Bayfare Social, located in the luxurious Rosewood Hotel, is a vibrant Spanish restaurant that delights with its extensive selection of tapas. The prices are surprisingly reasonable, making it accessible for a variety of diners. The ham and cheese plate is a standout, featuring high-quality selections that are fairly priced. Don't miss the churros—they're extraordinary, perfectly soft and indulgent without being overly crispy. The lively atmosphere and attentive service create an inviting space for both casual dining and special occasions. Whether you're a tapas enthusiast or new to Spanish cuisine, Bayfare Social is a must-visit for a memorable culinary experience!

Enjoyed the birthday celebration dinner with good food and excellent services. Thank you Lion and the other girl’s caring and warm service that elevated the whole experience. We ordered a churro with ice cream with celebration wordings, which is beautifully made. I can feel the staff team’s first grade hospitality. Definitely will come back.

Love this Spanish restaurant in the Rosewood. Great vibe, great food and attentive service. We had a decent weekend brunch. The brunch was approx. HK$600/head (excl. drinks) but it was a 4-course meal that definitely filled your stomach full. You were required to select the same main course if there only two of you. While you could pick different ones for a large group. Excellent place for a weekend gathering with friends. This place was out of my expectation and worth every penny. Would love to come again.

We had a really good time at this restaurant! The food was generally quite delicious, and the portions were good for sharing as well. They focus mainly on tapas and Spanish cuisine. The price was not as expensive as I have expected, considering we were dining at a restaurant at Rosewood. I would definitely recommend this place for a group dinner of at least 6 people, so you could try as many dishes as possible!

Excellent meal on a weekday at Bayfare Social. The venue is packed even on a weekday night. Good size portion for all dishes. Our waiter was very helpful and gave good recommendations on what to order and how much to order, which is appreciated. We ordered a few tapas, suckling pig, steak, and paelle to share. All dishes were crafted to perfection. Will definitely visit again. Prices are reasonable for a hotel restaurant.

Fantastic Spanish food amidst a black rain storm. The food was magnificent, especially the wagyu steak which was very tender and had a great crust. Moreover, the service was attentive and the atmosphere had a warm cozy vibe which was enhanced on a rainy day. Overall, if you are a Spanish cuisine enthusiast; you must give this restaurant a try.

Excellent experience at Bayfare for Birthday Celebration Firstly, taking about the food experience, it was good overall comparing to the Spanish restaurant in central. The portion is generous while the quality of food was above average with its price. We’ve ordered 4 dishes with a dessert for 700/p, including: Huevos rotos Pulpo cold fried cod fish beef cheek pállela There are all very nice except the fried potatoes wasn’t as crispy as expected, but the ham itself and the sauce were excellent! The beef pállela was the star of the night, taste reach and creamy but not too heavy. Recommended! The fried cod fish was also absolutely another great dish of the night. It was creamy and spicy which makes the flavour very strong and rich but unique. We ended our diner with a churro which was definitely one of the best I’ve had. Crispy outside and soft inside. The chocolate soo was also very nice.

I’ve been to this restaurant several times, and the food is absolutely amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly, and this visit was particularly special. Our waitress, Naba, along with the restaurant manager, Nicky made our dining experience unforgettable. They were attentive and went out of their way to help us capture beautiful photos since we were celebrating a friend's birthday. Food I’d definitely recommend their paella, rice al dente, very on point. Tortilla patata here is also my all time favourite! Highly recommend for both the delicious food and services!

Yelp
Bayfare Social is an upscale Spanish restaurant located in Rosewood Hotel Hong Kong. You can enjoy a wide variety of tapas and paellas surrounded by the beautiful view of Victoria Harbor. This is a lovely intimate spot for a romantic date night, girls' hang out and birthday/anniversary celebration. They even prepared a raspberry gelato as a birthday surprise for my brother. *Spanish Potato Omelette, Ibérico Ham This spanish tortilla is my favorite tapas of the night. It is layered with sliced potatoes and fluffy eggs and topped with iberico ham. The ham adds a welcoming touch of savorness to the dish. *Ibérico Ham Croquettes** I love all types of croquettes, and of course I'm obsessed with this one. When I bite into the crispy golden crust, the delicious creamy filling surprises me. The aioli and sliced ham on top further elevate the dish. *Red Prawn Paella*** I am totally blown away by how delicious and aromatic this paella is. The paella rice fully soaks up the robust flavor of the red prawns. The whole pan is literally bursting with smoky notes, and the prawn meat is so buttery. *Clams, Ibérico Ham, White Wine It comes with a generous amount of clams and the white wine sauce. A nice tapas to share. *Padron Pepper, Sea Salt This is surprisingly so good to snack on before the mains. *Grilled Octopus, Smoked Paprika Tender octopus topped on mashed potato and sprinkled with paprika.

Yelp
Ok. So I saw a bunch of recommendations of this restaurant on Chinese social media. After a visit I'm guessing those are either advertisements or they received a different quality service + meal or they just have weird taste buds. So here's my short experience: everything was just meeting "edible" standards in the means that they were cooked and seasoned. But that's pretty much how I felt with everything here. They're not trying to impress you with any dish. Felt like whomever cooked our dishes had never been to Spain or another tapas place and solely studied how to cook tapas from book, and closely followed their instructions. What I could mainly taste were the actual produces (pepper, octopus, potato, etc), mayo straight off the shelf, salt, and maybe some paprika at most. Service was quite minimal as well. I understand the ambiance is sort of on the chill side but for our table in particular we weren't felt much welcomed either. Not sure if other tables felt the same or this is a HK city thing now since it was also a consistent feeling for this short trip after 3 years the last time I visited HK. Oh it also took quite a while for a few dishes and the bill to come. Had to ask 3 different servers for my dessert too, which was slightly better than their main and appetizers.

Yelp
Great atmosphere for a casual meal setting. The Rosewood hotel is really gorgeous and the Bayfare social keeps up with the theme. First class interior design and feel to the restaurant. The menu is divided into various stations in the restaurant from raw bar, to Spanish tapas, to noodles. There is a lot of choices and you can find something for everyone. The price is also really reasonable for a place in the Rosewood. If you wanted a quick meal and just came here for a bowl of noodles you wouldn't be paying more that 125hkd. Food: 3.5 stars Environment: 4.5 stars Value: 4 stars Overall: 4 stars Recommendations: beef noodle soup, paella, sorbet, get a table outside for the Victoria Harbour view The food here overall was good but the skewers were quite dry and that really brought down the meal a bit since it was the main protein we had. On the positives were the paella, which is really quite affordable at 75 hkd for a small portion and tasty. The beef noodle soup was the best savory dish we had. The broth was really delicious and the beef short rib was super tender. My favorite item of the meal was the strawberry sorbet which was a side pairing with the lemon meringue tart. I almost universally prefer ice cream to a sorbet but this version I didn't miss the extra creaminess at all. The strawberry flavor was pronounced and really was fantastic. I would come back here just to have this.

Yelp
Bayfare Social was recommended by a friend and my husband and I are so happy that dined there over the weekend! It has a fun, modern, and welcoming vibe! There was a wide selection of tapas, salads, mains, drinks, desserts, etc to choose from and the prices were affordable especially since the restaurants if part of Rosewood Hong Kong, a 5 star hotel in Hong Kong! More importantly, thank you so much for the friendly staff! We were first welcomed by a smiley young lady, named Nicole. She brought us to our table and it was obvious that she was very proud and happy to be there! She checked on us quite a few times while we dined which was very touching! We would return just to see her welcoming and positive spirit! The serving staff were professional and attentive without being intrusive. I didn't get the name of the first person who served us (she was very good), but the other lady, Wanda, was also very good! My husband and I enjoyed the environment so much and really put us in a good mood. The views overlooking Hong Kong Island was a plus! Can't wait to return and tell our friends! Thank you!
