"Bb’s restaurant and bar is known for upscale dinners and approachable lunches on the edge of downtown Jacksonville. Every Tuesday during lunch the restaurant features a rotating burger special, that’s a meant to be a surprise until diners arrive. In the past the chef has created dishes like a ribeye burger with truffle aioli, havarti cheese, and arugula, and a ribeye burger with truffle aioli, sautéed onions, and deep fried mushrooms, all of which are served parmesan herb fries to make for a classic combo." - Megan duBois

We had a great experience here for my birthday lunch. As an appetizer we got the pizza. My daughter got the open faced crab cake sandwich I got the grilled fish BLT and my husband got the Mediterranean salad. At the end of the meal we all shared one of their delicious pieces of raspberry and white chocolate cake.

Great place! Food, service and lively atmosphere, all spectacular! Our group ordered, the crispy crab cakes, chicken mediterranean salad, prosciutto & warm goat cheese salad, fried green tomatoe BLT, and a stuffed mozzarella bruschetta (which was like nothing I’ve had before!) All very good. Waitstaff was super nice, quick and attentive. Plenty of parking too.

The pizza was definitely my favorite—it was so good! Everything I ordered tasted great. I got a small calamari salad, but the portion was way bigger than I expected. I also grabbed two slices of cake (not pictured), and they were delicious—not too sweet. My only complaint is that they sat us by the bar on a busy night. Someone did offer to move us, which I appreciated. The service was very good.

Google
We came to BB’s and it was the best find in Jacksonville. The food was incredible. We had the bistro steak with fries 10/10 and their main entree Salmon. Wow to say the least. The flavors were incredible. We both had a drink and they were really good.

Google
❤️Love their brunch had the chicken and waffles with a mimosa and hubby had the omelette. Tried their pizza before and that is also delicious. They have the best 🍰 cakes.

Google
Food was pretty good. Would have loved some goat cheese on the fried green tomatoes. Service was spotty. Started out great and tapered off as they got busy. The outdoor seating is great. Parking is limited. Crowd can be on the snotty side.

Google
We ordered a cake from BBs for a rehearsal dinner held elsewhere. They made a beautiful cake and it was so tasty too! Plus they delivered for a very small, reasonable fee which made the day much easier for me. Special thanks to Jessica who provided such great communication throughout!

We went there for lunch. My salmon salad was very good. The salmon was cooked just right and the lettuce was fresh. My husband’s French fries were not hot, so we asked the waiter and he was very kind to give us hot ones. They were good. My son was very satisfied with his chicken and waffles too. We took a piece of cappuccino moose cake. It was amazing. Not too sweet and the bottom crust was slightly salty. It was perfect.

Yelp
Grilled salmon salad is the best in town! Very large portion but extremely tasty! I only made it half way through the salad before calling it a quits but it was absolutely delicious and nicely executed. For an appetizer, my friend and I got the salmon dip and shrimp lollipops. The server made every recommendation and we loved it all! Service was fast when we when for lunch during the weekday in the afternoon. You can make a reservation quickly online.

Yelp
A group of 7 of us went for lunch and had a reservation so we were seated immediately. However nothing on the menu appealed to me so I didn't eat (I'm also undergoing chemotherapy and the 27 health violations needing follow up were a major turn off). From the rest of the party, the food ordered received mixed reviews. Two of the party got slices of the tropical cake to go as they didn't have room for dessert. I did have a bite to taste and will say it was excellent. I definitely won't return until the health code violations have been rectified and then I'd only go for a slice of that cake. The two stars is due to a lack of anything that suited my taste and the 27 health code violations, that's worse than McDonalds.

Yelp
BB's is a STAPLE in my visits to Jacksonville. I don't believe I've ever had a dish here that was not well worth it. Everything is amazing! The staff is super nice and accommodating. The overall feel of the restaurant is inviting. Though this restaurant does get busy for brunch and dinner, there are pockets of times in which the crowds slow. In my most recent visit to BB's, I attended brunch for a friend's birthday around midday and the restaurant was not packed at all. In fact, there was still parking in their main lot - which is not always the case when I visit. I usually park across the street in the secondary lot or I carpool. However, we got to enjoy the best of both worlds, brunch and lunch, without the usual bustle of the crowd that usually comes on weekends. As for the food, I had their pancakes - which were super tasty and filling. My friend gave me her eggs - which I will admit I didn't care for. They needed some extra seasoning - so I made due with salt and pepper to spice them up a bit. I paired everything with a glass of Prosecco! All in all, the brunch was great! My friend got treated with a sweet treat for her birthday and we also shared and toasted with a birthday shot! Price points are reasonable. Some items do get a bit pricey but for the most part, there's numerous items on the menu that are affordable. I'll definitely be back. As I visit each time I visit Jacksonville. I also recommend to anyone I know visiting Jacksonville. BB's is really a great spot!! Can't wait to go again in the near future.

Yelp
The desserts tonight we're outstanding as always! The salted caramel cheesecake was light and Jessica (I believe that was her name and Dwight dress who gave us the rundown of all the desserts was phenomenal! She truly represented BB and the most positive way. The blueberry cobbler that my friend had he loved it and my other friend said that the in-season blueberry cake was moist and very light. The German chocolate cake looked outstanding and must've been good because this 9 year young lady ate 90% of it! Overall, it was great. The atmosphere was inviting. (The table next to us was exceptionally loud, but that's OK.) love the lighting.

Yelp
Downtowns slightly best kept secret! If we're going to the theater downtown, we always stop here for a great dinner before! It's such a cozy delightful charming environment. Great for lunch, date night or a great dinner. I've been here probably 11 times. I've never had a bad experience. The food is always on point, the service is good. And I just simply love the feel of the place inside. There's a quiet vibe of energy, but you can still hear each other talking. And the location is bar none if you're going downtown to do anything in the evening. They have a fabulous bar as well. This is my favorite dining established downtown other than the usual steakhouses. The menu explains itself. All I can tell you is that you will enjoy your experience here. I tried to make a reservation on Resy! But...reservations were not available, but they had a waitlist option on the app. And because of that we were able to walk right in when we got there. Park right at the restaurant. Walk right in. There's a separate bar area with bar tables and then a separate dining area. Can be casual or more dressy.

Yelp
Went to BB's for dinner with a friend. I was excited to try this restaurant. In fact, I had a hard time deciding what to order. We were there at the end of happy hour. It was bustling and kind of loud. My friend enjoyed her drink, called The End. The blackberry sangria was just okay to me. We shared the salmon dip as an appetizer. Very tasty! My friend ordered the chop chop salad, which had salad, noodles and an Asian dressing. She seemed to like it. I had a fried green tomato sandwich with bacon added. The sandwich was okay. I think the tomato needed seasoning but I really enjoyed the side Caesar salad. The desserts all looked amazing, but I settled on the croissant bread pudding, which was the highlight of my meal. Overall, I enjoyed myself and would go back, especially for dessert! The waitress was very helpful and accommodating.

John R.

Yelp
One thing is for sure... make a reservation. I did not have one, but thankfully there were enough free seats at the bar to make the visit possible. The bar is not that big, so don't rely on getting that lucky. The place itself is nice. Parking is easy. Service is super friendly and attentive. The grilled fish BLT - fresh daily choice fish, romaine lettuce, marinated tomatoes, roasted tomato-remoulade, applewood smoked bacon, was a nice option for dinner. I can't say I have seen something like it on a menu somewhere else! That, plus the meze platter with hummus - toasted naan, jalapeño chips, grilled baby carrots, green goddess, olive relish, was more than enough food. The side Caesar that the sandwich came with was great too. They had a good selection of canned local brews which was the perfect touch to an already wonderful experience here.

Yelp
The bar/restaurant is located downtown close to River walk. It is nice lively place. The host was welcoming and patient. The margaritas were delicious and tasty. I ordered two. The steak was and mashed potatoes were good. It was more food than plate. This is nice place for drinks and social time.

Shannette W.

Yelp
First time in for brunch with friends. Our server and manager were great and tried their best when I had to change my meal. But unfortunately mine and my boyfriends food were very salty.

Pauline W.

Yelp
First of all the service was impeccable!! We had the best service and our waitress was amazing which made our experience very good. Now I gave them 4 stars because the food was a bit of a let down. Nothing memorable. I got the duck confetti appetizer and the steak and eggs. The duck tasted overdone and super greasy. Just not the pleasant experience I was looking forward to. My eggs were under seasoned and blur and the steak was ok at best. The desert however was my really good. Overall not bad, just not memorable. I really wanted to love it though

Nolen F.

Yelp
Food here is amazing and they're open late night! Me and the wife come here almost anytime we get away and go out downtown.

Janice B.

Yelp
My husband and I went the night before Valentine's and this place deserves 100 stars. The service with Katie was amazing! The house managers checked on us at different times throughout the night. The food was so amazing from the bread to the gumbo to the short rib to their wide selection of cake. The ambiance is good, small and friendly. I am so happy we were able to try this place!

Charis W.

Yelp
Delicious food! On the pricier side but you get unique dishes and high quality service for it. Halibut with lobster cream sauce was delicious. Filet mignon was cooked to perfection on the kitchen's second attempt haha. Scallops were also perfect, but I do wish they were served with alongside a more substantial starch - they were only served on a bed of spinach. Food does take a bit of time to come out, so I recommend allotting a good 1.5-2hrs to eat dinner here.

Rebecca L.

Yelp
Recently, we had lunch at BB's to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Even though it was a Saturday and they were hopping, we were seated immediately, which was a lovely surprise. The menu included not just their normal lunch selections, but also some brunch options. I ordered the Steak & Eggs (brunch selection) with my eggs "over medium." My daughter and DH both ordered the Bistro Steak Sandwich. All of our entrees were delicious and well presented. We opted for dessert as well, since we were celebrating a birthday! We ordered three for the table, to share. We ordered: Pink Champagne Cake, the Oreo Mousse Pie and a Chocolate Mousse Cake. The Pink Champagne Cake & the Oreo Mousse Pie were the "winners!" All in all, a solid dining experience from this Jacksonville classic.

Gio P.

Yelp
I was in the area for a conference and ate here twice because it was close to the hotel. The food is great! I enjoyed everything I ordered. It's a small place and they were busy both times I went but I didn't have any problem getting a table. If you have a large number of people in your party, you will want to make a reservation. Check this place out, you won't be disappointed.

Bonnie Z.

Yelp
My husband and I visited BB's for dinner prior to catching a show downtown. We have eaten here many times. The service and food were fantastic. We started with HH cabernet and the calamari. We both had the lobster bisque which was on special. SO MUCH LOBSTER MEAT! Then we shared a TMB pizza which was very tasty. Our server was great and just attentive enough. The only part of the evening that we did not enjoy was the ambience. The place was very crowded ( as we expected on a Friday). Tables are way too close together. we were seated at a table for two next to a small partition that separated us from the bar area. many staff members bumped our table while walking past several times. the table on the other side of the partition was a large party and their server had to walk around us to serve both sides of that table. when taking their orders her backside was against my chair. We will return because we love the food but will ask to be seated in a different location.

On The Side O.

Yelp
Very impressed. The stuffed mozzarella bruschetta is absolutely delicious starter. Thick warm cheese stuff inside bread with lots of garlic, tomato's and pine nuts on top. Shared the lunch special of flank steak with broccolini and potato fingerlings. Steak was topped with a tasty chimichurri sauce and the sides seasoned to perfection. Wheatyn was an excellent server. She had our split meal brought on 2 separate plates. Made sharing not a hassle. Very attentive. Had been wanting to try this restaurant for years. Glad I did. Recommended!

Jessica S.

Yelp
Ambiance was very nice.. romantic... great for a date or night with friends/family. Staff was attentive and very nice. I did expect better for the food given the reviews but it was not as great as I had hoped. The white truffle pizza was good for the toppings but the crust was kind of stale. Like it wasn't crispy being it was thin like a flatbread. The calamari was all right too. Good but nothing special. I liked the Caesar salad and the rice balls were pretty good. Overall this isn't a bad place at all and a great place to dine!

Mateusz G.

Yelp
One of the best dinner, including dessert, places in JAX. Cheese board was off the charts so was the pork chop. If you love cheese as much as I do, you most definitely need to try all the cheeses, hehe. The vibe in this place is very cool so is the staff. Lastly their homemade cakes are just off the charts. If you are a sweet tooth they are a must-try!

Chanelle G.

Yelp
I love everything about BB's! We received outstanding service during this visit and our food was amazing. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken salad, which was very filling and flavorful. We also really enjoyed the Brussel sprouts, as the sauce on top really kicked them up a notch. This is a really nice spot for a date night or group outing. Definitely was a nice vibe in the space. The bartender also served us very well with a nice spin on the whiskey sour. Seriously one of the best cocktails I've had. Definitely making a visit back soon.

Julie O.

Yelp
I sat at the bar and Chris who has been there 18 years expertly suggested the crab cakes and the salmon salad. I was so full after that I didn't order the desserts - but they looked amazing. The crab cakes were amazing! Highly suggest and the salmon salad was delicious and super filling!

Rich B.

Yelp
I have dined at BB's periodically for over a decade. Although I have always enjoyed it, the food has been exceptional during my recent visits (all during lunch). The menu is vast, with both the brunch and main menus being available during weekend daytime hours. Lately I have been hooked on the fish and grits, which consists of the blackened catch of the day (most recently it was a delicious corvina) topped with a bacon marmalade (with legitimate chunks of bacon), cheese grits, and fried green tomatoes - this item is fantastic. BB's is no secret in Jacksonville but reservations are attainable - I would suggest calling even if no slots appear available online. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is vibrant, and the service is kind and patient. BB's is my go-to spot whenever I am in the area.

Norm C.

Yelp
This was a great spot for a bite and a drink. It was very crowded when I arrived around 7pm on a Monday. That was a hint this is a popular spot. I sat at the bar to get a seat. The menu had lots of choices and the wine selection was large. They have a well stocked bar and the bartenders were very busy making all manner of cocktails. I ordered a jambalaya pizza and an old fashioned. Both were amazingly good. The decor was modern and comfortable. It was a little loud but that was mostly because the space is tight and was full. Bree the bartender who took care of me was friendly and efficient. Overall a great meal and experience. Make sure you try this place

Anita T.

Yelp
This is a cute, contemporary little restaurant with friendly servers, solid food, and a large selection of desserts. Usually at restaurants you might have 3-5 choices but I think there were at least 12 ( including many types of delicious cakes). We came later in the evening for appetizers and drinks. There are two sections, a bar area with table seating, and a dining area. There is a large wine and drink selection. Waiter was extremely attentive. The crispy Brussels had an Asian flavor and the dish was plentiful-to me it was entree sized. We got fresh popovers with our Brussels. When I asked about desserts, the waiter pointed to the case and rattled off all of the numerous desserts. We opted for bread pudding, that was heated and served with vanilla ice cream. Yummy. When in Jax again, we will have to go back to BB's

L.C V.

Yelp
I know I'm supposed to review just one dessert or make a suggestion but bro. Bbs has the best local sweets. The cabinet is so cute. From bread pudding which was never my fave but now an absolute craving for me after bbs to something more rich. I think of BBs and my mouth just waters I found it by accident and wish I'd found it sooner!

Andy A.

Yelp
Had beef tenderloin sandwich. Meat so tough couldn't even eat one piece. Other person had pizza. Had whole cloves of garlic on it. Food just disgusting.

Brian V.

Yelp
Still remember the great meal I got last time at BB's more than a year ago and I had to give them a second visit while I'm visiting Jacksonville. Not surprising they are ranked #1 in Jacksonville for dinner restaurants. Very classy decor and relaxed setting. My last was amazing and I didn't even order an entree. This visit, I stuck with the menu and ordered the crispy crab cake app. It was served with salad with vinegrette dressing and a remoulade sauce. I enjoyed the flavors in the light starter I also ordered a Sure, why not! to drink. It was a bit on the sweet side for a dinner drink but tasty nonetheless. For an entree I ordered the halibut that is served with lobster potato risole and green beans. The red pepper sauce made all the flavor meld together very well. The crunch of the green beans and the lightly crisp halibut made for an outstanding entree. I couldn't leave without visiting the dessert display! Oreo Mousse was the first one that caught me eye! It reminded me of my wife's Oreo cookie dessert which is always a crowd pleaser. There was not a drop left of my meal. I thoroughly enjoyed BB's for the second time. Best place in Jacksonville. 5 stars all the way! Cheers!

Alicia H.

Yelp
BB's is my go to place for a celebration. I have so many fond memories here! Where to start?

Liz P.

Yelp
I came here today when in town on business - some of my family lives in the area and they chose this restaurant for us, we were going to go to a steakhouse down the street but unfortunately it's not open on Mondays. We had a 7:00 p.m. reservation but had to wait about 10 minutes because the party who was at our table was taking a while. It was apparently half off wine night tonight so three of us ordered a glass of wine each - I liked that there were wine suggestions with each menu pairing, because I ended up ordering the Cabernet that the steak I ordered was paired with. The presentation of all of our meals was great. I had the cocoa rub filet because it's served with a strawberry chocolate demi-glace which sounded really intriguing. The steak was good but I didn't think the sauce really tasted like it had chocolate in it. One of our party has a gluten allergy so she discussed the menu with the waitress, and ended up getting a filet; unfortunately the waitress brought the ribeye instead so she had to take it back. Otherwise everything was very good and I would return here. I did think the steak was pricey, at $53, but I'm not sure of the restaurant prices here in the area; the ribeye was $48 so almost the same price, and looked good (someone in our party got that too, and another got the salmon, which was also plated nicely).

Tracy D.

Yelp
If you find yourself seeking out a delicious meal at a restaurant who serves a bit later in the evening try BB's. We arrived after 9PM and were graciously welcomed. Our waitress was great and had excellent recommendations. We started with the duck appetizer, had the Mediterranean salad and Warm goat cheese salad and finished with a pumpkin cheesecake...everything was exceptional!!

Julia H.

Yelp
I almost gave four stars because we did have a bit of an extended wait time, but the service and food were so worth it. The brussel sprouts were some kind of soy savory deliciousness. the lamb was amazing on its own but the greens and starches were flavorful on another level. my husband had the halibut and said he would have licked the plate if we were at home. soooo good

Sarah M.

Yelp
Great lunch spot! Today was my first time in but I've had the bread pudding before which is AMAZING! We got the bruschetta and sandwiches. The Ancho Turkey sandwich was delicious but the winner of the show was the dessert. We got the bread pudding and the Oreo mousse cake. For someone who usually gets sweet tea, I feel I need to share that they only serve a flavored unsweetened tea. Our server offered simple syrup with it and it was actually quite good. Service was just okay since we had to wait for refills multiple times but everyone was very friendly. It is a little pricy if you're getting an app and dessert but some of the portions are large enough to share. I took half of my sandwich home to save room for dessert. It's a small place tucked out of the way on Hendricks but the inside is very nice. There are a few tables outside with umbrellas. We sat inside and our only complaint was that it was quite chilly. Parking is limited so plan for that.

Jonathan C.

Yelp
A really cool atmosphere, server was nice, made accommodations for the food which was great. The food itself was decent, just a little bit too salty. Had the fish and grits but added shrimp. The swordfish was a bit tough, but presentation was nice. I'd want to try something else next timer to get a better feel if the place.

Kristen H.

Yelp
Birthday dessert, I read on here this is the hometown spot for desserts and indeed it is. They have seasonal and regulars. I narrowed it down to three and will leave Florida knowing I missed out on the other two sigh. But the espresso mousse was sensational. No one uses that word anymore. It was though. I forgot to blow out my candle because I wanted a nice photo, hopefully that will reverse my luck this year since this past year has been stressful. But definitely recommend just coming for a dessert at least. There is bound to be something you like. Expensive yes, worth it, also yes.

Chris C.

Yelp
Celebrating our anniversary this evening and could not ask for a better evening. Hailey was our server and knew the food and desserts all from memory. The ambiance matches the food or is it the other way around? Decor reminds me of fine dining when people would dress up and be served food that was value for money. BB's food is worth the money as well as the comfort of fine dining that is not pretentious. Pork chop was juicy and tender with an apricot chutney and pistachio encrusted. The snapper was cooked to a perfect crisp outside and yet fresh and moist inside.

Joey P.

Yelp
While in town for business, we stopped in for an early dinner at BB's. The food was fantastic and the service was great as well. Highly recommend!

Blair C.

Yelp
BB's. I would consider this a hidden gem because I would've never located it on my own lol. It is a small, intimate very classy looking restaurant. We came for a Saturday brunch with my mother and grandmother who are from the west coast. The shrimp lollipops were absolutely amazing. I regret not ordering 10 rounds lol. I'd go back just for those. We had a limited menu since it was Saturday so it wasn't the standard brunch menu, however, we did order the shrimp and grits as well as one of the sandwiches. The food was delicious, some of the best shrimp and grits my mother has had and the service was wonderful. I'd definitely like to go back for Sunday brunch. The only thing I was a little iffy on was how close the tables were seated together, not much elbow room and I'm a slim lady lol.

Mary B.

Yelp
I purchased a coconut cake for my friend's birthday because it is her favorite. BB's did not disappoint. We sampled coconut cake from various other bakeries and this was the best. I appreciated being able to order online. It was so easy, and they were so helpful when I came to pick it up.

Laura A.

Yelp
Food and drinks are always fantastic. We loved the Asian flavors with the calamari appetizer, but I think having the slaw and sauce separate would help keep all the calamari pieces crispy. The Call for Fall, a delicious bourbon drink with a brown sugared rim and toasted marshmallows. My salad was amazing with sourdough croutons stuffed with goat cheese, sliced prosciutto, candied walnuts, dates and it was perfectly dressed. My husband ordered the jambalaya pizza and loved it. Service was great, although not sure how a restaurant can run out of water glasses so we had no water at the table for what seemed to be too long. If I could improve anything, I would not have tables so close together, it's hard to not feel like you are sitting with people at other tables. Too full from our meal, my husband couldn't resist the cake tour and we brought a slice of the salted caramel cake home to enjoy later. The cake itself was moist and I was happily surprised that the salted caramel frosting was not overly sweet. The food is always 5 stars at bb's.

Liz H.

Yelp
First time to BB's. I can say for sure there will be a second time. Really polite and professional staff. We went for lunch on a Sunday. My husband ordered a Bloody Mary and it was one of the best he's had, he said. I enjoyed a lovely Chardonnay. There Version on a Chinese Chicken salad was good, not great. My husband ordered then flatbread pizza with sausage on it and delicious it was. Dinner next visit. Loved the place

Erica B.

Yelp
Delicious lunch spot! Service was great, kitchen was super fast and ambience was great for lunch. Busy but tables were well spaced out so you could easily converse with your table without having to yell over the noise. In and out within an hour!

Alysia M.

Yelp
Very calm and warm ambiance! Great food and dessert and I always have welcoming service when I go. Perfect for a nightcap or next location for date night or a girls' night out.

Khay W.

Yelp
Food. Service. Drinks. Vibes. This place never disappoints as they always add a nice spin to their dishes. I met up with a friend for Brunch on a Sunday. It wasn't overly crowded and the service was great. We even spoke with one of the managers , who helped us with our meal selections. On the weekends, they serve the brunch menu, but you can also have the lunch menu if that's what your heart desires. Honestly, there were great options on both! We started off with the fried green tomatoes! Sooo good! Then we had the steak sandwich and fish and grits, accompanied by peach bellinis. Both were delicious and did not leave anything to be desired! We will be back!

Tommy S.

Yelp
I love coming here, the location is close by the food customer service and the vibe is always very good

Brian D.

Yelp
BB's is always a great experience. Wonderful food, a quaint atmosphere and great staff. We've been here several times and would come more often except it is a bit of a drive for us. We often hit this place up when we have an event in the downtown area. One of the great things is that they are open pretty late. This works out great as we usually don't have reservations and pop in there later in the evening. It is still often pretty crowded. The food choices are often a bit different than other places in town. Each are delicious and special. They have an excellent wine list. And their dessert selection is one of the best in town.

Scott S.

Yelp
It was a Friday night and my wife and I had a show at Florida Theater so we wanted to check out a new spot. We walked in and realized we'd be before but it had been a couple years. We had a reservation and they sat us at the very first table as soon as you walk in. That was a little disappointing it not a big deal. My wife ordered the ribeye with mashed potatoes and fried Mac n cheese. My wife never finishes her dinner so I thought I'd get something small so I could help her with hers. I ordered the salmon salad. The cheese bread with sweet butter they serve is excellent. Those didn't last long. The Salmon salad was very good and a large portion. I didn't really have any room to help with the ribeye. The Mac n cheese was deep fried balls. I tried a bite but I wasn't impressed. My wife really liked them. I did try 1 bite of the steak. I thought it was okay. It was a pretty thin cut which doesn't usually turn out well. My wife got a Gran Marnier orange flavored cake. I got the peanut butter cheese cake. My cake was much lighter than I expected a cheese cake to be. It was good but it could have used a little more flavor. I'm sure we'll be back again.

Mia R.

Yelp
BB's is a great lil spot for brunch, which is exactly what we had for my visit here! I was in town and my friend/coworker brought us here and it did not disappoint! Small but upscale, BB's has a great atmosphere and menu to match. I had the fish and grits & my friend had the salmon cake benedict. Both were so good but I loved the fish & grits a bit more, but will admit that I'm a little biased since I love savory grits. Of course, it's not brunch without drinks so I had a bellini and it was the perfect addition to this meal!

Yelp
Great intimate setting. The food is pretty solid. Great place to swing in for some dessert and a drink too.

Yelp
I stumbled upon this place before a Jags game and decided to give it a shot. We arrived with a party of 2 (no reservation) around 11:00 AM. We were sat immediately at a table. After that, we waited almost 15 minutes until we were acknowledged for waters and drinks. Our food came out quickly once we finally got to order. The salmon dip was good, up until my last bite which had what appears to be mold on the bell pepper. The service was so slow that it wasn't even worth it to say anything, as it was time to leave to make it to the football game. The salad was alright, but how can you even screw up a caesar salad? I more than likely will not be returning here.
