Battery Harris is nothing short of amazing. My husband and I were regulars so decided to have our wedding there on 9/23/17. What a GREAT call it was! Their food is amazing and the managers Laurence and Johnny did everything they could to make it a fantastic day. Their DJ kept even my grandmas dancing all night! Everyone is still calling to tell us what a great time it was and how great the food was! I have nothing but great experiences here!

Cant lie, we turned around when we saw the B grade at the entrance. But it was raining and we didn't want to explore the MOFAD on an empty stomach, so we went in. It claims to be a Caribbean/Jamaican style spot but we wanted to judge for ourselves. The layout is dope. I could see myself coming here frequently during the summer. The squad ordered some whiskey and ginger ales, a bloody Mary and some specialty drink. Drinks were good. For food we got the jerk chicken plate and the jerk chicken sandwich. The plate came with cole slaw and a salad. Both sides were good. Slaw was great. Salad was good because of the house dressing. Chicken was legit. My boy said the sandwich was really good and the fries were excellent. Turn that B into an A and ill be back in July.

Ditched their whole menu for a cheaper smaller one. I was very disappointed to have returned and almost nothing I ate was there. However the food we did get was stellar

I tried several cocktails, house wine, and was really disappointed by the offerings. Came here for a work event - would pass up in favor of far better Brooklyn hang outs.

Super bar! Relaxed mood. Good selection draft beer.

Very nice and down to earth 90s retro surf-theme bar. Great outdoor seating area with small and large tables and ample sun or shade. Menu is very straight forward with the basics and a few frills. Food quality is solid and tasty. Overall 4/5.

Love this place! It's spacious and open and has a great outdoor patio. Crowd is good -- less frat-boy than Bedford Ave spots -- and weekends get crowded. Lots of great specialty cocktails, including a frozen Dark & Stormy that's irresistible. Maybe the only bar around that specializes in Jamaican food, including jerk chicken, coconut bread, and sweet potato fries.

I was there for a friends bday and had an amazing time. I had the jerk chicken sandwich and it was orgasmic. The music was great, all soul and funk through the night and we all ended staying out way later than planned. We were outside on the deck area and the service was good but also was running around a drinking at the bar. Was a great time a lot due to the place being so inviting and just fun people we met there, but can't recommend it more.
