My husband and I decided to try this Korean AYCE BBQ after watching Rockstar Eater’s YouTube video featuring their LA Koreatown location. After checking their website, we found out that the Garden Grove location is actually the original one, so we decided to visit OC location. Parking was easy, which is always a plus. We visited on a Sunday evening around 7pm. It was busy, but the wait was reasonable and we were seated fairly quickly. This is an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurant where you choose a tier- Diamond ($58.99), Gold ($34.99), Brown ($24.99), or Happy Hour ($19.99). We went with the Gold AYCE. Meats are ordered through the server, while side dishes are self-serve in the lobby area (self bar) . The layout is simple, table spacing is comfortable, and getting sides is very straightforward. Since this is the original location, I naturally came in with slightly higher expectations - partly because of the YouTube recommendation and also from friends who had positive experiences in the past. For us, the meat quality was decent and the selection felt a bit limited, but everything was prepared well and enjoyable. Service was a highlight. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to help, which definitely improved the overall experience. Overall, this is a solid AYCE Korean BBQ option in the Garden Grove area. Not too many people there which was great. Server also very good. Spent $80 after tax for 2 adults and one child and def got our servings worth. Food overall was very fresh and server very attentive.

The service and food are good. They sometimes run out of options. We had the middle AYCE option. The marinated choice ribs were great. The side dishes and the other non-marinated options were also good. Recently, I’ve had bad luck with some AYCE meat places where some of the meat would taste or smell bad. The prices are great. This place was good. The main downside is the smokey air as the exhaust system is pretty weak.

One of the best measures of a good restaurant is whether you feel comfortable dining there alone. This place passes that test with flying colors. There's a nice counter facing the open kitchen, so you can watch the chefs work if you want, or you can just stare out the window. The staff checks on you just the right amount—friendly and attentive, but not pushy. I ordered a simple pasta dish and a glass of wine, and it felt like a real treat. It’s my new favorite spot to decompress after a long week.

The staff was very friendly, and the meat quality was excellent for the price. Great value overall. They also have a self-serve bar with a variety of side dishes, which was a nice bonus. It made the whole dining experience even better. I would definitely come back!

Korean barbeque was good, not great, they have a salad bar that you are able to self serve for all you can eat. Service is a little challenging since I see two people for the whole restaurant, I liked that the quantity is immense, not no little plate and the quality is adequate. Good prices, I would go again for the deals, lunch is better with happy hour specials.

The flavors here are vibrant. Pretty delicious 😋 for reference we got the “silver” $25. The “self serve” bar is pretty great from choices of kimchi, potato salad, garlic noodles, corn with cheese & more. I chose to come here over Mr. BQQ, am I happy with my choice? I AM :) total for 2.. $54.36 (no sodas) 🥤

Only good things to say. Our server “Sally” accomodated everyone well and greeted with smile. Relaxing atmosphere. Good quality meat and side dishes. Kids enjoyed their food too.

Big parking lot. We experienced friendly, attentive customer service, didn't even need to use the call button. Nice ambiance, although a casual atmosphere, I love the booth seating. Had such a wonderful dinner w the hubby! We were craving brisket, and opted for the lower tier menu price. Good price and quality. Dipping sauce is addicting. Self serve, all you can eat banchan. The banchan and kimchi soup, corn cheese, pretty solid! My favorite of the self serve fried appetizers were the fried spring rolls. We will definitely be returning here ! More pix next time! What a gem we found! BBQ Chung Dam in Garden Grove is definitely being added to our KBBQ go-to list. The quality of the meat was really good, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. I also loved the open bar for the side dishes, which made it easy to grab refills and try different banchan. The customer service was great, and the prices were very reasonable for Korean BBQ. If you're looking for Korean BBQ in Garden Grove, this spot is definitely worth checking out!

This Korean barbecue restaurant is the spot! I like their menu because they have three all-you-can-eat choices. The silver tier had the meats that we were interested in having so we chose that option. The staff was very intentive and stayed on top of replacing our grill as we cook. They also offer a self serve area with Korean side dishes, such as kimchi, japchae, and addicting cucumber. For dessert, they had sesame balls and a cup of vanilla ice cream that was the perfect ending to our meal. The quality of the meats were very good. They had a pretty wide variety and choices of beer and Soju.

We celebrated our anniversary the only way true food lovers should: by aggressively grilling meat at Chung Dam Korean BBQ and calling it romance!! *Pro tip: checked in on Yelp, strutted in like VIPs, and only waited five minutes. Five!! That's basically winning the KBBQ lottery. *Parking is plenty, as the restaurant shares a huge lot with other stores. There are 4 menu tiers: Silver: $26.99 Gold: $36.99 Diamond: $58.99 Happy Hour: $21.99 We went Gold because we're loyal to our ride-or-die cuts: kalbi, finger ribs, brisket, and bulgogi. The meat quality? Absolutely fire!!!! The ribs were so tender and juicy every bite was oxytocin high!!! The brisket disappeared at an alarming speed. No regrets!! There's also a self-serve island of sides and garnishes, which is dangerous for someone like me who believes in "just one more scoop." The Korean fried chicken wings were tasty, crispy, criminally good!!! The japchae? Flavorful, slurpable perfection!! We left stuffed, glowing, and completely sated!! Plot twist: we loved it so much we came back the next day because apparently one anniversary dinner wasn't enough. Ryan, our server, remembered us (iconic behavior), welcomed us back, gave solid recs, and actually chatted with us like we were regulars already. Friendly service + elite meat = main character energy for the whole weekend. Would celebrate love & brisket here again!!! Definitely recommend if you're looking for good quality Kbbq in this area!!

This was our first time here bringing some of our friends from NorCal! I was actually trying to go to thirsty cow but the weight was one hour long and here was only five minutes for a Saturday night at 7 PM. Parking is great around the area since most of the other stores are closed. Service was fantastic as everyone was super attentive. I love that you're able to grab your own Banchan and other snacks so it saves the servers time. I'm all about efficiency. Everyone made you feel like home and it was a comfortable, relaxed, environment. Food: - Banchan - Potato was solid, kimchi and cucumbers were great, you can grab your own radishes - Meat - We ordered the diamond and it was nice being able to try everything. Beef belly was delicious. Tongue was tender. King rib was very cool. I've never seen that before. Short ribs were tender. Squid was marinated very nicely. Brisket and Pork jowl were awesome. Overall, we honestly had a great time here. Everything was very efficient and meat came out very fast. For speed and being able to grab all kinds of appetizers and fruit. We thoroughly enjoyed it all. I would definitely come back. 10/10.

We did the gold tier and joined the yelp waitlist for a party of five. We were seated in less than five minutes after arriving on a Saturday evening. Self serve bar has banchans, appetizers, soybean paste, and veggies. It was an ok experience, nothing particularly bad, but also nothing extraordinary. I think the pork jowl was a delicious cut. Their menu also says 18% gratuity will be included on parties of four or more and subject to change.

I'm stunned I haven't tried this spot all this time! Located in GG, there are so many KBBQ options that you can easily miss this. I'm glad I tried it! My friends and I did the Gold Tier AYCE (~$36.99). We were STUFFED. The self serving area for sides was the best part. Definitely missing some key items I usually order, but it's still enough to keep me satisfied! The meats came out quick, and they were also good. The variety they have is enough for the price, but if you're looking for more then it may be worth for you to upgrade the tier.

What can you do with $22 in SoCal? Hmm... a full fast-food combo? Or a quick car wash? Or-- enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet with 40+ options! Chung Dam BBQ's buffet goes above and beyond. Not just veggies, rice, and banchan-- they also have chicken wings, braised pork ribs, kimchi stew, and more And that's not even it! For the $22 happy hour, you get prime cuts like prime beef brisket & prime beef belly But we wanted something more royal, so we upgraded to the Diamond Tier King rib & short rib -- ultra-tender, buttery, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth good Highly recommend this spot for holiday meals or everyday cravings. customer Service is amazing. Food quality is up there compared to other Korean barbecue. The only issue is the smoke wish they had a better ventilated system. They have the buffet style where you come get your sides the inside kind of open.

Food- quality meats and sliced about 1/16th of an inch.. just the way I like it. When you cook meat this thin, you get two variables; crispy or super tender yummy morsel of meaty goodness. As a bonus, they give you a great banchan- a variety and then some. Servixe- a bit slow, but good. Cleanliness - decent Ambiance -smoky and load. just go for.the food. Cost - affordable

I think this restaurant is gonna be my go-to ayce kbbq now! they have 4 tiers of ayce and I got the silver tier for $26.99 (second lowest tier). the lowest tier is just $21.99 and honestly such a steal in this economy!! we liked the beef belly the most for the meats and the soybean paste soup was solid as well. all the sides in the self bar from spicy rice cake, japchae, fried chicken to cucumber salad were all really good. the brisket sauce was honestly fire my boyfriend wanted to take it home lol at the end they also gave us some ice cream for dessert. the servers were all attentive, continuously walking around and checking in with people. they have a button at the table u can use to call them over but we didnt need to use it since they were always around. really appreciated that cuz ayce places sometimes can get too busy for the servers that it takes forever to catch their attention. not this restaurant!

Friends and family came to visit so we came here for dinner. Got there around 5pm so it wasn't packed so we were able to get a table rather quickly. Ordering was pretty straight forward like most kbbq places, just picking the tier and then selecting meat via the server. The only thing she forgot was our ordered steam egg the entire time but we filled ourselves on meat so can't complain. The salad/sides bar was self service so didn't need to wait for anyone. The meats are fresh and tender when cooked properly. Grill changes were often and consistent. Only complaint would be the bit of airflow lacking cause we couldn't tell if our vent was on since there was smoke rising but couldn't really hear the suction. Favorite meats of course going to the brisket and top blade which was tender!

If you been here you can def say chung DAMNNNNNNN, thats good!! BBQ Chung Dam was a great experience. The brisket stood out--super tender, well-marbled, and cooked perfectly on the grill. The self-serve banchan was another highlight with fresh kimchi, pickled veggies, and plenty of variety to pair with every bite. Great service and quality all around. Would absolutely return.

This is my favorite and only Korean bbq I go to. The side dishes Banchan are so delicious, good cuts of meat and wonderful service. Yesterday I came in by myself and got denied service. I was already having a bad day and I just wanted to sit down and enjoy a meal. I didn't know there were rules about it.. but still I even offered to pay full price! instead of the AYCE price. Still got denied... sucks :'( So note to self, don't go alone lol I'll be coming again , with my sister :)

Happy hour lunch was $19.99 per person (it's only on Mon-Fri between 11:30am-3pm). Main meats from the kitchen are brisket, beef belly, and pork belly, and they were all good. My favorite of the three was the beef belly, especially since they were fatty and very thinly sliced. I tried honeycombed sliced pork and marinated abomasum from the self-serve bar, too. Sliced pork was tasty, especially dabbed with some salt. Abomasum was a tough chunk of organ meat that was interesting to try, but I wasn't a fan of the sweet, bulgogi-like marinade. Buffet bar had a variety of foods, like potstickers and fried rice. I sampled a braised rib, a sesame ball, and an onion ring to cleanse my palate from all the beef belly I was downing, and they were ok. Nothing made me want to to back for seconds, though. Standard banchan minus the radish paper, but I didn't ask if they had it. Sauces and condiments were provided at our table; it's nice to know that we could top ourselves off whenever. Interior was bright and clean, and thankfully not stuffy or sticky. Waitress was straightforward and helped us get right down to business for meat orders. She was also very attentive about grill changes and clearing away empty plates. We also got individually packaged vanilla ice cream cups after our meal, so that was much appreciated. Plenty of parking in this old Garden Grove plaza. I'd definitely come back for the happy hour lunch.

They had a self serve bar with a bunch of different sides and meats. Price wasn't too bad but they do include a service charge. Nice little kbbq to do for a friend's lunch and have some drinks.

Great value kbbq, they offer 3 different sets if you want better/different meats but honestly at the time we really just wanted brisket/beef belly/pork belly so we opted for the cheapest set. They also have a decently sized buffet where you can get hot foods as well as other raw foods to cook on your grill.

Came here at the suggestion of some coworkers. It was a very middle of the road experience. The service was good, workers had a smile on their face and checked in regularly. The meat itself was overall just meh. It wasn't bad quality but it sure was not the freshest. I do like that they had a self serve bar with sides but I wish they had self serve meats which their menu alluded to.

Had a great meal with friends here. When a kbbq has self serve, I feel like the quality of the meats isn't as good but I didn't experience that here. The self serve bar had some good items like glass noodles, corn cheese, and fried rice and the service was fast and attentive on a weekday night. I had the gold menu ($38.99) and the prime sirloin, LA ribs, beef tongue, and jowl were all fantastic. Frequent grill changes, some soju and beer.. I was in heaven! The ice cream at the end was so so but overall great meal.

Came for a late night KBBQ craving after the climbing gym lol Location: Can be found in large plaza with multiple restaurants/other services. Parking is abundant! Food: My partner and I loooooved their beef belly. It comes pre-marinated, slightly sweet and savory. Their sides are buffet style, so super convenient and you can grab as much as you want. I believe there is a 3 meat limit for each order. Service: Our server was great! Friendly and accommodating. Kept an eye out for our table and quick with requests. Ambiance: Very well lit, wood seats, lots of TVs playing multiple things (music videos, k-tv). You can kinda see where they cut all the meat, and they do it after you order so it's fresh and not frozen. Noice!

Selection of meat is good, service is fast and friendly. Hot and cold side dishes are fresh. We really enjoyed our meal but will definitely wait until the weather is cooler to come back. Over all a delicious enjoyable meal.

Special shoutout to Jennifer and Julia for our nights! They were phenomenal the entire night. I came here with my group of coworkers for our holiday dinner. Both of them were very attentive whenever they interacted with us. We rarely had to ask for anything because they would beat us to it. Need a grill change? They got us. Oh did want another bottle of soju? They got too! More water? Already on the table before we realized it needed refilling. They are truly the mvp of the night! As I mention before, this place is buffer style with a variety to choose from. Every time I do come, I notice improvements in the option! For example, they actually make the pork belly thicker (reference to my last review). And now they offer pork jowls and pig skin too! I don't know many places that offer that WITH the basic menu. Most of the time you have to tier up, but nope not here! While most of the options you can self serve, there are specific cuts and meats you would have to order from the kitchen. We felt like the basic menu was more than enough do to all that was offered for the buffet but definitely take a gander at what the other menu tiers offer! I can't wait to be back. We decided to give this place and try and it's pretty decent. The quality of the meat is not the best compared to other places. Prices are affordable and is in the mid 20s per person for ayce. The sides that they offer are self served and are decent as well. If you want something quick and affordable and you don't care much about quality then this might be the place for you!

This + your friend that does all the work cooking Brisket (ofc)- this was absolutely incredible! The brisket was so tender and flavorful. It literally melted in your mouth and you could taste the quality of the meat immediately. Cooked to perfection! Kobe Boneless Short Rib- this was pure luxury! The Kobe beef was unreal - so buttery and rich with incredible marbling. Every bite was like butter and you could definitely taste why Kobe is so special. The flavor was so deep and complex. Marinated Short Ribs- these were so good! The marinade was perfect with just the right balance of sweet and savory flavors. The meat was tender and the marinade had amazing flavor throughout. I loved how it caramelized on the grill. Everything was so good and we loved their sides too!! The banchan was fresh and flavorful with such a great variety. Each side dish complemented the meats perfectly and the kimchi was perfectly fermented with that ideal spicy-sour taste. The service was incredible despite them being very busy The staff was so attentive and helpful, making sure our grill was perfect and giving great recommendations about the different cuts. The quality of the meats was also amazing - you could tell they source premium ingredients and really care about what they're serving. Every cut was beautifully marbled. really solid kbbq spot -- fire cuts and top tier service we got the diamond AYCE and everything came out fast and fresh. the meat quality was noticeable -- buttery marbling on the galbi, tender brisket, and their seasoned cuts were packed with flavor. salad bar was stocked, banchan stayed refilled, and the steamed egg + doenjang were a nice touch service was on point. sally took care of us the whole time and made the experience 10x better -- super attentive, fast with refills, and honestly just so sweet if you're down to splurge a little and want a kbbq spot with high-end cuts and great vibes, this one's worth it

Came on a Thursday night but the place was severely understaffed. There were only 2 servers with a nearly full restaurant but so it took a while for them to come around and it was easy for them to forget things. With that being said, they remained upbeat and did the best they could I think. It was also pretty hot in there so it made for an uncomfortable experience. Meat quality wasn't the best but it's pretty much what you can expect for a kbbq with a self service bar. Banchan (side dishes) and hot foods were not good at all as they seemed old and left out for a very long time. It may be a good option if it's your first kbbq experience but if not, it's garden grove, there's other options.

Came in for the lunch special - Great value even if they had only provided the side bar due to how many options they had. Good banchan, none of which was overly sweet which sometimes I personally feel it is. Meat was good and came fast - mostly had brisket which was tender albeit quite fatty. Service was great - the lady was quiet but checked up on us often and was nice. And I like the ambiance. Bit old in taste but doesn't feel dark/dirty in any way.

Saw the viral video for $19.99 happy hour special ayce bbq and buffet. Which is mon they fri from 11:30am to 3pm I believe. My friend and I went right at opening and people started to come in. We got seated right away, once seated the restaurant started getting packed really quick. So the $19.99 happy hour special basically has brisket, beef belly and bugogi for your beef choices and some pork and chicken option. It's a small list of meat options since the price is low. There's also a buffet bar with banchan sides and some appetizers. The fried kobacha pumpkin was good and the fired wings. I wasn't impressed with the banchan, some lacked flavor and some just were not that good. They had radish wraps but had no flavor, it was like eating plane radish. The kimchee was horrible tasting. I only eat beef so we ordered few brisket and beef belly which were fine, I actually liked their bugogi it was seasoned just perfectly and tender. I wish I knew I would have ordered a lot of it but I ordered it last since I like to maximize the grill and eat the non marinated meats first. The $19.99 price was good for the food you got, was it great no was it decent yes. My only complaint was the radish wrap sucked no flavor and the banchan was not that great. They also had some typical from a store bought fried pot stickers and sesame balls filled with red bean. Overall I'd say for the price it was decent. Nothing spectacular. There's plenty of parking that was no issues since it's in a large plaza.

This is honestly my favorite KBBQ lunch special to date. The buffet selection that comes with the $19.99 lunch is MASSIVE and blows every other kbbq place out of the water. The service is quick and friendly. The side dishes are actually delicious!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a cheap ayce kbbq place for lunch and this place was recommended on tiktok! I think of all lunch places, this is the most affordable and you get a lot of different selections for meat. We went with the silver tier because I am a big pork jowl connoisseur and I think the quality is pretty decent for an ayce place. Our favorite was the prime beef belly because it was so fatty. They did not have rice paper sitting out to grab or listed on the menu from what I saw, but we asked our server and she brought it out. Very clean and we really enjoyed the service despite it being busy during lunch - they checked in with us a lot and was always asking if we wanted more. Ice cream is also provided towards the end.

We are still frequent guests of this place since they opened. However I have to come back and remove a star for moving some of the best meats to the kitchen instead of the buffet. pros: it's good AYCE kbbq for a decent price with a buffet. cons: they filled the buffet with marinated meats and grill toppings like corn cheese, garlic, and mushrooms. they moved excellent unmarinated options to the kitchen, meaning i am at the mercy of the employees to get it for me.

Okay so... this spot has changed hands so many times over the years I honestly lost count But this new version? They finally nailed it! The remodel looks amazing: clean, modern, and organized! There's a big salad + banchan buffet right in the middle of the restaurant stocked with dipping sauces, fried goodies, and even desserts. You order your meats with your server at the table, then go grab all the sides and sauces your heart desires. One thing I LOVED, the big, crisp Romaine lettuce at the buffet, not many Korean bbq spots do this. Game changer for wrapping your meat with that extra crunchy freshness. Their kimchi was a little sweet for my taste (I like mine more sour and punchy), but the cucumber kimchi was chef's kiss. My toddler was in heaven with the crispy dumplings and fried rice, so that's always a parenting win. The meat quality is great! Totally holds up against the local KBBQ competition, but what really stood out was the service. The servers were super attentive, kept checking in, and changed our grill plates before we even had to ask. If you've done enough KBBQ, you know how rare that is. Now, the one thing keeping me from giving this a full 5 stars, no refillable sodas! They only had canned sodas, and you have to pay for each one. Most all-you-can-eat KBBQ spots either include/have fountain drinks or at least have a self-serve station for refills. I personally like a little bubbly pop to help cut through all the grilled meat goodness, so having to order (and pay) for every can felt a little off-putting. Not a dealbreaker, just something to note! And yes, free vanilla ice cream at the end! Always a nice touch Apparently Chung Dam has another location in LA, which makes sense because they've clearly got their blueprint down. Overall, great food, excellent service, and a super family-friendly setup. We'll definitely be coming back (and probably bringing more people next time because this place deserves the hype). I'll just remember to bring my own sparkling water next time

They have 3 pricing structures on the weekend and we chose GOLD FOR around $40 . With tax and tip, 5 people total are $250. Really enjoyed the meat and we were never rushed. Sometimes you just want to load up on simple meats such as brisket and beef belly and I am confirming this is one of the places I've enjoyed so far for their cheap happy hour lunch deal! From Mon-Friday, 11am - 3pm, you can experience the cheapest menu for $19.99. In this economy, definitely a steal! What makes my family and I want to go back is definitely the service. They were really quick with supplying our table with meats and changing the grills. Weeks prior to visiting here, I had visited another establishment in the area that was also known for cheap kbbq and that was such a horrendous experience where we felt like the business was afraid to let customers eat. Not here though, they were even shocked that we stopped ordering. I do like that they have a small buffet section to grab all your favorite banchans and some hot foods. You best bet that I'm grabbing all the spicy cucumber and radish paper. I can't judge on the quality of meat for the more expensive menus, but for the cheapest menu, they definitely earned a spot in my cheap kbbq list.

If you are looking for a Korean bbq spot to try in the Orange County Area ! Must check out BBQ Chung Dam ! The food was great enjoyed every bite of it ! I love that they have a salad bar where you can get whatever you need that isn't from their kitchen ! I love how quick and fast the service here . Upon arrival you are seated right away and they make it soo much easier to join the wait list through Yelp which I highly recommend doing before coming here . It's like making a quick reservation while you are on the way to the place just put ur name on the waitlist and you will be seated right away! They are also super nice here and very helpful . Everyone is helping people with whatever they need . Definitely makes you feel really welcome! I will definitely come back here again in the future ! This one is amazing. Self serve banchan and sides. GOOD SIDES too. The meat is good quality! And the prices are competitive! Service was great. The meat was on the slower side, that was the only knock on our night, but otherwise, they brought out good portion sizes for the meat. We chose the bottom tier and were completely satisfied.

So happy to have found this place because these meats just melt in your mouth. Price is so fair, especially for lunch special and the accessibility of the self-serve stations is efficient. Service is super attentive and love how peaceful it is inside since there's no loud music. And they got the sweetest watermelons for dessert! Would've never planned on using stomach space on watermelon at an AYCE KBBQ, but after the first slice, I think I'm sold.

Came to BBQ Chung Dam on a Tuesday with friends and overall had a good meal. The self-serve bar had some tasty items like glass noodles, corn cheese, and fried rice, and the service was fast and attentive for a weekday night despite being understaffed -- only two servers for a nearly full restaurant. They stayed upbeat and did their best, but it did cause some delays and forgetfulness. I ordered the gold menu ($38.99) and really enjoyed the prime sirloin, LA ribs, beef tongue, and jowl. Frequent grill changes, some soju and beer -- I was in Korean BBQ heaven! The ice cream dessert was just okay though. That said, the place was pretty hot inside, making it a bit uncomfortable. The meat quality was average -- typical for a KBBQ with a self-serve bar. Unfortunately, the banchan (side dishes) and hot foods seemed old and left out too long, which was disappointing. If it's your first Korean BBQ experience, this might be a decent option, but in Garden Grove, there are definitely better choices.

On a Saturday 11:30am, my family was 2nd group to eat here. The interior is similar to traditional architecture. The staff are nice and took us to the booth across from the banchan area. I was impressed that this location has no paper plates. My favorite banchan item was The fried chicken. It wasn't oily or greasy and it was really good, beef on bone soup was good too. We picked gold tier $34.99 and picked 3 meats-brisket. Steak, and galbi. The marinade on the beef was really good which makes it tender. The second round on prime bulgogi and pork belly was good too. I ate too much and I save room on The watermelon slices and pineapple pieces which was sweet and juicy. I ate 3 refills of fruit. The staff are nice and stopped by to cut our meats and change our grills several times. At the end, we got small cups of vanilla ice cream. It got breezy so the smoke hit my face. Overall very good ayce Korean bbq. I like this location over the Koreatown location,

What I Ordered: Diamond Tier AYCE ($58.99) Food: I got to try the Diamond Tier AYCE menu, which is the highest tier at the restaurant. It comes with KOBE Boneless Beef Short Ribs, Prime Sirloin, and LA Ribs, which are basically the highest cuts of meat you can get at a Korean Barbeque restaurant. All of the meats overall were good quality. I'm pretty sensitive to old meat taste, and I was thankful to find that they didn't have any. The waiter recommended the KOBE Boneless Beef Short Ribs, so we started off with that. It was definitely great quality for an All You Can Eat BBQ spot. I like to eat these cuts of meat with just salt, nothing more and nothing less, and it was delicious. My personal favorite was the Raw LA Ribs and Choice Marinated LA Ribs, which I absolutely loved. The quality of meat they had for these ribs were absolutely incredible, on par with and maybe even better than a la carte KBBQ restaurants. I was surprised at how the Raw LA Ribs melted in my mouth like butter, again especially from an all you can eat spot. With how much I loved the Raw LA Ribs, I had to try the Marinated LA Ribs and they were delicious as well. If I go back, I would personally choose the Gold Tier AYCE for $38.99 for the Raw LA Ribs and Choice Marinated LA Ribs. Service: The servers were attentive and friendly. Many of the meat options are available as a buffet style, so you can grab your own meats. The more premium cuts tend to be kitchen order only, so make sure to order a lot from that part of the menu too! Ambiance: All around woody interior design. I love woody designs as in my opinion it gives off a more premium ambiance and energy. Parking lot is shared with other shops in the plaza, but there are plenty of seats available.

It was my 1st time trying this restaurant, hands down the best in town! The self bar is amazing! The cuts of meat were top tier! The staff was the best, kept coming back to check on us. Staff were very attentive! I would def recommend this place and return myself!
