We did a regular river cruise. I love the fact that by buying online, I could walk up to the dock and get on the boat at whatever time I was ready. I chose a day and had from 10 AM through 10:30PM to show up. This eliminated a lot of stress of trying to rush other activities to arrive at a certain time. The dock was easy to find due to plentiful signage and there was a ride every 30 minutes. The cruise is relaxing but 1 star gets knocked off as we could not hear any of the audio about the city. I imagine there are plenty of people who do not care about the history or facts and just want the cruise and if so that's fine. My wife is a major history nerd however and was disappointed in not being able to learn anything about the city from the cruise. If you just need an hour to relax your sore feet but still want to sight see, you can hop on for around 20 euros. I paid 17 by purchasing online. You pass by most of the major sites.

Easy boat cruise. Love the convenience of using the tickets at anytime. The actual pickup location was a little had to find but we were able to find it to take a night cruise. Definitely worth the trip. Best to buy tickets in advance.

One of my favorite activities that we did in Paris! We did the dinner boat ride and got a table right next to the windows (majority of the tables are right next to the windows🪟). Absolutely beautiful and smooth ride. Delicious food and fantastic live music. For getting there, it was easy taking a taxi but getting back was a little tough. There weren’t a lot of taxis near the port late at night and Ubers had a long wait. For getting back, recommend booking an Uber and or taxi beforehand.

Would do it again.... Well recommended. It felt special. Waiters were very attentive; thank you DJ. The food was very good, with several options. The atmosphere was lovely, with everyone dressed up. Fantastic timing for Eiffel Tower lights. Worth the money.

Google
The boat ride lasted about an hour. It had two decks and was okay, but nothing really special. I think it might be nicer during sunset. We paid €10 per person and got the tickets at our hotel.

Google
We bought this ticket along with the tour montparnasse ticket and we regreted it so much when we got to the pier where we were supposed to get on the boat. The boarding process was HORRIBLE even having tickets in advance we had to make a long line to get in the boat. It was specially OVERCROWDED and people get pushy and violent. After that nightmare, when you’re (finally) in the boat the ride is quite monumental, very beautiful sorroundings and great views from both banks of the Sienne and the historical bridges and isles of Paris.

If you're going to do a river tour, do this one with dinner. The food is so-so, but what a fantastic experience. You can see everything. We got to see the Eiffel Tower at night with all the lights on which was pretty amazing. You can also get a great shot at the Louvre

Google
We took an evening cruise with live music and dinner - a truly memorable experience overall. The only downside was the check-in process. Unfortunately, no one informed us that seating was assigned as guests arrived, so by the time we boarded, we were placed at a table without a panoramic view, which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff serving the dinner were incredibly kind and attentive - they really turned the experience around with their warm attitude and great service. And of course, the nighttime view of the Eiffel Tower from the river… absolutely magical. Despite the rocky start, this is still a must-visit experience in Paris.

Yelp
Riverboat dinner cruise on the Seine through the heart of Paris. A couple things to consider here: first, the food they offer. second, the views they enable. So first, the food. Nothing special. They give you a menu when you sit down and you order everything up front, which is nice because that frees you up to go outside or topside for views of the city. We ordered our food and enjoyed our bottle of champagne, which was included in our ticket. The champagne was decent, though an average offering, not like France's finest or anything. The food was decent, nothing to write home about, but certainly nothing bad either. So all in all, from a food perspective, yeah not bad. From the perspective of seeing Paris, there's really only one way to get some of these views, and that's on board the boat. The views from the boat are some of the best you can get, without the worry of being crowded out by tourists. They also have it timed extremely well; our boat happened to go past the Eiffel Tower just as the clock struck 10 PM, which meant all the twinkle lights lit up. That being said, you can get some pretty great views of all these places when not on the boat, either, so it really depends on your preferences there. For me, the most fun was waving to people on the shore, mostly locals who hang out in the evenings along the river. I realize that sounds incredibly corny, but it started to become a game of who you could get the attention of and who would acknowledge back. That might've been the champagne talking, but whatever. Regardless, it's a unique experience in the heart of Paris. Is it worth the cost? That really is down to you. The food is average, but the experience is certainly fun. I probably wouldn't do it again, but i'm glad i did it once.

Yelp
Million dollar views of the Seine River in Paris France while coasting on the Bateaux Mouches with 300 other tourists. This river tour is a combined excursion with the catacombs exhibit for only $100.00. Absolutely worth every penny I spent for the spectacular views. I suggest boarding quickly for a seat on the top of the boat for best views. There is a gift shop open prior to boarding with pricey Paris related items.

Yelp
5 Tips to get the most out of the Bateaux Mouches and make it a 5 star experience: (1) Pre-book your tickets before you arrive in Paris. They are valid for two years, so you can time the tour depending on weather and how the rest of your visit is going. Skip the dinner cruise. Spend the money you save on a nice meal onshore instead. (2) Arrive 30-40 minutes before the cruise you want and get in queue. Have your uber or taxi take you all the way to the ticket area vs. drop you on the bridge. (3) Don't let ANYONE (especially aggressive tour guides with large groups) cut in front of you. Try to be first (or early) on the boat you want. We wanted to board the 8:30 pm cruise yesterday as sunset was at 8:37 pm local time, and we got on that boat by arriving around 8 pm. (4) Sit on the lower deck on the port (left) side vs. the upper deck. You'll see everything and fewer people will get in your way. Also, don't pay attention to the pre-recorded narration of the sights - read up on major landmarks ahead of time and use your physical or smart phone map to orient yourself. (5) The best sunset cruise sights are in the beginning (Louvre, Notre Dame in daylight) and the end (Assemblée Nationale and Eiffel Tower lit up at night). If you time it correctly you'll see the Eiffel Tower doing its post-sunset flashing display at the top of the hour! Enjoy!!

Yelp
We happened upon this river cruise because it was included with a ticket to the catacombs. It was kind of a gloomy day, but still had fun, cruising the river with our friends and seeing the sites.

Yelp
This is your classic tourist trap attraction. We took this dinner cruise our first night in Paris as we thought it would be a great way to get a lay of the land. First off, our sailing left late as they were waiting for a group that was running behind. This meant our first course was served while docked instead of while sailing. The whole experience felty tacky, no real guide as to what you were seeing. The food was "meh" at best. The best part were the views of the Eiffel Tower for sure. Would not recommend

Yelp
We did the evening dinner cruise in Paris just before the Olympics began -the Prestige menu. It was a great experience, and I'm glad I finally had a chance to do it. Finding the boat was a little challenging because of all the barriers and blockades set up in advance of the Olympics, but they had someone stationed with a sign to help direct folks to an alternate pathway. Check in was a breeze. After check in, there's an outdoor bar and lounge area where you can relax and have a drink before boarding the boat. We had a glass of champagne before boarding and probably would have stayed longer, but we wanted to make sure we got a nice table with a good view for the evening. There are some interior tables not beside the windows, but the cruise wasn't booked enough to require those to be filled. Everyone got a window table. Had I known that, we might have stayed a little longer to enjoy the bar-lounge area. Service started as soon as we were seated. Our server was friendly and seemed to check in on us at just the right time. The interior of the boat was nice enough with red table cloths and overhead lighting that looks like stars in the sky when the sun goes down. We opted for the Prestige Menu. The meal began with an amuse bouche (something like a gazpacho) and an aperitif Castel Mouche. For appetizers my partner and I both had the foie gras. It was served with nori, carrot puree, and some crispy wontons and bread, of course. I really enjoyed the combination of the briney taste of the nori, crispiness of the wontons, and the richness of the foie gras. We got to choose between a bottle of red or white wine to go with our meal, and we chose the red, which was good enough. My partner, who knows much more about wine than I do, said it was decent. For our entrees, I chose the duck breast with mashed potatoes and my partner selected the veal. The duck was okay but not great. The skin wasn't at all crispy. My partner enjoyed the veal and the potatoes along with it were tasty (he generously shared a taste). For dessert, I had the chocolate peanut crisp and my partner had the raspberry and pistachio tartlet. Our server told us those were his two favorite desserts. The chocolate crisp was rich and decadent, and the raspberry tartlet was much lighter. We were so full by the time dessert came we weren't able to finish them. Be sure to come hungry! We walked around Paris for an hour after our dinner cruise to help digest our big meal. It may be a dinner cruise, but it's really about the views. There were no interruptions to announce what we were passing by, but fortunately I had my personal French guide by my side to point out the sights. The cruise gets to the Eiffel Tower and turns around nearby at just the perfect time to get photos when the lights go on the Tower. They timed this perfectly. I'd absolutely recommend this dinner cruise when in Paris. Very nice experience.

Yelp
Great boat ride. Wish the AC Inside was stronger. It was deadly hot the day we went. Views were great!

Yelp
Service was terrible...filet was overcooked and after paying $400 for a below average meal, the server asked $5 for a coke, in cash!!!!! Very disappointing! This was supposed to be the climax of our trip to Paris. We definitely won't forget it and won't recommend it to anyone!!

Yelp
Overall this is a great option for sightseeing in Paris! As a first time visitor, this was a top priority to see the bulk of the city from their famous artery, the Seine River. Bateaux Mouches is perfectly situated between the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower, so you can really work it into whatever part of your trip is easiest. It's an hour-long "tour" that costs only ~$15, so amazing bang for your buck. I could not see eating sub par food while in France, so dining while on the boat was out - I think I made the correct call. This river cruise will give you amazing views of the main monuments and provide wonderful opportunities for photo opps. My sister and I sat on the lower level outside so we didn't have to share a row with anyone, and this was also the correct call. A few additional notes: + The audio component of this tour is...not great. It's in 6 different languages and is basically just a sentence or two. You aren't getting any wild behind the scenes knowledge. + Bring food! Bring drinks! We didn't do this and should have. + If you sit on the side, you'll still see everything perfectly fine. Just wait for the turnaround. + Bathrooms are there but they are bare bones and toilet paper-less + Buy online ahead of time to avoid queueing at the trailer. The process to buy online is very easy and good for really any tour any time. They leave every half hour. Have yourself a time! This is a great option to work into your Paris itinerary.

Yelp
My fiancé and I booked a dinner cruise with Bateaux Mouches and really enjoyed it! The process was very organized. We went to a registration spot and they had our name right on the sheet and what boat we would be on. We were also seated right away! Our server was very friendly, however she didn't service us as much as we would have liked. It took us a bit to order and she forgot to bring us some portions of our meal. This would have been fine, but the meals were smaller than we had thought. It was all very delicious though and the live music was a treat! Seeing the Effiel Tower from the Seine was really fun, but I'm wondering if seeing the river in the daylight would have been better. There wasn't much to see with how dark everything was. Overall I am very happy that we chose to do the river cruise for dinner, but would maybe try out a different option next time!

Yelp
Extremely disappointed in the dinner cruise! The boat was nice but old and needed an update. Especially for the Air Conditioning.! The AC was broken in the back on the boat and it was stifling hot. Heat was coming out of the vents. It was so hot we had to abandon our table and our dinner just to get air on the upper deck. The staff knew there was a problem even before the boat left dock and they did nothing to help or come up with a solution. It was miserable. On a lighter note, the views from the upper deck were spectacular.

Yelp
There are a few different Seine cruise companies but Bateaux Mouches is the most popular (I think). For a relatively reasonable €14, you get a one hour cruise that goes from Bastille to past the Eiffel Tower. You can choose to add a split of champagne (€20, rip-off imo) or take dedicated lunch/dinner cruises. Evening tours are very popular as the city is beautifully lit, and of course you get the sparkly Eiffel. A real plus is that you can buy a ticket ahead and use it anytime - meaning you can wait for a perfectly sunny day vs having to reserve ahead. I enjoyed my cruise - it's a good way to see the city and a nice way to get off your feet. That said, expect many of your fellow tourists to be inconsiderate assholes. Insta girls, I'm looking at you. Literally no one is going to watch an hour long video of you pulling duck lips for an hour. Sheeesh.

Yelp
Very crowded boat cruise around the Seine river. Staff do not count the number of people allowed on cruise at one time, so we were let on the boat but there were no available seats so many people were standing. Also, the speakers were muffled so I could not hear the narrator. The boat cruised at a fairy quick pace, so it was hard to take photos with it moving so fast especially at the major sights, like Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. Would recommend one of the smaller boat cruises for a better experience! The pick up point is also further down the Seine if you're coming from the Eiffel at Pont d'Alma, so it was quite a long walk ahead for us to find.

Yelp
The dinner cruise was very dreamy. We booked this 4 course dinner cruise by the Seine and was not expecting much. Every single food that they serve us with amazing, with snail being my favorite. The food was amazing and the timing when they turned the boat around to see the Eiffel sparkle was magic. Highly highly recommend

Yelp
Really anticipated this to be the best dinner cruise ever, but was a little disappointed. It wasn't really romantic until the last 30 min, since the sun didn't set until about 10pm. The cruise started at 8:30pm, which seemed more of a lunch cruise since it was daylight. We got the prestige dinner, but immediately upgraded to the excellence dinner for the window views. The food was decent, the octopus was sort of undercooked actually. The photographer took bad photos, with a ton of people in the background. We forgot to mention we were celebrating our anniversary, so did not get the special sparkler dessert at the end. The music was good and entertaining. We didn't really see all the monuments mentioned on the website description and was trying to figure out where everything is. Overall, I would recommend this cruise during the winter time, when it gets dark earlier.

mlc c.

Yelp
Don't do it....we 7 people paid almost 200 per person for dinner. They placed us in the hottest part of the ship at least 90 degrees. When we asked to be moved, they refused. Had a portable air conditioning unit that they turned off when we complained. When we asked for ice, they gave us 1 small glass for 7. They moved other tables that complained. The only people roasting were Americans and Chinese. Make of that what you will.

Yelp
There are many river cruises available. This one was a short walk from our hotel and recommended by the concierge. Boats come every hour. Easy to purchase tickets to a walk up booth. Be in line 30-15 minutes before launch to have first pick at seats. A drink vendor outside the gate and inside for a cold drink while you wait. The upper deck open air seating is by far the best views (weather permitting) with the side chair having unobstructed camera shots. Many take selfies from the front and rear decks when the Eiffel Tower is in view. Tune out the inaudible tour speaker describing the various attractions. Just soak in the moment. A must ride when visiting Paris!

William B.

Yelp
we rode on a night cruise and it was packed full of tour groups and so noisy inside and out we could not even hear what was being said. The line getting on the boat is 100% a joke and it's a wonder no one was killed. It's like a stampede with people pushing and jumping any chance of a line. I had to help an elderly lady down the steps and people just kept pushing her and her husban. Both looked on the edge of tears. My group of three adults (aged 44-45) would NEVER recommend this to anyone.
google avatar

Karen L.

Yelp
Other than the rush of trying to get onboard as soon as possible once the gates were open, this was enjoyable. There's not much of a line so everybody is crowded together. The boat tour is a nice way to see all the popular sights that's near the river. An audio speaker points out the landmarks and provides some interesting information that sights the boat passes by. The tour does a loop so it doesn't matter which side to sit on, so there's a chance to get the perfect picture, especially for the Eiffel Tower.
google avatar

Kyle P.

Yelp
First impression of this tour is not good, which made me annoyed throughout the future impressions. I was in Paris a month before the Olympics, so they were getting set up. This involved needing to use the Seine River, so they closed this place down early. I understand that this is not their fault, but when I looked at their website they said they close on that specific date at 10:30 PM. So, I walked all the way to the Seine River to get on the boat because I presumed it was open. I was annoyed they couldn't update their website in accordance with the Olympic closings, which resulted in me wasting my time to walk to and from the boat (total of 4 miles). I came back the day after and it was super crowded: No more chairs to sit on outside so I was forced to stand which was annoying. Boat ride was fun, though it seemed shorter than the other boat tour groups out. I would be interested to do another one, but probably not with this company.
google avatar

Georgie M.

Yelp
There is no better way of getting familiar with a river city like Paris, then by taking a boat tour. If you've been on the Chicago's architectural boat tour or Seattle's Duck Boats, then you understand. For years we have avoided doing this touresty thing whenever we're in Paris seeing relatives. D'oh! I was wrong. We finally took our nephews and it was a blast. The weather was nice. It wasn't too sunny and it wasn't too cloudy. Just right. I would highly recommend this Seine boat tour. We found it to be a reasonable and fun way to see Paris for about 60+ minutes or so. Expect to pay around €15, less for young children. Don't forget to tip.
google avatar

Roberto G.

Yelp
The boat is nicely fitted with plenty of seats and it has a good tour but they have to do something about the people that don't have a sense of getting in the way of the rest of the people that also paid to see the sights on the tour. If only they had someone to tell them to sit down or at least put a sign for people to be considerate.
google avatar

Derek S.

Yelp
Came by the other day to get a view of Paris from the water and it was a quick and easy way to do touristy things The 70 minute sightseeing boat leaves every 45 minutes or so before 3:30 pm and seemed to have a capacity of 1000. There was a cafe in the parking lot selling spirits, sandwiches, and beverages. The panini was mediocre, but convenient! The staff wore latex gloves. Purchased a ticket to ride the sightseeing cruise upon arrival and managed to get on board the next boat within 30 minutes. Queued to get on board and the vast majority preferred the open air top level. There was covered seating on the main level along with an awning for seating on the side of the main floor. The tour was fantastic and included an audio tape of the highlights. They were mainly in French along with a little bit of English and German. The toilet was towards the back of the ship and there were also vending machines selling snacks.

Zoli K.

Yelp
Tour of Sein river was supposed to be 2:15 min, actual time was 1:15. Seating was ridiculously crammed in. Bathroom water was not fresh for handwashing. Food was cold.
google avatar

Luiza C.

Yelp
Ticket purchase: We bought our ticket over Groupon which came out to about 9€ per person. I took a screen shot of the groupon and it was scanned right at the entrance to the waiting area. Boarding and exiting: Have you ever seen the scene in lion king when the animal stampede is happening? Well... Boarding and exiting that boat is just like that. You feel the crowds tightening around you pushing forward before the gates open. Be prepared to be pushed around a bit and understand you're surrounded by many many different cultures. Where to Sit: You can sit or stand. I chose the last seats on the top and the back to the right side of the boat (nearest the Eiffel Tower). The only thing I might have done differently was stand in the very back on the same right side because then there is absolutely no one else in your pictures. Boat ride: The boats leave every hour and I planned right as sunset was about to happen so i could have both day and night pictures! I highly recommend you do the same. The boat does a loop and you will see some things twice. They have information on what you are seeing in multiple languages over a speaker system but it is a bit difficult to hear. My suggestion: Definitely look for deals tickets are included in the city pass, there are discounts on Groupon and other sites. Don't expect to be able to hear the tour guide but enjoy the views.

Yelp

mary n.

Yelp
Food ok. Waiter service from Karim was excellent. Pressure to upcharge for better table by the hostess, ruins the evening. Photographer going table to table while guests try to enjoy wine, music is also poor planning And annoying. A better situation would be to shoot photos as guests enter before being brought to tables. The ambiance of a magical evening is ruined by the posing etc at nearby tables. Hostess at check in on board is rude and nasty. Seeing the lit monuments while cruising however, is lovely, but I would not return to or recommend this company. There are too many negatives. There are better choices with competitors.

Yelp
Wonderfully romantic dinner by the window as we cruised La Seine River and saw the Eiffel Tower lit up in golden lights The entire cruise was especially beautiful and the most romantic trip I've ever been on.
google avatar

Drew O.

Yelp
It was an okay experience but food was pretty lacking and service only passable. For the price it was not good.
google avatar

Angela M.

Yelp
Purchased some expensive tickets for Bastille Day but we sat at the dock until 9pm when we were all told to arrive at 8pm. While others sailed past as we were docked. This was not the experience I expected for the price paid. Our group arrived earlier we didn't have premium seating against the windows.

Yelp
River tour is €15 adults & 6 got children under 12. We went on the 7:00 boat that is passing most of Paris' landmarks along the river. We had difficulty hearing the landmarks mentioned in several languages. The boat ride was very calm & smooth. There were more than enough seats for everyone. Watching the sun go down over the landmarks was surreal. The weather was perfect, everyone was well behaved & friendly.

Yelp
*** DO NOT **** use this company. I booked reservations for July 2024 back in July of 2023. Our plans changed and I emailed, per their directions, on November 13th for cancellation. I received a reply stating I needed to send them my full credit card number (exp, CVV, etc.) or my checking accounting and routing number!!!!!! What?!?!?! Hell no! I am so glad that I did not because they have been giving me the run around for 2 months. Their accountant is behind, it's the end of the year and the accounting department is behind...every time, their response is if I send them my account and routing they can do it immediately. After 5 cancellation requests/emails, each being confirmed that I would receive a full refund, my last correspondence was on 12/2/23 stating 1-2 weeks and I would have the refund. Still haven't seen that so I have contacted my credit card company at this point. I did book this directly through Bateaux Mouches

Yelp
Sort of fun, but not feeling the vibe. Uggh. Did my best to imagine car action scenes from Bond to Wick along the Seine River. No joy. I repeat no joy. Best part were the kids yelling whenever we got under a bridge. Didn't get motion sick. Good for touristing. Less personalized service. Yuck. Nothing warm. Herded by turnstyle androids. Just get on the barge like cattle. Moo Moo. Automated polyglot message. Felt like I was listening to Big Brother Mega Big News Corp white-washed propaganda drivel. (Next thing I was expecting but THANKFULLY did not hear was about the virtues of eating bugs or blocking out the sun the way the dinosaurs enjoyed Earth!) Great place to get pix but otherwise....je suis ennui!

Yelp
The day tour was very pleasant. The views were amazing . The staff were friendly and professional. I would gladly come back for the dinner cruise next time. Highly recommended.

Yelp
On our trip through Paris, this was clearly one of the highlights. The tour on the Sienne lasts about an hour. We decided on a night cruise so we could see the lights of the city. And, it was well worth it. Actually, I could post hundreds of pictures I took of the nightlife but think I'll only share a few including a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. There are two levels - a lower level which in inside and heated and on top of the boat itself. We went most of the time on the top but it started to cool down around 9 PM so we ended up spending the last 10 minutes in warmth. I highly recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Paris. I believe the boats leave every hour.
google avatar

Yelp
I saw an ad for this boat ride during my trip in Paris and decided to take a ride since it said the entire course would cover many popular historical buildings in the city. I waited in line for about 30 minutes after buying a ticket. The boat itself was a double decker with open air seating on the top, where I decided to sit. It gets a bit chilly up there with the wind. The boat ride was fantastic, it passed by many buildings, including the recently half burnt down notre dame up close. We also passed a very close route to get amazing shots and view of the eiffel tower as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with the boat trip. My only dislike was the increasing amount of tourists not sitting down at the top level and running around to take pictures while trying to shove through my seat.

Yelp
Spent my bday dinner here and had the prestige menu! Had a wonderful experience seeing the night views of Paris and the service was great. The cruise was nice and smooth. However food was a bit lacking and ended up eating somewhere else afterwards so do keep that in mind.

Yelp
Absolutely loved this cruise! We chose a dinner cruise in the evening and could not have picked a better cruise. The food was delicious and the live music was amazing!

Yelp
I love a nighttime river cruise. While I've done this before, it's a Paris must for me. Prefer to do this at night but but depending on time of year, it might not work out. Thankfully I was able to grab the 9:30 and the sun was just going down so half the cruise was "daylight" and the other half it was dark. Mainly love the nighttime part because the Eiffel Tower looks better at night & of course it sparkles if you catch it at the right time. I think it cost like €15 or some thing really cheap and it's well worth it. I would 10/10 recommend you go at least once. Great way to hear a little Paris history and see all the happenings on the riverbank.

Yelp
food was terrible, very few menu items, would not recommend. Vegetarian dishes were very less, and meat was very chewy. Cheese smelled terrible

Yelp
Can I give a -10? The worst meal I have ever been served in Paris, or anywhere for that matter! I could not eat the lamb or the dessert. Save your money and take a cruise but don't take their dinner cruise! Eat anywhere else. I've had more satisfaction at McDonalds.

Yelp
One word, dreadful. Packed liked sardines. Cannot hear the very muffled commentary. Really disappointed.

Yelp
Do not go here, especially with a large group. I came with a 60-person tour group yesterday. Our group was originally in line together however the security personnel did not keep others from passing and breaking up our group. Since our tour was prepaid, we needed to enter the turnstile all at the same time. As security tried to gather all the rest of my group to let them in, others got angry and started pushing us. It quickly became a trampling situation. We had elderly with us on our trip that got shoved with no help from employees to protect them. The entrance to the establishment and the entrance to board the boat needs to have some type of line barriers for crowd management. Our group also had prepaid for champagne and the staff handed it out to strangers instead. Poor management for groups all around, but I wouldn't even want to do this tour by myself either for fear of being trampled.

Yelp
Had a please trip along the river. There were plenty of tourists on board seeing all the sites.

Yelp
Did the boat cruise with dinner. Boat has 2 levels, lower indoor dining and upper outdoor deck. Dining area was well decorated. Food was very mediocre, especially for the price but the experience made it worth it. Long ride along the Seine, great view of the Eiffel Tower during the day and night. Booking was very easy online, would recommend if you're looking for the experience!

Yelp
We really had a nice time on this dinner cruise. The glass boat was beautiful. No issues getting finding the location or getting on to the boat. The cruise started on time at 8:30p and ended at around 11pm. Our food was great, wines were awesome, service was friend, views were mesmerizing. And the rains in the evening didn't dampen our plans in Paris for we were in the cruise. The live music added much to our dining experience. We booked through Orbitz. And this was hands down the most memorable dining experience in Paris.

Yelp
We decided to take this tour at the last minute. Although we'd been to Paris before, we had not taken one of the river tours. Also, this time we had two teenagers. I recommend doing the tour at the end of the day for a couple of reasons: 1) if you're tired like we were (and our kids were) them it's a nice break; and 2) if you take the 9:40pm tour, then by the time it ends, they are doing the Eiffel Tower light show which you can see really well from near the Pont de l'Alma. I've seen reviews where they say to be on the right side of the boat. I don't think that matters too much because you get to see the same attractions when the boat turns around with one notable exception: you really get a better view of Notre-Dame from the left side of the boat (which initially heads east before turning back west after Ile Saint-Louis).

Yelp
When the guests arrived (mind you the guests traveled from another country in an attempt to enjoy a wonderful dinner cruise experience) the associates not only lied about seeing the reservation made, but they also lied about receiving payments made months ago after being shown actual receipts of the payments made. To add insult to injury the customer service associates on duty (4 women) called security (2 men) who did not hear the details of the story to come and try to intimidate the guests. The customer service team was highly unprofessional, extremely dishonest, apparently not knowledgeable of the systems they use to book reservations, did not appear to be sympathetic to the matter at hand, and very unwilling to accommodate the incoming guests. Lastly, as the customer service associates who were SUPPOSEDLY assisting us were ending their shift and leaving they literally walked past us laughing as if what had happened was a laughing matter. I would not recommend this establishment AT ALL!!! You will definitely disappointed, inconvenienced, and disrespected. PISS POOR SERVICE to say the least!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

Yelp
If you like watching people take pictures while blocking the view of everyone else, this is the tour for you. Never, ever again. We had a day and a half in Paris and this ruined an hour of our evening. Wasted. An exercise in the selfishness and rudeness of human beings.
