BBD’s Palace Station beer burgers desserts now open - Eater Vegas

"BBD’s opens at Palace Station tonight with an imposing wooden arched ceiling, custom chandeliers, and a large, long bar. The menu features steakhouse burgers cooked over embers of cherrywood and Canadian charcoal, griddle burgers with a crispy brown crust, and steamed burgers served over chopped onions and pickles. Steaks cooked over a wood fire, and vegan and vegetarian dishes such as a gyro taco and meatball parm hero are also available. The craft beer selection includes vintage, sour, and rare brews along with nitro and cask selections. Desserts include soft serve ice cream made in house and custard-based shakes in boozy and non-alcoholic versions." - Susan Stapleton

First visit.......Great burgers, Great beer and we skipped the dessert. Had a great experience. The service was perfect and the Burgers were top notch. It is definitely pricey $$$ but good food and service come at a price. Keep up the good work bBd's there is a ton of competition out there.

Wow! This place is very impressive. We came here today to check out some of the new stuff at Palace Station and decided to grab lunch at this restaurant. We’ve heard a lot of good things about this place. Emily was our server and she was great. She recommended a couple different beers, the burger nachos, wings w/habanero sauce and the griddle burger. Everything was great and we will definitely be back in the near future.

Place was cool. Our server was good. The food was not great. I got the prime burger and some saucy wings (Buffalo) the wings came out pretty quick, but the taste was a little sweet so I didn’t think they were great. The prime burger came out a little after the buns to me seemed too burned . The overall burger was not worth the 19$. The taste was nothing special.

House made pastrami special was delicious. My bartender, Charles, did an amazing job of anticipating my needs and had excellent technical service skills too. Took my experience over the top. Wish I was drinking beer today, would have stayed for hours. Well done.

I was really blown away by BBD's. The service was Outstanding and the food was Amazing! The Porterhouse steak melted in my mouth, the steamed Burger was so incredibly juicy. If your ever in Las Vegas BBD's is definetly a must!

Loved the food , not so much the prices . Loved the atmosphere the artwork alot of detail in the restaurant itself . Tried a few of their import beers and ciders let me tell you...DELICIOUS !! The service was outstanding to say the least I will be back just not with the family although my kids did live their steamed cheeseburgers they even ate seconds , but like I said pretty pricey .
