Homemade pasta, pizza, entrees, sandwiches, and DIY kits

"This Berg Hospitality bistro and bar brings a slice of Italy to Sugar Land’s Town Center, serving up plates of clams casino, prosciutto di Parma, and a towering 20-layer lasagna made with fresh, homemade pasta. The weekday prix-fixe lunch is a quick, satisfying meal, with options like minestrone, eggplant parmesan, and cannoli." - Brianna Griff

"Located in Sugar Land’s Town Center, this Berg Hospitality restaurant offers a large menu of classic Italian offerings in an upbeat, family-friendly environment. Start with the focaccia service, which is presented with a variety of oils and spreads, and then choose from classic entrees like rigatoni with vodka sauce, spaghetti pomodoro, and a whopping 20-layer lasagna." - Brittany Britto Garley, Megha McSwain

"After its short run in Memorial, Berg Hospitality reimagined B.B. Italia and moved it into its new home in Sugar Land’s Town Center. The unapologetically Italian bistro and bar showcases classic plates like clams casino, prosciutto di parma, and 20-layer lasagna made with fresh, house-made pasta." - Megha McSwain, Rebecca Deurlein

"Inspired by Italian-American restaurants in New York, the relocated B.B. Italia Bistro & Baron at 16250 City Walk in Sugar Land Town Square offers homemade pasta, pizza, protein-focused entrees, and hero and sub sandwiches, an extensive wine list and cocktails crafted by Houston’s James Beard Award–winning mixologist Alba Huerta, seating for 200 plus a pergola-covered patio and an 18-seat horseshoe-shaped bar with live piano Wednesday through Saturday; the restaurant plans to add a weekend brunch menu in 2023." - Brittany Britto Garley

"I was told B.B. Italia will soon be moving to a new spot near its current Energy Corridor location and will have to close temporarily; the current location at 14795 Memorial Drive is no longer a fit, with most offices in the Energy Corridor closed due to the coronavirus. Owner Benjamin Berg said he hopes the new location will let the restaurant better serve the residents of the neighborhood, the new address is expected to be announced in the next few weeks, and the new spot is expected to open in the next 2-3 months. In the meantime, fans can still order B.B. Italia’s pizzas, pasta and more from Berg Hospitality’s cloud kitchen, Fair Food Co." - Brittanie Shey
