"An Autumn-themed pop-up debuting in Downtown Miami this weekend with plenty of local food vendors, a beer garden, rum and whiskey samplings, live music, plenty of photo ops, and of course, a hay maze." - Olee Fowler

"To Market, To Market Just minutes from PAMM, this festive downtown Miami marketplace is onBiscayne Bay. Take a stroll, rent a charter boat, or simply practice your photography skills, as the views along the bay are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Restaurants range from a Bavarian beer hall toa seafood bar and grillto a Cuban hot spot. To truly soak in the Miami music spirit, venture here in the evening for the free concerts. Expect crowds when there’s gorgeous weather (since this is Miami, that would be most days), but you willstill be able to find some open space to take in the scene. By Charu Suri"

Bayside is a fun and lively waterfront spot in downtown Miami. It’s a great place to walk around, with lots of shops, restaurants, and live entertainment. The views of the bay are beautiful, especially around sunset, and there’s always music or something happening that adds to the energy. There’s a nice variety of stores and plenty of dining options, many with outdoor seating to enjoy the breeze. You can also catch boat tours and cruises right from here, which is perfect for sightseeing or just relaxing on the water. It’s easily accessible with public transport and feels safe and welcoming. Perfect to spend the day out.

My recent trip to Bayside, Florida, was a charming getaway, despite not stopping for a meal. The area exudes a vibrant and relaxed atmosphere, making it ideal for a leisurely walk. As we meandered through, the refreshing salty breeze from the water and the surrounding activity created a serene yet lively ambiance. The waterfront views were particularly striking, with boats gently swaying in the marina and the distant Miami skyline adding to the scenic beauty. The shops and stalls attracted our attention with their vibrant displays, showcasing a variety of items from souvenirs to local crafts. It was enjoyable to browse at our own pace, simply absorbing the lively environment. The blend of tourists and locals contributed to the dynamic atmosphere, with street performers and occasional music enhancing the upbeat vibe. We didn’t feel the absence of dining, as the experience of being present—taking in the sights, sounds, and quintessential Florida essence—was more than sufficient. Bayside appears to be a destination that doesn’t require a tightly packed schedule. It’s easy to understand why many choose it as a place to relax and explore. If you’re looking for a casual, scenic stroll with a touch of character, Bayside certainly delivers. On our next visit, we may try the local cuisine, but this experience demonstrated that one can enjoy their time here without needing a meal.

We had an amazing experience here. Bayside Marketplace reminds me of Venice Italy with lots of businesses around the sea. You can go for a boat ride or yacht tour or a bus tour. They have plenty of restaurants around the sea ranging from Italian , Colombia, Mexican and Chinese restaurants. You also have some amazing drinks by the sea. The marketplace was clean, organized, secured and well maintained.

It's a great place to take a millionaire row boat cruise. Very good souvenir shops, street food, restaurants and shops. I loved the custom cap making store, quality of caps were amazing, they will do custom embroidery of whatever you want, must try. We did island queen cruise and it's great value for money. Great service and guide on the boat who will give commentary during the cruose. If you buy ticket from group on, you will save some $.

A bard’s delight and a merchant’s trap. Bayside feels like a quest hub designed by tourists for tourists. Yes, it’s lively, yes, it’s colorful—but it’s also packed, pricey, and painfully generic. Most shops sell the same souvenirs you’ll find in any harbor town, and food options are more about flashy looks than flavor. The view of the bay is nice, and the live music adds charm, but it all feels a bit like window dressing for a place that’s lost its soul to the coin. Final verdict: Worth a short stop if you’re passing through, but don’t expect rare loot or local magic—this marketplace is all show and no story.

If you want to go to a place where you can take your family in Miami, enjoy the sunset. Enjoy your boat ride. Enjoy some good food and drinks. Want to take a few rides with your kids and explore the rich mansions of Miami on a boat ride within the range if $100-200 in a budget, then this is the best place to go as demonstrated in my photos. It is a very beautiful place to visit and the sunset are amazing. You’ll have to pay around $30 for parking for two hours. But overall the experience is very good.

Google
Bayside Marketplace, located near downtown Miami, has everything. You can get anything from food, shopping for many different products, many gift & souvenir shops, a great atmosphere, relaxing boat & yaht tours, adrenaline rush speedboat tours, restaurants, sports bars, Pier 5 is a large outdoor bar overlooking the harbor and great music playing throughout the marketplace. You can park in the connected parking garage on site for $10 per hour & more per hour(s) based on how many hours you stay, but it's definitely worth it. As the sun sets and it goes into darkness, the many colorful lights make the experience one you will never forget.

Google
A wide-opened marketplace with a variety of shops and colorful restaurants to spend most of the day. This is the place where you can hop on a local cruise to see the skyline of Miami downtown and the waterfront mansions. The only drawback is that the garage parking is very expensive.

Yelp
Definitely a touristy spot. But, it was fun to walk around and did a bit of shopping for things we forgot to pack. Also, rode the Ferris wheel which was $24 a person. Def worth doing at least once. Live music and various places to eat/ drink if desired.

Yelp
It's your standard tourist trap kind of place where people who are looking to kill some time after coming home from a cruise can hang out kind of thing. I actually do like the variety of stores, even if the some of the prices are pretty ridiculous. However it is a nice place to walk and it's not too far from the monorail. There are a fair amount of places to shop and eat but keep the mind the latter are pretty much touristy joints like Hard Rock Cafe or Bubba Gumps. But if you're dying to buy stuff like magnets and T shirts then this isn't a bad place to stop by. I'd say if you're really in the mood for some shopping and don't care about the quality or anything, this isn't a bad time killer.

Yelp
I've visited this spot a few times in the past and always enjoyed it, but today was a letdown. It felt run down and uninspired, with the same generic touristy junk you can find anywhere. The parking garage was a nightmare--both the elevators and escalators were out of order, which was a major inconvenience. And the bathrooms? Filthy and out of toilet paper. That's just unacceptable for a place that gets so much foot traffic. As I walked through the shops, I couldn't help but notice the overpowering smell of cigars mixed with a strong sewage odor. It made the experience unpleasant and far from inviting. This location has so much potential--it's in a prime spot for visitors and locals alike--but it desperately needs some work. Better maintenance, cleaner facilities, and more thoughtful retail options could really turn things around. For now, it's not worth the trip.

Yelp
Bayside Marketplace is a bustling, tourist-friendly destination that offers a wide variety of local food vendors, shopping outlets, and picturesque views, making it a favorite spot for visitors exploring the area. The marketplace has a vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of options to cater to different tastes. Whether you're craving local cuisine or looking for a unique shopping experience, Bayside has something for everyone. The beautiful waterfront views and lively ambiance make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the day. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The bathrooms and parking elevators require better maintenance, as these aspects detract slightly from the overall experience. A little more upkeep in these areas would go a long way in enhancing the convenience and appeal of the marketplace. Despite these minor issues, Bayside Marketplace remains an ideal destination for tourists seeking a mix of dining, shopping, and scenic enjoyment. Its charm lies in its vibrant setting, and with a more laid-back vibe, it could be an even better spot for visitors to unwind.

Yelp
Bayside Marketplace is a must visit Miami hotspot with something for everyone, no matter your age. Whether you're interested in dining, dancing, shopping, or taking a ride on the Skyview Wheel, you'll be glad you stopped by. A key take away, parking, it can be a bit tricky in this area. Parking along Biscayne Boulevard can cost up to $30 for just three hours. However, if you wonder the nearby side streets, you may need to spend some time searching, but you can often find spots for around $3 per hour.
google avatar

Catherine B.

Yelp
The average touristy mall you would expect; many places to dine and shop. I didn't find any of the store owners to be overwhelmingly friendly or welcoming, which left something to be desired. Personally stopped in a few souvenir shops for some postcards and tried the boozy popsicles, which were refreshing! A good place to kill an hour (or more) of your time or extend your experience with a boat ride on the marina below / Ferris Wheel outside Margaritaville. Parking lot is PRICEY.

Yelp
Great little outdoor market, with lovely stores, activities, and wonderful restaurants, nice little place to stop before or after boarding the cruise lines, short distance to and from. Great ocean views

Yelp
Bayside Marketplace in Miami is the #1 place for tourists to visit. It is located downtown in the Marina on Biscayne Blvd. It has something for every age group. There are plenty of parking lots and garages in the area. Wear comfortable shoes. There are many stores to shop at: Bed & Bath Works, Victoria's Secret, Footlocker, Kids Footlocker, 3D Laser land, Champs Sports, Bus Tours, Boat rentals, Jetski Rentals, Claire's, Crocs, Express, GameStop among many others. There are several good restaurants located there also. You will find the Hard Rock Cafe, Margaritaville, Fat Tuesday, Chili's, Bubba Gump, Five Guys, Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls, Mojito Bar, Las Canita, KUBA, and more. And don't forget the spectacular Skyview Miami Ferris Wheel with amazing city and water views. The Thriller boat ride is for the adventurous! Trust me, it's Wild! I've been on it a couple of times. You get to ride past celebrities' multi-million dollar homes on Star Island. Expect to spend at least 1/2 a day at Bayside or longer. It's a lot of fun!

Yelp
Bayside Marketplace in Downtown Miami is a bustling festival marketplace offering a variety of stores, stands, restaurants, and experiences, making it an easy stop for tourists exploring the area. The marketplace is lively and vibrant, with an eye-catching Ferris wheel adding to its festive feel. It's a great place to walk around and pass some time. Tourist Density: Be prepared for a highly touristy atmosphere. From the entry walkway to the beachside restaurants, I was frequently approached by boat ride tour services offering trips to see millionaire homes. While aggressively persistent, the vendors are polite and will leave you alone once you decline. Souvenirs: This is a convenient spot to pick up Miami souvenirs, but be aware that prices are on the higher side. Most small keychains or magnets cost around $6. Stores: The marketplace features a variety of stores. Notably, the Express store had a significant closing-down sale when I went, and the It'Sugar store was large and fun to browse through. Dining: There are numerous restaurants to choose from, offering a range of cuisines. The beachside restaurants provide a pleasant dining experience with a view. Overall, Bayside Marketplace is a lively spot perfect for tourists looking to shop, dine, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. However, the constant solicitation from tour services and the high prices for souvenirs can be a bit off-putting. While it was fun to walk through and explore, it's not a place I'd go out of my way to visit again.

Yelp
I LOVE this place! We stumbled on it because we had to come here for our boat ride tour. There is an attached pay parking deck, so parking was not an issue If you're wanting ideas for date night, girls or guys trip, this is the spot to hang out. Tons of food, bakeries, ice cream, shopping, boat tours, lake side seating, hooka, bars, live music, an enclosed ferris wheel. A huge Hard Rock cafe restaurant is also located here if that's your thing. I 100% recommend this place if you are visiting Miami.
google avatar

Yelp
Great place to visit if you want to experience a lot all at once. lots of restaurants, drink, boat tours and mall shopping
google avatar

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Perfect spot to hang out, relax, and mingle. The scenery is inviting and the breeze is perfect. However, this isn't a typical market place. This Market is by the water and it has many activities for the family besides shopping and eating. There is a huge Farris wheel , tours you take around Miami and on the water. You can take the entire day to enjoy Bayside Marketplace. The market place is centrally located on Biscayne Blvd.
google avatar

Yelp
It's like Maimi ran out of good attractions and shoved this in as a cool place to visit. But in reality it's like going to Times Square in nyc where they sell you all the name brands at a larger price tag. At least Times Square has flashy billboards vs the very average views at Bayside Market. The best part of the experience was getting free samples from the juice vendors on the strip. Some guy gave us free samples of coconut pulp and coconut ice cream. The coconut ice cream was deliciously divine but was preposterously priced at $11 dollars for less than a cup. No thanks. It was also nice walking near the water with the view of the boats. The biggest disappointment were the vendors. The items being sold were either tacky souvenirs or name brand items. Don't expect to do your shopping here and go to Wynwood instead. If you're in the area and wanna go for a walk, great. But don't go out of your way to come here if you need to commute from South Beach or another area of Miami.
google avatar

Tiffany P.

Yelp
Our initial impression is best described as what a child cried out, "Mommy, why is it so stinky here?" It's a heavily touristy area with loud live music. The selection of stores wasn't our usual cup of tea. Prices seemed inflated, perhaps because of their location by the water attractions. As soon as we saw the underwhelming views of the waterfront, we left. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again.
google avatar

Jamita H.

Yelp
Saturday evening, we came here to do a little shopping, and find something to eat. There was so much to do, see, buy and eat. We realized that this was more like a strip mall. They offered many stores that I was familiar with but a few that I were not familiar with. This area is such a busy area.
google avatar

Boon C.

Yelp
The Bayside is really run down at this point. The top floor near the Bay Area are completely closed. The store is just not there if you want to go for the food. The amphitheater at the water also closed for renovations. They still collect an expensive parking with 40% facilities is under renovations. This is really need to be wave to help the lack of customers visiting. The Bayside compare to 5 years ago added the giant wheel for good visible of the downtown. The water fountain is close also without light. Obviously this is not a good time to visit for the next three months.
google avatar

Rayna V.

Yelp
Very nice place. Real cutesy. This place has a ton of shopping and vendors for you to purchase items. There's also a Starbucks and other chain restaurants as well. You are able to charter a boat as well. It gives upscale flea market vibes. But it's nice to walk around outside and go up and down the aisles looking at the different vendors and what they're selling. It's very nice. Especially on a summer day it's will definitely do the job. I even saw some people walking around just to get their steps in. It's not too hot and I'm sure it would be even nice in the fall when there's a cool breeze. I'm not going to lie. The items are a bit pricey but I'd go for the experience. Plus it's right by the cruise port.
google avatar

Yelp
My friend and I flew in a day early for our cruise and stayed at the Holiday Inn Port of Miami. A few blocks away from our hotel we discovered Bayside Marketplace, and I'm so glad we did!!! This was the perfect place to begin our trip. We started at Black Market Miami for lunch. We had cocktails on the outdoor patio that overlooks the water and boats and it was beautiful. I ended up getting the ceviche and my friend got tacos. The polenta sticks were pretty good, but I thought the ceviche was a little too sour/limey. We continued to our adventures next door at La Canita where they had a food and drink happy hour going on. They had a grand piano set up for live music later that night, but we were in the exploring mood so we kept going. We made our way down to the first level and checked out some shops and other views of the water. Our last stop was at Kuba Cabana Bayside where we enjoyed, yet another cocktail, and hookah. This was such a relaxing experience as seating is outdoors and backs right up to the water and boats we saw earlier at a distance. I'd highly recommend Bayside Marketplace. We only stayed a few hours, but you could easily make a day out of it!
google avatar

Sonja A.

Yelp
Most definitely a great place to start or end your holidays. The stores do not open until 10a as well as the restaurants are not ready for breakfast service. A few along the boardwalk provide beautiful views of the bay and great for sipping cocktails and people watching. Give the stores a go where there are so many options to buy beachwear, beach gear and daytime outfits. So if travelers find their luggage has been misplaced, check out Envy where everything is $10 or less. The ferris wheel wasn't operating the day we went down check hours beforehand for the sake of the kiddos.
google avatar

Tina Y.

Yelp
We had couple appetizers like wings, tacos, fried pickles and cheese-sticks. The wings were good size and cooked well. Wasnt big fan of tacos. The slushes were hit , we all had two rounds of them. The bartender was nice and attentive. The gratuity is 18% . Id go again to try different menu items
google avatar

Daren R.

Yelp
THERAGINGFORK.com Barely go to Miami but this was a treat. Bayside Marketplace had a little of everything. A huge ferris wheel ride to see Miami at a bird's eye view. Ben's Pizza had amazing huge slices of pizza. The Lola bar was hopping with dancers and cocktails. Plenty of food and fun places to choose from. Did not seem like a tourist trap at all. The only negative i have is the parking is tight with a $20 day fee, but understood it's Miami.
google avatar

Kay R.

Yelp
We were in the neighborhood and stopped by Bayside Marketplace for lunch. We were seated immediately. With the games playing, the crowd picked up rather quickly. We ordered drinks and food. The guys had beer. I wanted wine, but they were out, so I went for a mixed drink instead. For food, we had chicken tenders and sliders. The food was good...not anything spectacular but good. Like many restaurants, Bayside has implemented the pay at the table process. Hopefully, it was an accident, but our waiter did not mention that gratuity had already been added. My husband didn't realize this until the tab was printed.
google avatar

Anthony K.

Yelp
located in Biscayne Bay. Excellent place to spend the day. So many shops and kiosk. There is several one of a kind and chain restaurants and large bar area on the dock. It is a little pricy since it is located right in the center of down town where the cruise ships dock.
google avatar

Tyler S.

Yelp
They have a bunch of awesome stores. Decent food. It is mostly covered which is helpful on the rainy days. Very nice people working in the kiosk. I have some decent pizza, awesome ice cream. Did a phone of my eye. Definitely worth the walk from downtown

Yelp
Bayside Marketplace is a classic tourist trap that most visitors will find in each city from PIER 39 in San Francisco to Santa Monica Pier in Los Angeles to Quincy Marketplace in Boston to Harborplace in Baltimore. Our guide from Everglades airboat tour recommended this shopping plaza and I decided to make a quick stop before our food tour at 1 PM. [Parking]: Expensive parking rate with the 1st 15 minutes = free, $7 up to 1 hour, $10 up to 2 hours, $12 up to 3 hours, $15 up to 4 hours, and $30 up to 24 hours. [Attractions]: In addition to retail shops, there are Ferris Wheel (Skyviews Miami Observation Wheel), vendors offering boat tours, and Kaseya Center (the home arena for the Miami Heat) locating just a block away from the Bayside Marketplace. Personally I am just not going to find any retail shops, restaurants, and tours that I want to try or do here. This is not a bad place for visitors who are not too particular picky about visiting tourist traps, but I much rather spend more time in the Wynwood Art District or Miami Beach Boardwalk (as one of speakeasy bartenders told to our group - it's not a party at Miami Beach Boardwalk until 3 AM).

Yelp
This is one of the places I came twice on my trips to Miami. Most of my shopping for souvenirs are done here actually! I love this place so much that I stayed here until they closed for the night lol! I guss we newyorkers loves crowds! Atleast I do. Just to give you all an idea what's this all about let's talk about it. It's a large outdoor-style mall with over 120 specialty stores and tourist shops, numerous cafes and restaurants, and daily live entertainment. You will find many unique and cool places, as well as some famous chain stores. The market attracts both locals and tourists. Its located on the Miami waterfront overlooking the docks and boats. Many people come here just to enjoy the atmosphere. Tour boats depart from here and visit places around Biscayne Bay. There is also a water taxi service to hotels in Miami Beach and downtown areas. One of my favorites here is the The giant Ferris wheel soars into the air at a height of 200 feet and features 42 air-conditioned passenger gondola and a glass-bottomed VIP version. The views of Biscayne Bay and Miami within a 15-minute drive are spectacular Altho the food here is very expensive for ovious reasons I did try some seafood at one of my favorite restaurant here. It was yummy! If you planning on buying gifts then you can definitely find some cool ones here!
google avatar

Nick P.

Yelp
This is your typical outdoor shopping center but what I liked about it, was the view of Biscayne Bay. If you were eating here, you can look at all of the boats and occasionally cruise ships as they cast off. You'll get a mix of the typical local stores as well as the chains that you find in every mall. Sometimes you'll have the shop owners trying to catch your attention so that you can peruse their store. I like to look at the local food here because that Caribbean and Latin influence is impressive. Of course, going to a local mom and pop shop would be better but if you're here you're here. Yes, it can very crowded here but I love the vibrance.
google avatar

Steph S.

Yelp
Great spot to walk around and see the water and gorgeous boats. Lots of shops and little souvenir shops. Lots of places to eat and drink as well. Awesome Ferris wheel too! we came here twice to walk around and loved it both times
google avatar

Mark N. T.

Yelp
I just walked around the Marketplace at night. I enjoyed the holiday lights. I wish I could see the lights of Miami Heat players. The next morning, I visited here again. I saw a beautiful view of Biscayne Bay I found I didn't buy anything. LOL. Everything was expensive in Miami. I wish I could had more money!
google avatar

Noel J.

Yelp
My mom and I came here a few times during our visit to Miami. You can catch a few different bus tours from the market and also a bunch of boat tours which is nice. There's also a lot of restaurants and a stage for live entertainment. They play good Spanish music in the area. The shops are eh, a lot of touristy things and normal stores in the mall. I hoped for smaller boutique stores where I could by unique items from Miami so I was disappointed with this area but it's good to go to if you don't know what to eat or what kind of tours are available.
google avatar

Brian F.

Yelp
Bayside Marketplace is located in the downtown Miami area next to the observation wheel and Biscayne Bay. There are restaurants, bars, and shops for tourists and locals alike to walk around. There are plenty of souvenir shops to buy trinkets at and is a nice place to roam.
google avatar

Elian Eduardo D.

Yelp
This is a place I love to hate and I hate to love... lots of little shops and food and drink venues, outdoors music shows, and overall a pretty good tourist trap. Anyone who visits Miami for the first time has to at least walk around it once... and pay the price for it! Everything is a bit overpriced here, from bottled water to the souvenirs to the restaurants... however, it's an unmissable spot for any tourist... The view is great, there are lots of things to see and buy, and you can spend a good afternoon. Parking in or around the area is pretty expensive (in comparison to comparable spots), especially if there's an event nearby that day, but even if it wasn't, to give your tourist the full Miami experience, it's even better to just grab the metrorail and the metromover to give them the whole "I really visited Miami" package ;) ...and that is also not a bad idea to help get around the usual traffic in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
Highly do not recommend. I'd You're by the hard rock, everyone is lined up at bay. Resembles Malecon in Cuba. Only Spanish music playing and reeks of marijuana. Ambulances every 2 minutes. Sorry, but not sorry. Not Safe.
google avatar

Michelle D.

Yelp
This is our #1 stop when we go to Miami with new family and friends. Its lively and has live music on the platform stage overlooking the Bay, there is great shopping, great restaurants and located on the Bay in downtown Miami. Family friendly but also a great place to experience night life. It has a lot of bars and a lot of things to do for kids from the largest candy shop to boat rides, and a guy that has been there for year with parrots that you can pose ad take pictures with for a fee. Its a family tradition to take the parrot pictures. Bayside was always know for having the best Pina Colada in Miami (been getting them for 20+ years) but sadly after this latest remodel we could not find the bar that sells the famous, delicious Pina Coladas! We were so disappointed. We have taken the Thriller Boat ride there that takes you past all the celebrity homes at Star Island. It's a great place to experience a bit of Miami!
google avatar

Nerina B.

Yelp
This place has all sorts of little shops and even big name stores. Lots of eating establishments as well. Very touristy! You can also book boat tours, helicopter tours, and other short trips. They also have a Ferris wheel which has a very beautiful scenery. It's a great ride. I highly recommend a visit here.
google avatar

Tonya P.

Yelp
Tourist beware! It's a tourist trap and they try to bait and switch you on every corner. Within 1.5 hrs we were lied to at no less than 5 businesses. Overpriced. Aggressive. Liars. Rude.

Xio V.

Yelp
TOURIST BEWARE!! I recently visited Bayside Marketplace with friends from out of town, and our experience was overwhelmingly disappointing. We encountered numerous instances of tourist exploitation. * Overpriced Attractions The new Ferris Wheel attraction costs $24.95 for a mere 15-minute ride. * Restaurant Rip-Offs At "Lola Bar", we ordered two Rum and cokes, only to discover they were essentially water and ice. Despite bringing it to the waitress's attention, the issue wasn't resolved. Our taco order (8 pieces) was grossly overpriced $189.00 and lacking main ingredient (meat). * Parking Scam The parking garage initially displayed $22.00 when tried to pay. However, due to machine malfunction, we paid at the exit where the fee inexplicably jumped to $36.00 - a 5-minute delay. Beware of Bayside Marketplace and their Vendors. I'm sharing our cautionary tale that way people can avoid similar experiences. Spread the word to protect fellow travelers from exploitation. Just passing through. Pay parking available. Lots of places for food and beverages. 2 floors. Along the water.

Yelp
I stumbled upon Bayside Marketplace when I was out for a walk my first night in Miami. I was getting a lay of the land when I noticed a huge ferris wheel in the distance and some activity going on. My curiosity got the best of me, and before I knew it I found myself here. Bayside Marketplace is essentially an outdoor mall - there's lots of restaurants and shops over two floors. There's an aforementioned ferris wheel, and a few places to sit and soak in the aesthetics. This place is definitely a vibe; sitting out by the water eating dinner or browsing the shops - I kinda expected to find a place like this in Miami. One draw back if you can call it that is that BM is a tourist trap, but that's okay since I was a tourist. There's no short supply of souvenir shops here, or people trying to sell you things or get to you dine at one of the restaurants. Overall, this place was fine? I'm not sure if I would come here too often if I was a seasoned local, but if you're visiting this is definitely a good place to spend some time.

Yelp
Nice place to get out, walk around, see a few sights & be close to the water, (we plan to return to do the 1.5 hour water taxi tour, because it was raining today). There's a huge parking garage that makes it easy to access, lots of little shops with your average trinkets & various kinds of foods, just a cute, overall place to come for the touristy, Miami vibe. Be prepared for the crowds though, which can be a little intense, but we enjoyed ourselves.

Yelp
This is undeniably, a tourist trap, but it's a fun one. Sometimes you can get a little bit too much of a hard sell, but it's a nice area and worth a visit.

Yelp
We wanted to walk around and this was a nice walk from our hotel. There are lots of shops here for food, swimwear, clothing, jewelry, shoes and accessories. We ended up in Lotty Dotty looking at swimwear. There are places to sit throughout the market without having to find a specific place to solicit. The area was clean and full of families and singles. If you want options for whatever you need this would be a great place to go. We enjoyed our time shopping and sightseeing in the marketplace.

Yelp
I loved this little get up. They had so many stores and eateries here. You wouldn't expect it but there was some shopping to be done there. It's something to consider a hidden gem. They had a Claire's too !

Yelp
With shops and restaurants, this outdoor marketplace located in Miami is on the water. Parking available in the garage for a fee. We were there for a tourist boat ride of the Miami skyline. Bayride Tours is located behind Victoria Secret. Since we were a little early, we had lunch at Rolly's Bistro and I had a nice salad for $10. Bayside is located walking distance to Downtown Miami, Biscayne Bay, Bayfront Park and the Basketball arena.

Yelp
It's a nice outdoor place to visit. It is going through some remodeling inside and out. In the outside area they have removed the grass out of a big side of the place. It looks like they are doing something. The market place had two large areas blocked off. The area where the amphitheater was and area near where the boats are. Just expect to see some construction

Yelp
I really enjoyed Bayside market. We did go two times during our visit to Miami. Price wasn't horrible. Just what you expect in Miami. Everyone was friendly selections were nice. Overall good experience we did a Groupon for the boat tour which was absolutely incredible for the value.

Yelp
Nice touristy place to visit right in front of the beautiful bay front. There are lots of places to eat as well as some little shops for souvenir shopping. It can be a bit crowded though, much more than when I had visited a few years prior. The view looking out to the bay is absolutely gorgeous, especially on a clear sunny day. You can see all the boats and ferries passing by. There's also a big Hard Rock Cafe too if you are a Hard Rock aficionado. The parking system is terrible though. We had made it out to the kiosk to pay right before the timer would charge us more but the machine had problems. We then tried calling the people in charge of the kiosk but no one answer the phone and the people at the gate were rude and said to us "are you gonna pay or not?!". Seriously? Especially after THEIR machine had problems, unbelievable!

Yelp
I finally visited Bayside Marketplace and it was worth the trip! This bustling hub in the heart of Miami is a true gem for tourists and locals alike. The marketplace is a vibrant mix of unique shops offering everything from trendy fashion to classic Miami souvenirs. It's a shopper's paradise, with an array of choices that cater to all tastes and preferences. One of the highlights of my visit was the assortment of bars and restaurants. Each offered a different vibe, from laid-back and cozy to upscale and chic. A standout feature of Bayside Marketplace is the Ferris wheel. Priced at a reasonable $20 per adult, it offers stunning views of the Miami skyline and waterfront. It's a must-do for anyone visiting the area, especially during the evening when the city lights add to the magical experience.
