Our group went in to this place on a Saturday around 10pm based on the fact that they were open at that hour and serving something other than bar food. Had few expectations but have to admit we were all very impressed with the outcome. Both of our tuna appetizers were great, the calamari was a slam dunk, and trhe oyster Caesar salad was perfect. On top of that they were surprisingly well priced for the size of the plates and the type of food served. Will definitely eat here again.

The turtle soup was excellent - an authentic rendition of a New Orleans favorite! The black and blue salad that was fresh and tasty. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed seeing the streetcar go by. The staff was attentive and friendly. I will be back!

We use to frequent O' Henry's and was a little apprehensive about dining at Batture until we read the reviews and checked out the menu. We are absolutely satisfied with the food and service & we're looking forward to returning weekly...we have added Batture to our fav's list😍🤙🏾the atmosphere was very welcoming. The server was very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was excellent!!!! We had a potato, crawfish(big), & cheese appetizer followed by a sesame salmon & Mediterranean salad with perfectly battered fried shrimp dishes. My boyfriend loooooved the tea as well!!! ❤️

First off, the staff was extremely friendly. No complaints there. I asked about the turtle soup and was provided with a taste--very good. I opted for the salmon mousse, as it had been a while since I'd had that dish. Unfortunately, it was very dense, and basically flavorless. Like eating cream cheese with a little flavoring. The waitress did offer other options, and I did hear her mention my dislike to the kitchen. This gives me hope for this restaurant, if they listen to their customers, they will improve. I got the catfish Acadian for my lunch. Somewhat small piece of fish, but it was lunch. The crawfish, however, were large and plentiful. The brandy cream sauce, while noting it was a BRANDY cream sauce, tasted overwhelmingly of alcohol. My experience was not memorable, but I wouldn't write them off completely. Middle of the road review for a middle of the road experience. If you go, hopefully yours will be better.

Nice new restaurant. Waitstaff on point and everyone very friendly. Chef prepared special shrimp diavolo for my significant other that was not on the menu for the night. He thought that it was very good - just the right amount of spice. The shrimp remoulade salad was delicious. I think that my dish was called the Jojo - crabcake topped w oysters, remoulade sauce was very tasty. Generous portion size. The balcony overlooking the streetcar line added to the pleasant ambiance. Looking forward to going again

Great food, wonderful atmosphere. Good place for a date or any celebratory meal. The fried seafood is delicious (the fried oyster ceasar salad is amazing), and the seafood gumbo and turtle soup are as good as any I've had.

Great service, thank you SANTANNA, D, very welcoming, Meditriaian Salad was ample, full of fresh goodies, and priced right! Thank you so much! Nice crisp full plate of fries, my son loved them. It has a great balcony to watch the streetcars from.

Every year I visit New Orleans, I would take the Charles Streetcar to O,Henrys for a farewell to Nola, I had stopped that tradition after last year based on the lack of quality of foox, I decided thus year to return to my tradition, and found that new management Battures had taken over OHenryd. The food was wonderful and excellent, delicious catfish, cocktails, and seafood. I recommend that it is well worth the streetcar ride through the amazing hiztoric homes, zoo, and gardens to get off at the last stop and feast at Battures
