I was going to get my birthday ice cream, and you might know on your birthday you can get one for free. However, I am from Canada, so when I registered and wanted to get my application, I couldn’t, because for iPhones from other countries they restricted access to download the application. I was standing there and struggling, thinking my luck for this year is not good to work… Owner saw it , and get me my birthday ice cream:) I really appreciate it! Thank you:) Lucky for this year;)

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They always find a way to accommodate a request even if it is last minute. For example they took care of me on Saturday when I needed a cake for my son's birthday party on Sunday without any complaints even though I was the one asking late. At the Santa Cruze Ave location in Menlo Park I was told that all I could so was choose from what was in the display fridge. Props to Carlos at the EPA location who even gave me his personal cell to make sure everything was seamless! And the cake was super yummy as well!!!

A combination of Baskin Robbins and Togo's, quite convenient. All the Baskin Robbins flavours you might love, as well as new flavors. The staff is very friendly. Ask for samples, they are bigger than normal. I recommend skipping the normal cups and cones. Try the tiramisu brownie special creation.

Maps location isn't correct. Baskin Robbins shares a storefront with Togo's. It is closer to Nordstrom, in the same large shopping center. I called to inquire about purchasing gift cards. Very friendly service and I confirmed that gift cards are available at the counter. When I arrived, the shop was very well lit and clean. A short line for ice cream (all the flavors looked amazing) with a kind team member. Portions looked fairly generous for the prices on the wall. I was able to purchase gift cards for my event. I'll be back soon to use them!

The service is fast but you can't see your topping options like you can at other sandwich joints. The quality of the foo d is very good. Nice and fresh.

This baskin robins was a little hard to find as you had to go all the way to the back of the plaza, right next to the wing stop, and go into the Togo's as they are connected to each other. Other than how hard it was to find, my experience was very pleasant. The weather is starting to warm up so I came in for some ice cream. I chose my favorite flavor, nutty coconut, and got a kids scoop. The lady who helped me was very nice and welcoming, rung me up, and gave me a heaping scoop. This scoop was actually bigger than most other baskin robins I've been to, so it was a very nice surprise. The ice cream itself was very creamy, tasted like coconut, and had many nuts in it. Overall, one of the better baskin robins shops with very good customer service.

It took me several phone calls and actually having to drive to different locations around the Redwood City area in my attempt to order a Grasshopper Pie for my daughter's birthday. Two of my phone calls were answered by individuals who had no idea that Baskin Robbins even offered this item on their menu. Another one at least might have known, but very quickly cut me off and told me that they only do cakes at their location. One that I drove to said that he would gladly make it for me but the company has been shorting him on his orders for the past two weeks so he had no supplies and wasn't sure if or when he would get them. I was finally able to order the pie from the location in Redwood City but he wasn't really sure that he could do it either. He was going to have to order the crust and hope it would be delivered the following morning. Luckily it was delivered but the ice cream that was used to make it must have been old because it just didn't look right. The mint chocolate chip ice cream was more brown than green. What a hassle. Is it because good help is so hard to find or is it a lack of training? I doubt if I will ever try another Baskin Robbins in this area ever again.

Every summer we get ice cream from here for our birthdays. The ice cream cake is amazing here. Cookies and cream was our favorite but my son has celiac and we try and find alternatives. This baskin robins is nicer now since it moved its way bigger and the bathrooms are nice and clean. The people are really friendly here

It was a hot day and we were craving ice cream, so here we went. It's located with Togo's Sandwiches, which is interesting. We happened to have arrived when it was crazy busy as well, so I didn't bother trying any flavors. I went for the single scoop of Strawberry Cheesecake in a waffle cone. We were attempting to use a coupon, which the cashier seemed to question us. Nonetheless, it work out. The flavor and waffle cone was definitely on point, so good go-to ice cream spot with classic flavors.

Fast service and a very kind employee assisted me tonight around 8:30. I went to pick up a tub of Oreo ice cream and one of rocky road. These are in a freezer accessible to customers so they can pick and bring up to the register. Minus one star because the ice cream was way too soft, borderline soupy(attached a picture but don't think is shows how soft it was). Unsure if the freezer was on its last leg or if they purposely have the freezer setting that low. I live 5 minutes away from this location so it wasn't sitting out long at all. Been to other locations and have never had this issue

Came here after work to quickly pick up an ice cream cake. I was pleasantly surprised to find the service super friendly (although my expectations were low from experiences at other Baskin Robbins). Found a cake, handwriting was excellent, service was fast and friendly. Plenty of families with happy kids eating sundaes. Will definitely come back here for more cakes!

Conveniently in the same location as the sandwich place Im eating in? Score. I always go pistachio almond as it's something Ive loved since I was a child. The worker asked me if I didnt like coconut. ??? No i love it and she gave me a sample just for the heck of it. Super nice. Someone told me it's winter but i sat outside and it was almost 70 degrees F. Weird to say I ate ice cream outside in late December

I came today to this location for first time, I will definitely comeback, the lady who help me she was very helpful also she make me a banana split, I love it

Yay Baskin Robbins! Boo TOGO's!

The staff here is very hard-working and nice. No complaints. It is your typical Baskin Robbins with a Togos in the same space. It feels family-owned... I don't actually know whether it is.

I went to this baskin Robbins because it's closer to my boyfriends house. The cashier, Till, helped me. I asked for a mint chocolate chip and Oreo two scoop sundae and he gives me two big ole scoops in a cup. I mentioned oh I asked for a sundae. He proceeds to tell me, no you didn't, you said scoop. That was terrible customer service. And then I had to ask twice for my additional toppings because he didn't hear me. Terrible customer service and I will be calling the manager tomorrow morning!

The staff here is very helpful. I have had order a few cakes for company parties and they are always ready on time... Unlike another Baskin Robbins around the corner that over charges and is never ready when they are suppose to be. Yummy Yummy Icecream Cake :-)

Gotta love a place that slams the door on you "CLOSED" 10-min before closing time...now that's customer service....NOT; shame on you EPA BR

The guy working here was so nice and gave me a great deal since I had a coupon from donating blood. He was so generous!
