I recently purchased a KDS-151 and after the first use, it began to rust and I started having issues within the first week. I kindly reached out to support for suggestions, followed exactly what they wanted me to do with providing pictures and they’ve completely ignored me since. I would not recommend this product since they don’t standby their warranty or help with customer resolution. Below are the people that have completely brushed me off after several attempts of reaching back out to them for the last 3 weeks. Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
