I can happily confirm that they still sell the clown ice creams!! I’m so happy and glad I could find them! I honestly expected them not to have any since every picture of the local freezer cases I’ve seen that is less than 4 years old didn’t contain any, but they were very abundant!

My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years and it never disappoints. It's run by a lovely family who takes great care to keep a fun environment! The ice cream is delicious, the waffle cones are always fresh, and I think it's the cleanest spot in Richmond. 100% recommend!

Horrible customer service. Racist establishment with racist older woman and her daughter. If you aren’t white I would avoid going here. There are other non racist places that know how to treat their customers well.

Cake was delicious! I ordered the small square or rectangle cake but got a round one. They spelled Reece with an s not a c. I've always loved Baskin Robins! When I ordered the cake it I was told it would withstand my 40 minute drive home; when i picked up the cake she said 15 or 20 minutes. The cake made it home but I was not happy about the time changing after I'd paid for the cake.

Truly the nicest people here. I ordered a last minute birthday ice cream cake for my husband to pick up next day. I know I cut it close with the timing and understood if they weren’t able to accommodate my flavor requests. I was fully expecting to get a standard premade cake from the case on the day of pickup and was totally surprised when they presented my custom cake. They were so sweet and said they wanted to make it happen for my husband’s surprise and I was so touched by the incredible gesture. I can’t recommend this location enough and will be sure to order again whenever I’m back in the area.

I been coming to Baskin Robbin with no problem this you man that call his self being rude I ask him what are the sizes they had for there ice cream he tells me there goes the menu I explain to him I have not been since last year he clearly was very rude and unprofessional there was a older lady help me and see apologize for the service this young man did today service like what he did today would run off your customers someone really need to talk to him

The people are awesome. The owner's great. Very clean restaurant. High quality ice cream great customer service. I went in with a big order and had lots of questions about how to keep it frozen and transported and all that good stuff and they nailed it. Thank you so much it was a huge success.

Didn't know any places for some good ice cream so I went to Baskin Robbins on Foresthill and am I'm so disappointed. Spent $5.99 For a 2 scoop, Sunday and the mess I got was ridiculous. The ice cream didn't even fill the cup. I remember the days when it was so full with ice cream and toppings you had to save some. This right here she barely put carmel on there and I can't find the cherry it will be gone in two swallows. I give this locationNO STARS!!! Can someone recommend another ice cream spot. Because I'm never going back to Baskin Robbins, especially the one on Forest Hill!!

I walked into the store to get an ice cream shake. As I entered, I was greeted by a barking dog behind the counter or possibly behind a door. I found this to be highly unsanitary, especially for a food establishment serving ice cream. I decided it would be better to take my business elsewhere.

Miss Helen runs the finest Baskin-Robbins I've ever visited. Her store is so warm and friendly. And the ice cream was very fresh tasting, and the store was very clean. It's been years since I've been to baskin-robbins, but my friend wanted to go so I agreed. I feel like I've "upgraded" my ice cream taste buds because it wasn't that good. Maybe I chose the wrong flavor. With 30 other flavors to choose from, they might have something there that agrees with my taste buds. It wasn't bad ice cream- it just wasn't great ice cream. Very deserving of an average "3" star review. What was nice is, the receipt gives you a coupon for $1 off your next visit, which can come in handy. I've heard that the manager of this location isn't very friendly, but I didn't encounter her during my visit. My overall experience was fine. I'd be willing to go back to try one of the other flavors.

Here's the scoop! Who likes ice cream in the winter? I do!! And pretty much all year round! This 131 flavor shop has a plethora of sweet, cold concoctions that is sure to satisfy any cone head. My fav is the Jamocha Almond Fudge which cannot be found everywhere! This small store was tidy, the tables were clean, and the server was pleasant and personable! And of course, the price was right! So go on, get your chill on and indulge in a a double dip of you favorite flavor!

There is no place better than the Baskin Robbins on Forest Hill Avenue. Still has the home town atmosphere and there are no ice cream places that compare (not even the 12 dollar a scoop places). This is the best!

Called before placing DoorDash order to ask for a substitution. Manager said, "Sure, just put it in the notes!" After doing so, we still got the incorrect item. Called back and told her and she said, "Oh well they didn't show me the notes." Really!?! I called you TWO MINUTES BEFORE PLACING THIS ORDER! So I told her if they couldn't replace the item I'd be asking for a full refund from DoorDash. She said, "Oh well that doesn't affect us, go ahead." So whoever was the "manager" this evening doesn't really give a shit about the customers, the company, or their delivery partners.

I was waiting on line & was to the side looking around at the ice cream but I was not too far from the register where a female employee was serving the customer ahead of me. I waited patiently & a new customer entered the place. He stood far from the register waiting too. The employee at the one open register called out to him to serve him when he told her I wasn't there before him. Then she helped me. I called to let the store know about being overlooked & the woman I think she's the owner listened but said the store is very busy now & it's a family-owned business & they are doing the best they can. However I repeated I was at the store when it was NOT busy- only 3 customers in the place. She's not comprehending my message to to her. For me, poor customer service & NOT CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY! I told her I'm NOT returning to this store!

The person who messed up my order by adding sprinkles and cherries to my ice cream, even though it was not requested, called me Monday and had the audacity to tell me to NEVER ORDER FROM THEIR STORE AGAIN. They tried to argue with me stating that their description says that sprinkles and cherries come on all of their ice cream, I have a screenshot showing where it ONLY said 2-4oz scoops of premium ice cream, I even told her to go to GrubHub and she will see this. Instead of taking accountability for their mistake, she continued to tell me I needed to read the description, they went and changed the description after our conversation, making it seem like I can't read. Screenshots don't lie, if it were there in the description as she claimed, I would have simply put it in the notes to remove the cherries and sprinkles as I have done in the past. I hung up in her face because she was being disrespectful and unprofessional, she called me back and just held the phone. At this point I felt like I was being harassed, because she had no right to call me in the first place, let alone calling me unprofessionally. I filed a complaint with the corporate offers who was supposed to have the franchise manager call me, yet no one ever reached out to me. This just goes to show how much their customer actually means to them. The empathy and tone shown in their response back to my previous review is completely different from the person that called me . Myself nor any of my businesses, or colleagues will no longer patron with their company. BR had this follow up review removed from Grubhub and still never contacted me.

Whether you have just have sweet tooth or you are a confectionery connoisseur, Baskin-Robbins is bound to have the flavor to savor. With icecream cups dipped bowls and cones, banana splits, icecream cookie sandwiches, smoothies, shakes and icecream cakes, and of course flavors galore. If you're planning on taking some home to share, or indulging on a cheat day, there's quarts and cut-gallons for any available flavor of your choosing. You can even get a sweet doggie treat for the doggo on the go. Personally, I get a large milkshake whenever I go. The best part is you can mix just about any flavors together. Mix 4 random flavors for a new experience every time you drop by, or for a challenge, experiment to find the ultimate combination.

Ice cream makes people happy!!! Thats a moto i live by :). Always a great day when I can stop by here on my lunch break, day off or weekend for a scoop or two :). The lady who works here has been here for years, good to see a regular face who knows what she's doing:). Stop by if your in the area!

A small establishment with tight parking, but the care and customer focus of the staff makes up for those inconveniences. Took my granddaughters for a late afternoon ice cream break and asked a friend to show up in his T-Rex costume to surprise my 8 year old granddaughter, who is obsessed with dinosaurs. The Baskin Robbins staff was very receptive and graciously accommodated us. Definitely 5 Stars!!

Baskin-Robbins always has terrific ice cream, but what makes this a 5-star rating is the friendly service provided at this location. The presentation of products is outstanding. They have a tremendous variety of cakes already made, and will of course custom-make to order. We called for a special ice cream flavor for an Oktoberfest party and they were able to fill it very quickly. Give this store a try - they go out of their way to provide the best possible customer service.

I love baskin Robbins, my favorite ice cream since my childhood! one of the best when it comes to REAL ice cream. But when I used one of my gift cards to pay for ice cream I watched my $2 gift card balance go fromt $2 to $0. When the cashier scanned the card, it was not credited for the payment and said insufficient funds. What's going on?? Has this happened to anyone else? SADB

Omg. I love this spot. it's been here all my life and today is the last day for peppermint patty ice cream. It's so good and the lady at the counter is always friendly!!

I have coming to this Baskin Robbins for years. Many things have changed and others have stayed the same. The many wonderful flavors of Ice cream. No matter what the season there is always something different and great to try. Now its even easier then ever also to pay whether you have cash,Apple pay or credit card. You can enjoy your cone or sundae while surfing the free internet while. To me there is nothing better. Great Job Guys.

I'm an ice cream purist, which is why I prefer simple Baskin Robbins to fanciful Cold Stone Creamery. Baskin Robbins is guarantee to provide flavorful scoops of ice cream in flavors reminiscent of nights I spent with my grandma eating ice cream on her bed while watching Saturday Night Live. There are many of the traditional flavors (e.g., vanilla, chocolate, butter pecan) but there are also more daring flavors (Lunar Cheesecake, Icing on the Cake) to whet one's palette. The associates are always friendly and ready to serve. I particularly like this location since it's near Pony Pasture and an array of beautiful homes along River Road, though the parking lot is kinda narrow and can get tight on hot summer evenings when everyone has the same idea to cool off with ice cream. Baskin Robbins suits me just fine!

Good, nothing special, but always nice to stop in for something quick and tasty after work. I like seeing the same people there whenever I go, it gives it sort of a homey feel.

When I was growing up, my dad and I would stop in here to get ice cream when we were out picking up Budweiser. I have great memories of Baskin-Robbins and wanted to re-live some of the nostalgic moments. I brought my buddy Larry along to play the role of my dad. We had been drinking Budweiser since 6 AM and went out to pick up some more Budweiser. We stopped in Baskin-Robbins, just as my dad and I used to. As we entered the store, I had Larry shout at me and tell me that my shoe was not tied, then I had him smack me in the back of the head. I wanted this to be just like when my dad and I went to Baskin-Robbins all those years ago. I started crying, just like I used to. When my tears dried, I had Larry order me a double-scoop of Budweiser flavored ice cream. The pimply-faced teenager working the scoop said they did not have Budweiser flavored ice cream. Larry gave him a tongue lashing. "How the hell do you have 31 flavors and not one of 'em is Budweiser flavor?!?!". I intervened. "Its OK pops. I can just pour some Budweiser over the top of vanilla and it will be close enough." "You do have some brains in that there noggin, boy", Larry replied. We both got vanilla double-scoops in big cups so there would be room for the delicious Budweiser flavor. We headed out to my Wagoneer. I let Larry drive while he was playing the role of my dad. We had a few large format (24 oz-ers) Buds in the ol' Wagoneer that we poured over the ice cream. After a few bites of vanilla-Budweiser ice cream, I spooned out the ice cream into the parking lot and drank the rest. The vanilla-Budweiser was a nice change, however, I like my Budweiser un-tainted. We headed over to the Food Lion and to pick up some more Budweiser, then it was off to the Paper Moon to stare at some boobs. Just like the old days. 5-stars!

This place has a huge selection of all sorts of delicious flavors, as well as the most friendly staff a business could have. A visit to this shop will most definitely put you in a great mood, and you'll want to keep on coming back every time you have a craving for something sweet. The ice cream here is without a doubt the best in town and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Stopped by this location with my family lastnight. My son (10) ordered a scoop of ice cream with cone on top. Upon receiving his ice cream the cone immediately fell to the floor. We disposed the cone in the exiting trashcan. I then asked the gentleman could my son have another plain sugar cone. Gentleman brushed me off and proceeds to help next customer. As I waited he returned saying we replace the ice cream but not the cone and to ask the managing lady on duty. My husband gently asked her and she asked us where was the cone, where did we discard it, and began a discussing the issue with gentleman. I'm thinking this was an honest mistake and my sons cone wasn't properly secured. I paid .20 and went through much interrogation over getting another cone. I'm greatly impressed with he quality offerings at this location but I must say the service level could be much better. Moving forward I will chose another location. I had to explain to my son while leaving mistakes happen and it was okay. Bad service in an establishment catered to kids! Must do better
