I recently purchased a KDS-151 and after the first use, it began to rust and I started having issues within the first week. I kindly reached out to support for suggestions, followed exactly what they wanted me to do with providing pictures and they’ve completely ignored me since. I would not recommend this product since they don’t standby their warranty or help with customer resolution. Below are the people that have completely brushed me off after several attempts of reaching back out to them for the last 3 weeks. Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Exactly what I needed. A large 82l or 20 gallon stainless steel pot with basket with 4 legs on it to keep it off the bottom. It has a bar going across it, that allows me to use a pulley system, with stainless steel cable and a hook on the end to lift the basket out. This save alot of man power.

Bought a 102 qt stainless pot have had it for 2 years but only used it 3 times pot has a hole in the bottom the size of a nickel clearly a defect from the factory. Only carries a one year warranty. Company pretty much told me I was SOL. Spend that much money and it won’t hold up better than this. I strongly do not recommend.

When I received my Bayou Classic turkey fryer, the outer box that it arrived in was in terrible shape; it was torn and battered and clearly had seen better days. The only problem with the contents is that the thermometer was broken. Bayou Classic replaced it promptly. Their customer service is superb.

You can guarantee the outlet will not be open past 3:45 on Fridays so don't bother. Maybe they have good stuff but they suck at customer service. All I ask, don't say you're open until 4 if you're not.

Excellent customer service. I dropped my cooker and broke the lid off. I talked to Courtney who told me it was no problem and she sent me a new lid at no charge. Very friendly people.

I bought a Bayou Classic burner from a local merchant. After one use the regulator stopped working. I reached out to Customer Service and they shipped me a new regulator. Thanks for standing behind your products.
