Sabrina was very helpful and had great customer service skills.

Five stars because of the employee named LINDSEY. Three stars because of the rest of the rude employees. Lindsey was absolutely awesome and had excellent customer service. The rest of the staff could take a few pointers from her. I wish there were more people like her in retail.

This past weekend I went to Trumbull mall for a walk. So I stopped by bath and body works to look around. While looking I came across this spary call ( Freshwater). It smell really nice 👌. So I picked one plus two different ones which is not in the picture. So guys go and get one you will not be disappointed..my wife love. And you know what that means 😏 😉.

Made a pick up order just to go there and The store be closed 2 hours before listed closing at 9pm, and remain closed days after. However no signs or announcements stating that. Still taking pick up orders even though we can’t get the pick up orders because there closed with no resolution other then to cancel the order.

Favorite store for all my favorite scents. Always good to shop with their coupons and deals. I always refill my plugins here .

Was a good store, organized and clean. Didn't like that the same lady kept asking if I needed help or just looking. I'm trying to shop, if and when I need help I'll find you but after the 3rd time she asked I was annoyed. There's other people walking in, why not ask them?! I just checked out I didn't get everything I wanted, so I am going to a different store. It was funny, as I started to walk to the front, she literally asked me if I needed help or just browsing yet again #4.... I ignored her and left. Total time 10 minutes in there. She did annoy me, not sure if she was board, really had issues recognizing faces, or thought something bad of me.

Came for an online order pick up today. It was fast an effortless. I was greated with a smile as I walked up to wait on line from Aaliyah as she was almost rapping up with the guest infont of me. She greated me with a smile again as I reached to the counter. Very pleasant and customer service was top tier. She was fast with the transaction I was in and out. I shop here alot and the manger and all the ladies here are helpful. It really makes a difference when you have a pleasant experience where you love to shop!!!

This location is in the Trumbull Mall. The employees are attentive always greeting and asking if you need help finding anything. I went on candle day which is a hectic sales day. They did a good job of keeping up with high volume and checking us out quickly. One star less because the cashier didn't take the time to wrap my candles in tissue. She just placed them in the bag.

Love the Wallflowers fragrance diffusers. Very powerful, but not overwhelming. Other than this one product, I have no idea what else they sell here.

I cannot wait until Christmas because their Winter Candy Apple is so amazingly good. It smells delicious and they will always have a great sale so you can stock up. I keep the Vanilla Bean Noel in my car for a quick refresh and my mom loves the Cherry Blossom Lotion. Plus, they have fabulously scented hand sanitizers. Check them out.
