I frequently daydream about spicy biryani, so I decided to give this place a shot. I ended up ordering the boneless chicken biryani, along with the gobi manchurian appetizer.
Now, I was fully planning on only eating half of the biryani, and saving the second half for tomorrow. That...did not happen. IT WAS TOO GOOD! I ate the whole damn thing! I ordered it with a medium level of heat, and it was perfect for me (I am obsessed with adding hot sauce to everything, so I have decent heat tolerance) in order to enjoy the heat while also tasting all of the spices in the dish. It was incredibly flavorful and aromatic. There's no doubt this place is authentic, and this biryani is right up there with some of the best I've ever had. (My only piece of advice: I found a couple whole cloves in my rice, so if you order the biryani, make sure you don't bite into a whole clove and wreck your palate!) The biryani was so good, I was about 3/4ths of the way through it before I remembered that I had raita!
The gobi manchurian was also incredibly tasty. I also ordered this with a medium level of heat, and it was definitely a bit hotter than the biryani that I ordered with the same heat level - but, I don't care. It was still amazing, it had some serious heat, and it was absolutely delicious.
The staff was also very friendly (and spoke English perfectly, for those of you who get anxious about those kinds of things). For Indian food, the prices were also good, and everything was absolutely justified. I'd definitely come back here again in a heartbeat!
