Tried this place randomly for lunch during restaurant week last year and the food was delish. The service was superb and the prices weren't bad at all. I would go back again and tell others about this place.

We traveled from Mexico City and wanted to try this place, it did not disappoint. For starters we had Birria Bao and Sorghm Glazed Porkbelly you definitely don’t want to miss this … superb! So flavory and really good. Then I went straight for the stake & fries which was so tasty and tender. I fully recommend this place, cocktails were also great. My recommendation the Eleventh Hour with espadín mezcal.

We had a very disappointing experience at Bayou & Bottle. We’re currently on a family road trip and staying at the Four Seasons. After a long day of travel, we were hungry and decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant, assuming it would meet the high standards of the hotel. Unfortunately, it didn’t. We ordered three burgers, a soup, and some chicken tenders for our baby. The burgers were bland and lacked any special touch, which was surprising given that they’re the only burger option on the menu. But the biggest issue—and the most serious—was the chicken tenders. When we cut into them to feed our baby, we found the chicken completely raw inside. This could have been extremely dangerous if we hadn’t noticed it in time. We immediately told our server, who apologized and removed the plate from the table. While we appreciated her response, this was a major food safety failure that could have had serious consequences, especially for a child. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars instead of one is because our server was genuinely kind and apologetic the entire time. She handled the situation with grace and professionalism, despite such a serious food handling mistake with a meal intended for a baby.

Google
Great service and a solid experience overall. Our server was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of throughout dinner. I had an appetizer, a burger, and an Old Fashioned — everything was on point, from presentation to flavor. The atmosphere is laid-back but classy, making it a great place to unwind. While it wouldn’t normally be my first pick for a night out, it’s a great spot — especially if you’re staying at the hotel. Quality food, good drinks, and even better service.

It was a wonderful dining experience indeed. We were literally spoiled by Chef Dominic. All his dishes tasted amazing 👏 🤩 and we all enjoyed our lunch there. All the staff were friendly and didn't rush us, we hope to come back each time we visit Houston.

A lovely restaurant inside the Four Seasons Hotel and very close to the House of Blues. Enjoyed the smores and a scoop of French Vanilla, salted caramel and coffee ice cream.

If you are looking for a place with delicious food, amazing drinks, an elegant ambiance and excellent service, then Bayou and Bottle is the place for you. I have had the pleasure of eating and drinking here several times and it has consistently been excellent. Be it lunch, dinner, or just appetizers and drinks it is away outstanding. This lovely upscale place, located inside the Four Seasons, is inviting without being stuffy. In addition, the service is incredible! We have found everyone to be warm and friendly. Bardia, Otto, and Brianna are simply a class act with high standards and it shows. Beginning with greeting customers and making sure that everyone is enjoying their time they ensure that expectations are being met. I would like to take a moment to acknowledge Joel our server. He is always fantastic. He is friendly and adds to the lovely time we have during our visits. His customer service is always on point. Our food and drinks arrive promptly and he checks on us an appropriate amount without going overboard. He always has an upbeat attitude with a big smile. No matter our group size, he is always very impressive. Lastly, shout out to Samuel the bartender who created the cocktail called The Orbit. The drink is absolute perfection and my go to.

Yelp
The bar of the Four Seasons. Not to be confused with there Speakeasy Bandista upstairs. Located right on the first floor lobby of the hotel. Parking - is either valet at the hotel, or find street parking. I street parked a few blocks away. I came here for the first time early evening, for some pre drinks for a friend's bday dinner upstairs. My friend had a resy. But you could probably just show up and be seated, depending how crowded it is. The crowd was steady influx. It has a cool simple decor. There were several people dressed up nice and fancy, for a wedding upstairs. The place has plenty of various types of seating, which is probably the best thing about the place. From high top tables, large leather couches, booths, bar stools etc. Seems like a great place to hang out with a group, to grab drinks & bite before or after a night out. Centrally located downtown. Walking distance to all kinds of entertainment. Such as the theater, ballet, baseball game, concert venues etc. Drinks - I ordered the Cruel Summer. I enjoyed it. It was pretty boozy, so I only needed one before dinner. Service was easy enough. We came back again, later on in the night. It was more crowded, but we were able to be seated again. The group ordered several items, chips/queso, burger & O-rings, fries. The bite of burger I had wasn't bad. I think everyone enjoyed there food. Overall an easy experience, which is all you can ask for.

Yelp
This restaurant is very high class and sadly they're not satisfied with the money they receive from their "rich" customers. I dined here during restaurant week which in Houston the proceeds are donate to the food bank. This is my second year participating in Houston's restaurant week and this was the establishment I saw take more than they were giving. Their menu says they will donate $3 from the lunch menu meals YET they're going to add a 20% service charge to your bill menu. So they donated $3 and in my case pocketed $2.50 for themselves that looks like a business looking out for themselves and NOT an organization that helps those who can't afford food. Then on top of that, they served these tiny a** tacos (that should be called mini) that came with no side. I only chose to stay here after reading the LIE because I'd just flew in and didn't know this gimmick prior to arriving. Do not dine here during restaurant week and I'm not dining here ever again because they're NOT for the people they're for people pockets.

Yelp
I have never heard of this place. Tiffany J. recommend this has a pregame before the Astros game. This is one of her favorite spots and I'm so happy she shared it with me. Located on in the lobby of the four seasons hotel, you get very upscale vibes as soon as you walk in. The service was great and the drinks and food were amazing! I had their Dr. Pepper old fashion and it was one of the best I've ever had. I would rank it the best in Houston but second on my overall list. The carnitas quesadilla looked really good, I was told it was good by Tiffany but she didn't offer me a bit so I wouldn't know. I'm joking, I had my own problems with the massive Birra tacos. They really stuffed these tacos and the pickled onions and avocado on top was the perfect pairing. The flavor was next level and I would say probably the best Birra tacos I've had! I even made the joke "They have someone's Abuela back there making this food!" I will be back again and soon!

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! There are a lot of great options on the menu. The food is very good. The bourbon selection is amazing. The ambiance is great for a date night. The general manager Bardia and his staff are all extremely dedicated to delivering great service every time I've visited this place. My wife and I had a great time participating in a whiskey tasting master class. I highly recommend this establishment.

Yelp
Went for restaurant week; 9 options amongst the apps, entrees and desserts. They were unfortunately out of the two we wanted. Thought the food was subpar for the amount paid. Really great service though!

Yelp
Had a great experience at Bayou & Bottle as I needed a quiet space to watch the Bills game this past weekend before heading to the airport. I was thrilled to see Athletic Brewing on the menu and quickly ordered the Upside Dawn beer to enjoy with the game. The staff were so accommodating, turning down the music and turning up the game for me. I also really, really appreciated Olivia allowing me to order off of the Toro Toro menu but have it delivered at Bayou & Bottle! I needed this because there apparently aren't any TVs at Toro Toro. Anyway, I went with her recommendation of the Angry Scorpion Roll (Spicy Tuna, Crab, Avocado, Cucumber). The roll was a decent size and the tuna was SOOO fresh. The roll pretty much melted in my mouth and the wasabi was legit wasabi.

Yelp
AJ /Avery made our day! He was the nicest server, and granted we were there on a slow afternoon, but he stayed by our table and we had a great conversation with him. He told us about the hotel, the area, gave us recommendations on the drinks and menu, and was very nice. We played top golf and then enjoyed more drinks in the bar area, but were able to keep him as our server. The food here is AMAZING. We had the roasted romanesco appetizer, but I added steak on to it and made it my entree. I had to look up what romanesco was, it is a perfect blend of the two parts of broccoli combined into one. So instead of a stock and a top, it's all sort of one thing. Perfect texture and amazing sauce on it. The drinks were all delightful. Overall an amazing place to be. The only weird part was the toilet paper in the luxurious bathrooms was black. But anyway the games are fun, the food is great, the service is impeccable.

Yelp
Sunday's brunch at Bayou and Bottle was simply amazing!! It's at the entrance of the Four Seasons Hotel. Don't worry about parking because they have valet for six bucks. The wait staff was pretty pleasant. Resys aren't needed but we had one. I ordered the steak and eggs and my steak was cooked to perfection. My steak had lots of great seasoning and it came with an avocado and eggs any way you want them (I got scrambled) and was really delicious!! The Banana Fosters pancakes presentation was entertaining and they were so good. I would most definitely revisit this location. I give it a good 4.0 out of 5.0.

Yelp
Shoutout to Tiffany J for putting me on this spot! We were attending a concert at the House of Blues across the street , so she suggested we come here to pregame. It's a short hop, skip and jump over from the venue. We made reservations, but walk ins are welcome too. Closer to the time of the concert and into the evening hours, this place did get busier. Customer service was ok. It was slow at times and a wrong drink was brought out at one point. It's located in the Four Seasons so as expected, the place was beautiful with an upscale ambience. It's not classified as a sports bar, but it really is a glorified version of one. There's plenty of large TVs around to catch a game. They also have the first ever Topgolf Swing Suite. Not only can you golf on this thing, but you can also play other games as well. There are two suites which can be combined to one for a larger party. They have an amazing whiskey and bourbon collection along with a whiskey locker if you want to store some of your prized collection here. One thing that caught my attention immediately when I stalked the menu before coming here was the Dr Pepper Old Fashioned. I've recently been on an old fashioned kick and this drink was delicious. It was masterfully made and everything I wanted it to be. The ingredients used did give off the slightest essence of a Dr Pepper which not only made it unique, but tasty as well. The only complaint I had was the waitress took off with my cherries before I could eat them. I was told the burger here was great so I went with the Bayou Burger. The burger was made with a brisket blend which gave it great flavor. It was cooked to a perfect medium as requested and was delicious. The hand cut fries was a tasty added bonus. We still had time before the show so I ordered 8th Wonder Rocket Fuel to sip on for it's coffee flavor. Overall, this was an awesome place that I will surely add to my downtown list of places to revisit. I will be back!

Yelp
I was searching for a place to eat before attending the Michael Yo comedy show at the HOB. I've had heard of this place, but never patronized it until last evening (02/03/2024). The place is located inside the Four Seasons Hotel in the main lobby area. Make sure you are entering the hotel and not the Four Seasons Apartments which is adjacent to the hotel. There are signs to point you to the right direction, but I did notice a couple not paying attention. The place is very accommodating. You can choose to sit either at a table, booth, or bar. Since it was only just me, I sat at the bar. They had enough staff to there so I didn't have to wait that long to get served. Plus, they were very friendly, and I noticed that they called their regular customers by name, or, at least, greeted them with a handshake. The food and drink were very good. The burger had just enough of the "grease factor" to make it delicious. I wish I had finished it, though. Yes, defeated once again. The sweet potato fries were just right: not too salty or greasy. I ordered a Dr. Pepper Old Fashioned (old overholt rye + levels of grandeur Dr. Pepper® syrup + averna amaro + coquerel calvados + cherry vanilla bitters + angostura bitters). It was delicious! You can really taste the Dr. Pepper! Too bad I was driving because I would have ordered another one. By the way, they do offer whiskey flights. It's not shown on their website, but it's in their on-site menu. Will I try this place again? Yes! Besides that Lobster Quesadilla sounds delicious!

Yelp
Left the Astros game and it was 10:30ish so we were scrambling to find something open this late on a Monday and we stumbled across this restaurant close by the stadium in the four season. They were packed since everyone had the same idea but it was self seating so we got a table instantly. We ended up getting the hummus the chicken and the burger. The food was good but what really impressed me was the plating! Look at how pretty the hummus was plated. For 11 pm I wasn't expecting that and I was pleasantly surprised. would go again (:
google avatar

Yelp
a great place to grab a bite and hangout. they have a great selection of drinks and will help make your favorite as well. their menu used to have a lobster quesadilla which was amazing!!
google avatar

Lacey M.

Yelp
The food was incredibly tasty! That lobster quesadilla was the BEST I've ever had. It had big, beautiful chunks of fresh tasting lobster in it. If had to offer any criticism, it would be over the amount of guacamole you get. They go more for presentation and don't fill the bowl. For $18, the portion size could definitely use improvement. Service was good, but slightly slow on occasion. Ambiance fluctuated between medium and loud. Overall, we loved this place! The food alone would bring me back.

Yelp
Nice quaint and quiet during earlier part of the day for early lo key dining, but definitely the spot as the day grows. I enjoyed my meal here as well located downstairs near the entry of Four Seasons. Server was top grade going well out his way to ensure the meal was to the guest liking. Even offered to get my dessert from the other restaurant. Brought a tear to my eye. Minus, the parmesan, the dish was quickly remade, it was very tasty and worth the wait. Lighting was great, noise level, it was an all around vibe.

Yelp
It's inside the four season hotel, the ambiance is 5 stars. The bartend was friendly and provided good service. Lobster tacos (3/5) Guacamole (4/5) Snapper with quinoa (4/5) Fish & chips (4/5) Overall, great chill bar environment that's perfect for groups or date.

Yelp
This is for Bayou & Bean as much as Bayou & Bottle, but I cannot say enough good things about Avery!!! He was extremely attentive to our lunch experience. And he is an absolute MASTER barista. He's made me a Long Black, which is a smoother version of an Americano, and it was so perfect, I couldn't stop thinking about it! Highly HIGHLY recommend! Please say hi to Avery and ask him for your favorite coffee!

Yelp
TL;DR: Great spot to hang before a show. Food and drinks 5/5; Service 4/5. B&B is one of my favorite places to eat and drink before a show. Located in the lobby of The Four Seasons, it's so convenient if you're going to a show at Toyota (or Minute Maid, House of Blues, or Warehouse Live for that matter). We ate here for the first time since before the pandemic yesterday evening! It wasn't super crowded which was great (we weren't sure if there would be a ton of people there for Mother's Day). The food and the drinks are incredible! I'm not much of a whiskey person, but if you like whiskey, they have a huge selection. Drinks: Polmos - vodka, elderflower, white cranberry, lemon, sugar. Very refreshing and has a kick. Mocktail - my friend asked if they could make a mocktail. The server asked if she preferred sweet or citrus. She went with citrus. We're not sure what ingredients were in her drink (possibly blood orange), but it was GOOD! I would order that with gin or vodka if I knew what to call it lol. Espresso Martini - wasn't on the menu, but the bartender was able to make it. My friend enjoyed hers. My other friend ordered a gin and soda so pretty simple lol. Food: Roasted Cauliflower: Half a head of cauliflower roasted with some greens on top and a side of BBQ sauce. Absolutely delicious! I would definitely order this appetizer again. Kale Casesar: This is one of my regular dishes that I love. I always add salmon. It was cooked medium (according to the receipt) and it was so tender and delicious! They were a little heavy on the Caesar dressing, but it didn't ruin the meal. The salmon was an extra $11 but totally worth it. Texas Pecan Pie: The pie is small, but it's very sweet and delicious! It's a bit sticky with caramel. It comes with vanilla ice cream, but it tasted more like caramel ice cream. I think it had caramel drizzle on it and it was topped with graham cracker crumble. Mmm so good! Other food that we ordered that I didn't have: -Mushroom Flatbread -Texas Redfish - (this looked amazing; it had quinoa, tabouleh, tomato, and jalapeno). -Cast Iron Chicken - I've had this dish before and it's really delicious Our favorite server Charlene no longer works there. She was so sweet and really took care of us anytime we would stop in. Our server last night was very nice, but a little slow to refill water. My friend asked for a side of BBQ sauce with her chicken, and he never brought it. We were going to try to flag down another server to see if she could get some, but she was almost done with her chicken. He was apologetic about the water and he did a great job with my friend's mocktail though. They used to stay open pretty late, but now they close at midnight. According to the website, they serve food from 11a-11p. My friend and I wanted to eat here after a show at Toyota a few weeks ago, but we didn't even leave Toyota until 11:30p so we weren't able to go. If you're going to a show, make sure to have dinner before. It seems that a lot of places in the area don't serve late dinner anymore. They usually participate in HRW, so I'm hoping they will this year. It will give me an excuse to come back (not that I need one).

Yelp
Drinks definitely caught my eye. Was walking around the downtown area and stumbled across decided to check out. Had one drink. The bartender Olivia was awesome!! She has great conversation, in the mist of her attending the other guests at this hotel bar. She made the time to make some recommendations of spots to check out while we were staying in Houston! Truly appreciate it !

Yelp
The whiskey list was extensive and filled with one of my new favorites whistle pig plus plenty of old favorite's. Great location. Not too noisy and the servers know there whiskeys and bourbons. Great list of appies

Yelp
I love coming here for quick eats and drinks. The service and food are always nice, and so far each time I've come it's never crowded. During this time of year everything is so festive and decorative for the holidays, which to makes an even better dining experience. The first time I came in awhile back I had the bayou nachos (not sure if they still sell that) which were delicious. The second time I had the chips and queso with the option to add chicken, grilled shrimp or lobster - which is quite nice. I opted to add the grilled shrimp. This hit the spot. My friend ordered the mini tacos which she enjoyed as well. For drinks I had the Turtle Power w/added tajin and the moradita. Both were delicious and refreshing, but I think my favorite out of the two was the moradita. The valet is pretty convenient as well and not overly expensive if you're just dining in. In a nutshell, I'll definitely be back for more.

Nikki B.

Yelp
What a great surprise! The menu didn't look like anything special. Pretty standard boring menu items such as guacamole quesadilla brussel sprouts hamburger. All the stuff we've seen a million times. Wish I would have taken a picture of these items. Everything was absolutely delicious. Everything. Carnita quesadillas with the extra mile with a special cheese, the guacamole had garnish on it that added to the whole experience, the brussel sprouts were incredible. I would feel safe going back and trying anything and everything on the menu. Love the ambiance too. Strangest thing I did see I have a photo of. Had to take a picture of the black toilet paper. That is a new one for me

Yelp
My husband and I went here for a date night & were so pleased with both the drinks and food! I highly recommend the Red Snapper.. it was absolutely delicious! The Dr. Pepper Old Fashioned was amazing as well!

Yelp
I love coming into Bayou & Bottle inside the Four Seasons hotel lobby. There is a lot of bar seating as well as couch, booths, patio, and lounge seating. A great place to catch up with friends, watch the game, or grab a bite to eat. I've had the lobster tacos and fries here and both are really good. The chocolate torte on their dessert menu will satisfy any sweet tooth. Olivia one of the bartenders is very sweet and gives great recommendations. She will surely take care of you. If you're looking for a place to pregame before an event this is the spot. If you're downtown drop in for some good people watching and a nice refreshment.

Yelp
So delicious! Amazing service! I met some girlfriends here for dinner and drinks. We made a reservation and they accommodated our party of five in a little alcove in the back corner of the restaurant. Service was excellent and very attentive! They had great suggestions on wine and mixed drinks. All of the ladies drinking really enjoyed everything they had. Several of us had the snapper and it was excellent! I had the chicken adobo and it was perfect. Perfectly moist chicken lightly spiced. They changed up the vegetables for me and the brussels sprouts were amazing! Everything we had we would get again and every server we came in contact with was excellent! 5 star!

Yelp
We were here for lunch today. Food and service were good. The ambiance is nice. They do have lots of varieties of whiskey at the bar. My friend had the Houston Restaurant week menu and I had the regular lunch menu. Both were good choices. The place was quite empty during lunch hour. They also have 2 room for top golf which are very nice. Too bad we couldn't try since we have to go back to work. I believe there is a charge for $60/hour. Everything went well until we went out to pick up our car from the valet service. It took the man 10min to find my car key. Also even though my car parked right up front of the hotel but my window was left completely opened. I don't think it's right for whoever did that. Luckily I didn't leave any valuables in the car. I wasn't too happy when I saw it. I'm sure if my car is a Mercedes Benz or some other fancy cars. The valet personnel would have roll the window all the way up. The whole experience was so nice then the valet just killed the mood

Yelp
I'm in town for a few days so I decided to stop in and get a drink at one of my favorite lounges in the city. First of all Bayou & Bottle is located in the 4 seasons hotel. It's very easy to spot, just walk through the lobby and look right, you can't miss it. The lounge is very spacious which is rare because most hotel lounges don't have as much space as B&B has. If you're ok with 15 dollar drinks than this is the place for you. I like my drinks to be more on the pricey side since you shouldn't get cheap with your alcohol hahahaha. You come in & sit wherever you like & then a server comes over to introduce themselves as your server for the evening. I was lucky enough to get Gervin as my guy. Whenever you come in ask for this gentleman, he's the real deal. His knowledge of the menu was impressive as well as his recommendation of the paper plane. I've never had a paper plane before so I was curious about the taste & it did not disappoint. I am now locking this in as one of my new favorite drinks. I tried the Dr Pepper old Fashioned & even though it was pretty good I think I prefer the regular old fashioned instead. The Sidecar I had was delicious & they didn't do a sugar rim which is good & bad. I'm a sugar fiend so I needs my sugar but it was great because I could truly taste how delicious the Sidecar was without the added sugar. The Moradita is a pretty strong tequila cocktail so if you're a fan of tequila & a fan of getting the party started early I recommend this drink. Straight to the point, no messing around. I ended my evening with a shot of 1792 & it was the perfect icing on the cake. Made some small talk with Gervin and then we did the awkward "Do we handshake or fist bump because of Covid" Dance. Hahahaha great times. I love this lounge, I'll be back whenever I'm in town. If you ever come here ASK FOR GERVIN he's the man. Great atmosphere, great people, great drinks

Yelp
After a massage in the spa. We stopped in for drinks and a snack. The atmosphere is very pleasant with several seating style options. The beer and wine options are solid. The cocktails are bourbon and whiskey slanted. For food we GUACAMOLE & CHIPS 4.5/5 and added Benton Farms Bacon 5/5, and CARNITAS QUESADILLAS 5/5. Why four instead of five stars? Service. Gervin was our server. We sat for 10-15 minutes while he waited on people that arrived after us. We felt invisible. Finally we became visible and were able to finally order. He would also disappear for long periods. He wouldn't remove used dishes. I could barely find room on the table to sign our check.

Yelp
I was in Houston for a short time. Was staying downtown and walked from my hotel and was told about this place for a drink and snack. It's located inside the 4 Seasons and it's beautiful. Smells amazing of course as soon as you walk in. It's a very well seated, lit and decorated bar area with all types of different seating. Short and tall tables, bar and booths. There is even outside option. The bartender was experienced and mixed well. He made me an amazing sidecar drink which most bartenders do not know how to make or mess it up royally. He was not very talkative but he was paired with a talkative younger lady that evened him out well. The snack menu was superb! I had lobster tacos and they were to die for!!! I wanted 3 more, very filling for small tacos. Great flavors and presentation. I'd go back to this bar every weekend if I had a chance. Loved it. Please try!

Yelp
Let's start with the conclusion: I will be back. That said, the experience was a little lacking. While we were greeted by a passing server when we walked in, it wasn't clear where to go to check in for our reservation this Sunday evening. We ended up standing at the bar and asking the bartender. He warmly greeted us and told us to have our pick of tables. We chose outside patio since it was a nice night and we were still able to see the playoff game. Service was slow. When our server finally did join us, he was helpful and friendly. We ordered the chips and guacamole, the slow and low cocktail, and the smoking rabbit cocktail. Guac was good but small portion. Drinks were both good. Smoking rabbit isn't as a sweet as you think, which I enjoyed. We order lobster tacos for our meal. They were small, but we still got full with having had the appetizer. Looking forward to trying this place again and bandista.

Yelp
The Sunday Brunch was fantastic, especially the table side flambé for the pancakes. The mimosa flights were delightful, and there was absolutely nothing to fault. The Four Seasons hotel is truly exceptional and holds a special place in my heart.

Yelp
Don't expect to get served if you are not white and look like you have money! Classless service Nice place though.

Yelp
This place is a small restaurant bar inside the 4 seasons hotel. Food is pretty good, prices are reasonable. Stopped by on a saturday night before the UFC fights in houston. This place was packed. Every table was full. Took forever or order and after we ordered we had to run down the wait staff a few times to get our drinks and food. Portion size on the food was small but the items were pretty tasty. We had some chips and queso... tasty but like 8 chips were provided which sucked. The steak was good and tasty. Drinks were good and they didn't skimp on the booze. Okay place for food and drinks. Service struggled.

Yelp
If you haven't been to the Four Seasons since its remodel, make it a point to go there. Before/after an Astros or Rockets game, before or after a downtown concert. Just go. The decor, the whiskey selection, the lighting, the virtual TopGolf ... all of those elements will make the night enjoyable. They do have a reverse happy hour, 7-9pm (which I can't think of any other RHH offered in Downtown). I've had morning/afternoon work meetings there, gone with friends before shows and we're now set on doing a GNO with some TopGolf and whiskey tastings.

Yelp
A quality hotel bar with nice atmosphere, but poor whiskey selection. Considering they have whiskey lockers, was just expecting a bit more.

Yelp
I checked out Bayou & Bottle for dinner and a drink before a concert on a weekday. Bayou & Bottle is the bar inside the Four Seasons hotel. Unless you're trying to pay valet, your best bet is to find street parking. Bayou & Bottle is pretty spacious for a hotel bar. There's seating right at the bar as well as a lounge area. It's a sophisticated bar with a nice list of craft cocktails. The crowd is on your older side but there's a mix of age ranges. I went with a beer and their burger and fries. They're known for their burger and it didn't disappoint. It came with a generous portion of fries too. The best part? They have a late happy hour from 7 p.m.-9 p.m. on weekdays with both drink and food specials. The burger was part of their happy hour menu. Not many spots have happy hours at this time so take advantage!

Yelp
Visited for lunch during restaurant week. Nice location, modern decor and available outdoor seating. The food was tasty. The artichoke soup was delicious as was the burger, which was very juicy. The avocado toast was yummy but should be a starter and not an entree. The carrot cake was tasty but too dry. Would try the rice pudding next tine.

Yelp
This was the perfect weeknight nightcap. Most places were dead on a Tuesday night, but we were in town for business and wanted to have a good cocktail in a nice, lively environment. This lobby bar didn't feel like a hotel lobby bar. It felt like a swanky whiskey lounge. Also, the servers walking around were very helpful and insightful with their drink recommendations. Highly recommend if you are staying downtown for the night.

Yelp
My daughter and I stopped by before an event for a quick dinner. The atmosphere is great, an excellent hotel bar but the highlight was their bayou burger. It's delicious and probably one of the best burgers I've had in a while. Definitely recommend if you are downtown, we will be back!

Yelp
Jay did it again! Exceptional service, professional, attentive! The service level at Bayou & Bottle is hard to beat. They have a wide variety of meal offerings & an excellent selection of cocktails. The Slow and Low and Barrel Smoked are highly recommended.

Yelp
My girlfriends and I ate here for lunch during HRW. We had the guacamole with homemade chips, red snapper fish tacos and fries. Everything was amazing!!!! However, Another friend had a Cobb salad with grilled chicken- she did not enjoy it-chicken was not well seasoned and a bit dry she stated~ Will visit again

Yelp
I'm a bit torn about this review in that there are a lot of things going for this place but will have to say the drawback is the price point. First off lets talk about the positives, that is this place is a very nice new addition to the Four Seasons hotel located on the ground level immediately to the right as your enter the turn-style door. The vibe is loungey with nice low beat house / lounge music. The bar stands out with the large assortment of bourbons next to the back drop of white marble type of stone and the wait staff dressed in button up shirts, suspenders and bow ties. Lighting is dimly lit with varied seating which allows for nice cozy couple (s) or group seating. Service was very pleasant and attentive. 5 of 5 stars. Food choices for this evening was from the dinner list, which was limited. I ended up choosing the farm chicken that is accompanied by gumbo sauce, cilantro rice and sassafras (not sure what that is). Very tasty dish and the chicken was perfectly cooked. 4 of 5 stars for taste. The other dishes ordered was the Kale Caesar w/ side of chicken breast. I've been coming across a lot of kale, was good but more of 3 of 5 stars. The crudo composed of red snapper sashimi, plum, radish and such was ok! Could have used a bit more acid and thus why I only thought it was a 3 of 5 star dish. Why does this place not deserve another star or two, well, my reason was the price point and is that something that would pull other yelpers back on a consistent basis I'm not sure of that. My accomplice in food crime ordered a espresso martini for $18 dollars and my chicken dish, effectively just a chicken breast with a few accroutements for $22 dollars I can't honestly rate this place 4 stars + relative to my other reviews. Value I would give 1-2 stars. Will I come back again. Yes, but maybe more for the lunch choices and stick to the beers.

Yelp
Love the decor updates! Located in the Four Seasons Hotel Houston, this gorgeous lounge/bar/restaurant is a great space to hang out, watch sports on huge TVs, and enjoy a really good wine list. I noticed the cocktail menu has several craft cocktails and a whiskey/bourbon list, as well. My friend and I had tickets to see the Ben Jackson magic show and decided to meet another friend at Bayou & Bottle for drinks and dinner before the show. We had the charcuterie board to start, and the selection of meats and cheeses was excellent... I love that they include various dry sausages and not the usual prosciutto that always appears. Also a nice surprise was an aged cheese with chili peppers and some really delicious pickles. I wish I could be as enthusiastically glowing about the main course: the Tomahawk steak. Unfortunately this was a bit disappointing for me. While it was seasoned beautifully, the steak was overly trimmed and had little to no fat. It was also a bit overdone and quite dry in some sections. The side of Brussels sprouts, however, was delicious, as were the grilled vegetables. I would return for a drink and a bite, but I know not to order the steak next time ;)
