The drinks are great! Even from Dunkin donuts, because they are attached together. However, the staff is severely SLOW! I want to apply to help them honestly. The staff are very friendly, don't get me wrong. It's just the work ethic, you would expect to order, and get your drink in a timely manner, that is NOT the case here. You WILL be waiting for a minute! The ONLY time you get your drink quickly is if they are trying to close and leave for the night. They really need staff with better work ethics and training to help improve that.

I used to live around this area and come here a lot, but I’m visiting so I decided I’d give this place another review because I feel they deserve a second chance. The milkshake presentation was on point and tasted great, the lobby temperature is surprisingly not freezing. My only complaint is that they’re slow to service, though they were very receiving.

The employees were friendly and the store was clean. We got the ice cream cake. It was very disappointing! Nothing like Dairy Queen or cold stone I would not recommend ice cream cake.

There are so many flavors to choose from and each one is delicious. Their cookies are nice and warm and there are as much toppings as there is ice cream flavors

Clean. Attentive staff. Came in around 3pm On a Saturday. Warm and cozy. Free WiFi. Comfortable seating.

Dirty store. Employees are slow, have no attention to detail, have flavors out of stock constantly, and show poor customer service. They also drip a lot of water into the ice-cream containers, the flavors taste odd, and when they scoop the ice-cream, they run it into the frost built in the freezer.

The employees have an attitude. They never have any donuts left and close way earlier than scheduled. 1 star for food because they have non. Service should be a negative 10. Typical do nothing lazy workers. Obviously the managers and owner are even worse for allowing this to go on.9

This is not the first time I’ve tried to get a milkshake here and been disappointed. I went through the drive thru, and asked what ice cream flavors were available. Apparently they had like 5 flavors. I tried the dragon fruit strawberry. Gross. And I waited a while for it. I will not try a milkshake or ice cream here again.

It's very hit or miss going inside. There are days I am completely ignored and other days one person is extremely attentive. The staff doesn't seem to multi task very well, so If I get the urge for ice cream, I usually choose the drive through. The portion sizes are perfect and the people are nice enough when I get attention. I'll try again in a couple months and compare to other locations

Tonight was my second and LAST time ever coming here. Mind you, I've NEVER had anything from here. Tonight, I waited at the drive through box for about 5 minutes BEFORE I was finally acknowledged. I was told to pull up to the second window. The car in front of me had been at that window since BEFORE I crossed the street to turn into the business. I then sat for almost another 10 minutes and there was STILL NO MOVEMENT. By this time there were at least three more cars behind me waiting. I finally just left because that's ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. The first time that I came a couple of years ago, they had NOTHING I wanted. And these were BASIC ice cream flavors that they were all out of. If you ask me, they probably just didn't want to work. Additionally, I've called this location MULTIPLE times in the past (including tonight) to see if they were open and if they had my ice cream before I drove all the way out there. This store LITERALLY NEVER answers the phone. I discern that they are lazy at this store. No thank you. I'll literally never be back unless I'm crying with desperation. I'd give zero stars if possible.

I loveee the Rum Raisin flavor ice cream! It's a Jamaican thang. Sooo flavorful yesssss if you like Rum and you like Raisins. You won't be disappointed. They have a high's across the street but they only carry yogurt. When l want ice cream. I want ice cream.

Went to get a birthday banana split, I hadn't had one in forever. Went through a drive through and when we got home, there were no toppings on it and 1/4 of a banana. I wrote in bc I just wanted my money back, corporate emailed and said they would notify store and store would get directly back to me. I never heard from them. I sent a message back and no response. I basically got screwed. I wanted to warn others to choose another place to get ice cream.

For the second time in a row, I've left the drive-through line because it wasn't moving at all. The last time I was served here, they were out of several common flavors, and the time before that, I was handed a ridiculously small cone. An ice cream cone is supposed to bring happiness, but this location only serves misery. Skip this place and go elsewhere for your ice cream.

If you're on post and get a late night sweet tooth, keep driving to another location. We arrived at 7:30 because google maps says they're open until 10pm. We got there and the doors were locked. Was told they're only doing DD drive through. They obviously are doing whatever they want in there. No signs posted of early closure for the ice cream side. Just go to ColdStone it's way better anyway!!!

Ordered two scoops of ice cream with hot fudge. Both scoops had a ton of freezer burn and the fudge wasn't hot, just a piece of hard chewy fudge like blob on the top of the ice cream. Don't waste your time or money here.

NOT AGAIN. DIRTY!!! I have gone to this store a number of times, always a good experience. Today, however, I decided to get a shake. I ordered it and the guy grabbed a dirty, used blender pitcher from out of the sink. I was surprised. As he was blending it, he got out a dirty used spoon from that same sink to stir it up. At this point I said I didn't want it and paid for a bottled pop. I gave him a $5 and got only change back. I had to talk to him to get the dollars owed to me. Could have been an honest mistake. Another employee heard my complaint about the dirty utensils and the lack of funds owed me and he just smiled and laughed about the incident. I'd look elsewhere! If I caught them doing this, what else are they doing.
