This Pakistani restaurant is Amazing. We loved their Nolly Nehari with Garlic butter Naan which we wanted try in Pakistani restaurant. It was delicious. Make sure you ordered extra spice on it. Their Sizzling Beed kebabs was amazing. Loved every bite of it. This restaurant has a great modern indoor atmosphere. They always have lunch specials from 11 to 3 pm. Their Kebabs, Gosht karahi’s amazing. We would definitely recommend this place for you. The parking might be little difficult to find since it’s a plaza of so many restaurants and shop. We enjoyed all their items and we would certainly come back for more.

I dined here with a couple of friends tonight, and we had an excellent experience. This Pakistani restaurant serves truly delicious and authentic recipes from Pakistan. It’s a family-owned business, and it stands out in the midst of all the Asian stores nearby. The food was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!

Owners are a definition of shameless. They knowingly serve appalling food to their customers, yet eagerly accept your hard-earned money with a smile. I just discovered a piece of plastic in my curry, likely due to their careless use of Styrofoam containers with plastic lids that melted under excessive heat into the food. The entire experience was an abomination of what they dare to call food—drenched in oil unfit for consumption, even by dogs in this country. It's disgusting, utterly disgusting. I will be reporting them to the health ministry, and I urge others who have been subjected to their unhygienic, undercooked, and overall repulsive offerings to do the same. This establishment deserves scrutiny and accountability for their blatant disregard for basic standards of food safety and quality.

Came here craving meat, particularly tandoori style meats. Ordered the larger mix grill option, it was fantastic. Great variety and flavors. Chicken, lamb, fish, shrimp, and more. Would love to return again to have this. Mango lassi was very satisfying as well.

I recently visited a Pakistani restaurant that truly impressed me with its incredible flavors and authentic dishes. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the overall dining experience pleasant and memorable. We decided to go for the family platter, which promised a variety of traditional Pakistani dishes. The platter included Biryani, Kebabs, Chicken Tandoori, and a few other items. Each dish was prepared to perfection, showcasing the rich and diverse flavors of Pakistani cuisine. The Biryani was aromatic and full of spices, the Kebabs were juicy and well-seasoned, and the Chicken Tandoori was tender with a delightful smoky flavor. Despite the amazing quality of the food, I did find the platter to be a bit pricey. While the taste was exceptional, the quantity of food provided didn't quite justify the cost, especially considering other similar options available in the area. For those on a budget, it might be worth exploring individual dishes rather than opting for the family platter. Another thing to note is the parking situation. The restaurant is located in a bustling plaza filled with various shops and eateries, making it quite challenging to find a convenient parking spot. It's advisable to arrive a bit early to secure parking, especially during peak hours. Overall, if you're in the mood for some top-notch Pakistani cuisine and don't mind splurging a little, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Just be prepared for the parking challenge and consider your options when it comes to ordering the family platter.

I ordered Chicken biriyani, Naan & Chicken karahi. Food quality, taste & freshness were not good enough, compared to the price of the foods. The cutlery & plates they provided were not clean well.

Visited this place with my family on a Friday evening. Wasn't too busy. We heard great things about it so gave it a chance. We ordered Chicken spring rolls, Lahori fish grilled, Karahi Chicken, and Mutton biryani. And of course some naan. Special shout-out to the naan, it was fresh and the garlic naan especially was the best I've had in quite a while. Service was good too, as the staff was diligent in tending to us with efficiency. Back to the food - we were very pleased with the taste. Everything tasted good and fresh, with the right amount of spices. And nothing overly done as is the case with a lot of Indo-Pak restaurants. We'll be coming back here for sure!

Went on a Saturday night, they close at 11 p.m arrived at 10:16 p.m. Had called them before driving from Down Town Dallas and they let us in even though it was very close to being their closing time. The ambience was nice. Seating area was clean, also the server and hosts was very friendly. This is the best kabobs in Dallas. Their kabobs sizzler plates are amazing. Soft Juicy and delicious. The biriyani was a bit disappointing. Kadhai Chicken and Garlic Nan was great. Will surely return to try out the other Kabobs.

Yelp
BBQ Tonite is blessing for PakistanI, Indians and other sub continent communities in providing so great and delicious food specially a recent addition of Handmade chicken burger buy 1 get 1 free. no one can forget the taste of such burgers. Their staff is quite respectful and help each customer individuall. keep up your service and maintain your excellent food tastes.

Shirlee M.

Yelp
Meh. Got butter chicken. Not the best. Tasted lime tomato soup. Maybe the bbq is better? Chai was good. Bathrooms needed cleaning.

Nadeem Z.

Yelp
Best Beef Bihari Kabob in town, and best friendly service in any Pakistani restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is quick and super friendly, and the prices are fair. A very friendly owner is there to greet you when you visit for your dining in experience. We had naan bread, paratha, and puri fried bread and all of them were absolutely perfect. It's a must go place if you want to try Indian/Pakistani food.

Yelp
Title: Disappointing First Experience Review: I recently decided to try out this restaurant by ordering takeout and was quite disappointed with the experience. I arrived 9 minutes past the estimated time of arrival, only to find that they hadn't even started working on my order. Frustrated and pressed for time, I requested a refund, but was met with resistance. The staff member, a young man, repeatedly tried to persuade me to keep the order instead of providing a refund. Feeling stonewalled and not wanting to waste any more time, I left without my food or a refund. This experience was extremely frustrating and has left a sour taste in my mouth. As a first-time customer, this was not the kind of service I expected, and it's unlikely that I'll be giving this place another chance.

Yelp
Came here before and enjoyed their brunch , it was nice and fresh , wanted to try them again since I was in the area , everything was super fresh , restaurant is clean and staff is efficient, owner was courteous enough to ask us things , if we're doing ok ? If we need anything ? Food was really fresh and hot ( temperature wise ) Would definitely be back to try out more dishes .

Yelp
Walking in, there's a moment where I wonder if it's worth eating here. The atmosphere is sterile, with one TV playing Bollywood as flair. Barely anyone was dining here. The lunch buffet was tucked all the way at the back, and it was quite a small spread. This was at 12:45pm, so this was still on the prime of the lunch buffet hours. The staff seemed sleepy and unenthusiastic, but they were prompt with any request I had, or taking care of basics like water or my check. The beef haleem is the best! Has this refried beans consistency but with plenty of tallow. I went back for this on that one! The beef fat was exactly what you would think, and I thought it was too much. Nothing about it texture wise felt good, but it works better once it pools into the vegetables and you scoop it up with the naan bread. The spinach saag could have had more dimension to its flavor, but it was a solid. The potatoes had a great seasoning and texture where it's soft but has a dense starchiness to it. The chicken Tikka was fairly most for any dark meat piece. The breast pieces had a touch of dryness that was expected and acceptable. They bring you fresh poori and naan to your table, although I'm not sure if there's really any timing that comes into play. I got the poori 6 minutes in, but the naan didn't come out till half way towards my meal. Both were good, although the Poori can get greasy real quick. The dessert are awful. I don't know what's the exact spice or ingredients they were using, but nothing about it was fresh, sweet, or enticing. All they had was rice pudding and galub jamun. Id say they have a decent amount of dinner that dinner would be a better choice than the lunch buffet. But I will say it feels like there's a lot of hit and miss.

Leena M.

Yelp
The Haleem was good but I wish it was more flavorful. The biryani we had to wait for so it was freshly made and superb. The Bihari kabab I would like charred a little more but they were good and lastly puri paratha was more to the puri side (crispy than fluffy). Overall it was good food and we had nothing left over.

Yelp
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE they were busy tonight but no excuse, we got raw chicken served to us, the owners showed no remorse and were unapologetic We've overlooked bad service and stuff like that before but this is the last straw, will definitely not be coming back Will be reporting to the health department Do better

Yelp
Very good food. Good variety. Clean and good ambience. Owners present and very attentive. Good service. Reasonable and yet amazing.

Yelp
The name is a bit confusing, I would expect a place called BBQ Tonite to serve your regular Texas BBQ but they serve indian and pakistani food. I went here with some friends that knows the regional food very well and I let them order and just share. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name but the chicken was very good. The naan bread was good as well. They also serve it with different sauces which are very flavorful without being overly spicy. The staff wasn't very attentive when we went here and we had to work to get their attention but they were prompt once they noticed we needed assistance. They have a varied menu, I will definitely want to return here and try more of their menu options.

Fouad A.

Yelp
I've been to this place dozens of times when it was run by the original owner; it was always jampacked and the buffet items were always freshly made and very tasty. I didn't go back for the last 4 years, mainly because of the pandemic, until yesterday. I went with my wife and a couple friends around 12:40. The place was nearly empty, the buffet looked more like you would expect a buffet to look at closing time, full of scraps and tasted like it. It was a total let down and I felt like a fool inviting friends to this the place. We will never go back again.

Amber K.

Yelp
I'm shocked that I finally found a restaurant that makes me feel like I'm at home eating my parent's home cooked meals! Where do I start... we arrived on a Saturday for the buffet at around 1pm and there were only a couple other people there. We were greeted by their very happy staff. Everything I saw at the buffet was homey, nothing whitewashed, nothing "easy." They had mutton pillau (my FAVORITE), plain basmati rice, FRESH BAKED perfect naan, paya, nihari, haleem and so many more "special occasion" dishes! I am so glad I walked by this place one day while waiting for GEN kbbq... because this place is a DIAMOND!!!!!!!!! I'll definitely be bringing all of my friends who have never had Pakistani food here because the food is as authentic and delicious as ever!!! P.S. The owners were very sweet and lovely to talk to, if you see them, say hi!

Yelp
I am sad about writing this review as my friends and I were looking forward to trying this restaurant. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience here. First, they don't serve water without you asking. After coming in from 108 degree Texas heat, we were craving the sweet release of water. We repeatedly had to keep asking the waiters for water after we would inevitably run out from the tiny jar used to fill they styrofoam cups they provided us. In terms of the food, the food was delicious, very spicy, but delicious. We asked the waiter if rice or bread came with the food and she said that it's included with the price, but to our surprise, our bill came out to around $150 for 6 people. They charged $6.00 for a cup of white rice. I bought one of the curry dishes and typically, isn't curry served with rice or some other side to offset the richness of the curry? In addition, I had the beef curry dish and the potion was incredibly small for the price ($18.00) for two pieces of beef stooped in oil and stew. The only reason I left full was because friends generously shared me their rice to supplement my meal. In terms of their service, it was awful. The waiter was dismissive and rude. She was on her phone. They don't provide water without the customers specifically asking for it and when we did, we had to repeatedly ask for more water. The waiter told us the bread and rice was included with the entree, but it is not and thus, getting anything to fill you up properly would take $25+ dollars per person. I thought that the prices would at least justify the service, but no. The owner was rude when I asked about the prices and said I was wrong when my whole table heard the server say the bread and rice was included with the main dish. Even though we were the only people there, getting our food took around 40 minutes, which isn't inherently bad, but overall really dissapointing coupled with all the other downsides of this experience. There are plenty of excellent restaurants in Carrollton, don't waste your time here. For $5.00 more bucks you can get a Korean buffet experience a couple of doors down with food that will fill you for the price.

Yelp
I'll say it right out of the gate, there's no point in coming here for anything less than dinner dine-in service unless you want noticeably or even drastically poorer quality from this restaurant. That includes to-go orders as well. Focusing on dinner service, the employees were friendly and mostly professional. They check masks and take temperatures at the table but still have guests sitting essentially back to back which is concerning. One thing I found a little odd is that despite their black tie wait staff, getting napkins, extra utensils or to-go boxes is all self-serve from the remnants of their buffet table. It was also a little hard to get their attention every so often but that's somewhat forgivable. First and foremost, I'd stay away from anything besides their Biryani and specialty grill items. They're fairly inconsistent and not worth the premium they're charging. Their Malai Boti actually fresh from the kitchen is solid with a smooth spice blend and their Chicken Biryani with rice is good for 2 and comes with 4 healthy pieces of chicken. Their Shish Kebabs are some of the most disappointing in DFW and even their fries are a little sad. Naan was warm though. The biggest takeaway here comes to my favorite buzzword 'consistency'. If their food quality was consistently solid every time you went, across all dishes and whether or not you're dining in then they would earn a solid 4-star or maybe 5 in time. But with the current state of affairs, I only can recommend this place under the aforementioned circumstances.

Yelp
I love going to this place normally but during Ramadan it was a mess. They had a reservation system but "accidentally" overbooked. It was very crowded and the food was not good quality. We also had to basically beg them to give us water. How do you not have water at every table already?? Especially when people are fasting. I would not recommend going here during Ramadan. Any other time is fine.

Arun P.

Yelp
This was a to-go order and there were several hits and misses. Will try this restaurant again now that I know a few things to avoid. - Biryani is a definite NO. The flavor and preparation was not upto the mark. - Salan for the biryani was terrible. Tasted like tamarind water. - Loved the brain masala and nihari. Will repeat this order for sure. - No rice or naan comes with the order of a main curry dish. - Chicken Seekh kabobs were really good. - No cutlery or plates in the to-go order. Glad to see another Indo-Pak restaurant in the area. They are definitely on my list to go back to.

Yelp
This place has bad customer service the food were not good as it was before they need to improve there food quality. The quantity of food was very less and i am not happy with it. I am not going there anymore.

Yelp
Great taste and experience. Reminded me a lot like food from home. Great service and highly recommended.

Yelp
The Sunday Buffet was absolute poppycock. Except for the Tandoori chicken, everything was cold. Many choices but none of them had any flavour. This is food , bastardised, is an onslaught on thousands of years of cusinal fortitude and hard work by our forefathers.

Jeroo I.

Yelp
Went with friends and ordered Chicken Biryani, Chicken Handi, Chicken Haleem, Naan and Gulab Jamuns. Everything was tasty and the server was polite. I give it a 2 thumbs up! The place was clean and airy.

Asif B.

Yelp
Would rate -5 if it was possible. I'm from Houston and am spoiled by the amount of great desi restaurants. BBQ Tonite used to be in Houston and was great but has been closed for years. I visited Grapevine a few years ago for Great Wolf Lodge and tried this location and was delighted by the quality of the food (the service not so much). We ordered biryani last visit and it was great. I was eager to visit again recently and was severely disappointed and felt like I was robbed of $100. The place was empty and still the waitress moved at a snails pace waiting on us. We were served room temperature water bottles when we asked for water. We were served a pathetic "salad" which were literal bits of carrots and onion. We ordered mutton biryani and they had the audacity to serve us Mutton Pilau disguised as biryani and thought we'd be too stupid to notice. The naan was stale, the butter chicken was among the worst I ever had. We ordered a potato samosa appetizer and it came at the very end of the meal when we were done eating. The paratha roll we ordered was terribly disappointing. Only the grilled platter was good.. We could've been vocal and tore the staff a new one for their poor effort but we just paid and got the hell out. They lost us forever. Its a miracle they are still in business, they really should just die out like the other BBQ tonites of the past. Harsh but true. They deserve every bit of this bad review.

Yelp
Awesome grill items they have! Clean place :) must try Their kandari naan is my all time fav

Yelp
As a visitor I came to this restaurant back in 2011 and we all family members loved the food. Today in celebration of my sister's new job, we decided to visit a Pakistani restaurant again and of course BBQ tonite came to mind. Upon entering, it has this new fresh beautiful top notch restaurant look. Of course I was comparing it with my first visit back in 2011 and then it was not this great looking but without any doubt the food then was great. We were the only customers at 06:30 pm dinner time. We ordered two goat Karahi, one chicken boti (bbq chicken) and one beef Bihari(bbq beef) and 4 nans. Goat karahi was recommended by the server and was also on the specials menu. Most Pakistani restaurants, Goat/beef karahi is their top product, so one can say every such restaurant makes sure they get it right. Most restaurants with such prices, the food becomes way too much, so we thought, 4 people, normally can easily eat two goat karahi but we wanted more food as my sister likes it and I thought we will make the leftovers as to-go so she can enjoy it tomorrow. Well to our surprise, the food was very less. So less than being a Pakistani and visiting most top restaurants in the following cities , I have been to Toronto, NYC, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, LA, Dubai, Boston, where Pakistani restaurants' quality of food is top notch, decent prices and quality is way too much. I was shocked that there was so little food. Anyhow less food, not a biggie, little surprised but at least it will be good tasty food. So the next surprise was the taste, and quality of meat. Most Pakistani restaurants have their distinctive flavor or taste. So one may be different from the other, but overall the food is good. This was not the case here. The meat was uncooked. So unlike American steaks (rare, med rare, well done etc) Pakistani meat products are fully cooked and that's where the taste comes in. Plus the quality of meat, very disappointing. The only thing I will give the credit, that they managed to make a good Bihari boti. The chicken boti was not tasty and over cooked which made it very dry. Again these bbq products are marinated for some time and they are cooked in a way that the meat doesn't get too dry. Such quality made sense as to why the restaurant at dinner time was so empty. This was not the case back in 2011, they were jammed packed on a weekday night. The whole experience made me upset that it was a good occasion that we wanted to enjoy. I offered my sister a BBQ at Fort Worth stock yard or steak place but she wanted Pakistani food. She was upset that she made this choice. I said it's not your fault and we will not let this dinner spoil our family evening. So thanks for the 85deg bakery, made up with a nice mango cake.

Hassan Q.

Yelp
Just moved from NY to TX and ordered food from here. All I can say is that this place is a total disappointment. I ordered naan and chicken seekh kebab. The naan were burnt and the chicken seekh kebab as you can tell from the pic were $12?! Miniature seekh kebab, take your business elsewhere you'd be much happier! I will not be going here again...

Shon S.

Yelp
Dallas native returned to BBQ Tonite after a long time only to get undercooked/raw chicken malai boti and steak looking, rubber like chewy pieces of meat presented as "Behari Kabab" on a sizzler to make it look fancier. I couldn't cut it without a knife, also not provided. The only thing I enjoyed was Chai. Uncle and Aunty at the counter are sweet and greet everyone with a smile but don't know jack about food or running a restaurant. Perhaps they should read Behari Kabab recipe from Shan masala. Service was at a whole new level of bad. Food served in sections instead of all at once. Even though it was empty on a Thursday night, handful of customers happen to be there had to yell to get attention. Another example of when people get into restaurant business and forget the most important thing i.e. food.

Lucy V.

Yelp
We've been going to this place for about 2 years. Great tasty food. We always order the same thing, shrimp masala, mutton biryani and beef nihari. Today 11/11/2022 I was disappointed as I only got fat on my nihari. I had two little pieces of actual beef like a dime size. Also I've noticed we get less briyani. Please do better, cause lord know this food is pricey lets not forget inflation. Other than that, food taste was on point .

Ajax W.

Yelp
This place use to be really good but it has gone down hill for sure. The service is awful. There is a little old lady that speaks broken English and got upset because I didn't really understand her. Brought my drinks never returned after that. I flagged her down for napkins and she pretty much threw them on the table. The guy who brought my food I thanked him and he never responded with your welcome or anything. The old gentleman was really nice. I ordered the beef sheesh kabob and it was not good tough and had a weird texture. I wanted more sauce but that didn't happen because no one came back to my table. Naan was really good. Yea never again.

Cynthia C.

Yelp
I originally thought this place was actually a BBQ restaurant and questioned how long they would survive because there used to be an Italian restaurant on the H-Mart side that closed down pretty quickly. Anyway, the only reason I came in was because I checked Yelp and this is listed as an "Indian, Pakistani, Halal" restaurant, which I absolutely love. We were greeted warmly and introduced to how the restaurant works, which is that you order off a menu but are can also eat items from the small buffet line as part of your meal. The buffet had watermelon, dates, and a chickpea dish: all of which were delicious. I ordered the butter chicken, which was so so yummy and came with a huge plate of long-grain rice. I highly recommend adding on some garlic naan to your meal. One order was enough for my two friends and me, but on a hungrier day we definitely would have ordered two!

Texas A.

Yelp
If I could give -5 stars I would. The name BBQ Tonite is very misleading for a Indo-Pakistani Restaurant. There is nothing Indian about anything, especially the food. The cost of the lunch buffet for 2 people came to $47.61. The buffet was over priced, bland and flavorless. The variety of food was also dismal. You could go to any other real Indian restaurant in the area for a good quality buffet and get more variety for less price. What a ripoff. The worst thing was the food was sub par. Chickpeas floating in oil, goat curry tasted more like goat than curry, it was hard to understand what food was what, the labeling was very poor. If this is what Pakistan food tastes like, then what an embarrasment to be a Pakistani. This place is an utter failure when it comes to value, quality and variety. The menu and pricing need a major overhaul. Take the "Indo" part out this is far from anything Indo.

Anita N.

Yelp
Looked forward to getting my desi grub on at the recently remodeled BBQ Tonite. For some background, it used to be a place most everyone in the DFW South Asian community had come to to attend some family friend's anniversary, birthday, graduation, etc. It used to focus more on their banquet service. Now that it's been remodeled, they seem to be focusing more on food quality and trendy restaurant appeal. It is cleanly and charmingly decorated with neutral colors and rustic wall hangings. We went on a Thursday night (weekend before Xmas) and expected it would be packed to the brim...turns out we were the only people there. A gentleman came over and extended a menu and I was a little shocked to see the slightly higher pricing but kept my hopes up. Their menu includes grilled South Asian favorites, curries, some rice and vegetarian dishes, desserts and drinks. We ordered the karahi chicken and chicken tikka, expecting those would be good bets considering those are supposed to be specialties. Naan did not come with the dish - knock one...some type of carb should automatically come with a South Asian dish... The food arrived in a timely manner but left me not particularly excited to eat at first glance. We requested the naan to be buttered, it was not buttered when it came and when it got brought back it smelled strongly of movie theatre popcorn butter - not good considering I paid $1.50 for my bread :( Both dishes were also supposed to come with a "side salad" we only got one. Not that I would've even eaten it; most South Asian restaurants only provide a plate of fixins (onions, carrots, tomato) as a "salad". My sad little chicken tikka was literally a SINGLE leg quarter on a salad plate - no garnish, no sides, and as mentioned above no bread...and it was TEN BUCKS. Definitely not worth it. I'm sure that chicken isn't some exotic breed, bred and imported from a land far away specifically for tikka making. The tikka was dry and not hot in temperature. There were certain flavoring elements that were not there. It also had some serious char on it which dried it out. The karahi chicken was pretty good, with good flavor and you could tell it was fresh. With all the South Asian restaurant competition around (Al Markaz down the street), I can't say that I'd come back.

Yelp
Excellent food , service and good ambiance. All the items are fresh. All the bbq item's taste is authentic.

Chandan K.

Yelp
I used to go to this place a lot during lunch, however not much due to covid and no travel. We ordered food in advance for catering. Their food came in flimsy packing and oil was leaking everywhere. The lahori charga was rubbery and for some reason my stomach was upset for next two days, however their chicken malai boti was really delicious and so was their fish fry although they really need to work on the portion of fish. The restaurant is owned by a couple who sometimes work in the restaurant. I will still go back for the chicken malai boti but keep in mind it's only available after 6 pm.

Numie S.

Yelp
Ordered food from here, I have to say I am really disappointed. I only ordered grill items and all the grill items were terrible. I mean you have BBQ in your name, really guys, you can do a lot better. The chicken charga was good the rest of the food was trash. Note to owners, either make better BBQ or take BBQ out of your name.

Yelp
We have come to this place many times in the past prior to Covid 19. They had a bustling buffet which was now closed. We wanted to come here because this is Pakistani food which is slightly different than Indian food. The dishes tend to be more meat based than vegetable based. It is also a little heavier in oil/butter which also gives it more taste. We had the Vegetable Samosa which was flaky and had the right balance of spices. We also had the Mixed Grill Appetizer which had nice portions of chicken and beef similar to a sizzling fajita platter with Pakistani spices. We also had the Karahi Gosht which is a spicy goat dish. The Choley were spicy garbanzo beans which is one of my favorite dishes. The Garlic Naan came right out of the oven with plenty of butter. Finally, we got a side of The Plain Basamati Rice which is nice with any of the spicy dishes on the menu. Beware, they do charge for the bottled water. I think they could have been a little upfront about that. Overall, this is a tasty Pakistani food that is usually a little more meat based and usually a little more rich than Indian food. We will come back again.

Yelp
Doesn't look like much, even the doors have greasy fingerprints all over it. The interior is unassuming and not very bright, fresh or adorned. The weekend buffet is shockingly expensive for what you get. The chicken curry is great and kudos to the naan and the poori. But anything else on the menu begs to question whether it is worth the price. I suppose the dessert is sadly lacking especially knowing that this cuisine has LOTS to offer when it comes to variety in any category not only desserts. They have to offer more quality and choices for the price.

Yelp
Used to come here on the weekends. $15-20 lets you eat a boo fay and full enjoy your weekend. The buffet can be stupid crackin if they have an event goin on at the same time. Above avg for texas. Alot of desi food in texas taste wierd if you are from california where it's just better overall. But this was one of my favs in the area

Yelp
Always wanted to try this place Bc it used to be packed all the time pre-Covid days. They have a large selection of menu items to choose from. We tried their butter chicken and a fish dish. The butter chicken with garlic naan was superb. The grilled fish was flavor but a tad bit too spicy and salty for me. Be aware they only sell water bottles - no tap water, which isn't a downside but it did take us by surprise. But they do serve free chai tea which was nice. Service was impeccable, but I wish they staff adhered to more covid-19 policies and encouraged staff and patrons to do so, too

Yelp
I came here on a Monday during lunch and there was only one other table filled. I have never been here before the renovation but I have been inside their banquet hall previously. The new decor was modern and I loved that we could see them making naan through the window. I decided to order the butter chicken and a regular naan. It didn't take long to get my food and I was really appreciative about that since I was starving. The butter chicken was absolutely the best I've had since the chicken was so tender and the curry was extremely flavorful. Although I would've preferred it to come with a bowl of rice, the naan provided a good substitute. It was very fluffy but I wish the serving was a tad bit larger. The butter chicken was about $14 and the naan was about $2. For the portion size, I'd say the butter chicken is definitely pricey which is why I'm giving them 4 stars. I'm not 100% sure I'll be coming back since the prices are a bit high especially for lunch but I will say their food is delicious.

Yelp
Typically don't like to leave negative reviews, but yesterday I drove 12 minutes out of the way to try this place a lot of friends raved about. Walked in around 1:30, and stood at the front of the restaurant right next to the "Please wait here to be seated" sign for literally 5 minutes. There was one table of 4 that seemed to be enjoying their meal, but the two employees near the POS system were either completely oblivious to the fact that a man wearing an obnoxiously yellow (work) polo was standing there, or just didn't care at all. Either way, I gave up and went to one of the other handful of options in the shopping center. I'm sure the food is good, and I assume this was an abnormal representation of their service, but that was embarrassing.

Yelp
Usually when friends come into town they always want Korean bbq, but as a group we thought we would branch out a little bit on our restaurant choices so my friend picked bbq tonite. The place was a little empty which made us hesitant but we ventured in anyways. We did a family style option and ordered butter chicken and a large variety meat platter. The meat platter we got consisted of chicken, pork, and lamb all of which were a little dry, but the butter chicken was delicious. The next day though my stomach was in pain and it wasn't just me. My friends also felt a little sick. Honestly, I wouldn't come back here as my overall experience wasn't great and the stomachache just threw it over the top.

Yelp
Came here today for the first time for the weekend buffet. EXCELLENT food. The flavors were out of this world. The nihari, biryani, naan, halwa, tandoori chicken, keer...all were amazing. Was actually surprised that it was that tasty. It's $20 per person for the buffet. Definitely a little pricey but definitely worth it.

Yelp
After a long weekend in Dallas I was in need of some yummy Desi food. This place came highly recommended from a family friend. We were not disappointed. It was delicious. We ordered a variety of bbq meats, naan, haleem, and keema samosas. Soooo good and would definitely visit when in Dallas again!

Yelp
So after we went to Daiso, my sister and I decided to check out BBQ Tonite because it was also in the same plaza. We went there maybe around 8:30pm so it was very packed and we had to wait for some time. However, once we found the owner, we were able to place our order with his help. He apologized for the wait time and helped us place an order according to our taste. He also introduced us to his daughter-in-law Kay who was also very sweet and made us feel at home. We ordered palak paneer and naan and he gave us some carrot halwa on the house and everything was delicious. I just wish there were some more dishes for vegetarians as there were only 2-3 veggie options. However, we appreciated the owner and Kay trying to get to know us and make sure we were happy with our food. We will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
I love Indian food and this is somewhat familiar. We rolled in on a Friday after a long week in the office. They do not serve alcohol. Nor are you allowed to bring your own in... It was 6pmish and they had just opened. I was slightly concerned to be the only other table in the place, but the tandoori oven with it's promise of fresh baked naan kept me seated. We started with an order of samosas. Those were fantastic! Filled with ground beef, spices and onion with a side of thin mint chutney or tamarind as dipping sauces. We went ahead and ordered the meat platter for 3 that had ALL the meats and seafood in the place. Good starting point. As we waited for it to be cooked we ate up the small saucer of cucumber, carrots and onion with the sauces. As soon as our sizzling platter hit the table, though, we leaned in and were delighted at the heaping feast paired with 2 full sized naan. We quickly divvied up the spoils! Chicken boti, marinated chunks of chicken, were good. The fried, firmly flaked, fish was amazing once we got extra lemon (4 pieces..). The shrimp skewer also in the same marinade was very good. I think my favorite was the beef kebob, delicious paired with naan and onion. There was some kind of unidentifiable meat that turned mushy as soon as you ate it, like it was marinating too long or was trying to turn. I had to ask and the answer was "beef" but the texture was so off putting that I didn't eat any more. Still, we filled up on the rest and had a take home container that I've already eaten off twice! There are too many other places in the area with this style food so I am glad I got this one out of my system. Now on to the next adventure!

Yelp
Nice friendly service but the food was just solid ok to me. Tried a couple things, the buttery chicken, some kabobs / sausage patty type meat, some empanada type things and garlic nan. Slightly on the pricey side but overall a decent place. I'm not a huge Indian cuisine guy but this wasn't too bad.

Yelp
Very disappointed. Ordered Haleem and chicken karhai. They did not resemble to have the conventional taste by a long shot. Very poor experience. The plastic glasses had fish smell in them. Service was average at best. Even the salad was substandard. Garlic Nan were good however. The only thing that tasted good was coca cola.

Yelp
If you're really craving some good Biryani and are in the Carrollton area, stop by at BBQ tonite! I thought the order was going to be sufficient for one person but I ended up making almost 4 meals from it! Amazing! I ordered the Mutton biryani and was given raita on the side. During the evenings you can see the chefs making fresh tandoori and garlic naan. Must try! Mmmmmm!!!!!

Yelp
Great buffet selection. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. All round everything was great.
