Bought on-line for in-store pick up - - HALF my order was available- store manager rudely said candles were out of stock even though I had confirmation they were READY for pick up- NO offer to substitute for what was in store- she just brushed me off and gave me the customer service number to call - AND …. If that wasn’t enough…. She NEVER credited me for the 4 candles!! Had to call CS to get a refund - 35 more minute phone call plus wasted 30 minute drive to the mall - VERY upsetting for a LOYAL BBW customer who spends hundreds here every year- BBW needs to remedy their website to ACCURATELY INFORM what is available for pick-up in real- time so to save customers from making unnecessary trips

Gave a 45 min timer to pick up an online order and said would cancel if not there in time. Thought later in the day would be an appropriate time to grab it. Never realized there was that much urgency behind hand soap. Will get soap at one of the hundred other options available. Thanks.

This past weekend I went to Trumbull mall for a walk. So I stopped by bath and body works to look around. While looking I came across this spary call ( Freshwater). It smell really nice 👌. So I picked one plus two different ones which is not in the picture. So guys go and get one you will not be disappointed..my wife love. And you know what that means 😏 😉.

Made a pick up order just to go there and The store be closed 2 hours before listed closing at 9pm, and remain closed days after. However no signs or announcements stating that. Still taking pick up orders even though we can’t get the pick up orders because there closed with no resolution other then to cancel the order.

Five stars because of the employee named LINDSEY. Three stars because of the rest of the rude employees. Lindsey was absolutely awesome and had excellent customer service. The rest of the staff could take a few pointers from her. I wish there were more people like her in retail.

Favorite store for all my favorite scents. Always good to shop with their coupons and deals. I always refill my plugins here .

This location is in the Trumbull Mall. The employees are attentive always greeting and asking if you need help finding anything. I went on candle day which is a hectic sales day. They did a good job of keeping up with high volume and checking us out quickly. One star less because the cashier didn't take the time to wrap my candles in tissue. She just placed them in the bag.

Love the Wallflowers fragrance diffusers. Very powerful, but not overwhelming. Other than this one product, I have no idea what else they sell here.

I cannot wait until Christmas because their Winter Candy Apple is so amazingly good. It smells delicious and they will always have a great sale so you can stock up. I keep the Vanilla Bean Noel in my car for a quick refresh and my mom loves the Cherry Blossom Lotion. Plus, they have fabulously scented hand sanitizers. Check them out.
