The fish and grits are superb! The barbecue was good (could have been a little warmer) and all the sides we ordered were tasty. It was a little chilly to me inside the restaurant, but the service was excellent. They also found a spot for me to plug in my laptop so I could get a little work done. Would definitely go again!

My type of adult fun! we went around 7 pm and although it was crowded we still managed to be seated in the upstairs area which was cool.. great over head view near the bar. Our server was so sweet ! reminded me of a relative. The drinks were bomb , the food was amazing ... hot and full and flavor... and to top it off the musical selection that was performing around that time did not disappoint!! 30 and up crowd ... no nonsense. We will bavk whenever we are in town. be sure to set reservations for the weekend if planning ahead

Waitstaff and no hostess, takeout cashier was doing everything making for a long wait to be seated. Waitress not familiar with food menu and allergens. Not attentive to refilling beverages

I dined at B.B. King's Blues Club at Wind Creek Casino and ordered the whole hot wings with fries. The wings were decent — they did not provide the kick of heat I was expecting , and the portion size was fair. Although they weren’t the best I’ve ever had, they weren’t the worst either. Just... okay. The fries were hot and crispy, but nothing special — pretty standard. My friend ordered the fish and grits and said it had good flavor. She seemed pleased with her meal, so that was a plus. The atmosphere is what really carries this place. The live music and blues-inspired decor give it a fun, laid-back vibe. Service was friendly, but things moved a bit slow even though it wasn’t overly busy. All in all, it’s a decent stop if you’re already at the casino and want some wings with good music in the background. Just don’t go in expecting anything too over the top food-wise.

The atmosphere is laid back wirh great entertainment. Our drinks were good and strong. We had fried pickles , chicken and ribs, catfish and grits, greens and the hurricane . Everything was delicious. We.had a great time !

The food and atmosphere were fabulous! The service on the other hand was left to be desired. My waitress was obviously upset about SOMETHING because it reflected in her work. The other servers were nice and friendly, but mine...... just the luck of the draw I guess. I'm a huge tipper, but she only got some advice on the bill from me: Maybe you should consider another profession where you dont have to work with people?!

We enjoyed the music in a well decorated venue. Service was slow. Took a long time for our server to greet us and take our order. Food was delivered quickly and was okay. We did not see our server on the floor again and he did not check on us, even to see if we needed another drink. We reviewed the menu prior to visiting and planned to order a dessert. But the next interaction with our server was when he brought the check. Since he already decided we didn’t need dessert, we did not order.

My experience at BB Kings in Montgomery was great! It was my first time at this location and Soul Tree live did an outstanding job. The food, drinks, music and service was great. This will be a monthly outing for me.

NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! If you want to waste two hours of your life sitting hungry while everyone around you eats, then BB King's Montgomery is your spot. I came in expecting the magic of BB King's Orlando -- soulful food, great vibes, a taste of Lucille's legacy. Instead, I got... a ballroom. Yes, a literal ballroom. Because the restaurant is under construction. No email. No warning. Just "Surprise! You're eating in the reception hall!" Our server started strong, then vanished like my chicken wings order. Two hours later: still no wings. My guest? No ribs. Meanwhile, every table around us got their food, smiling and chewing while we sat like we were in an episode of Punk'd. When we asked, we didn't get answers -- we got fairy tales and lies. Finally, after demanding a manager (and waiting another 15-20 minutes), a polite guy shows up, apologizes, and comps our drinks. Nice gesture, but by then I was so hungry I would've chewed on Lucille's guitar strings. The only saving grace? The band. And let's be honest -- good music in Montgomery isn't hard to find. You don't need this circus for that. Bottom line: If this is their "standard," save yourself the misery. Go literally anywhere else. Zero stars, and not even a "Sweet Little Angel" could change my mind.

It was a pleasure being able to visit bb kings restaurant it's located inside the wind creek casino which is super nice! You can gamble while you're waiting or just engage with people playing slots while you wait. The food was exactly what I expected. We got gumbo, which was real DIFFERENT but REAL GOOD. We also got the bbq ribs. Tender, flavorful, saucy and seasoned down. Service 10/10 I loved all the women's accents and hospitality. Ill be back for that white chocolate bread pudding! Came with a group of 15 on a Saturday night. The live music was EXCELLENT!!! Ordered the shrimp & catfish duo with collards and Mac and cheese. The shrimp were great!!! Breading fell off a little when dipping in the sauces. Catfish was not as hyped up as I was told it would be. Slightly soggy. Not fried hard. And a little thin piece of thin catfish. The server said the Mac and cheese and collards were good. The Mac and cheese was NOT good! Very dry, no seasoning and no cheese. Do Not Recommend. The collards were just ok. Great vibe!

We head to BB King's for dinner every time we visit the Wind Creek Casino in Montgomery. While the Wind Creek in Wetumpka may be a closer drive, BB King's makes the greater distance worth it. We don't go to BB's for fast or attentive service. If we did, we'd be disappointed. We go for the drinks, excellent BBQ (try the pulled pork!) and entertainment. Check Facebook in advance to see who will be performing next and when. Last visit, we saw Cynthia Hall perform on a Sunday evening and she was incredible.

Omgness! The food is absolutely delicious. The appetizers are really enough to get full. If you come on a live music night, prepare yourself for an amazing show with your meal. The food is soul food and the music is a mixture of R&B, Soul, Blues, and other mood setting tunes.

Really enjoyed visiting BB King's for entertainment and food. The singer was awesome and song some good R&B selections from the past. The food was good and our server was on it even though it was very busy. She was good at talking care of the table.

What a great way to celebrate my mother's 74th birthday! She loves the casino and its entire atmosphere so my sister suggested that we meet up at BB King's Blues Club for an early dinner. The service was really good, our waitress was so accommodating. The food was really good, our party of 10 probably ordered everything on the menu. I ordered the glazed salmon, with collard green and green beans and everything was amazing. I only had 1 issue, we ordered drinks at the bar before we were seated and I do believe the female bartender made a smart remark to me concerning my receipt, I tipped her before I realized what she said. All and all! This is definitely a good spot, next time we will come to see the live band.

Eh the service was a bit rushed like they wanted us out of there. The drinks were so weak . I had two cosmos and sorry It was like nothing. The food was okay like always. Still using white bread instead of texas toast grr. The fish and grits were good. The service was fast but not really friendly just get your food and get out pls. Lol My husband tipped well regardless. It is what it is. I'll still go when hubbie decides to go the casino but honestly its just ok. I mean if you cant make a good drink you are not my type of place its not hard. Cosmos are the most easiest drink to make.

I reserved a class reunion dinner here for 40 classmates months in advance. I worked with the sales director to plan the dinner. I'm happy to report everything went exactly as planned. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. The entertainment (Yung Vokalz) was awesome. Shot out to our waitstaff and the chef. They were on their A game that night. A big thank you to the entire BB King's staff for a wonderful evening. I received nothing but compliments from my classmates about how nice the event was.

Totally enjoyed our first date night (outside of our home) since the ever memorable COVID19! My beautifully, blessed son was performing so that gave us even more a reason to get out. The food was descent, nothing to write home about but we appreciated the socially distancing, the hand sanitizer and especially the precautions taken in the restrooms. We'll definitely be back!

BB's is a must stop spot whenever we go to Wind Creek Montgomery. Food, service, and ambiance is always top notch. Behind the bar, Bakari E. provides quick and amazing service! Always quick to take our orders and get us just what we need. Will continue to go back

The entertainment is great but the food is TERRIBLE. I've been several times to try to give it the benefit of the doubt, but last night I had salmon that was WAYYY overcooked and dry. The only thing that might be worth eating is chicken wings and fries. I will go for the entertainment going forward, but will eat before I get there. Oh the drinks are pretty good. Just eat somewhere else.

Food was great but the service was a bit off. They seem short staffed. I'd love to see them on night with the band performing maybe they have more staff. The tots here perfectly cheesy they have almost a liquid cheese center, the sliders were a bit dry but just add bbq sauce or Mayo and you are in heaven. I'll be back soon

What a wonderful atmosphere. The music was great and the service was great too. I'd love to work here and listen to the live music all the time. Plus the food was amazing. It is definitely a return trip kind of place.

Nice ambience with live music. I wish the food and the drinks weren't so pricey and somewhat more flavorful. Overall, a nice place to eat if you like live music.

1. As a Black woman I was a bit taken back that the featured singer during First Friday sung Aaliyah's "Rock the Boat" as a set-up into R.Kelly's "Step in the Name of Love". Uh, it's sorta inappropriate? Not only is the man on trial for child pornography, but he's also been exposed for falsifying documents associated with Aaliyah. It was super awkward... 2. Our silverware was filthy, and the table tops were extremely sticky... 3. The waiter attempted to play us out of $11. Not only did he bring out an unitemized final receipt at $47, but when asked for an itemized receipt, he returned with a receipt with only $36 worth of charges and apologized for the difference (which he said would be refunded). :-/ I'm sure the real BB King wouldn't be impressed. And frankly, we were having an alright time until the singer and waiter made those poor decisions.

This place is the best in Montgomery. Eat some good food then walk it out in the casino. Customer service was excellent. I'm planning my next trip as I type. Lol. See ya soon!

I finally had the opportunity to visit BB King's on a early Saturday for the 6pm show. Singer Adonna B. performed. I tried to dine here previously on a Saturday night and there was a $10 charge for the live band and standing room only so I didn't bother to go in. The early show was only $5 per person and there was plenty of seating available when we arrived so we opted to sit facing the stage in the bar area. The ambiance was soulful, the lights were dim. There were several large parties sprinkled throughout the restuarant and a few families. They have a large bar and there is also bar seating facing the stage which are the best seats in the restaurant. Everything was clean including the restroom. The service could have used some touching up it took 15 minutes for the waitress to finally come over to take our orders and the place was practically empty and it took a very long time for the drinks and food to arrive as well. The menu had a limited selection of healthy foods and meatless items. I went with an appetizer the Shrimp Skillet and added a side of mac and cheese. My shrimp were large, seasoned well and tasted decent it came with Texas Toast which was drenched in butter. Their mac and cheese missed the mark i'm not sure what they used to make it but it was awful. My boyfriend had the Chicken and Waffles which he barely ate he said the Waffles were ok nothing special just standard Waffles and the Chicken was not seasoned. Our drinks were watered down, we could have simply had the free watered down drinks they serve you in the casino while you are playing. The highlight of this restaurant is the amazing entertainment. Adonna B put on a great show and i'm glad I came simply to see her. Looking at the line up all the bands that play here are top notch so I may come back for the live entertainment and I will probably eat before I come.

Service: great. She worked hard. Food: okay! Fried Chicken has to be season right ir it won't taste right! If your gonna serve soul food make sure it's not canned of have the can taste! Price: Reasonable.

While visiting the casino my husband and I decided to have lunch at B B KING'S. I ordered the shrimp and Grits. It was filled with under cooked okra and an awful tasting sausage. It was very spicy with no flavor. In other words, this was the worst Shrimp and Grits I have ever had. My husband had the fried pork chop that was over cooked with no seasoning. In addition to the bad food, the waiter disappeared for about 45 minutes. The service was poor and the quality of food in under-rated. This establishment needs help!

Great saucy place to chill..... Enjoyed the band...... Got a chance to hear Wildcat on the Harriet Cruise...... A happy birthday to me, 50th B-Day Enjoying with the new B-Day 28th daughter.. fabulous 29 year old son Having three sharing bdays in the same month is great especially when you can mingle and enjoy the venue....

Wings are good and water was friendly but I ordered gumbo and the rice was undercooked and the gumbo cold in the center (clearly microwaved not fresh). Worse no one cared the food was sub-par. Just no.

The club is named after the the late great blues singer BB King. Throughout the club you will find images of BB King throughout his extensive career. So I went on a Friday night and their is a 5 dollar cover charge which wasn't bad since you are getting live music. The band that performed that night sang blues, classic and current r&b songs. They were pretty good. The club is located in the Wind Creek Hotel and Casino. They do allow smoking in the casino and the club. I have to admit I was hungry and stuck to the appetizers cause I wanted my god fast. I got the Loaded Tater Tots that was topped with cheese, bacon, green onions and sour cream. They were really good and a great take on the loaded potato skins. We also got the wings. They have several flavors to select from for the wings but I stuck to buffalo. The wings weren't they had just enough sauce and weren't dry. I will say the Catfish Bites were really good. The were the perfect size and fried nice and crispy. They are served with lemon and a spicy comeback sauce that that's taste like a remoulade with hot sauce in it. They have several specialty drinks my friends ordered the absolute stress and they said it was sweet but must have enjoyed cause they definitely ordered more than one!

I enjoyed myself a lot here. My wife picked out this event and I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and the food. I ordered the chicken and waffles, which were very fresh, flavorful and reasonably priced. I had to drive so I unfortunately didn't get to try any cocktails which looked very good. The best part was the live band that was really setting the stage on fire playing there redemption of oldies and new music.

Long line to get it, but that was ok since to me that meant it seemed like a good place to hang out. $10 cover charge on a Saturday, but did not mind that if it went toward paying the entertainment. Good opening act band they were an R&B group. Did not catch their name. After being seated, we waited for a waitress to approach our table, but after 45 minutes no one came over. We only really planned to order drinks and listen to the band since we had just eaten and decided to visit the casino and bar. We ended up walking over to the bar and ordering our drinks. The club atmosphere was nice the various artists along the tables and walls were nice. To me, nothing beats live music.

This food and entertainment are excellent!!! I loved the ribs. I don't normally eat Mac and chess at restaurants but it was seriously good. The band was good.

I enjoyed the food despite the long wait, the staff was pleasant and proactive, and the music sounded amazing.

Outstanding meat and three lunch Monday through Friday. The wait time could be better and that's the reason for my 4-star rating instead of 5. The fried catfish fillet is wonderful and the homemade cornbread will knock your socks off.

The service was friendly but extremely slow. It took forever to put my order in. The pork chops were overcooked. And the server refused to rectify a drink order that got messed up, even after speaking to her manager.

I usually would order food from BB Kings at WC Casino in Montgomery. I ordered the bbq tater tots. When I opened the container I noticed that the shredded cheese wasn't melted. Took a taste and the whole dish was cold except for the microwaved pork on top. Now one of my favorite appetizers is not so favorable thanks to someone in the kitchen. Last time and never again.

The food, live music, and service are top notch. I can not say enough about the place. Nicki in the bar upstairs makes amazing drinks, all of the wait staff are outstanding. Be prepared to wait for a table but while you do enjoy the music

Food was excellent. I had the Blue Cheese burger which comes with a large helping if fries. Beer was COLD! Band was playing good blues. What dish or dishes do you recommend? Burgers and fries; Pulled Pork; I believe breakfast is new.

This is the worst food I have had in a long time. I ordered the catfish platter and there was so much breading, it was coming off in huge chunks. The fish was wet underneath which made me think it wasn't fresh. The waitress told me it was frozen after I asked. I felt cheated paying 20 bucks for frozen catfish in the south. Fried pickles were soggy and my husbands brisket was so dry it was crunchy when he tried to eat it. We did not hardly eat anything and told the waitress we didn't like our food. She did not even offer to refund us money. We finally asked since we didn't eat and they took off 50%.

service here is always so slow and attitudes everywhere but the food is good , could just use a bit more staff and more accuracy with the wait times

I've been to BB King's Blues Club a couple of times and it is always a great dining experience. The food is amazing. I've tasted their catfish, pizza, ribs and burgers and they were each delicious! Drinks are not overpriced and not watered down so that's a win-win! The ambiance is also perfect for date night or a night with the girls with their live music from talented artists. I also thought the manager, Jalice Hale, provided A+ service. During every visit she has always stopped by my table as well as others to ask if meals were enjoyable and/or if we had any concerns. Great customer service is rare so it was appreciated. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

I visited over the weekend and had a blast! The catfish was cooked to perfection! The attention to detail is unlike anything I've seen this far. Be sure to stop in when in Montgomery!!!

Waited over an hour and a half to get a table. Expected since it was a busy Saturday night. Got sat and ordered drinks and food right away. Fried pickles app came 35 minutes later. Entrees took over an hour. Server was downstairs most of the time. Then they have a 25% service charge. Lol save yourself and go somewhere else

Food was great! Service awful! We stayed at the hotel Saturday night. Had ribs and shrimp and grits along with 2 drinks. We loved it. Service was slow and unprofessional Returned Sunday for breakfast and service was even worse. We waited 10 minutes to be noticed to be seated . Had to request a spoon to stir my coffee, butter for pancakes and silverware. It took over 30 minutes for our order to be taken . Could be a 5, with a better team of employees

While the live entertainment gets better the food gets worse. I know it may not be a big thing but I LOVEEEE cornbread, especially if sweet AND has pieces of corn in it. BB King's used to have the best corn bread and food but it seems that being short on staff has also caused them to be short on quality while still paying the high prices for what USED to be good food. They also used to have the absolute best fried whole wings seasoned and all but now they are just salty and soggy. The fries are thrown on your plate without being properly drained of grease, the collards look like they were hand ripped and taste even worse, the lima beans are overcooked, mushy and bland and those baked beans? Who in the hell doesn't put sugar in the baked beans? Those beans taste like they came from the can to the plate! ALL the veggies are nasty and some meals come with 2 sides but you have to get the sides that come with the meal or you have to pay an additional price so in essence, if the meal you want comes with a side that you know is nasty and want to get a side that you think is more decent, they charge you for it! The ribs are tiny but decent but BB King's is NO LONGER worth standing in line for hours just to get in! You'd do better to go down to Lucille's and get a burger! and that is sad because the girls at Lucille can't get it right either half the time. Just eat before you go play and eat when you leave!

been here 90 minutes and still waiting on my ticket...charged for stuff i didnt order...and have to get it adjusted twicw now. food was good but not worth this at all. terribleeeeeeeee service.

This is the best BB King's we have been to. We went to Memphis and Nashville and this one was the best. They were having battle of the bands and they were great. The manager was Wil and he came around to the tables to make sure everything was good it was awesome. Just as a side note the bathrooms had automatic toilet seat covers that were plastic that you waved your hand over and it automatically put a new one on. Thank you Wil it was a great night at your club.

It was an excellent experience, however my boyfriend chicken was on the dry side. Other than the dry chicken....my fish plate was pretty good.

Initially, there was some miscommunication regarding seating and reservations when I called the day before where when we arrived the day of, there was a 3 hour wait. But LB, the manager, took great care of us and made sure we received seating timely to see a good portion of last night's show. I truly appreciate your efforts! The servers were awesome and friendly, and the food and drinks were really good as well! Show was AMAZING! Last night was EVERYTHING! Excellent job!

I took my husband here for Father's Day weekend on Sunday. The place was not completely crowded so we were delighted that they were able to seat us. The band was playing and our orders were taken relatively as soon as we sat down. We told them that we would like our orders to go because unfortunately the music was a little loud for our liking. We were there for 45 minutes before the waitress came and said they were working on our order. That was fine because for the first 25 minutes, the band was playing and even though it was loud , the band was good. So after an hour, we realized that two tables had been served that came after us. We asked a server where our waitress was, she said she didn't know but would check on our order. We never saw that waitress or the original waitress again. So after waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes, we were about to leave because it was now ridiculous, we were told by another waitress that they would get our order. She brought out our order and we asked to speak with a manager. We told her that we needed to be compensated or have our meal discounted because of the POOR service. No manager ever came out and the arrogant waitress was like do you want it or not because they are not going to discount it. My poor husband was hungry so we went ahead and paid for the now cold food. It was a terrible night and a terrible experience on what should have been a nice Father's Day dinner for my husband. This was in Montgomery, al at the wind creek casino and we came from Birmingham, al. I will NEVER go there again and if I were you, I wouldn't go either. We never did get the story of what happened to the original waitress, we're concerned!!!

This is officially the worst dining experience I've ever had. We are still waiting after 1 and a half hours on BBQ and ribs. DON'T come here on a concert night. TOTALLY disorganized. Plenty of crew, but they are all working at the bar. No food coming out of the kitchen. And the restaurant was not even half full when we got here! When we finally got our food, we ate the whole meal before we got any drinks. Food was good, once we got it, but not worth the extreme wait!!!!!!!!!

Worst thanksgiving day dinner ever. Waiter was horrible and unfamiliar with menu. Appetizer, side salad and entrees were brought out together. Had to ask the waiter to clear the table of the dirty dishes. Asked for sweet tea , he brought unsweetened tea - his response since they all set together by each other I thought they all were sweet. Ordered the shrimp ave grits - he told me that the shrimp were fried and so was the okra - shrimp were grilled and okra was like in a shrimp creole sauce. Grits had no taste whatsoever. WAiter never came by yo refill drinks, waiter stood at the table while my husband signed the check. Horrible service. Will not return.
