The person who messed up my order by adding sprinkles and cherries to my ice cream, even though it was not requested, called me Monday and had the audacity to tell me to NEVER ORDER FROM THEIR STORE AGAIN. They tried to argue with me stating that their description says that sprinkles and cherries come on all of their ice cream, I have a screenshot showing where it ONLY said 2-4oz scoops of premium ice cream, I even told her to go to GrubHub and she will see this. Instead of taking accountability for their mistake, she continued to tell me I needed to read the description, they went and changed the description after our conversation, making it seem like I can't read. Screenshots don't lie, if it were there in the description as she claimed, I would have simply put it in the notes to remove the cherries and sprinkles as I have done in the past. I hung up in her face because she was being disrespectful and unprofessional, she called me back and just held the phone. At this point I felt like I was being harassed, because she had no right to call me in the first place, let alone calling me unprofessionally. I filed a complaint with the corporate offers who was supposed to have the franchise manager call me, yet no one ever reached out to me. This just goes to show how much their customer actually means to them. The empathy and tone shown in their response back to my previous review is completely different from the person that called me . Myself nor any of my businesses, or colleagues will no longer patron with their company. BR had this follow up review removed from Grubhub and still never contacted me.
