My wife and I stopped by this Baskin Robbins last night to get some late night ice cream. We were in the area which is why we came to this one. I never seen a drive thru Baskin Robbins before so it was a first for me. When we came, there was 2 cars in front of us. When it was our turn to order, I got the Oreo cookies n cream on a regular cone and my wife got her rocky road on a sugar cone. It didn't take them long to prepare our ice cream, it was ready when I pulled up to the window. I just parked in one of the parking spots near the exit of the drive thru. Our ice cream was delicious and we would come back again.

Great costumer service, and of course delicious ice-cream and cakes. I ordered a customized cake for my mother-in-law birthday and their staff was amazing accommodating all the requests and ensuring she had the best cake! Thank you guys!

Very disappointed and discouraged from this place. I’m a regular customer of this location and today I went to the location and make a purchase of small ice cones pre-packed in a box. When I tried to get into the car the box fell from my hands and the ice cream cones fell on the floor. I went back and asked if another one can be made with same flavors, since I saw they were preparing more and the owner came out, an Armenian man, and dry and cold replied no they can’t. So I went ahead and purchased another with different flavors.

2025 Update: Thank you to all the crew at 31 Flavors. This is another wonder creation to make Teresa’s Birthday special. We love the Jamoca almond fudge and chocolate cake ice cream cakes. 31 Flavors and all the crew is very nice and always make our birthdays special. 2023 update: One Big thank you to all crew at 31 Flavors. I went in and Colleen help me with the decorations, ordering and selecting options for our Ice Cream cake. It was Jamoca iced cream with chocolate cake. Narine and Mary got the cake out and prepared to take home. Big Thank you to you both. Teresa’s birthday was a complete success. Everyone loved it the night. We sang Happy Birthday and all were looking forward to eating the Jamoca chocolate Ice Cream Cake. Thank you to 31 Flavors for wonderful piece or art Cake.

Stopped here on 7-5-19 to check out Stranger Things' Scoops Ahoy. Very cool conversion! Had the Eleven's Heaven which is coffee ice cream with waffle cone and 🍫. Delicious!

This location is supreme! It has a significantly better selection than any other Baskin Robbin’s I’ve seen.

What can I say? They've been around for a long time because they're great! This restaurant is clean... The ice cream and treats are decadently delicious... and IT'S A DRIVE THRU! 🍨

Love that this location has a drive-thru. The ice cream is always fresh. I normally get a rocky road shake, mint chip cone or sherbert cone. All are 5 stars. Today we decided to try the new Stranger Things 3 flavor w/ cone, it was bomb! This flavor is definitely coffee inspired. We loved it! The energy in this shop is always very positive, we will be back all summer long.

Drive-Thru Convenience This location has a drive-thru, which is really cool and made picking up our order super easy. Friendly Service The girl at the speaker and window was extremely nice. She helped us figure out a small issue with a coupon and even suggested a small drink or other options so we could get our order right. Dubai Chocolate Bar We went for two Dubai chocolate bars, which are really tasty! They come in cute little pull-out boxes. The portion is small, so prices feel a little high, but the quality and flavor make it worth it. Cute Bonus Cup We also got one of their color-changing cups with gummy bears for $3 -- very cute and functional for cold drinks. Definitely a fun little add-on to the order. Overall Great experience overall -- friendly staff, easy drive-thru, tasty treats, and fun extras. Would definitely come back!

I went to Baskin-Robbins with my daughter, and she found a huge chunk of paper inside her ice cream. When I brought it back to the counter, the employee didn't apologize once, instead, he told me I only had two options: either get a refund or get a replacement. The way he said it was very rude and dismissive. I decided to get a refund, but my daughter wanted to pick another flavor instead. He said that since it cost more, I'd have to pay the difference -- even though this whole situation was their mistake! And unsanitary food given to a child! With a foreign object found inside!!! He was so rude about it, and when he tried to process the transaction, he couldn't even figure out how to give the discount. In the end, I didn't have to pay the difference, but the whole experience was extremely unpleasant. No apology, poor customer service, and no sense of responsibility for serving ice cream with a piece of paper in it. Very disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins!

This is a smaller location, and we took advantage of their drive thru! Summer is about enjoying all of the cold, refreshing treats and we always partake. Love that they advertise they are gluten sensitive (not considered safe for celiac) they have dairy free options as well. The drive thru was fast and only took 5 minutes. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 scoops each, and he made his in to a sundae ( adding whipped cream, chipped nuts, chocolate sauce and a marachino cherry on top) I had the chocolate and peanut butter and rocky road. The ice cream was smooth, creamy and decadent. The price was $14 for our orders. Although costly for a few scoops of ice cream it's worth it for the value. Can't recommend this location enough. The lady that checked us out and prepared our order was friendly and lovely! Convenience, quality, and customer service 10/10

Placed an online order and got there to pick it up. Got told to move to window to get it. There was no one inside and I could see the two girls talking obviously forgot I was there and made me wait for 10 minutes. The order had been sitting for 10 minutes too like what. I didn't honk cause my daughter was sleeping but cmon

I don't usually write reviews for chains but Baskin Robbins is definitely a classic of all ice cream chains. I specifically love this location though, it's in a more peaceful area close to Griffith Park and even has a drive thru. It's nice having the option as sometimes I don't feel like getting out of the car, while other days I enjoy sitting outside on a warm evening and enjoying my ice cream. While all the flavors are delicious, the Dubai chocolate bar has completely won me over and I find myself visiting so much more frequently since this latest discovery of mine. It is officially their best item if you were to ask me. Absolutely love this location all around, staff is ALWAYS quick and in stock with my favorite item. May they never get rid of it as a menu item!

This has got to be the BEST Baskin Robbin's I've ever been to. This feels like a classy upgraded ice cream shop. The place is clean and brightly decorated. There are all kinds of specialty items here. Dubai policy Le's (pistachio almond ice cream dipped in chocolate and topped with gold candy) and mango popsicles. Service is quick and amazing! The employees welcomed everyone and served them quickly. Super friendly! I got the banana royale (2 scoop sundae with banana). It was made perfectly. I most appreciate that the almonds on top were toasted crunchy and tasted super fresh. This told me that the store does a lot of orders wheee there is turnover in inventory. Delightful!

I want to start off by saying the staff was great. Very kind and helpful. The ambiance is casual. I went in to try the new Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream bar! It's apparently only for a limited time. I'm obsessed with anything pistachio and I've been wanting to try the Dubai candy bar so this was right up my alley. The ice cream bar has Pistachio Almond Ice Cream and a Pistachio Cream layer with Knafeh (thinly shredded pastry dough - can be a bit crunchy) dipped in chocolate. On first bite, I tasted the chocolate the most and the creaminess of the ice cream but not so much the pistachio and knafeh. I was hoping to really taste that pistachio (it was very very mild) and really taste the crunchiness of the knafeh. There was a little. The aesthetic of the bar was beautiful though, they did a great job with that. All and all I would visit Baskin again because it's classic, but I wouldn't get this Dubai chocolate bar again because the flavor just wasn't there for me. That's why I took away a star. I took away a second star because I don't visit Baskin often, but them introducing these new flavors could bring me back more!

This location is the Baskin Robbins training center so the service is excellent . This is cleanest and friendliest Baskin- Robbins I've been to. The interior is always so clean and bright. The best part is they have a drive- thru and extended hours of operation. The location is larger than the typical BR, so they have more flavors on sale than anywhere else. They also have a patio seating area. Prices reasonable Ample parking They offer free samples

Beware, two-scoop sundae are half scoops! That's it, I'm done with this location. Ps I cannot wait for Handel's Ice Cream to open in Burbank next month!

$18 for a med Smoothie, and 2 scoops of ice cream... You can get 1.5qts of ice cream at most grocery stores for $4.50 to $7.... Baskin Robbin's is a total ripoff... Good riddance BR!, You're dismissed! The Sevenbucks of Ice Cream shops!!! Never again!!!

It really is clean and quick service. I've been in person and it can be difficult to know where to order but they attend fast. I would say the drive thru can improve on getting the orders right I've asked a few times to have light fudge on my banana royale and they've drenched my ice cream with fudge when asked light fudge.

I never thought after going here for over 20 years I would leave a bad review. 1st off the Ice Cream texture has definitely went downhill, the scoops of Ice Cream seem to be frost bitten, the flavor felt water down, "Cherry jubilee" "Cookies N Cream" "Rocky Road" 2nd I went in there to buy a few of the new Dubai Chocolate ice cream Bars, and I almost wet my pants from laughter because I thought it was a legit Joke ! Tiny Ice Bar for $10!!!!!! EACH!!! This should definitely be against the law! Two bites! And $10!!!! Each!! 3rd Now they got young kids working who have a very rude and unprofessional attitudes! I think they need to hire New Management ASAP!

$10 for one ice cream bar -- expensive. Would I do it again? Absolutely! After seeing this all over social media I finally made my way to try it. I found it kinda cool that this Burbank location was the only one to have it, but seems like they're at many other locations now too! I called on a Wednesday evening to see if they had some left and quickly made my way. The girl who helped us out was super friendly but I didn't get her name. Though it was a little too hard to bite, it was pretty damn good!

Ayo! Okay Baskin Robbin's !!!! I see you keeping up with the trends with the famous Dubai Chocolate Bar. Love how you did your twist with an Ice Cream Bar. This location has to be the most modern Baskin Robbin's with a Drive Through and hand made Ice Cream Bars. All the other franchises need to follow this foot print before the go out of business. Anywho, I happen to work in Burbank so dropped in but yall were sold out. Placed an order and picked it up the next day. It was actually very delicious and worth the wait! The crunchy texture with the knafe and pistachio cream was amazing. I'd love to see you guys fool around and add a Biscoff version or Nutella. Staff is amazing so friendly and efficient. Inside was very clean with plenty of sitting inside and outside. I will be back, y'all need to order this Bar ASAP!

This location has jumped on the Dubai chocolate craze with their version of an ice cream bar! Boy oh boy, it does not disappoint, 100/10 seriously. The only thing is costs $10 per bar, is it worth it? Yes, of course haha! Also try their other new speciality ice cream bars found in the glass display case. They make seasonal ones too!

This is probably the best Baskin-Robbins I have ever visited lol. This is the only location that has the infamous Dubai chocolate bar that's been going viral. They sold out around 4pm on a random Tuesday night. We were lucky to split a box that was around 40$ with a random stranger and got our hands on trying these. And man oh man, every single bite was worth it. I never had anything like that in my life and I honestly wish we had this in NYC. Top tier service & yummy creations. I'm impressed

What's not to live at this place. We couldn't believe they had a banana split national day. We ordered one and it do was good and yes we ordered another one.

Ordered a cake for my sister's birthday & they went above and beyond. When placing my order the worker asked for details pertaining to how I wanted the cake done and I felt he was super thorough. When picking up the cake I was so impressed and in awe of how similar it looked to the inspiration photo I showed them. Definitely recommend! They went above and beyond!

Stopped by to get a scoop of the limited edition Beach Day ice cream. I had never seen a Baskin Robbins so crazy busy. There was a line of cars at the drive through, but I didn't want to wait so I found a spot in the small parking lot and walked right into the shop. There was a long line inside as well but the staff was quick and efficient at taking orders. My husband accidentally dropped his scoop and the staff was nice enough to give him a new scoop. There were getting close to closing time so we didn't stay to each our scoops inside but there was tables outside located towards the back of the shop.

I love that they have a drive up window. The staff was very friendly. The service was quicker than the walk in Baskin Robbins.

Never knew there was a drive through baskin Robbins. Came across a tik tok that said there was one in burbank and i was around the area luckily. Tried the dubai chocolate it was so good. Will be coming back for sure delicious

Going to the store service is fine, but order delivery at your own risk. Want hot fudge? Better hope the machine is working or they'll just use a pink spoon and give you much less than the normal 3 pumps. Want whipped cream? Not offered on delivered items. Want spoons and napkins? Ha! Good luck So annoyed with this location.

The Dubai Chocolate bar was so good! It's definitely worth the $9.99. We called in advance as they said they sell out in the afternoon sometimes. They suggested we get there by 4pm since we were coming from out of town. We also got the strawberry shortcake and cookie butter bars. They were $4.99 each. Also definitely worth it!

Had the Dubai chocolate icecream bar! AMAZING! Loved it way more than the regular Dubai chocolate bar.

Now that summer is coming up, I start to come here more and more and can we just talk about that vanilla aroma that fills the store. Every time I walk in it smells like my childhood. I love the service they provide here. Very sweet and cheery workers. My personal favorite ice cream has to be the Dubai chocolate bar because of the different textures and taste. Definitely my favorite ice cream shop and would highly recommend you guys try it out!

We ordered a custom bunny ice cream cake for EASTER and they nailed it!! Well organized and very friendly staff! We will DEFINITELY do this again!

One of those local ice cream stores thay no matter how many new faces their are behind the counter theie are always happy and helpful!! The kids love the mini cones and ice cream cakes but my favorite is the Love Potion that comes out only in February... Second Favorit is the Spicy & Spooky nothing like ghost pepper in your scoop!!! Always remember that On every 31st of the month scoops are $1.31

This is the only Baskin-Robbins that sells Dubai ice cream, and it's absolutely worth a visit! Their Dubai Pistachio Bar is to die for--rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. If you're a hazelnut lover, you have to try their hazelnut Dubai bar; it's pure heaven. Highly recommend for unique and delicious treats!

We ordered a ice cream Birthday cake for my grandson's 15th Birthday. He had a special order so it could not be just grabbed at the place--they do have cakes there you can just grab ang go. The cake turned out beautiful. It was perfect and it was ready on time. The service was super nice, both on the phone and when I went to pick it up. We will be back. They have great ice cream.

Prepackaged ice creams have lotsa air pockets in it container. When I called about it the attitude was thats how it came!

I went to this location on October 6 to order a sundae the sundae I was given had two very small hollow scoops of ice cream, there was barely 3 bites of ice cream in the whole sundae . When I said something to the cashier, she said that's the way they were and that was too bad. She threw away the receipt, even though I repeatedly asked her for it. I've been asked to speak to a manager, the shift supervisor said no, and that for $2.99 she would give me one more scoop of ice cream. Clearly, this is not the normal size for the sundae as I have had it before, and it is at least halfway up the cup, this barely covered the bottom of the cup. I could see other customers leaving with sundaes that held more in the cup than what mine had, but I was still told no. I've repeatedly addressed this with corporate, no one from the store has returned my call, even though I've called multiple times, and was promised by corporate that someone from the store would call. It has been nothing but hassle, and insults. The corporate office also told me I couldnt get a refund without the receipt and a photo, even though I told him that the receipt had been thrown away by the cashier. Don't make any complaints, they will be blown off, and never addressed. No one from the store ever contacted me although it was promised multiple times. They would not let me speak to a manager that day, and basically I've been told that my business is not welcome anywhere in Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins.

This is the worst cake I've ever had, it taste like old ice cream. Something Ralphs would have on display I'm soooo sad about this 35$ purchase. Not sure what's up with the cakes at 31 flavors but I highly wouldn't recommend.

We had never been to this location, and as we stopped at the drive-through menu to decide, we expected a voice to take our order, but none came. So after determining what we all wanted, we drove forward. The Filipino guy at the register was scowling and giving more side-eye than a flounder. He took our order in this very disdainful tone, where if it was in a comic, the speech bubble would be seriously dripping. My wife couldn't figure out why. He made her repeat the entire order twice, then went to get it all. When he returned he was like [in an angry cat-woman voice] "Next time, use the speaker to place your orderrr."[dripping]. My wife replied that we'd never been there and that she didn't know there was a speaker because no one greeted us or asked what we wanted back at the menu board. And he replied "well, yesss, we haaave one." [sounding like a sarcastic Bowen Yang]. By this point My mood had turned from joy to anger, and I was resisting showing some to him. Alas, we paid and received our ice cream from the snarkiest 31 Flavors employee that I've ever experienced in my 56 years on Earth, and we left, incredulous at what we'd just experienced. WORST EMPLOYEE EVER! Will never return. Choose another location.

This is an ice cream parlor. Supposed to be a fun and a happy place BUT NOOO all the workers and the manager had attitudes. Like they just didn't like their jobs! I didn't eat my ice cream cause I'm certain they had their fingers in the ice cream and probably spat in it. That's how rude they were.

We like going to this location mainly because its not in a busy part of town and also because they have a drive-thru. Sometimes you just need Jamoca Almond Fudge and you just dont wanna get out of your car. HA! The funny thing about our latest trip to this BR location is that when we pulled up, we saw that there was several cars waiting in the drive-thru line INCLUDING a pair of riders on horse back!! It made for a funny talking point and I took a video of it. Many others in line and neighborhood folks were taking photos and videos as well. Its not every day that you see a couple of horses in the Baskin Robbins drive-thru lane... This area has a lot stables nearby so that explains the presence of the horses but it was certainly a first for me. We got 2 double scoop premium sundaes ($5.99 each)... I went with Reese's and Cookies & Cream. It was topped with hot fudge, whipped cream, a cherry and crushed peanuts. It was great, especially with the hot fudge bottom layer that they do. So good... Both ice cream flavors were real good. The lady got hers with 2 scoops of Jamoca Almond Fudge and was one happy camper. Service was great. The line, as long as it seemed when we first got there, flowed pretty well. We didnt wait long. Even being behind the 2 horses... We'll be back again for sure. Located off Victory Blvd near Alameda.

I don't know how many years the BR location has been here but I swear I've been passing by this location for at least a decade or two, maybe longer. Either way, I'd never had the opportunity to stop here until earlier this year. I have a lil kiddo and I wanted to bring them here for that ice cream store experience, not just a little drive thru place or Rite Aid. In the past there was always a long line hanging out of the driveway and so that's why my family and I never stopped. This time however, while there was a long drive thru line, there was parking. My hubby and I took our lil one in and we took our time making each of our selections. My lil one decided on one of the fairly newer creature creations. It's a scoop o your choice of ice cream and is then decorated with sprinkles and a coordinating edible white chocolate or candy piece in the shape of either a one eyed monster, a mermaid or a unicorn. The first time my kiddo got a creature creation it was a unicorn. The second time it was the mermaid. I think we'll be going back for that one eyed monster in another week or two as their bday is coming up. The staff were friendly and quick. Everyone was very sweet and polite to us. I had no problems. I really appreciated how the clerk was patient with my kiddo when they were trying to tell them what they wanted and which character. I also really appreciated how the clerk addressed my lil one so that they could make their own decisions on their creature creation. My kiddo really liked being involved in making some of the decisions. I really appreciated all the attention that was paid to our order and to my kiddo's requests. I noticed that there are pre-packed tubs of ice cream available as well as some cakes and smaller desserts. I am thinking about ordering a bday cake for my lil one. I'm considering this BR after such a nice experience. We'll see what make sense for us. I ordered my scoop on a waffle cone. It was so delicious. I was shocked at how crispy and how fresh my cone was. It was worth the extra $0.95 or whatever it was. It was SO good. I don't know what else to say but that the flavor was just right, nothing too sweet and nothing stale. It made me feel like it was right off the press. My goodness. . . talk about a great first visit to this store. I'll be back soon!
