I went to this location on October 6 to order a sundae the sundae I was given had two very small hollow scoops of ice cream, there was barely 3 bites of ice cream in the whole sundae . When I said something to the cashier, she said that's the way they were and that was too bad. She threw away the receipt, even though I repeatedly asked her for it.
I've been asked to speak to a manager, the shift supervisor said no, and that for $2.99 she would give me one more scoop of ice cream.
Clearly, this is not the normal size for the sundae as I have had it before, and it is at least halfway up the cup, this barely covered the bottom of the cup. I could see other customers leaving with sundaes that held more in the cup than what mine had, but I was still told no.
I've repeatedly addressed this with corporate, no one from the store has returned my call, even though I've called multiple times, and was promised by corporate that someone from the store would call. It has been nothing but hassle, and insults.
The corporate office also told me I couldnt get a refund without the receipt and a photo, even though I told him that the receipt had been thrown away by the cashier.
Don't make any complaints, they will be blown off, and never addressed.
No one from the store ever contacted me although it was promised multiple times. They would not let me speak to a manager that day, and basically I've been told that my business is not welcome anywhere in Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins.
