Visit Date: January 6, 2024 at 8:56 pm This place is absolutely horrible. DO NOT waste your hard earned money here. The customer service is non-existent and borderline racist. They advertise a close time of 10pm but chose to lock their doors at 8:45 pm on the day that I went with my family. However, there were already people in the store when we were told to go through the drive-through. We proceeded to the drive-through where the horrid treatment continued, and to add insult to injury, they later let another couple in after they had told me and my family that they were only serving via drive-through. When my husband tried to question the staff on why we were not allowed in the store, they began yelling at him and mocking him while telling us to leave. By far the worst Baskin Robbins visit I've ever experienced.

We have lived near this location for 3 years so I have attempted to buy from them several times. I found the employees to be rude, totally ignorant and unconcerned with customers coming in and acknowledging them at all. They all behaved as if they hated their job and felt zero responsibility to act any different than that. Zero professionalism. They would literally talk amongst themselves with their backs turned to anyone at the register until you had to say something to get their attention. For months they ran out of ice cream due to the freezers breaking. I do not blame the employees for this of course but they were always out of ice cream or needed maintenance work. Finally here recently (August 2024) I tried them again and honestly I was really surprised. Freezers are working, they have supplies, and seems like they actually hired some ladies that are friendly and welcoming. I hope this continues and I’ll give a much better review if it lasts. The ladies there this evening were professional and did their jobs, much better than before.

This location is the worst. They did not want to serve me at 9:30PM even tho they close at 11:00 PM, she said they had a hard they and they wanted to close early. She had to serve me, and when I said 3 milkshakes, she gave me attitude. She took 30 minutes to make them. More people came in, and there were 3 more employees that all they were doing was cleaning to close early and did not attend the clients. Then another employee came from inside to take a taste of ice cream in front of all the people waiting and left. The franchise should take this location away from the franchisee. The manager must be worst ever. Head quarters need to do something about it. I did a complaint last year with them, but I guess they don't care either. This place is full of lazy employees. Hey Manager, get your store under control or quit.

They close at 11pm and I got there at 920pm for 3 chocolate shakes. The girl said they were busy all day and didn't want to serve. They had cleaned up. My husband said come on 3 shakes. She looked over at the rest of the women standing around talking and looked at us annoyed. I told my husband lets go and walked out. He said no way. They're open until 11 and it's early enough. The worst customer service is at this place. Staff is ridiculously lazy. As one employee was leaving she took a spoon of ice cream into her mouth and walked out. The econd time and last time.

Absolutely phenomenal!!!!! Great service! Beautiful cake!!!!

The manager was very unprofessional and 2 young girls working there by themselves late night, they was very rude. I went to pickup an online order, they didn’t have almost nothing available , they had me waited long going back on the drive through twice. After about 15 to 20 minutes, the manager told the girls on speaker to tell me to leave their drive through it’s going to count against them, otherwise she will call the police on me.

If you actually want ice cream than don't waste your time driving to this location like I did. On 4/14/24 I visited this location for a cookie dough ice cream. They said they didn't have any so I said ok how about vanilla in a waffle cone amd said they didn't have that either. I honestly think they had it but they were just to lazy to make an ice cream. I was in drive thru so I couldn't confirm or deny of they had it as the doors were locked.

Horrible experience. I ordered a cake two days in advance for 1 pm. I showed up at 2:30 just in case the cake was late, and it wasn't made at all. I told them I had an order confirmation code, and they told me they just never made it and couldn't give me a refund in store. 0/5 stars
