Got a bit of everything. The fries with the secret sauce was pretty good. Would love to have more sauce or layered sauce between the fries. We got the combo use the garlic soy sauce for the flavour of wings. It was originally suppose to be the galbi q flavour there was a bit of a mix up but it was also pretty good with a garlic mayo for dip which was bomb. We also ordered the golden chicken and it was very juicy. Fried very well and not too oily. We also got a side of the oden hot pot which had a nice flavour and mixture of fish balls and fish cakes. The side dish go radish wasn’t that great the price was a bit expensive. Would recommend if you’re in the area and craving fried chicken!

Came here for late lunch. Ordered Secret Sauce and Soy Garlic chicken along with kimchi fried rice. This location does not have the corn cheese but that was okay. All had good flavors and made fresh. Location wasn’t busy, only one other table was occupied and a person at the bar. It took awhile to get our food but we were in no rush. Plenty of parking at the back.

This place has officially become my new favourite spot for Korean chicken! I ordered the rosé tteokbokki, and the sauce was incredibly rich and creamy—much thicker than what you’d find at other places. The boneless chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. On top of that, the staff were super quick and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be coming back!"

Visited this place for the first time. Their menu mainly consists of chicken wings and BBQ chicken. Parking may be a concern as a very limited parking space. You may find Parking space behind the building. Sometimes they are out of beer. Better just ask the server before you order. They serve Soju and beer. You can get pints tower or a pitcher of Beer. We ordered chicken wings and BBQ chicken. The food was good. Service is a little slow. The restaurant was not crowded. The server was polite and nice. They have 2 washrooms. The washrooms are very small, 1 of the washroom was not operational. Will surely recommend chicken and beer.

I ordered the Soy garlic Chicken over Rice. While the taste was really good and flavorful, the portion size was surprisingly small for the price. I’ve tried the same dish at other bbq chicken locations and was always satisfied with both quality and quantity. Unfortunately, this location didn’t meet that standard. For $18, I expected at least a filling meal, but the portion wasn’t even enough for one person. It was quite disappointing.

Nice place to hang out with friends. We have a secret sauced chicken and a spicy duk-bokki. Both are good, but they would be better if they're less sweet. Besides, the pickle radish as a side is excellent.

Google
Best fried chicken ive ever had! I got boneless and the pieces were huge and juicy. Homemade sauce was to die for and the sides were a perfect match. Come here for some next level chicken 🍗

Yelp
I wasn't sure what to expect, walking into BBQ Chicken. I knew of the chain but I hadn't actually ever tried their food. But who can say no to fried chicken? Not this guy, that's for sure. We showed up a few minutes before they opened on a recent Sunday, and after waiting a little while, we were let inside and told to select our own table. Everything on the menu sounded really tasty, so trying to decide what to order was a bit tricky. Eventually we decided to share the Spicy Dukk-bokki ("Stir fried rice cakes & fish cakes in our traditional Korean spicy sauce, topped with green onions and hard boiled egg") and the Boneless Combo, which we got with the Secret Sauce and the Cheesling Fries ("Crispy potato fries tossed with mascarpone and cheddar cheesling"). The food arrived simultaneously and everything was seriously delicious. The first thing I popped into my mouth was one of those fries and they were so good. That dusting of cheese is pretty addictive and the battered fries contain a nice crunch that suits them perfectly. The rice cakes were as tasty as I would've expected, and I liked that they packed a pretty significant punch in terms of spice. But the star of the show is that chicken, which managed to retain its crunchiness despite being doused in sauce. But that sauce... Oh man, it's so good. It's a little sweet, a little spicy. It's perfect. I would've bought a bottle if they were selling it that way. Service was terrific and I imagine this place would be even more fun in the evening with a bunch of friends and some alcohol. Highly recommended.

Yelp
The best Korean chicken place in Mississauga! Fresh, crispy, flavourful. The rice cakes were also really tasty, and perfectly cooked. Seating is limited but has the space for smaller and larger groups. Staff are friendly and helpful! Would definitely come again to fill the fried chicken cravings.

Yelp
First time having coming here for dine in (have gotten takeaway before) so was excited to have the food fresh. The service was really good, the staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. We ordered the galbi bone-in, rose rice cakes, and chak chak fries. 1) Galbi Chicken I enjoyed the chicken as it was crispy and it was generously coated with the sauce. I wanted to get the sauce on the side but they said they weren't able to do that (I was hoping it would be like padak). The only thing I would say though is that the flavour gets a bit tiring and I was looking for just plain chicken after a bit. 4/5 2) Rose Ddeok This one was surprisingly really nice. I say this cause I wasn't expecting to enjoy rice cakes from a chicken place. The rose sauce was creamy and it only had a hint of spiciness to it so it's perfect for those who can't handle spicy. 4.5/5 3) Chak Chak Fries I wasn't sure what Chak Chak was but my sister said she's had the chicken before and she enjoyed it so we decided to give their fries a go. The fries were crispy and the seasoning was really good. I really enjoyed this. 5/5 This would be one of my go-to Korean fried chicken spots in Mississauga.

Yelp
The first time I had BBQ KFC was in LA, at a little greasy spoons diner that had the most amazing olive-fried chicken. We are pretty fortunate to have one in sauga! They are located in the heart of cooksville with some limited parking on the street or behind in the library lot, a block from GO transit. It is a chic looking restaurant with big glass windows and velvet-padded seating at tables or the bar inside. The menu is limited (no olive chicken) but there are plenty of delicious options and sauces. We got boneless secret sauce chicken to go. Takes about 20 minutes to make. It was hot and steamy in the box, so it didn't keep that fried chicken crunch, but it did retain a little crispness. Every piece was a large juicy morsel of dark meat. We didn't get any 'all breading no meat' pieces. The secret sauce was really good too - has a little kick, tastes something in between gochujang and sweet chili sauce. One box is 1.2lbs which was more than plenty for 2 people. They are pretty serious about the food science and quality control, so I expect consistency from BBQ KFC. As long as they keep dishing up this delicious chicken we will keep coming back and try all the flavours. I appreciate the compostable take out containers. Too.

Yelp
This is my 4th time coming to bb.q Chicken. The servers are very pleasant and attentive. The place is clean and lively. We had the Galbi Bone-In Chicken, Rose Rice Cakes and Chak Chak Fries. The Galbi Chicken was crispy and well-complemented with korean galbi sauce. I was hoping there'd be more green onions with it tho. We tried to ask for the sauce on the side and unfortunately they were not able to do so as the sauce is cooked with the chicken. I would recommend trying the Galbi chicken if you're looking to satisfy your sweet and savoury cravings. The Rose Rice Cakes are a great alternative if you can't handle Spicy Rice Cakes. They're soft and chewy. The sauce is creamy as well. The Chak Chak Fries are addictive. They have a hint of spiciness to them.

Yelp
My new go to spot for Korean-style chicken! I ordered a few things: - Assorted Cheese Balls (sweet potato, chocolate and cheese). I loved the sweet potato but I think this is also a nice starter pack if you want to get a taste of everything first and decide. - Honey Garlic boneless chicken - batter is light and crispy. Very good! - Cheesling Chicken bone-in - unique taste of mascarpone and cheddar cheese. Good but not my favourite so I'm going to try their other flavours. Definitely recommend if you want Korean Style Fried Chicken. Update* I recently tried them again, got their Secret Sauced Boneless wings and do prefer it over the Cheesling chicken.

Yelp

Yelp
A friend of mine found this place. 4 of us went here for dinner. As I was driving, I avoided the alcohol, but a beer is almost needed to wash down this food. Came ou to about 45$ per person. We tried various types of chicken. Not sure how they do it, maybe via airfryer, but the skin is crispy while the inside remains juicy. Thr sauces make the chicken (and fries). Something other than rice and fries to help digest the food would be nice. Overall, food food. Caution, it will cause heart burn at night. Take a tide stain pen or similar as your clothes will take a hit. The service could be better. One positive is that the bathrooms use regular faucets, not those forsaken low flow motion detection things, and have strong soap. Very much needed for this type of food.

Yelp
I thought I already found my go-to Korean fried chicken spot when I've tried Chicken Plus Mississauga & The Fry Mississauga..... but then I stumbled upon this place. And boy was I wrong!!! Visited 2x in a week. Tried their: 1.2lb boneless cheeseling chicken ($22) 3/4lb boneless gangnam chicken with flavoured fries ($19) 1.2lb boneless galbi chicken ($22) Vibe was on point! Though on the weekend dinner we waited about 30-40mins for our order, but it was understandably busy & packed. They use boneless dark meat which made it sooo flavourful. Gangnam style chicken was a mix of salty, sweet and sour flavour. While, galbi was sweet and salty and smokey. Cheeseling is an all-time-classic!! They also have happy hour for drink! $5! Normally around ($8). Would absolutely come back again.

Yelp
Currently the best Korean fried chicken in Mississauga! I know for years The Fry has been a fave for many. However, they've always been inconsistent between locations, and the quality at their Mississauga location has plummeted over the years. The chicken from bb.q was moist, the batter was light and even after being slathered in sauce, it arrived (Ubereats) still perfectly crispy! We were relieved to see the pieces were huge, unlike the bits that some other place has been serving lately. We ordered 3 orders of fried & sauced bone-in chicken (8 pcs each) in secret sauce, soy garlic, and honey garlic. Between the 3, the secret sauce (the house Korean sweet sauce) was everyone's favorite! Although it is listed as spicy, the kick is very mild and okay for those who don't normally eat spicy. We'll definitely be ordering again!

Yelp
So far my favourite Korean Fried Chicken place! I saw this place on Crash Landing on You and recognized it when they opened here- so naturally I had to try it. I ordered Galbi Boneless Fried Chicken and Secret Fries through Uber Eats during late night. Even though it took a while to come (because of the deliverer) the chicken was still SO JUICY!!! This is the best flavour of KFC I've had yet, I can't wait to try their others. The Galbi sauce reminds menof sweet and sour but with a darker soy flavour to it that makes it more savoury. The secret fries had sauce drizzled on them which consisted of something like kewpie mayo and sweet korean sauce (the type that is put on chicken like at the Fry). This is better than the Fry by miles.

Incredible food. The chicken was amazing and those little shrimp things were to die for.

Yelp
This is the first time at this Korean Fried Chicken place. We walked in and order take out at around 7:30 PM on a Tuesday. The server was helpful in showing us what is on the menu as this was our first time. The restaurant is new, modern, with several tables and the cash in the back. It is in an odd location, a small mall on the Westside of Hurontario, just North of Dundas (corner of Hurontario and Agnes to be exact). Parking is located behind the building next to a townhouse complex and is only accessible from Agnes Street. We decided to try this place out by only ordering one order of boneless fried chicken with their secret sauce. After ordering, they told us it would be about 30 minutes until it was ready. We left, returning 30 minutes later and the order was just completed. When we arrived home, the chicken was still hot and crisply despite being slathered with the secret sauce. The sauce was sweet, and tangy with a bit of spice. The chicken was boneless dark meat, was moist and had a thick crispy coating that held up to the thick sauce. Overall, the chicken very good and the service was friendly. I would defiantly return, but I would call ahead next time, if we wanted take out, to save 30 minutes of waiting.

Yelp
I've heard good things about bb.q chicken but never got a chance to go downtown to try it yet. Luckily they finally opened one in Mississauga and it did not disappoint. It's nice having another Korean fried chicken option and they have a lot of options (10 sauces). Batter was light and crispy on the bb wings and good flavour. Also got the Gangnam chicken and the soy garlic chicken wings. The Gangnam sauce reminded me a bit of kung Pao chicken sauce just a bit less heat. Really friendly staff and a really nice interior for the restaurant. Would definitely go back to try the other sauces

Yelp
Probably one of the best Korean fried chicken places in Mississauga! I've ordered multiple times through UberEats but today was the first time I actually went for dine-in. The vibe is very casual and despite going on a Sunday afternoon, I could tell this place would be great for chicken and beer with a group of friends at night. The staff was a bit slow when we arrived, we even thought we had to seat ourselves because there was no host. Hopefully their service gets better overtime because I absolutely love their food. They have the juiciest and crispiest KFC I've ever had! They have lots of flavour options, as well as some great sides. My favourite are the assorted cheeseballs that consist of 2 original, 2 chocolate, and 2 sweet potato. The combo my boyfriend and I usually get at KFC places are the cheeseling chicken and tteokbokki. Their cheese chicken has just the right amount of cheese powder, that pairs so welll with the spicy tteokbokki sauce! Just beware that their rice cakes are definitely a bit spicier than most Korean places in sauga. Overall, love going here and if you love k-Pocha, the fry, chi-Mac, etc., you definitely have to try this place out!

Yelp
I've been to 3 different locations. Mississauga, danforth Road and Scarborough and I must admit all the 3 places had fantastic tasting fried chickens. Their black pepper and hot mala chicken are my favourites. This is seriously worth going to and trying their delicious chicken offerings.

Yelp
So glad they opened a location in Mississauga. I would drive all the way to the Cummer location just for a taste. So glad it's closer to me. The only thing is this place opens late at 3pm so I would end up staying around 'Sauga just for this chicken. So delicious and crunchy I love their original Golden Fried with their pickled radish. So yummy! I can't get enough!

Yelp
Love this place for Korean chicken! The chiselling fried chicken and beers are a match made in food heaven. Great vibes, awesome service - a must-try for Korean chicken fans!

Yelp
This place has become my favourite place to get Korean Fried Chicken of all time. It's become our go-to for dinner. The service is super friendly, the food has always been great :)

Yelp
first time trying! we ordered the padak (boneless chicken with green onion), secret sauce chicken and rose ddeokbokki. the food took sometime to come out, but it was worth the wait! chicken was hot and crispy, even with the sauce on top. The padak was a good ratio of green onion to chicken, slightly sweet with the honey sauce. The secret sauce chicken was also sweet, but not as spicy as I thought it would be. I personally liked the padak, over the secret sauce because the sauce can be a little heavy after a few pieces. the rose ddeok was also surprisingly good, the rice cake was soft & chewy and sauce was creamy and perfect amount of spice. overall, I enjoyed the food and service was pretty good. it wasn't too busy at the time we went so we got a table quickly. definitely coming back to try the other flavours!
