I love this product! I learned about these candles two years ago and fell in love with them! The aromas are very long-lasting! The house smells nice! Thank you for creating such candles, home aromas! Thanks to you, the house is cozy, the air smells wonderful and you want to come home! The staff is always happy to help. I highly recommend! There are often discounts!

Super crowded and their stock is just questionable. They had Christmas items in the summer, and a lot of scents that were just... not good. Some made me almost choke. I used to love this place, I'm not sure what happened to it.

Simply a great place for all your body care needs. Body lotion, shower gel, natural body fragrances, candles for a soothing mind therapeutic moment and a thousand other products which i will never know what to do with them. Fantastic service by all its employees. Everyone one is exceptionally warm and friendly. I will come for another visit soon!love its scent...

Super friendly bubbly staff. They were a breath of fresh air. We were greeted when we walked in. Offered a basket and some lovely hand cream to try. The deals b2gof and b3g2f was great and made our $ stretch further. Their products make my skin soft and smell heavenly. The cashier was very friendly too. You can't beat good customer service and friendly staff that make your shopping experience much better.

I just love this place. The workers here are very knowledgeable and offer good customer service. The buy online and pick up in store option is very good. There KS no waiting in line. I love their rewards program as well

I love the way they tell me what they are having a sale and I like to see new and old body sprays and I love the hand sanitizer

It pains me to write this because I love their products but the supervisor on duty Debbie could use some customer service training. She is very brusk and has no patience or kindness to the customers. All she was doing was barking out "call customer service. There's nothing I can do" to multiple customers. Internet service in the store is wonky. She refuses to accept bar code coupons as screen shots or type in the code manually. I had to leave my basket, go completely outside of the store to access my account to go back on line and wait all over again to prove that my coupons were valid. So much trouble and aggravation.

Went in today with my mom and the manager was very rude. She even yelled at my mom for asking about a promotion that was going on.

Stopped by Bath & Body Works just a few weeks before Christmas to pick up some candles (on sale!) for gifts. There was soooooo many to choose from! In comparison to the other store in BK this one is beauuuuutifuly decorated for the holidays and stocked. I found scents I hadn't even seen on their website and I'm not ashamed to admit I was in there for at least 30 minutes smelling just about every single candle. If you need any recommendations - let me know. ;-)

I went to this location 4 times the last two times they only had small bags. But besides that,this location had the best sale.i got boardwalk taffy shower gel for $337 dark kiss body cream for $4.95 fire cracker pop shower gel for 3.37 among otheres. I am happy i went to this location.

Had such a great time, as always. A really nice sales associate, Joseph, helped us. I could not be more appreciative of his knowledge for the products and customer service.

They had a great deal going the other day and it was great... The line was lonnnng but it was worth it ..me and my daughter racked up..although it was packed the employees kept everything nice & neat and was helpful

Associates are all very nice and makes me feel welcome to the store. Makeda was very patient, friendly and helping me when I had to leave the register to get more items in order to reach the coupon amount. She really cares about her customers. Thank you!! This location has everything I need.

Not BAD, but there's a few disappointments... Bath and Body Works doesn't only sell their own brand....or only heavily-perfumed products.... They also sell C.O. Bigelow...which is gentle...often completely natural...and almost always amazing.... They also sell some of the best brands in skin care (though they stopped carrying many... like Peter Thomas Roth) and hair care....Plus....you get crazy good deals sometimes....A lot of their signature scents are completely unappealing to me...but there are two signature sent that are OK...

Whenever I find myself in the Kings Plaza mall (which is rare...maybe if I lose a bet), I try to avoid this place like the plague. The second I walk into this location (and honestly all B&B works) I instantly tear up from the toxic aromas emanating from all of the overpriced products available throughout the store. The staff here always looks annoyed and angry (cant blame them, those fumes have to be effecting their brains).

Bath & Body Works is a lifesaver for a guy looking to get a quick gift for any women in their life. This holds true especially during the holidays! I just came through with a great gift here for my coworker and she loved it. They had a bunch of bath products nicely assembled into a small sparkly replica bath tub which was very affordable and was nicely presented. Those are the types of things that can get you out of a jam! The workers are fast but you do have to endure the overpowering smell of different lotions hitting you all at once when you walk in and the inevitable scenario of the perpetual bratty kid yelling as loud as possible as mommy shops. Other than that you can't go wrong with Bath & Body Works at the Kings Plaza mall!

Purchased 2 candles and a ocean body spray. I love there candles. The sales person MS. Mo knows me as a regular customer. I always go when there is a sale. Never spend 22$ for a candle. I spent 31$ for everything the body spray is 12$ which is not worth it but i had a spend 30$ get 10$ off your purchase. So thats why I got the body spray overall if you like candles come here. Also they email coupons and always utilze them.

I went in here today for some last minute shopping for Christmas. As I walked in, I approached a sales associate. She was nice and did the usual "up selling". I end up purchasing one of her recommendations. However I felt rushed and she quickly moved one to the next customer. Hey its not personal! The lines were long but moved fasted. Of course it smelt like heaven. Overall I had a good experience.

Like a lot of stores Bath and Body Works is one of those stores that's best when there's a sale. I don't shop here too often, after all it is in Kings Plaza. But it's probably one of the more decent stores in the mall. Their body sprays aren't bad for everyday scents. Their make up is okay but I do prefer the selection at the body shop.

This is the easy pick out a gift spot ! This store is very clean and easy to spot the new fragrances ! Store always have a deal especially if you sign up to the mailing list free coupons.. Only downfall is it gets really busy and the check out line sometimes is out the door ! There are rarely any workers on the floor only seasonal time might spot a few ! Look for the clearance items !

great, quick gifts for anyone! love the soaps that are like 6 for 20!! Its the only hand soap we use in my house!

Such a horrible experience. The lines were obnoxiously long and the cashiers didn't seem to have any experience. They didn't have enough change for me, and instead of giving me the correct amount back, the cashier gave me what he had. So unprofessional. Never going back.
