Got the beef nachos so so good! Super kind employees and they even let me pick my own jalapeño (from their garden) to add to my nachos.

My husband and I stopped here after biking 20 miles from Traverse City to Sutton Bay. We were starving and were delightfully surprised to find one of the beat burritos we’ve ever had! The guys working were super friendly, walked us through what they offered in the burritos, and were super quick. We even forgot our side of jalapeños and they came out to find us and bring them to us. We ordered the Bruce burrito with chicken and pork and pretty much all the toppings they offer. We also got both of their in-house sauces on it, and it was so delicious. We will absolutely be back the next time we are up that way!

We stayed nearby for vacation and grabbed lunch here for the beach. Everybody, both adults and kids, thoroughly enjoyed their food. They were quick and friendly with service. It's not on the main road but easy to find on the back side with parking although we were riding bikes and could quickly walk up from the main beach. Highly recommend for a fresh, filling lunch.

Hidden little gem just off of Main Street. Very friendly staff. Burritos, tacos, and quesadillas with plenty of add on options and several good sauces. Grab a napkin before diving in, delicious food, cheap. Oh and there’s also a nice little patio with some tables to sit outside

This place is great! The staff are friendly and fast, and the burritos and tacos are delicious! Generous portions! Highly recommend for a quick bite while at the beach or shopping in Sutton's Bay.

Aye dios mio! This place was EXPENSIVE but totally worth the price. I love Mexican food and have scouted for many places to eat while I'm traveling. The meat was so tender and perfectly cooked. The tortilla was warm and held together really well despite being packed full of goodies. The view is beautiful and the staff was so patient with us while we stumbled our way through the menu. Please eat here. It's great.

Great food, great atmosphere, great area. Chicken burrito was well seasoned and filling. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Will like to come back and try the rest of the menu.

Great place. Quality ingredients and such nice people. I ordered a bowl as did my husband and they were delicious and serving size was great. No dine in but they have outdoor seating. View of water is beautiful. I live in Suttons Bay so this will definitely be a restaurant I frequently eat at.

Pork burrito bowl was fantastic with pork fresh off grill and my partner had one pork soft taco also good. What a friendly crew running the place! How have we missed this place?

Nice easy spot to grab a quick bit while you are in beautiful Suttons Bay Michigan. I recommend getting your food and then walking over to the marina where there is some nice shad and picnic tables.

Cute Tex Mex place in Suttons Bay that I've driven by these last few years and I finally stopped to check it out and I'm glad that I did! For lunch I had a delicious burrito bowl, The Bruce with beef and pork. The beef was surprisingly very good and all the toppings were fresh and delicious! This was so filling that I wasn't even able to finish it. Good value for the $ too which is a rarity these days. The employees were very nice and helpful. I don't remember seeing any seating inside, this is a place that is more geared towards curry out or eating outside which is what I did!

This is a great place in Suttons Bay to enjoy friendly service, large portions, and a cozy ambiance

we'd been to this cute place a couple times last year.the people are very nice and we were looking forward to it this year. we each got the chicken burrito bowl with all the toppings. I was very disappointed that every morsel of chicken was full of chewy fat. My husbands was the same.$15. A let down. I hope they get it together again this summer.

Excellent nice service. Our chicken bow was bursting with chicken and extras and the quesadilla was huge. Such a great hide away restaurant.

Take your boat to the marina and grab a huge burrito to share. The employees are wonderful. Tell them it's your first time & they help with great suggestions. Fun little place.

Stopped here on a whim when wanting a snack and tried the quesadilla with pork. It far exceeded expectations - much better version of "chipotle" and it's local. If I lived here I would frequent this place all the time! Staff was super friendly and helpful in suggestions.

Finally tried this place! It's not on the main street it's behind M 22 facing the marina. Very small inside, it's basically like a mini Chipotle. Tacos, burritos, Bowls. Portions were good, the toppings were slightly limited compared to chain restaurants but seemed pretty decent. I left off one star because of the price. The burrito is 10 bucks! Sheesh. Nice portion, but again, lacking a little finesse for the price point. I believe the tacos were two for eight dollars. Average. The beef is a shredded stewed beef, pretty tasty. Chicken was average and I saw the guy cutting prepackaged, bagged food service grilled chicken and heating it up on their grill. So it's not grilled fresh. I'm not sure about the pork or how it's prepared, we just got beef and chicken but pork is available

We happened upon this place while looking for food in Sutton's Bay. The previous reviewers weren't lying when they mentioned that the burritos were huge! The flavor for the pork burrito was yummy, but it was a bit too spicy for my taste ( 1/2) but my husband liked everything about the burrito, including the spice (). You can pre-pay for carryout which was super nice (). When they sold out of the pork right before making our order, they gave us a punch card with 2/3 of the card already punched so that next time we order, we'll likely get a free burrito. Truth be told, the extra wait time was not long, but I appreciate their thoughtfulness (). We will definitely eat here again. I will just need to have more water handy.

Arriving on Saturday afternoon they were out of meat, chicken and corn tortillas. Guess being out of everything is a testament to how good the food is! I had a veggie bowl. It was tasty, but would have preferred tacos.

Omg! This tucked away place is amazing! Literally just arrived in TC and needed to find a quick place to get a bite straight from the airport. Chriss (spelling?) answered the phone and was so patient with my longggg order. Upon arrival, they were busy but ended up having to pick and choose what we wanted on our bowls and tacos! The other two gentlemen were so amazing too. Those three were so helpful and sweet. Oh, I almost forgot. The beef and chicken bowls and tacos are also very tasty. I highly recommend this place! Will definitely come back again during our stay up in Sutton's Bay! Thanks guys!

Our go to place in Suttons Bay for great burritos. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and they don't skimp on the serving. Grab your burrito, tacos or quesadillas and head over to one of the picnic tables by the beach and have a great northern Michigan time!

Bay Burrito Co had JUST opened as I walked in... and wow, what a delicious lunch. We got the Carmi burrito and you could tell there was a lot of thought put into their vegan selection. Excellent! Also the guacamole is really top notch. They know what they're doing! Best of luck!

Unbelievable! We barely saw the sign from walking along the main drag of the town--DO seek this place out. We were lucky that it was a slower day/time, and the owner was in action. He shared a strange-flavored soda with my wife, another customer and myself, in lieu of being able to explain it's flavor. So AMAZING customer service... Now, the real star: the food. Fresh, vibrant, extreeeemley flavorful; surely not to disappoint. We had the "Bruce" and straight beef tacos on corn tortillas, with various fixings added. I can only say WOW! The Chipotle Krema was exceptionally amazing; pico was supremely fresh. Just wow. This was an incredibly fortunate experience all around!

Small Mexican food spot overlooking the bay. Had a late lunch with them today. Pork burrito, not on the menu board, was terrific. Your choice of toppings. I got mine toasted, even more yummy. It was a large quantity of high quality food, well seasoned and fresh. I'm in the area for a week and will go again while I'm here!

This small restaurant is perfect, I went last summer with my friend and it's like amazing. They followed my every request and ngl i could've busted to it.

Solidly good food, huge portions, super friendly owner, and lovely outdoor seating. We had a chicken quesadilla and a quesadilla. Would definitely eat here again!

Excellent food. Prepared on the spot. Went back 2 days in a row and spoke both times with the manager on duty. His customer service and leadership was exceptional. He was clear and helpful, even though he was stuck behind that mask.... he works 2x as hard as his fellow employees and does a great service for the owners. I didn't catch his name, but he has a can do attitude and his trusty phone clipped on his belt ready for that burrito emergency.

First time stopping in Suttons Bay and we were looking for a snack after drinking too much wine :-) found Bay Burrito Co by accident. Dog friendly!! Super cute patio also. Beautiful view of the marina. I had a Barbacoa taco which was incredible. The staff was nice and accommodating. Everything it was wonderful and we are adding it to a must stop on our yearly visit. Brooke, Caleb an Sam are rockstars!!!

FRESH! Great burrito bowls. We had beef and chicken. Couldn't decide which one was better. Spoke with the owner and no food is carried over to the next day. Everything prepared fresh each morning and it tastes like it! They will close for the winter on November 1. We will definitely be back before then and then look forward to their Spring re-opening

Phenomenal burritos in the coolest of locations. Start with The Bruce and enjoy Burrito Bliss, and there's nothing like enjoying a great burrito on the shore of Suttons Bay. You really can't go wrong with the rest of the menu either. This is an excellent choice for a meal in Suttons Bay.

What a great restaurant!! The food is delicious, the customer service is excellent, the space is beautiful and the patio is perfect!!! It's so close to the beach and kid-friendly!!!

A favorite of ours in Sutton's Bay. We are from CA so we are picky about Mexican food, but this fits the bill! Great vegan options too!

Our burritos were amazing! You won't go hungry as the burritos are large. We loaded our burritos up with all the toppings and everything was very nicely seasoned all the way down to the guacamole!

Real good burritos. Clean environment. Kiddos were Coloring the sidewalk with free chalk.

Don't miss this little hidden gem. Our group had burritos, quesadillas, and burrito bowls. The chicken, shredded pork and shredded beef were all excellent. Plenty of outdoor seating. This will be a staple of our Sutton's Bay visits!

Stopped in town looking for ice cream, since it was close to dinner we decided to split a chicken quesadilla. WOW, fantastic flavors and nice and crispy. Great friendly service and quality ingredients. Nice that the park us just across the street. Highly recommend as you will not be disappointed!

We had a family group of over 20 people staying at Fountain Point Resort. I needed an easy meal that appealed to everyone. Seth was super helpful and suggested a taco bar. We picked it up hot and ready to go. It had two kinds of meat and all the fixings you could ever need. Everyone raved about it and went back for seconds and thirds. The shredded beef was amazing, as well as the homemade guacamole. We are all looking forward to leftovers for lunch later today.

What a find! We went two days in a row last week (on an overnight sailing trip) and loved this quaint little find! Day one's vegan Carmi burrito was hearty and full of flavor. Day two's veggie bowl was equally delish! I added chips for a little crunch. They were great about customizing and accommodating a vegan diet. Love, love this little gem!

Stopped by today and tried the beef burrito bowl. Absolutely delicious! I can't wait to go back and try the other menu items! Great addition to Suttons Bay!

The staff and owner were very pleasant and were happy to accommodate our family. The food was all tasty and delicious as well as freshly made. Great location, we enjoyed the view as we devoured our Burritos. A great kid friendly find, give them a try before the other snooty restaurants in town

What an awesome find! This sweet place faces the marina and offered us not only super fresh burritos, tacos, quesadillas - they have blankets for you to take to the park across the street to have a picnic. This is the perfect stop to grab a bite to take on your boat, or just relax and enjoy a picnic in the park. The people working here are very friendly and helpful - what more could you ask for!!

If you like San Francisco style Burritos, holy cow you need to eat here. The style is similar to Chipotle or Qdoba, but on another level in terms of quality; absolutely top notch. I'd recommend starting with "The Bruce" which is their beef and chicken burrito but literally everything on the menu is great!
