My experience with Jessica Rada at Bay Property Group was amazing! She’s a cool person and very friendly. Let’s just say her customer service is greatly appreciated! In this world… We need people with her type service out there. This is why I give her a “five star,” but she deserves more! =) Very professional and high quality of service.

Bay Property Group will get landlords in trouble and even sued. They've repeatedly taken weeks if not months to complete simple maintenance tasks, such as replacing a fire alarm, providing a working refrigerator, or fixing a toilet. Often requiring the landlord to get involved which defeats the purpose of having a property manager. The have a poor understanding of local law, such as the fire code and often misinterpret it and even they're own lease terms. Bay Property staff is also threatening and disrespectful toward tenants. Landlords, if you want to stay out of trouble and keep your tenants happy, please consider other property management companies.

What a joy it is to work with Bay Management Group!!! I have been a Service Vendor for the company for several years now. My point of contact has been Jessica R. the Maintenance Manager for Bay Management. Jessica is always Professional and very Diligent. Jessica is always on top of her game, when sending a work order to our organization for service, Jessica provides us with all pertinent information that we need to do the service job. She puts the information together with no mistakes ever, she makes m job so much easier. Other maintenance managers are the pits to work with they misspell their own name sometimes, they exclude pertinent information that just makes my life difficult. Jessica provides all the information needed. Jessica is always available by phone or text. When I first started working with Jessica I needed to get a approval for work to be done, thinking to myself well I'm going to call Jessica and she's not going to pick up the phone, oh my goodness I'm going to have to wait and wait and wait to get a call back. To my surprise Jessica answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon. She said don't worry I'm going to call the owner and find out and tell him all about the necessary repairs that need to be approved . I then I thought to myself yeah right.... well to my shock and amazement Jessica called me back immediately with an approval and I went ahead and finished the job. Ever since the beginning , I know if I call Jessica she will answer the phone and she always takes care of business! She has never let me down!!! Bay Management Group is a lucky organization to have a responsible, diligent professional such as Jessica working for them! Wow!

Jessica Rada is very helpful and response with quality work at Bay Property Group. She shows her professional and friendly personality by fixing an issues and problems I have. Also, follows up and is persistent this type of service makes me feel good as a customer because she cares and wants me to be happy!

Love the full service and legal expertise that Bay Property Group offers. Jessica as Maintenance Manager is great! Always helpful and always pleasant to deal with. She looks out for the owners and the tenants, she's a great advocate.

Bay Property Group is a really professional company that meets your needs as a tenant and goes beyond to improve the maintenance and security of the building. They will recently install an access control system so that we can buzz people in from our own office. We really value this as we have experienced unknown people come into the office spaces. Customer service is great and they're really responsive. Thanks for all the changes that are happening in our office building, we appreciate it!
