Battersea Brewery - Review - Battersea - London - The Infatuation

"Battersea Brewery works if you need a big space for a group who plan on drinking plenty of Battersea Big Boy Nelson IPAs. But we wouldn’t recommend eating here. Outside there are long, wooden sharing tables that fill up with families having Lucky Saint chasers before heading into the terrifying-sounding Turbine Hall A of Battersea Power Station. But inside is best for all the brewery trappings—hulking steel frames, exposed brick, dark wood-clad walls—that make you want to hunker down. Just know that the toasties on the food menu are pretty lacklustre, so for food, head next door toRoti Kingor to nearbyTashasinstead." - Sinéad Cranna

Excellent friendly tap house with a good variety of keg beers, bar snacks and outdoor seating. In the shadow of the power station under the railway arches. Try the tasting paddle and the cheese toasties, they complement each other well. Relaxed atmosphere but book a table at busy times as it is very popular.

Very nice craft brewery and bar if you're into this type of beer then it's a must tucked away in one of the archers inside and outside seating area staff friendly and professional. Was quiet the afternoon I visited but I think it livens up of an evening night time

We went when we were the only people there, there were 4 members of staff behind the bar and they managed to ignore us for 2 minutes as we stood waiting. As the guy came over, he didn't look at us and carried on his conversation until we were finally served. 'Hi there, I'll be with you in a moment' costs nothing, and is quick and easy to say. Or even just a 'hello'! Oh, and the beer tastes of nothing, but maybe it was masked by the bitter taste of inhospitality...

Interesting location, under one of the arches of an old railway bridge. I drank a few beers at their place and they were OK. The girls who serve at the bar, very kind. You can pay by card. It was not very crowded at the time of our visit, around 15:30.

We arrived early lunchtime on a Thursday and it was quiet, however it did get more busy. Good selection of drinks both of their own and guest bottles, including several Belgian beers. They serve flights of four, one thirds, so plenty of opertunitity to sample several of their own brews.

Been there first time after long time planning. Love the area n great location. Lovely variety of beers from pale ale, lagers to rich stouts. Friendly staff. Cool ambiance, a fun place to hang out with friends. If u wanna enjoy most of their variety then I recommend start with half pints because some are quite strong.

Came here with a group of 10-12 people, and had a generally enjoyable evening. Then one member from our party went to order another glass of wine, and all of a sudden the price had increased by £1.20, from £6 to £7.20. When they queried this with the bar staff, they said the system hadn't updated, and that this was the actual price. Every menu had the price of £6 but they refused to accept that price. When you advertise something as price, that is what you pay, simple as... They paid for two glasses at £6 earlier on. The staff continued to be challenging and rude. Ruined the night for us in the end which is a shame. I wouldn't recommend

Yelp
The Battersea area is just a cool area! To understand it you got to know a little history. From the 1930s to 1980s, Battersea Power Station was a working powerstation that fueled places like the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. If you are a Pink Floyd fan, you will recognize it the iconic chimneys from the cover of Pink Floyd's 1977 album Animals. Battersea Brewery is located at the renovated Battersea Power Station. They have really good craft beer. One in particular that I like is the Banana in Pajamas. They have snacks you can buy. For example bags of crisps as well as the serve British bites such as Toasties and sausage rolls. They also have indoor and outdoor seating.

Yelp
This is located near the newly opened Battersea Power Station. It's basically a large arched room of brick that looks like it's been there for ages, but they've cleaned and updated it. It had a ton of character and lots of comfy chairs inside as well as patio tables. At happy hour time, all the suits stand outside the arch and drink/smoke. I had a Marzen and was impressed. It's a pretty cool place to grab a drink and people watch.

Yelp
Fine craft brewery but there are plenty which are better in London. The place is nice, there is a good selection of beers and the location is cool. However, service is lacking as it is slow and not particularly attentive. I ordered half pint but I received a full pint; it wasn't a big deal for me and I didn't say anything; but in the 30 minutes that I have been there I saw other clients with the same problem. I had their Battersea Ginger Cascade which was fine. The brewery is in a nice new area and if I find myself around there I may give it another shot but I wouldn't go there just because of it.

Yelp
Nice place. Seating outside catches the lunchtime sun. lots of home brewed beer, the brewery is next door. Real ale available. Food also on sale. I was the only customer, so cannot comment on the atmosphere. Best to visit the place yourselves and check it out.

Yelp
Literally the worst service I've ever experienced. The bathroom had 3 stalls and 2 of the doors were broken. Beer was alright but not great. This is a dump. A brand new brewery run by children, if this wasn't such a new establishment it would be falling apart. A bunch of guys were breaking glasses outside and when we left 30 minutes later the broken glass was still on the ground.
