Batson River Brewing & Distilling - Kennebunk

4.20.25 We were exploring the area and our eyes caught this place so we popped in. And we.didmt want to leave. The food and beer were amazing. The inside has all sorts of unique seating options and games to play. And the outdoors is just as magical. This is truly an amazing place to visit. And they have other options should you not like beer.

Cute coastal brewery. Perfect for a bite while you explore the millions of gift stores in Kennebunkport. I had the lobster roll with warm butter (my first ever) and enjoyed the flavor and how generous they were with the meat. I really enjoyed my meal! It was market price and I paid $38 for the roll and fries. My friend got the veggie burger and said it was flavorful and well made. She also said the beer was good and refreshing.

Had a great time at the Batson River location in Kennebunkport. Beer was amazing and service was top notch. I got to try a lot of the items from what our family ordered and I felt the fish from the fish and chips has too much batter on it and it took away from the flavor that I could it was intended to have. Overall, such a great experience!

Now eating in a Fish Shack .... Well why wouldn't you? (it's a modified fish shack just so you know). I completely enjoyed my evening. It was nice and warm, loved the atmosphere and the staff were just wonderful. I had the salmon plate, perfect! Stop and give them a visit and enjoy this unique experience in Kennebunkport.

Stopped in for lunch on a Friday afternoon. It wasn’t too crowded - seated right away. All the old school pictures of local (presumably) fishermen and their catches were awesome to look at. We really liked the decor/set up inside. Beers were good. My husband got a flight and I got the season German Lager - Post Road - which was a perfect lager IMO. Food - lobster roll and haddock tacos. I would skip the lobster roll, nothing special. But the haddock tacos…WOW. Honestly I think the tacos was the best meal I had all weekend. Also the fries that came with both were great. Service was quick and friendly.

Great selection of cocktails and draft beers accompany a superb menu. Staff is friendly and attentive in a cool modern atmosphere.

Stopped in for a drink after spending the afternoon wandering around Kennebunkport. The staff was very friendly and the beer was delicious! Sat outside to enjoy the view and they even had a fire going in the fire pit since it was a cool afternoon.

Great restaurant! So much seating available! We got the fish and chips -simply delicious! Exactly how fish and chips should be made! Beer was refreshing!
