Google
Superb customer service/greeting. Delicious fresh chocolate chunk cookie and I got 2 of the peanut butter sandwich cookies! Would hands down come again and get me some delicious cookies when a craving strikes!

Julie Muir

Google
We wanted to try a cookie place that we didn't have back home and this place hit the spot! The Peanut butter cookie is AWESOME. It tasted like a soft peanut butter Hershey chocolate kiss cookie but with the kiss on the inside! The sea salt on top took it to a whole different level. I also recommend the sea salted caramel chocolate chip!! It was so AMAZING too. Even just the plain chocholate chip did not disappoint.

Jaxx Brown

Google
The cookies are phenomenal and the service is great. I’ve had a few last minute coworker birthdays and everyone is extremely accommodating and are able to fill my requests in a timely manner! It is the set birthday treat place!

Google
Great cookies. I buy and throw away so many cookies; these I regret not buying more. The oatmeal was dense and chewy without being oily. Peanut butter chocolate is a perfect inside-out peanut butter cup. And the prices are lower than other bakeries as well.

Google
Best cinnamon roll in Seattle. Owner is very kind and the atmosphere is very calm. I don’t know if the brioche cinnamon roll is always on the menu, but damn it was really good. The photo of this cinnamon roll should be attached to this review but I ate it too fast

Google
$2-3 per cookie. I had the fortune, peanut butter, and ginger snap cookies. All were soft and delicious—I’d definitely return to try others. The fortune cookie was my favorite, especially the fact it actually had a fortune inside 🙌 The shop itself is small and quaint. Shaded outdoor Adirondack chairs (just need to watch out for pedestrians). No frills, no menu, just cookies on display. Nearby coffee options (Starbucks, Boon Boona) so good as a combo treat as well.

Google
Awesome little stop for cookies, all of the ones I’ve tried are delicious and they have good vegan/gluten free options also. Everyone working there is really friendly and make you feel welcome.

Miriam Roskin

Google
Super friendly staff and beautiful bakery options. (Their cinnamon rolls are my personal favorites, but it’s hard to choose!). Their periodic baking classes are really fun, too.

Yelp
Some friends and I recently attended a focaccia baking class and it was wonderful! As an added bonus we also enjoyed some delicious cookies. During class, we were able to prepare and bake dough that the owner/instructor had previously started. In addition, we made our own dough and brought it home so we could immediately use the skills we just learned. None of us had much bread baking knowledge. It was a fun evening. Thank you, Jared!

Yelp
It was a rare occasion where I was in this neighborhood, and I wanted an afternoon pick me up so I decided to stop by to get some coffee and something extra. I got the brownie and a cookie. Coffee was good but I wasn't a big fan of the pastries - they were rather chewy and, I just have had better brownies and cookies before. I appreciate that they had a nice little seating area, a clean bathroom inside, and a friendly staff.

Yelp
100 out of 10 I got a rainbow fortune cookie, peanut butter cookie sandwich, and a caramel chocolate chunk cookie..... I went into this place with my sweet-tooth partner in mind. LORD, I love every bite I had!!! The person working was so kind and lovely! Thank you!!!! I'll be back very soon!

Yelp
Stopped by here after a good game of tennis to cancel out the benefit of any exercise I got - zero regrets. The caramel chocolate chunk was calling my name although the peanut butter sandwich also looked great. Will have to save that for next time. We got thorough explanations on each of the cookies and it sounds like they have a changing selection which is great because that just means more to try! The cookie was fantastic from first bite. Chewy with a crunch in all the right places, a sprinkle of salt to really bring out the flavors, the crackle of caramel and a gooey chocolate from the still-warm cookie. Ugh if only I could live on sweets.

Yelp
I went here once and it is clear that this is a devoted small business that makes quality pastries. Each one we got tasted delicious and the staff was super friendly and helpful making recommendations.

Yelp
I would really give this more of a 3.5 stars The places is a bit pricey for the price of a 2x2 slice of pizza, but it was pretty tasty besides being a little too herby for me. I don't think it is always cheese pizza because the employee (I think the owner?) said that the slice of the day was cheese. So I think it's rotating or whatever they want to make that day. The cookie was absolutely delicious. The caramel was the perfect amount. They also have a couple gluten free options. The 3.5 stars is really because they advertise having pizza outside but it's really more of a cheese bread which feels kind of misleading and the employees were a bit rude. It feels really awkward to go in and see what their pizza actually is because it's not shown really in any reviews and the price isn't posted outside and then the employees just kind of stare at you and roll your eyes. Overall I would go back again because the cookie was bomb and I go to school like right there where the food options are starting to dwindle

Yelp
Chocolate chunk cookie: rich, delicious, with melty creamy chocolate combined with soft chewy body. Better than your grandmommas! Fortune cookie: positive fortune and delicious cookie overall. Intoxicating vanilla flavor released from this slightly chewy, wholly mouth watering treat. Palmier: addicting French pastry with a delicious flakey crunch, accompanied by a sugary caramel brine. Would eat 20 without hesitation. Peanut butter cookie: not the average dry peanut butter cookie we've all unfortunately become accustomed to. Perfect exterior peanut butter flavor and a creamy peanut butter interior. There are even tiny bits of peanut throughout.

Yelp
I've been trying really hard to eat healthy lately, but when it comes to cookies... It's game on. Diet who? Don't know her. I visited Batch a week or so ago and had a lovely experience! It's conveniently located near Seattle University. There's plenty of cheap street parking too, which is a bonus. I had no issue finding a spot. I intended to just grab one or two but I pretty much grabbed one of everything they had in the case... Whoops! My favorites were the brownie, caramel chocolate chunk, and the peanut butter sandwich cookie. They were all moist, delicious, and not overly sweet. Highly suggest stopping by this shop for a delicious treat (or 5).

Yelp
Cashed in on my first Yelp Elite Perk of 2021 - a free cookie from Batch Baking Company! I had never heard of Batch before, and I was delighted to find that it was only five minutes away from my office. I went in with the intention of getting a few cookies... and a left with a dozen + my free cookie! I got an assorted dozen, which includes some of their staples like the Squareo (a homemade square-shaped cookies and creme cookie), the peanut butter sandwich cookie, and homemade fortune cookie (real fortunes included!). I've only tried the chocolate chunk and ginger snap cookies so far, but these cookies are DA BOMB. They are soft in the middle but perfectly crispy on the outside, and they hit you with a ton of different flavors in each bite. I'm especially excited to try the apricot palmier and caramel brownie. Thank you to Batch Baking Company & Yelp for the free cookie and Yelp swag, and happy (almost) one year anniversary to Batch! Can't wait to stop by again soon!

Yelp
We went with some family members that live in Seattle, that highly recommended the Batch Baking Company near their apartment in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood. The cookies are really good - especially the Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie and the Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookie. The owner was very nice and provided great service, so friendly. The bakery was modern, clean and inviting. Highly recommend a visit to the Batch Baking Company when in Seattle!

Yelp
DANNGG this place makes a mean cookie. Walked in to be greeted by the owners, one of then was scooping put fresh dough on the cookie sheets. I tried the vegan chocolate chip cookie ($2) and it was AMAZING. You really can't tell it's vegan. HUGE chunks of chocolate. Crispy buttery edges with slightly underbaked center. Not too sweet or big - the perfect size. Definitely am going to go back to try more :)

Yelp
We came here for a Yelp benefit and left with a bag full o' cookies! This place is very cool and centrally located, right next to Seattle U. They make cookies, etc in small batches and appear to be continually making them throughout the day. We ended up buying a variety of cookies and a brownie and they all were delicious! My fave was the Caramel Chocolate Chunk Cookie and special call out to the striped fortune cookie for it's originality. Thank guys for being open during this pandemic and for practicing Covid safety protocols.

Yelp
I never heard of this place until now, thanks to yelp :) its located near seattle university and I can see it being pretty popular with the students once this pandemic is over. I came here as part of a yelp elite perk for a free cookie but ended bup buying a few more to try because they look interesting: Peanut butter sandwich cookie - I'm usually not a fan of peanut butter cookie because they are usually not crispy or just not done right, but this cookie was beyond amazing. It is two perfectly crisp cookie on the outside filled with peanuts and smothered with smooth peanut butter inside. Definitely one of my favorite cookie. Caramel chocolate chip crunch cookie - another perfectly crisp cookie with a nice sweet and savory taste. I really like the subtle hints of crisps. Salted caramel brownie - my hubby loves brownie so I decided to get one and it's not my favorite to be honest. It's a little too dense for me but almost dry-ish. I definitely like the caramel in parts of the brownies though. The owners were super friendly and provided some info on the cookies. There was definitely a few more cookies I want to go back to try for sure (fortune cookie, palmier, squareo, etc).

Yelp
Wonderful. Mexican Chocolate. I ate a marvelous cookie and saw pizza, focacia and goodies in a clean, welcoming space across from Seattle U. It will surely be crowded once classes are in session, so come now!

Yelp
OVERALL: 9.2/10 (Yelp Converted Score: 4.6/5, rounded to 5/5). I will note that my visit was due to the 2021 Yelp Elite Perk that I had, for a free cookie. I bought a full dozen on top of that, since we need to be supporting local businesses! 1) VARIETY/SELECTION: 8.5/10. I found it impressive that there were so many different options. A twist on the classic palmiere, an Oreo-equivalent, and your quintessential snickerdoodle & chocolate chip cookies were definite staples! 2) FRESHNESS: 9.5/10. It was awesome that I learned that they were baked that day, and that they have a continuous baking cycle throughout the day to ensure they have a fresh supply. I definitely felt that the cookies stayed fresh even a couple of days after I brought them home. 3) VALUE FOR MONEY: 8/10. The price was decent for what you get, but comparing against other baking companies (especially other cookie specialties), this place stands above average. The cookies definitely aren't massive, but they're manageable, albeit slightly overpriced. 4) SERVICE: 10/10. I was the only person in the lobby when it opened at 11am (someone entered as I was on my way out), and I was courteously greeted by someone upon entry. I have a peanut allergy, but the current batch only had walnuts/almonds in it (I am okay with both of those), and I didn't have a problem eating any of the cookies! (which means these folks were FANTASTIC at cleaning / separating out cooking apparatuses for dealing with allergens) 5) CONSISTENCY / FIRST IMPRESSION: 10/10. My first impression of this place was pretty solid - I really hope they stick to this high standard after the pandemic is over, and we're able to enjoy the ambience of this beautiful baking company store! I'm looking forward to coming here again to try out more flavours.

Yelp
I first tried Batch Baking Company from a Yelp Elite Perk and am so glad I did! It's so hard for me to say no to cookies so of course I bought a few more while I was there. :) I tried the following treats: 1) Caramel Chocolate Chunk Cookie 2) Brownie 3) Vegan Chocolate Chunk 4) Flourless Chocolate Chunk 5) Chocolate Chunk Everything is SO. TASTY. You really cannot go wrong with any of the choices. My favorite though was the Caramel Chocolate Chunk Cookie (there happened to only be one left when I was there!). The cookie also has sea salt on top which adds a nice sweet/salty taste to the cookie. Each treat ranges from $1.50 - $2.50 each. While it may be a little pricy with the size of the treats, everything is baked super fresh and so worth it. If you also have ANY questions, the staff are more than friendly and welcome to answer them! Don't be shy. I think I asked 10+ questions when I was there (more about ingredients included in some of the cookies) and they were more than happy to help. Whenever I have a craving for fresh cookies, I will definitely be stopping by Batch Baking Company again!

Yelp
Wow. This place has excellent cookies! I hear they have great brownies and cookie sandwiches too. At the time I went, they were out of those. That's okay, I'll just have to return. Anyway, out of what is available, I chose 3 chocolate chunk, 1 Mexican chocolate (spicy), 1 "fortune cookie", 1 apricot filled palmier, and 1 vegan chocolate chunk cookie. I inhaled the last one without taking a picture. LOL. They are so good! Out of 7 cookies purchased, only 3 are left in a matter of hours. Oops! (In a good way) Seriously, I am definitely returning here. Their location is very convenient, across from Seattle University, on 12th, between First Hill and Cherry Hill. There are plenty of street parking nearby. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Be sure, to come by here before or after.

Yelp
Very tasty cookies but they are a little small for the cost. Right now with less traffic due to Covid I am still inclined to support local businesses even with higher costs. The snickerdoodle was good, could've been a little bit more moist but I enjoyed the flavor. I also tried the brownie with caramel and again I thought it was good not overly rich. I think I liked the chocolate chunk caramel cookie the most but I am a sucker for brown butter. So I would definitely get that one again. That one does tend to be more on the sweet side so it wasn't my husband's favorite but he likes a different type of cookie than me.

Yelp
*Open for to-go Jan. 2021* I stopped by on a Friday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety. The two nice gentlemen gave me some recommendations. They also told me the bakery has been open for a year, and they feel lucky that they are managing to stay in business. To support them, and mostly to fulfill my gluttony, I got 4 different cookies (ranking from most to lease favorite): Caramel Chocolate Chunk ($2.5), Peanut Butter Sandwich ($2.5), Fortune Cookie ($1.5, comes with a fortune!) and Shortbread ($2). Price are reasonable. There are also Vegan and flourless options (see pictures). Please come and support them!

Yelp
I found this place because of a Yelp Elite free cookie event. We went for a free cookie and left with a whole bunch of cookies. They had a lot of options and patiently walked us through all of them. I got the Peanut butter sandwich, Caramel Chocolate Chunk, Gluten free chocolate chunk, Lavender Shortbread, Brownie, and another I don't remember the name of (they said it was something they were experimenting with). I loved all the cookies, the Caramel Chocolate Chunk being the best, the Lavender Shortbread a close second. Thanks Yelp for the swag.

Yelp
A cute little cookie shop by Seattle U. I love how they have the ovens in the main area and they use the display counter as a prep space in the morning. It really shows just how fresh their cookies are! I went in at ~6pm which was when their happy hour was! 50 cents off each cookie I got: - peanut butter brownie- a rich and chocolatey brownie with the right amount of peanut butter sandwiched in between. Super indulgent dessert and is everything a brownie should be! A nice crunch on the outside. Moist and cakey on the inside. Just writing this review is making me drool on how scrumptious the brownie was. - peanut butter cookie sandwich - jammed packed with peanuts! It was the perfect cookie: crunchy from the peanuts but also chewy. And you can't forget about the peanut butter frosting. Usually places have it too sweet, but here. It was the right amount and balanced nicely with the peanut taste.

Yelp
Tried a bunch of their items from an event and just had to come here and rave about them. These cookies are thick and hefty but still remain light and airy, how does even even work?! Packed full of flavor and just the right amount of salt (certain cookies). My first taste of each I was just like "it's okay" but I couldn't stop eating them! They grew on me after the initial first bite. Tried chocolate chunk cookie (browned butter adds extra flavor, filled with chunks of both milk and dark chocolate) soft, chewy, rich and just salty enough. I like crispy edges but I loved how soft this was. Vanilla squareo (their version of the classic oreo) my least favorite because the cookie was too bitter but the filling was good. Fortune cookie (buttery and crispy) not like a typical fortune cookie, like a thin sugar cookie.
google avatar

Yelp
If you are visiting Seattle and in Capital Hill, I recommend stopping by Batch for a few cookies. You may think you only want one or two, but get at least a couple more for later. The treats are made in front of you so you can see they are made in small batches and wholesome ingredients. The options of the day are all on display, with many selling out by the end so go early if you are looking for something specific. There is plenty of parking on both sides of the street in front of the store. I got the ginger snap for myself, then a dozen for friends I was visiting later. My cookie had actual chunks of ginger, not just some dried pieces or flavoring. The outside edge was crispy while the center was more chewy. Every bite was bursting with flavor. My friends raved about the cookies and had eaten them all before I left. They could not wait to visit themselves and had trouble picking a favorite.

Yelp
Stopped by and tried this small cookie company today. Right over by seattle U. The cookies have great flavor and are clearly baked fresh daily. Tried the squareo, the vegan chocolate chip, caramel brownie, gingersnap, icebox and peanut butter. All of them were full of flavor and soft. The brownie was the best for sure. The sqaureo is a darker chocolate so not as sweet and the gingersnap has a strong ginger flavor. Overall I would go back.

Yelp
I picked up a few sweet treats for my first ever Yelp Elite event (this was a momentous time for me who doesn't love a free cookie?!). I came to the store just a couple hours before they closed for the evening so I think they were out of some of the flavors. I did get my hands on the last Salted Caramel (which was delicious btw, the caramel was super chewy and the cookie was perfectly salted). I also picked up 2 of the Peanut Butter Sandwich cookies for my boyfriend and he scarfed those suckers up, and he normally doesn't care for sweets. I also grabbed the last Double Chocolate Chip which was the perfect consistency with melted milk and dark chocolate chunks, and and Caramel Brownie, which was pretty good but I wish the texture was more chewy. Also the (I believe) owners were super nice and friendly! I will definitely be back to try the other flavors!
google avatar

Lea C.

Yelp
Tip: Come by during cookie happy hour between 5 and 7 pm for $0.50 off your cookie! Classic cookies done right at a cute neighborhood shop! Can't to try more. My only complaint is that my chocolate chip cookie had mostly chocolate flakes instead of chunks, but it was soft and delicious nonetheless! The price is fair and there's always been a great selection when I've been by.

Yelp
So nice to call a business like this where the people on the phone are friendly and happy and while I placed the order on Saturday for my Student's finals week at SU and they promised Tuesday delivery, they actually got the order delivered SATURDAY on the SAME DAY! BRAVO @Batch Bakery!!

Yelp
Delicious deserts and very nice owner. I recommend trying the caramel brownie, squareo, and the caramel chocolate chunk cookie. I will be back many times over.

Yelp
Highly recommend Batch Baking Company! I had a sandwich that was absolutely delicious & their pastries are to die for! Their service is excellent and very personable. Can't wait to return!
google avatar

Yelp
Fresh baked delicious cookies at a reasonable price! What could be better? Oh I guess an ice cold milk to go with it - didn't think of it while I was there but after noshing the first cookie in the car before going home it's all I was craving! I started with the vegan chocolate chunk because I'm a firm believer that if someone can make a vegan cookie delicious then everything else is bound to be even more exciting! That rule totally applies to this little bake shop! I love the location of this unassuming little bakery and dessert shop and can't wait to return for more delectable cookies in the future. All 4 different cookies I tried were divine: chocolate chunk (v), chocolate chunk, snickerdoodle, and the fortune cookie with an actual fortune inside! Best fortune cookie I've ever had for sure! Can't wait to try the others next time!

Yelp
This location is across the street from Seattle U Law School and parking suuuuuucks! You can park on one of the side streets and walk up. I went in for a Yelp freebie (thanks) and chatted with staff. I wasnt totally overwhelmed with the feelings of being welcomed. It was like its Saturday, slow & I hope we sell out soon. Haha. I tried to give them more business by buying extra cookies but the guy was like its the end of the week - this is all we have. Lmao. Ooook. Got it. Grabbed my free cookie & two more for the folks at home. Cant remember if I loved or liked.
google avatar

Bria K.

Yelp
Quaint friendly place. Pretty bare inside (possibly because they just opened) but clean and organized. Ordered 4 different cookies to try with my son, and they were all delicious. I was most impressed that the sweetness/sugar profile was a spot on across the board - sweet enough to be dessert-y, but not too sweet. We will be back for sure! Great addition to the neighborhood.

Yelp
I stopped in on Friday evening around 6 pm. They closed at 7, so I called in beforehand to make sure they had the cookie I wanted (vegan chocolate chunk). I'm not vegan, nor do I have any allergy-related issues with dairy, but I do try to stay away from dairy for personal reasons. I was excited to see they had an option that would work for me (but I still took little bites of the other two cookies!!). Batch is small, incredibly clean, and has a great looking display of treats. My eyes were on the caramel brownies, too, but maybe next time! I got the vegan chocolate chunk for my free cookie. My boyfriend came along and got a caramel chocolate chunk cookie and a Mexican chocolate cookie. I didn't get any kick from the Mexican chocolate cookie, but it was still really good. The vegan chocolate chunk had a great flavor and was crispier on the edges and softer in the middle, which is exactly how I like my cookies! The caramel chocolate chunk was the star of the show. The caramel almost tasted like toffee (yum!!!), and the sea salt was like the cherry on top. It reminded me of these really good homemade dark chocolate chip sea salt cookies I make a lot. The man working that evening was quite funny and very kind. I would love to come back and try more treats, although I do wish there were more dairy-free (or vegan) options.

Yelp
I was super excited to try this place. Got the chocolate caramel cookie, snickerdoodle and a brownie and tipped on the overpriced cookies. Unfortunately the only one I semi liked was the chocolate caramel cookie. Sizes were tiny and the cookies were overly sweet. Snickerdoodle had a crumbly texture that I didn't like. I wanted chewy and buttery covered with cinnamon sugar. The brownie was more of a cake than a brownie and a bit dry. It was also only maybe 2" x 3". I really wish I liked this place more. Usually, I'm a sucker for those small batch bakeries, but I'll probably head to the other options around me next time.
google avatar

Jun Li Z.

Yelp
I got one cookie (one courtesy of Yelp!) and a caramel brownie w/ sea salt. As soon as I got back to my vehicle, I took a bite and was going to save the rest of the caramel chocolate cookie - but I finished it in a minute. If I were to get a cookie, I'd go back to this place just for this flavor. The brownie was very cakey and it was delicious - but again, I would go here for that specific caramel chocolate cookie. 'Nuff said.
google avatar

Yelp
Went here earlier this week to check it out cause I was craving sweets and saw this was relatively close! The set up is super cute- very simple and open. The sizes of the cookies were *slightly* smaller than I was expecting but not so much that I would say it was a major issue I got the Caramel Brownie and a Vanilla "Squareo" (their take on an Oreo). The Brownie was INCREDIBLE. Super soft and chewy and just rich enough. The squareo was fun too but the brownie was the spotlight of my trip. Can't wait to go back and try more things.

Yelp
Caramel chocolate chunk with a touch of salt.... in the words of my other: best cookie ever! I also tried the ginger cookie... don't be fooled, this is not a molasses cookie masquerading as a ginger cookie.... this is a cakey pure ginger cookie... fun change of pace. Nice little store front, very pleasant and helpful staff. Definitely worth a stop by for a special cookie!

Yelp
I don't know how this place gets anything less than 5 stars! The customer service is amazing (I think you're serviced by a very friendly person who I think is the owner and pastry chef) and they're more than happy to give you recommendations. Get yourself a box full of goodies and eat it all in one sitting. Cookies are perfectly buttery, brownie perfectly soft with the cronchy brownie outside layer, and pastry with the just right flakiness. Don't get their version of Oreo thinking you'll get that nabisco flavors. This is small batched goodies, it's better than mass produced.

Yelp
UPDATED REVIEW as of 2/10/23: Jared (one of the owners) reached out to me shortly after my review last October to make things right, but it was only recently that I had a chance to return to the store. Great customer service on Jared's end to make things right for me. I'm a huge proponent for people/owners who can do right by their customers. With regards to the quality of the cookies, maybe we got a not-so-great batch, but it didn't feel like anything special to write home about. We had the snickerdoodle, squareo, brownie with peanut butter, and shortbread. They all seemed okay. Will go back for chocolate chip next time. 2 stars for value and taste 1 extra star for Jared's customer service

Yelp
A new cookie spot that was on my radar. They had great size cookies for a great price, and were perfectly priced. The staff was super friendly. The cookie was amazing, perfect sweetness perfect chewiness perfect softness, I really enjoyed it. I would definitely come back!

Yelp
My first experience with the Batch Baking Company was for a Yelp Elite Event, but I ended up buying a few more on top of my free cookie because of the variety and freshness of everything! You could tell that the cookies were baked day-of and were handled with much care and delicacy. I was able to try a few of their cookies, but I must say, their regular chocolate chip cookie was amazing, especially after warming it up in the microwave for a couple seconds ... it couldn't get any better than that! Although the cookies are a bit on pricier side than your average store cookie, it's definitely worth trying out this small local business, because the service and the freshness of the treats are unbeatable. I will definitely be visiting again and am excited to try out more of their options!

Yelp
Batch saved my day! They were open on Christmas Eve and I needed a quick coffee break! Little did I know I was going to stumble upon one of the best cookies in Seattle. I got the caramel chocolate chunk and the caramel flows out of the cookie and gets crispy but the cookie itself is soft. It also has a hint of sea salt. One of the most delicious things I have ever tasted. I will recommend to all of my friends and be back as often as possible!

Yelp
Stop by to pick up a caramel chocolate chunk. If you like soft, chewy cookies, this is a must try. The caramel and salt flake on the cookie makes it 10 times better.

Yelp
I just enjoyed the best fortune cookie I've ever eaten in my life! Batch provides an unassuming, friendly comfortable vibe with no-nonsense amazing baked goods. My cookie was crunchy around the edges with delightful chewy goodness around the middle. And yes, there was an actual fortune folded within. Looking forward to checking out more of their offerings on my next visit.

Yelp
I stopped by Batch Baking Company today on my way home from work to grab a sweet treat. It was my first time, and I found the loading zone reserved for food pick-up right in front of the shop perfect for a quick stop. I stopped in and found the shop to be super clean, with their small batches of treats for the day on display. One of the owners was at the counter (I didn't get his name), and helped me pick out a caramel chocolate chip cookie and lavender shortbread. He was super kind and friendly, asked if I wanted them bagged together or separately, and I was on my way! I appreciated that he asked about the bagging because if I'm dropping off for others, I would want them separate (esp in COVID times), but otherwise I want to save the earth from as many bags as possible! I couldn't help but dig in as soon as I was in the car. I started with the lavender shortbread. The lavender was present but not overpowering, and the balance of sweet, salty, and buttery was amazing. The chocolate chip cookie was even better! Normally I like to take my cookies home to heat in the microwave for a few seconds to get the chocolate gooey, but the caramel was so gooey and well, caramelized that it wasn't necessary! I was happy to support a small local business during these times. If you or someone you know needs a little pick-me-up, Batch Baking Company makes a mean caramel chocolate chip cookie.

Yelp
I visited Batch for a Yelp Perk, but naturally I couldn't stop at one cookie, and I bought several. The selection was very good considering I visited in their last hour for the day. The cookies were fresh, and I honestly liked every one I picked. My favorite was the caramel chocolate chunk. I love how the caramel oozed out and was sticky chewy. The cookies are not large, but they are the right size and quality as if you had baked them yourself at home. The price is great compared to other companies. The service was very friendly and welcoming. This will be a regular stop for me.

Yelp
Stopped in to try a few individual cookies and to place a large order for a baby shower. The squareo for the season was peppermint and it was delicious! I also had the shortbread and it had amazing flavor. I would love to give a personal review on their chocolate chunk cookie but my husband devoured it before I got a chance. Needless to say, he loved it. I also ordered a few dozen fortune cookies and not only were the cookies tasty but we got to write our own fortunes to put in each one. We received rave reviews from the shower guests. On top of it the owners were so easy to communicate with and our order was ready right on time. They are now my go to bakery for cookie orders big and small.

Yelp
I stopped in here recently to pick up a cookie (Yelp Elite perk!) and grabbed an extra while I was there. The brown butter chocolate chip was SO GOOD! The brown butter and some salt made it taste extra especial. Also loved the PB sandwich cookie. The shop is cute and service is friendly!

Yelp
This place is small but don't let it fool you! The baked goods are incredible and the drinks are great too. Their vegan cookies are so good you wouldn't know they don't have eggs or butter. Will be a repeat customer
