Yelp
If you ever want to try a laid back dive bar, this is the place. It is easy to find since it is just south of Downtown. It is near Hermitage Cafe and Crema. After my first visit, this place was like cheers. They know my name and my drink of choice without me even asking. The drinks are cheap yet strong. Their ritas are something to write home about. There isn't a Pre-mixed cocktail here.... Oh no, totally fresh.
They have a very limited food menu, but the pizza is very good. Especially on a long drinking day. The best part is the off the menu goodness. On Sunday's, they have free home cooked food. It can range from chili, chicken dinners, etc. They also have 2-4-1 beer on Sunday's too. They also have themed nights for food. Wednesday is steak night and Thursday is pork chop night.
Overall it is a great low key chilled spot where people are not constantly asking "what do you do?", but it also isn't the spot where you meet your future spouse either.
