completely silent and not saying a word. She obviously felt some type of way. Seconds later, a Caucasian male walked in and within in seconds he was greeted and served. I begged in conversation with my son and this same employee, eager to chime in still proceeded to talk loudly and try to make an excuse for her inability to serve customers paying for ice cream. A Hispanic family came in, and I guess to prove their point they decided to just greet them and tell them they would help shortly. This was to show that not all customers get service automatically but of course it was a family of color who needed to be apart of the example. It's 2023, consumerism means paying money for a product and receiving that product or service, in alameda, CA at Blanding Ave Baskin Robbins you will not be met with the same respect as your white counterparts if you are a person of color. I have been living here for over 15 years and coming to this Baskin Robbins since my son was 5, he is now 10, and I will drive to a different location every time just to make sure I never support ignorant, racist employees who use "being busy" as an excuse when all you have to do is simply scoop ice cream in a cup or cone. Be wise when you come to this location with your family as a person of color. The experience might actually affect your kids more than you thought it would especially if all you wanted to do was enjoy some ice cream with your babies.

Went here this past Tuesday to celebrate my bro getting his new car! He wanted to drive around... and he suggested ice cream... who turns down ice cream? Not I! We tagged along our Mom and we managed to get ice cream before their closing time (10 pm) - friendly staff! I had a single scoop of their chocolate chip (I'm going through a phase that I'm trying to figure out who has the BEST chocolate chip ice cream ~ so far Swensen's winning...) but nonetheless, the ice cream was still good. We didn't seat anywhere b/c it was all packed up so we ended up eating our ice cream outside, freezing weather... admiring the car. Lovely. I love BR due to their ice cream cakes! I'm addicted to them...

It's a standard Baskin Robbins in a shopping center pretty much. They've got their selection of ice cream, pre-packs and ice cream cake. I've always loved their butter pecan ice cream. I have been addicted to it ever since I was a kid and a Baskin Robbins opened in my city in Japan. Used to ride my bike half and hour or so just to get to it so I can have it on the sugar cone. And that's exactly what I had here. About this particular Baskin Robbins -- it can get pretty busy with customers. There are usually two people working behind the counter, and sometimes with big orders the wait can be a bit long. Never the less its never like some of the crazy SF fancy ice cream place with the line out the door around the block, etc. Servers are generally friendly and nice here.

Hot day today so I went to get a milkshake. Got my shake and left the store, started to slurp it down- to find that what I thought were cookie chunks (cookies & cream!) were ice chunks- the shake was watery and was more like a soda than a thick shake. Went back to tell them- was stunned by the non-reaction. Dude offered to toss another scoop of ice cream in, so I was like, 'uh, ok' and then he grabbed a spoon from the side of the sink, that MAYBE had just been in someone else's shake (and thus not washed) and went to stir my scoop into my icy water. I said nope, let's not. It was gross and weird. What is so hard about a freakin' milkshake?

Five stars for the staff - friendly, efficient and keeps the interior neat. Negative stars for the ice cream and high prices. Bletch! I guess I am grown up now, and this place is.. for kids? My friend and I both after the first taste of ice cream: "THIS is the worst ice cream I've ever tasted." NOT exaggerating. Like thin, foamy milk with fake, off flavor, whipped with as much air as possible, then frozen. So disappointing. I think they can't compete with premium ice cream makers so just gave up and cut out all quality ingredients.

Came in here today after searching on yelp for ice cream recommendations, what caught my attention was there was outdoor seating. As soon as you walk in your greeted by the staff, I didn't get the name of the girl who took care of us, but she had colored eyes, she could be a bit more friendly and a smile wouldn't hurt her. She was too dry like hurry up order pay and leave, another girl that seemed Asian was more nicer to a customer. I would return but I wouldn't like her to take care of me.

I was finally contacted by an employee Michelle who offered a cake of my choice in the future. She was very apologetic about my previous experience and fulfilled my order as requested. The cake looked beautiful and was decorated nicely. The ice cream was delicious. The white cake tasted a bit stale and dry but edible.

Sunday, we had a coupon for buy one get one for 99 cents and so we used it here. I used to take my kids here when they were young and we always have good service. They have different flavors of ice cream, a few choices of sherbet and only one frozen yogurt. They got rid of their soft serve machine which I enjoyed since I am lactose intolerant, I have to eat that or frozen yogurt most of the time unless it is a real unique flavor that I enjoy.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. The girl who served me had a nasty attitude. I will not be at this location again!!

This place is terribleIf I could give this place zero stars ‍I would. I asked for an all red cake and then they gave me a pink cake. Are they colorblind or what? Then when I paid for it already, the girl was like‍ "miss you didn't pay". Like bitch why would I walk out ‍if I hadn't paidTake off your lashes and do your job

We were very happy to see they were open until 10:00 PM! Only they aren't. They close at 9:00. But they shut the lights off way before that.

Seriously bad customer service. I went in for a quart & treated myself to a kid-size scoop cone. Almost $10, but my choice to spend it. I got about 20 feet outside before the bottom of the cone fell off; it was broken inside the paper. I turned right around, went back in & asked for a new cone. The guy plops my broken cone upside down on top of another & asks if I can eat it like that. Um, no. I cannot walk with my shopping bag, dog & eat that cone. He's puzzled because I already ate part & he can't get what's left out of the cone. I took one lick. Literally. I wasn't looking for an extra lick of free ice cream. The woman working told him to put my same scoop on a new cone, which he did. It was a ridiculous way to do anything not to have to "give" a scoop away. We were regulars for packed quarts, but no more.

So many flavors to choose from!!! The workers here are very sweet and friendly, they never rush me when I stand around being indecisive about which flavor I want to get. Sometimes my bf and I come a couple minutes before closing, and they are always very welcoming and will still help assist us. During the holiday season in 2012, my bf and I decided to grab some ice cream here...there was a couple who I let order before us because I was being indecisive... and they actually surprised us by paying for our purchase! SWEEEET couple! I thanked them countlessly for their generosity, and the workers actually told me that there are quite a few customers that does the same thing. =)

This place was delicious and don't forget to mention the kind employees and welcoming presence. I really enjoyed the ice cream here. Extremely creamy. Yum!

Unfortunately, after ordering an ice cream cone with my kids we went out to look out over the water where the boats dock and as we glance down all the pink spoons (pictured) were laying on the ground between the metal fence and the ocean. They could arrive there by any means, natural wind, leaf blower, child dropping the spoon etc. The point is we have to take this serious. It comes from Baskin Robbins, they are responsible. I am asking they change there tasting spoons and large spoons to a compostable wood. They exist!!! Yes they do and most people would be impressed that they saw a concern and addressed it. Can you imagine all the plastic spoons that blow off into the water and that are sitting on the ocean floor directly next to Baskin Robbins. If you are concerned about this, put in a complaint to Customer Service(1-800-444-1890) say it's environmental and ask for change and wooden spoons. I was also told that I would probably not get a call back so that's why I am expressing my dissatisfaction on the issue. The lady working there seemed to care and together we saw CA sea-lions swimming through the water. The guy shrugged us off and didn't seem to care:(. This Baskin Robbins location is the best!! The employees are really nice and the food is great. I totally recommend to order a cake here for yourself or any loved ones.

Be weary if you are paying with plastic here. I recently took the family in for ice cream one day, and our total came to $12.66. While checking my bank account online later, I saw a second charge from this location for $10.56. I brought my receipt into the shop, and showed it to an employee there, along with showing her the second charge on my phone through the bank's website. She was able to research charges from that day, and did find a charge for $10.56 in the system, albeit to another card. She spoke to the owner, Grace, over the phone, and told me that they'd look into it. I left my original receipt, and allowed the employee to take a screen shot of the two charges from the online statement. I returned after two weeks, as I had not heard from them, and was told to take the matter up with my bank. Now, $10.56 won't break me, but the principal of the matter is worth complaining about. This business charged me for goods not received, and if it could happen to me, well...
