First they lied to me and told me that they had prepacked pints of Winter White Chocolate, then when I got there and asked for it, they put 3 scoops in a pint and charged me $10. I would never go here again. When they do a hand packed pint of a flavor it is supposed to be hand packed to completely full. I am so done with Baskin Robbin's rediculous prices and the ice cream doesn't look like or taste like Winter White Chocolate. Just so wrong znd very bad business!!! I would give them Zero stars if it was possible to do on this app.

Baskin-Robbins had some of the best ice cream I've had in a really long time . Great location, great service and a bunch of wonderful selections to choose from . I had the ice cream Sunday banana split and it did not disappoint . The Sunday was much better than I expected , the topics , the options and the ability to allow me to build it was all something I enjoyed

Order #5496 l ordeed banana royal with strawberry cheesecake and nsa caramel turtle truffle with the marshmallow cream, cherry, almonds including condiments napkin and spoons. This was not what l got. I got 1/2 scoop of strawberry cheesecake and mostly marshmallow cream and some bananas; no nsa caramel truffle ice cream at all, no almonds, no cherries, no napkins. This was disgusting!!! Ugj!

Such a disappointment, driving all the way from North Side to Purchase A Cookies and Cream Cake.The Two Cashiers didn’t even packed it , after I purchased. Then their Manager Sell it to Another Costumer.So unprofessional!! We will Never Come Back here Again. Bad Service!!!

After all these years I still get cravings for jamocha almond fudge and this location is convenient to the poker room right here in the Orleans, so why not?!

Great customer service! The gentleman that was working this evening was very friendly and helpful. We are here for a dance competition and he engaged my daughter and wished her good luck. The ice cream is great too! Thank you:)

The staff at the baskin Robbin's was really nice and answered all of our questions. They did not offer samples at this location, but I was able to figure out what I wanted by reading the captions! On my last visit, I tried the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream. It was really yummy! If you like little chunks of cheesecake, like I do, you will be obsessed! I tried the chocolate dipped waffle bowl, but I honestly was not a fan of the chocolate. I would go for the plain waffle bowl, next time! The bowls just make them easier to walk to your hotel room, or around the casino. You can also sit at one of the food court tables. It's well lit and surrounded by other food options, like pizza, sandwiches, or burgers. There's also a restroom in the back corner.

Who doesn't like Baskin-Robbins sweet treats? It's definitely been awhile for us. Here, you get two scoops of whichever flavors you want for around $7.99 cup size. Staff is young and helpful. These places are great for summer jobs or part-time options for young adults or teenagers trying to beat inflation. The Orleans Hotel & Casino food court isn't huge, but at least you can grab some sweets here. Nothing fancy or upscale here. It's a casual old school spot. There are plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from. Customers are usually casino visitors and some locals. Yes, there are better ice cream shops out there these days, but the old ones are just as good during break times. Employees make a huge difference in ice cream experiences at the locations. I like every place that offers plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from. The $7.99 for two scoops in a cup here is still worth the ice cream moment of happiness.

I am a HUGE icecream connoseuir and i always try to go to the hype icecream shops. I decided to go here because all of the other icecream shops were closed. SO big plus for BR being open late night. I came here on a Wednesday night and it was located inside the New Orleans. Service: the staff was super friendly. I ask ALOT of questions but he didnt seem to mind answering all my curiosities. I am super indesicive when it comes to flavors and he mentioned cookies n creme being their best flavor. Food: Me and my husband got the cookies n creme + the butter pecan pralines (keep in mind there is also a butter pecan) they both were amazing, No wonder these chains are popular, they are great quality AND consistent. Cookies n creme had a great blend of cookie to creme ratio and it was mixed all throughout and not overly sweet. The butter pecan praline was a mouthful. The pecans were candied which gave it a nuttier crunch! 10/10 for flavor and texture profile Price: 1 got 1 scoop and it was around $5 which isnt too bad. Ambiance: located in new orleans food court. Great for seating, but you're in a casino so its all preference if this is great ambiance. My only critic (but omg im so hard on these places, i just really want to give yall a really good experience and what to expect) is not being able to get a split scoop. other than that i would recommend and come back for the other flavors!

Excellent quality. Convenient in the Orleans casino. I always get a milkshake. Usually cheesecake ice cream and milk.

Let's just say that I regretted coming here because I tried the World Class Chocolate flavor for the first time and instantly became addicted. I ended up coming back for ice cream each night of our trip in Vegas since it was around the corner from our resort. So creamy. So delicious. FYI Download the app and get a free scoop right away!

This place is located inside the food court at the Orleans Hotel. I think it is basically the only place in this hotel where you can buy ice cream. The selections offered seemed a little scaled down from what you might find at a typical Baskin Robbins elsewhere, but that's understandable given the limited space they have here. The prices also seemed somewhat higher than typical, and that too, is understandable for a location like this. I ordered a single scoop cone, which cost me $5.49. All that being said, the ice cream cone was a welcome treat. It was tasty and delicious and it all suited me fine.

I tried the Beach Day ice cream because it was the flavor of the month. I wasn't sure about it at first, but I was very happy with it. I would say I come here every couple of months since we stop by here after the movies. The workers tonight were very kind and helpful. It is located inside of The Orleans food court and there's a good amount of seating if you want to enjoy your ice cream there.

Somewhat friendly. 3 stars Scoops - slightly small but ok. 3 stars Ice cream - 4 stars Went here four times over the span of two months on two different occasions so i I think the review's an accurate overall assessment. Standard BR set up. Clean, ice cream tastes good. Love that BR has a new flavor each month. Would go back if I'm in the area.

Everything you expect from them. Good and fast service with a friendly attitude. I do wish they had a sugar free ice cream - after all 1/3 of America is diabetic or pre-diabetic

Located in the Orleans casino food court and newly remodeled I've been eating at different ones for 50 years still the same good ice cream and shakes they also have good ice cream cakes

The staff was patient. All four of us had no clue what we wanted. My sister got the birthday cake, her friends got cherries jubalrr, and Caramel turtle. I got the lemon custard.

Don't go here to redeem your birthday free scoop. They won't honor the QR code. What a beautiful Bach you f losers.

We stopped by for a sweet treat One evening. They workers were efficient and moved through the line quickly. Things appears to be clean. There were some difficult customers, but they handled it pretty well. It was more expensive than a free standing baskin Robbins, but it was really accessible from the casino where we stayed.

If u want a skimpy sundae go here.... The guy that works there is rude.... I paid 13$ and got a kiddyvportion... I ordered two topping and after one bite they were gone.... Won't go back

Great service. Clean. Convenient. And, believe it or not, fairly priced despite being in a casino. The reason for the four stars is that the ice cream doesn't blow me away, but that's more of a brand thing. I'm rating based on my experience, but if you like BR ice cream, this is a 5-star location.

Having a Baskin Robbins inside the Orleans hotel is super dangerous but amazing! 31 flavors and all are so amazing. Staff is super friendly as well. Late night ice cream after gambling is fantastic lol.

Before seeing the Pointer Sisters in the Orleans, we satisfied our taste buds in Baskin Robins. Out of 31 flavors, I ordered a jacaranda in a cone. Competing against flavors including very berry strawberry, American cake, and Reeses Peanut butter; it was a difficult decision. I recommend this Baskin Robins, if you want to grab a quick snack. With a location in the Orleans Food Court, I also recommend it for dessert.

Consistently good ice cream. Nice flavor selection and outstanding service. Chains like this are pretty much the same wherever you find them.

Baskin Robbins in the Orleans food court. Standard menu. Expectations for Baskin Robbins were met. Single warm cookie sandwich (1 scoop ice cream and 2 warmed cookies) $4.99 Double warm cookie sandwich ( 2 scoops ice cream and 3 warmed cookies) $5.99 perfect size for sharing between two people. Cookie options: chocolate chip, double fudge, peanut butter, and white chocolate macadamia nut --they ran out of pb cookies.

Recommended. Very clean, very organized and very well stocked store with lots of options. Staff is friendly and helpful. The ice cream is very fresh. Plenty of parking and very convenient.

When the day isn't going your way, nothing makes it all better more quickly than a milkshake. And when I walked into the Baskin Robbins on Tropicana, I just had to have a half strawberry, half chocolate shake. The young lady behind the counter seemed somewhat taken aback by the request, but she soldiered on. Was it perfect? No, not really. It was more like a 75/25 chocolate mix. Was it divine? Laws yes, it was. Some things just don't change from childhood to adulthood. One simple milkshake does, sometimes, make everything in the world just a little better.

Okay, I realize that one Baskin-Robbins is pretty much the same as the next one. That said, this one in the casino still has the complete array of flavors and the price is pretty much the same as it would be elsewhere. I rate this one so high because I like their ice cream and I am delighted to be able to have some after dinner, gambling or whatever in the casino!

I got my small shake fairly quickly. The store was pretty clean and the staff was nice. It was a bit pricey but I'm not surprised as the store is inside a casino...

Paid for adult sized 2 scoop sundae and was given a childs 1 scoop, REALLY! Ordered $20 in ice cream and tasted nice, however, my 2 scoop sundae that I have read been ordering for like 45 years was seriously lacking. I asked the server where the 2 scoops of ice cream were and he stated he gave me 2 child scoops because I wanted hot fudge. I fail to comprehend how paying for an adult size hot fudge sundae suddenly turns into me getting only 1...ONE CHILDS SCOOP of ice cream covered with a tiny bit of hot fudge. Server did not even try to fix the issue. Wow! Back to cold stone where they charge more, but I get what is advertised.

So I kept my light dinner to one slice of pizza so I could go to the next stop at the food court and have ice cream. Don't judge! I had two scoops in a bowl and liked them both. Baskin Robbins serves a decent ice cream at an almost gourmet price. Being a chain it is predictable for quality but the service can vary among locations.

Possibly the Greatest experience I've ever had at a Baskin Robbins!!! The mint chocolate chip served to me was the best I've had... Yum!!!

I love this Baskin Robbins as the service is friendly you always find the kind of ice cream your looking for at a reasonable price and the customer service is friendly not to mention they have other things that you can mix with ice cream and it doesn't hurt that it's inside the casino I work at overall if your looking for a place to cool down at then this is the place.

Every time I go, there workers are very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say won't be going again ever!!! I'll go to cold stone or Dairy Queen. Deleting my Baskin Robbin app. Every location in Lasvegas that I've been to I have had a bad experience

If this is the one in The Orleans Hotel and Casino, you are the bomb. Service is fast and friendly. My only complaint is that the poster in the elevators make it seem that you are open 24 hours which you are not...so when i go downstairs at 2 a.m. thinking im going to have a quick, frozen treat you're not open :-( lol Keep up the great work!

The location is in the food court. Ice cream is what you would expect because it is a national chain. But it is very noisy at no fault of the employees. The subway and sbarro next door have their smells wafting thru the air. Good place for an ice cream fix. Employees have average service, understandable on a Saturday night. Definitely recommend the mocha blasts with your choice of ice cream. Try the gold medal ribbon.
