The yangnyeom (spicy) chicken was delicious, but the soy sauce chicken was disappointing. While my friend felt it tasted fresh, I personally found it a bit off-putting due to a slight gamey smell. The restaurant was fairly empty when we visited.

We loved our dined in experience at the store, people are so friendly and welcoming. We loved the food so much especially the chicken flavors, actually we been coming back to this restaurant with my friends and the place is clean. We love to hangout here! 100000/10🥰

We appreciated the service. The teriyaki bowl was good and so was the Chicken Alfredo Pasta. We also ordered the Original Fried Chicken, but we didn't like it. It had a weird taste from a seasoning that we're not familiar with. We tried adding sauces and salt, but we couldn't eat much of it. Unless your familiar with it, know it tastes different from the regular fried chicken from other places.

The staff were really nice, a polite. The food was awesome I recommend trying the winge ! Much better in every way than wing stop. Chicken was super crispy, and each of the three flavors I tried were even better than I had hoped for. No, BS. This is the best Wings, and fried chicken in Orange County. Try it!

8/16/2025 = 3 Star = we try to visit again after 2 years , Costumer service is better than before , did not add any stars coz server said they run out of salad and it will be available after 2 hrs, if i know that will happen I should not buy 2 large chicken . Still not really recommend this , will try again may next year or next 2 years maybe management will change . 8/26/2023 = 3 Star = Hannah is the best server, we always go to beach and malvern , buena park branch , same good food , but i gave 3 star coz when we enter to the store my son need to go to the bathroom but need a pin , the other girl server ask my wife that the bathroom is for costumer only . We almost not to dine in . Management should stop doing that to people . Other store do that and we never go back . But this store my kids love it , not recommend this for now .

I ordereed 24 pc chicken wings. $40. It used to be $24 2years ago. I understand price going up but they only give you 1 side on 8 pcs, 16 pcs,, 24pcs all the same. It should be different when you order lager size. It's really a small portion i ordered 1 extra coleslaw with radish. Very small portion they put it in small sauce container. So i asked for 2 extra side. Was going to pay but the guy at the counter gave it to me for free. Because of him I am giving 4 star. The girl at the counter not very nice, she is very blunt. Ithink she is chinese or vietnamese according to her accent. They used give extra if I asked for it. No longer the case. They should really give lager side for the larger order. Chicken wing is great hot and crispy .

We had the honey garlic wings and the galbi wings. Not only were these the best Asian wings we’ve ever had, but I would put them in my top five wings of all time. The place is very clean inside. Great menu. The pickled radish side was really good. The guy behind the counter was very personable, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. We will eat here every time we come to Los Angeles.

The food has a truly distinct taste that is a throwback to South Korea... it is definitely seasoned for American taste which is what makes this place so awesome! Definitely recommend bb.q Chicken for hospitality to unique twists on a traditional menu.

BEST FRIED CHICKEN EVER (Sorry Grandma...) Listen... I never thought I'd say this out loud, but this fried chicken deserves its own holiday. This is hands-down the BEST fried chicken I have ever had -- and yes, that includes my grandma's, so Grandma... if you're reading this, please don't block me. The flavor? Ridiculous. Like whoever seasoned this chicken must've had ancestors whispering the recipe from heaven. Every bite was crispy, juicy, and so good it made me question every life choice I've ever made that didn't involve ordering more of it. If you're thinking about trying it... stop thinking. Go. Run. Sprint. This chicken is THAT good.

Placed a pick up order. Arrived just a couple minutes past the pick up time and it was ready, still fresh. Condiments and accompaniments, oh yes. Each order was 8 pieces, but when I opened the boxes, I counted 10. YES, I recounted and yes, they hit you with the hook up! Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for some KBBQ fried chicken, you can expect excellent flavors and service from BB.Q Anaheim.

Been here a few times. They do their best. Overpriced to be sure. Ordered dumplings asked what was in them , cashier asked the cook which was nice. Reported back chicken pork veggies. I recognize later that not only was glass noodle included it was mostly tasteless squishy glass noodle. Did not enjoy. Then, I find out that boneless wings are boneless thigh chunks. So you pay around 20 per 8 pice of fried chicken thigh. If you got it like that and love chicken thigh or just get the bone in.

Second time here while visiting area. So many chicken wing flavors to choose from! Complimentary small shredded lettuce/dressing with peanuts and mozzerella sticks arrive immediately. We also ordered onion rings which was a huge amount. Onion rings came out crispy with a nice spiced batter. We ordered some beers on tap that came out in nice cold mugs. Our chicken wings arrived in good time and tasted very good. The service is very, very good. Clean location.

We have been getting takeouts here for a while now and it does not disappoint. The original crispy is crispy every time by the time we get home. The chicken is juicy as well. We always dip it with Frank's hot sauce because it reminds me of kfc hot wings (but better).

The food here is 10/10the fried chicken is sooo crispy just like how I like it... the fries with cheese is out of the world you have got to try it. Tips: order it directly from the tire website and store. It's way cheaper

It is a small place but clean & good service. We ordered the 2 Boneless Combos to go. 1 Honey Garlic, 1 Spicy Galbi. All of the combos included fries or steamed rice & a drink. I had 1 wings (bone-in) order that I couldn't remember its name. Lol. Anyway the chicken was hot & fresh, crispy & tender. It was so good & fulfilling. I'm in love with the honey garlic & fries are good. I don't really care for the Galbi as the flavor smell like Korean noodles. Would definitely come back for Honey Garlic & to try many other diffeflavors.

When my boyfriend (now husband) was stationed in Korea, he lived off base, and BB.Q Chicken was down the street from his condo. Every time I visited, we'd walk down to grab some chicken, so this is a nostalgic spot. When we learned that bb.q Chicken was opening in Anaheim, we were so happy but also skeptical. FOOD: Okay, they don't have all the flavors that they do in the tiny little Pyeongtaek location, but I'll take what I can have. The GOLDEN ORIGINAL is too plain and boring for me, it's not bad, but it's just not what I'm looking for. The SPICY GALBI is smoky and weirdly tastes like galbi lol I enjoyed it though. The GANGNAM STYLE is probably my favorite flavor! The black pepper sauce and spice level is something I can totally handle. Definitely need to have some Tums after eating these haha SERVICE: Everytime I had BB.Q Chicken, I just ordered online and picked it up at the store. The girls that work at the register were nice and straight to the point. I don't expect super-friendly service at a place like this. The spot we went to in Korea was owned by an old guy, and the shop was in his garage, so this is definitely a step up. ATMOSPHERE: They have K-Pop playing on the TVs, of course. There's tons of seating inside, surprisingly although I hardly saw anyone sitting inside when I went. But I did only go during the day. Will I return? YEAH!

I am very familiar with Korean cooking a family member is married to a Korean. I have been here twice. The first time I couldn't rave enough about then. The second time I ordered the same chicken, but added the ddeok bokki which was excellent. The chicken was a little bit undercooked and the sauce was sparing, giving it a not sogreat taste. I understand anyone can have a bad day and be rushed, however, be consistent and do not sacrifice the taste. I know they get better because I had it. I never sat there, but it looks like a typical lunchtime fast food place. I definitely will be back.

Been my go to Korean fried chicken. Never disappoints. Good price good quality and my family approves. Today was a phone call for pick up and the entire experience was great and easy.

We are always coming here for takeout. Me and my husband are addicted to the spicy galbi boneless wings, and the kimchi fried rice. They always prep the food quickly, and when you go to pick it up, they are very organized and prompt. The restaurant itself always looks very clean.

I didn't even eat it yet and I know is five star. I ate bb.q chicken in other places and they all good. This one won't be any different. This best Korean fried chicken place ever. Just placed my order .

Disclaimer: my kids say that I over hype everything. That being said, I'm more than a little disappointed that I haven't had better chicken in my 43 years on this Earth. Fried crispy on the outside, hot and juicy on the inside, and so ridiculously flavorful. Portion sizes are larger than we expected, so we ordered probably double what we needed when we got two whole chicken orders for four people. The original crispy chicken is like a revelation - it's exactly what all fried chicken should be. The secret sauce is somewhat sweet and spicy, but neither of those aspects overpowered the savory base of the sauce. The kimchi fried rice was also unreal, with the color and flavor that indicated nuclear levels of heat, but only a slight spiciness was actually present (maybe a 2 on a scale of 10). Service was also great, with the young woman that was running the front doing a great job of handling all the orders that came in while remaining attentive and warm. As far as the character and ambiance, I found those less impressive but adequate. The store was clean and the music was inoffensive, while the lighting was somehow both harsh and too dim. But seriously, with chicken this good, who cares? And they seem to have a good system for takeout, so you can easily choose to eat your chicken in the comfort of your own home.

I've always been a fan of bb.q! I've been to a few locations now. This location is good! Clean, a lot of tables, friendly and efficient service, good food. Bb.q is pretty consistent which I love! For those who haven't tried korean fried chicken, this is definitely a great place to do it.

Since my first visit here, it's changed my outlook on simply getting takeout for KFC, instead of dining in. The food is always fresh, chicken fried to perfection. Service is pretty good, you just have to ask for everything you need when they check on you, but they're nice about it. bb.q is very consistent in their quality, which I appreciate.

We ordered for pickup and the process was smooth. Pick up was ready earlier than expected and the chicken was so yummy. We ordered large soy garlic, original, and original spicy. All were tasty but we loved the soy garlic the best!

First timers tonight, my husband and I wanted to start small to see if we liked it. We got the bulgogi bowl and 8 piece boneless spicy chicken. It met all of our standards of delicious, we wanted to go back and buy more but they were about to close, we didn't want to hold up the kind gentleman who helped us out. Great service and clean restaurant. We will be back!!!

Every single time we visit, its been awesome. Chicken and fries always cooked to perfection, plenty of flavors to choose from so you won't get bored. Friendly staff, plenty of parking.

Food was fresh and service was great. The accommodated 11 of us and it was still quick and easy. Loved the TVs playing different types of entertainment and still did not feel cramped at all.

So...Mom is an avid K-drama fan and she's fascinated with how each series features actors chowing on seemingly delicious foods. We were casually shopping nearby this spot and she spotted this place. "Ooooh we should try it!" Firstly, we were attended by a slightly surly server who seemed irritated that we were there. You know the type: just order, pay and get out. Fortunately a very gentlemanly server took over once our order was ready. He was nice and thoughtful, checked on us, gave us a little salad and a complimentary sauce to try. Saved the experience, buddy! Just saying! The chicken is fried to order so don't be angry if it takes quite a few minutes for it to get to your table. TBH it lacked flavor. Tip: order one with a sauce, not the golden original and get some sides to go with it. The place is small but clean and there's plenty of parking in the lot. And if you're lucky, you'll get the server to took care of us so kindly.

I love this place.They are so consistent assistant. There's one by my house and I pass it just to come to this location. Keep up the good work is hard to find.

I love bb.q!!! Absolutely the best chicken wings ever!!! I typically don't do boneless wings but I am a true fan. I love the Spicy Galbi, Gang-Jeong flavors the best. It is a flavor experience like no other. Once you try bb.q, you will be HOOKED! Go now and get some. You will not be sorry.

My favorite kfc spot. Taste and quality are always consistent. I love garlic and golden garlic is my absolute favorite.

Food is delicious! Soy garlic and galbi wings were so tasty amd crispy. We ordered bulgogi rice bowl as well and it was huge and fresh (not oily). Payed about $53 for total of: bulgogi ricr bowl, 16 pcs chicken wings, and sweet potato fries. Ambiance is casual. A lot of tvs available with enough seating. Went on a weekday evening. Plenty of parking in plaza. Customer service was okay. Cashier may have been tired, which affected service and patience to answer our questions. Food came out in about 20+ minutes. Would recommend trying it out!

Rose Tteokbokki with Cheese: This was the best tteokbokki I have ever had as of 1/27/24. It feels like I am eating cheese fondue at a ski lodge with how tender the rice cakes are. Cheesling Fries: There are a lot of fries. Gangnam Style Chicken: The chicken is nicely moist at the center. I won't be purchasing this flavor again because while it was good, it wasn't something I would gravitate to again respectfully. I'm speculating that their other flavors might be more delicious but this is just speculation.

My original Fav KFC aka Korean Fried Chicken. We'd usually go to the Bueno Park location but was super happy to hear. A BBQ opened up in Anaheim. What we ordered ~Ddeok-Bokki ~Soy Garlic Wings, is a must and our go to. All of the family loves these. Finger licking good. Wings are a good size portion. Soft & tender, fried to it's delicious core. ~Sweet Potato Service was great. We did a phone in order and it was ready when arrived. Restaurant is clean and have plenty of seatings inside. Standard Chicken style decor. Replaced the Starbucks that use to be here. Located in same plaza as 99 Ranch market, next door to Daiso. Lots of Parking available.

It was such a pleasant experience. What I love about BBQ's is that no matter which location I go to the food is always consistently the same. You can tell that they take integrity and what they do and the staff takes pride and giving good service. I had a long day. I hadn't eaten anything all day and I was so hungry. This was my first time at this particular location. I came in a little bit early and my food wasn't ready yet and I asked them if they allowed curbside service cause my feet was hurting so bad and he said no but I'd be happy to bring it to you. If you just let me know what car you're in. Is those extra miles that make us wanna leave more gratuity take the time to fill out a yelp And come again. Because the truth is with the way things are in the world. Today is nice to have the simplest things be peaceful and dependable. It pays to be kind. Thank you again for my experience. I rarely ever leave a yelp, but I really wanted to today.

The flavors are so authentic. The staff is extremely competent and friendly and the service is top notch. If you're teetering on getting food from bb.q or not then I'll tell you we've never once had a bad meal or any drama. There's plenty of seating inside or do what we do and take it home for a movie night!!! Five out of five stars

Our server Jocelyn was amazing! She took the time to explain the menu as it was our first time there. She made great suggestions. The food was SO GOOD! The kimchi fried rice was very flavorful and just the right amount of spice. Plenty of veggies. The Caribbean spice wings were so crispy. The sauce was great. Reasonably priced. They are open later than many restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back!
