SF’s Loneliest Baskin-Robbins Shuts Down Right Before Made Up Ice Cream Holiday - Eater SF

"San Francisco's last Baskin-Robbins located at 570 Battery St has closed. The city's other Baskin-Robbins shop closed in 2012 at 2250 Irving Street, which is now a boba tea shop called Wondertea. Baskin-Robbins fans can still visit the last two Bay Area shops in Daly City and Emeryville. The chain is also releasing new sundaes for National Ice Cream Day, including the Unicorn Freak Shake." - Ellen Fort

This is the only B-R location anywhere near downtown. B-R has a roomie: Togo's sandwiches cohabits the store, and this has been going on since I started coming in here four years ago. For all I know, B-R and Togo may be married under Dunkin Doughnuts common law. There are tables inside and outside under the arches, or you can stroll over to nearby McArthur Park. BR/Togo staff are very pleasant and will always give you a free taste. Tip: If you sign up online, they'll send you a coupon for a free scoop on your birthday.

Only 2 stars Because The Service is REALLY BAD! The Lady is so RUDE! And seems like your inconveniencing her to scoop your ice cream. But I still Love the Mint Chip ice cream.

Great!! Only thing is it's kind of hard to find, and also there's not a lot of parking.
