Let me tell you this place is wonderful as well as the perfect for myself and my daughter. The leasing staff was so nice and my daughter was allowed to get as many bags of chips as she wanted to keep her occupied. Jennifer was really nice and so plesant during the tour. She explained all the ins and outs of the property and good places to eat as well as schools in the area for my daughter. We will be putting in a application ASAP. The model u it was very laid out and spacious as I work from home 3 days a week....I LOVE IT!!!!! Be Mesa a hidden gem!

I came here today for a tour and Lanna was very friendly and helpful while she was showing me the model. When I came into the leasing office I felt very welcomed and comfortable by everyone in the office and I felt like they actually cared about me and my experience. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in need of a one bedroom or teo bedroom apartment!

We have been living here for about 2 years now and to be honest we have been very satisfied with everything, they are always taking care of anything we need. The Office staff are super nice ! And Jenny the manager is awesome! She helps us out with anything we are having problems with thank you so much Jenny and staff members 😌

Be Mesa staff have been *extremely* responsive and accommodating during the move-in process. The grounds and amenities look like they are well taken care of, and the apartments are recently renovated. I'm very impressed so far, and my girlfriend and I are very excited to make this our new home!

Marcus has been a huge help around the complex. He’s always quick to respond to maintenance requests and gets the job done right the first time. He’s professional, friendly, and takes pride in his work, I really appreciate having someone so dependable on the maintenance team!

Hey there! I've been living in this area for quite a while and am currently on the hunt for a new place to call home. Last week, I stopped by this property to gather some info and ended up taking an awesome tour with Brianna. She was super friendly, professional, and really took the time to answer all my questions. She made me feel so welcome and made the whole process really smooth and quick. If you're thinking about renting an apartment, I definitely recommend reaching out to her—she’s great!

I’ve been here a while now, and it’s been a really positive experience. The property is well-maintained, and the environment feels calm and welcoming. The staff is approachable and quick to respond if something needs attention. Will helped out with a plumbing issue in our unit—not only did he handle it efficiently, but he also made sure everything else was working as it should. I often see him around the community taking care of the grounds and checking in with residents. He always has a friendly attitude. Overall, it’s a quiet, clean place to live, and I’m glad I chose to move here.

I moved in with my husband and daughter roughly a month ago, and my stay has been nothing short of excellent. The leasing staff is warm and accommodating, and any maintenance requests are handled without delay. Will recently dropped by to sort out a leaky kitchen faucet—he was polite, quick on the job, and double-checked that everything else in the unit was in order before heading out. I frequently spot him around the property sprucing things up and offering a friendly wave. The community itself is spotless and pleasantly quiet. If you’re hunting for a comfortable place to live, I’d gladly point you here.

OMG -- 2 years of 24/7 pounding stomping noise from the neighbors above-- lived here for over a year and right after I signed another year lease ( stupid me) the property manager told Me I no longer have a assigned parking spot -- and kept charging me for one-- the neighbors above smoke so much pot that I had to seal off the exhaust fan vents because the smells transfers into my condo--Non stop all night parties in the pool-- loud pounding music drunk people everywhere-- found a guy taking a piss by my door one night- and tonight the smell of burning fentanyl filled the air. What a damn joke living here -- save yourself don't live here -- soon I will have safe normal living again .. Propery management does nothing !

The office team is great and I live the apartments! The location is fantastic too - so close to everything!

I wanna start by saying thank you Jenni your Amazing it felt so comfortable to talk to you. I toured this community for a family member moving to the area. The Manager, Jennifer was pleasant to talk to . This community has great floor plans, and the location is centrally located around home style living , if you are looking to be close to entertainment there is plenty around the area .I can't for my family to move in .

The lady that works there, Greta, is so nice and fun. She does a good job and cares about her tenants and always has a smile.

Where to begin...maybe with before we even moved in. We toured in the fall of 2022 and moved in October 2022. We were looking for a reasonable 2 bed 2 bath to save up money and thought this would be a nice place with them completing a renovation. Boy we're we ever so wrong. Before we even moved in my boyfriend called two days before our original move in date to confirm what time we could pick up the keys at the office. And guess what they said! "The unit isn't ready the team is still working on some last minute items". EXCUSE ME, two days before our move in date WE had to call YOU to find out that we can't even move in on a date that we signed papers for? That should have been the first warning sign. Or maybe the painted over qtip in my bathroom should have been the second warning sign? Or perhaps in the 6 months we've been here the turnover of 5 office staff should have also been a red flag. After moving in a week later and getting settled our upstairs neighbors kept getting into fights late at night or early morning. They got so bad that we had to call in a domestic disturbance to the police multiple times. These neighbors also had a small dog that went to the bathroom outside on the patio and the pee dripped onto ours below. Literally so disgusting. So after multiple complaints and sleepless nights the neighbors above us were kicked out. You would think this is where it gets better but it actually gets much worse. There was about a months span of time around December that no one lived above us and it was fine. Then this family with a toddler and a baby moved in above us. They watch TV with their bass on all night long which keeps us awake. They yell profanities at their toddler which is bone chilling. I have never met this family but we know the toddlers name and age from how loud this woman screams at her son. They're are absolutely mentally abusing that child. From January to April we complained at least once a week and sent videos in the middle of the night from their TV only for them to say in March that the videos "won't hold up in court" so they can't be used and in this time they've only sent one warning to those neighbors. My boyfriend slept on the couch from February to May and I went back and forth from the bed to the couch depending on the night. We've even taken turns sleeping in the closet. We even tried banging on the ceiling for the neighbors to turn their TV down and you know what! The office had the audacity to send me a noise complaint. The lack of sleep I've gotten here has quite literally driven me mad and had to seek out medical assistance. The lack of sleep I got because of these neighbors affected my work life, personal life and health. We have a sleep number bed that tracks your sleep cycles and when you get out of bed, toss and turn, etc but I guess that's not enough "evidence" for this place. One of our biggest draws to live here was the free unassigned parking. They're now enforcing paid assigned parking to everyone. If you are looking for a place to live where the office doesn't listen you you, could not careless about how lack of sleep is affecting your mental health, landlord special paint, your maintenance orders take a month to be completed, a park nearby with crackheads getting arrested once a week and the neighbors are disrespectful to both you and their children this is the place for you! If I could go back in time I would never step foot in this place and I'll tell whoever asks about how terrible this property is and Greystar as a whole is. If you're moving into apartment 2039 good luck and Godspeed to your mental health sleeping 4 hours a night. At this point there's nothing Greystar can do to remedy this. I wish this company nothing but the worst, as well as the manager of this complex, Jen, who doesn't know how to respond to an email or can provide any solutions other than calling the cops. What a waste of resources, calling the cops on my neighbors once a week when you can just send the neighbors a noise warning like the last manager did. Leigh was the only person that ended up being helpful in the end and she's the Assistant Manager. Be Mesa preaches wellness and healthy lifestyles but this is worst I've ever lived in and though we had to pay to break the lease we are so much happier now with more expensive rent just to be in a quiet home. Avoid this apartment at all costs, the low rent is not worth your sleep and quality of life.

Great location and great staff! Maintenance is very fast and helpful. My favorite part is the bathtub, great for soaking.

We lived a living nightmare for 2 years. Please do yourself a favor and do not consider making this place your home. Or any grey star community. Management is non existent and when they manage to reply or answer the phones they are beyond disrespectful and condescending. Forget about corporate. I've actually never received a correspondents from them. They disregard noise complaints no matter how extensive. Our neighbors tormented us for almost a year and they did NOTHING about it. another Upstairs neighbor would flush out her birdcages on to my patio, ruining my furniture and making it not a place you wanted to be, and they did NOTHING about it. We once lived without a master sink for 4 months. They tried to make us pay for it. Then we had a broken ac unit in the middle of summer July-august 2023. No compensation or reimbursement on rent. They simply don't care about trespassers and or your safety. They completely disregard sections in the lease agreement but expect you to abide by. Speaking of the lease I would recommend reading very carefully, because these people are actual scammers.. they have loaded explanations in very small sections to make it very hard for someone to understand they are getting screwed over ..here we are now moved out and expecting our deposit back. We deep cleaned, Patched up and painted ALL holes or scuffs. We left our unit impeccable. Other than normal wear in tear, again we lived there for 2 years. We get a 327$ bill for carpet replacement 71$ for paint, 200$ for a cleaning fee.. its honestly laughable. Is says no where In the lease you are responsible. I agree all those things need to be replaced, but again how does that not fall under normal wear and tear??? In my experience they get replaced NOT at my expense. And now after taking our whole deposit, we have a balance???!!?? thinking about giving them any more of our hard earned money makes me sick. Can't wait to close this horrible chapter. GOOD LUCK

This apartment complex is like no other. The office staff really treat me like family. Ive never been so happy to be here. My favorite is David Sanchez in the office.

If you like living with property management that lies to cover there own butts this is the place for you, total lack of communication between employees and zero communication from management to tenant. they change the rules to fit what works best for them with no regard to tenants . let's not forget the condensing tone from management to. If all this sounds great to you the Be Mesa is the place to be oh just wait till summer the homeless are everywhere here. Using drugs ( Isee. It with my own eyes) using the pool to take a bath and sleeping in the common areas.

DON'T MOVE HERE!! This place is a trap! When we found this place it looked like a promising community. We signed our lease then greystar took over shortly after. They canceled the security team, they had to give us a different apartment because ours wasn't ready on move in day. The apartment they gave us was still unfinished. The closet's had no place to hang clothes, cabinets were not painted, the tubs were stained and cracking and the carpets had bleach marks. We were told we'd be getting a newly remolded unit but it was far from it. They use cheap finishings and cut all the corners. If you try to get something fixed the maintenance will show up two weeks after your claim, and then tell you it's either a job for the remodel team or they will put you on a list for third party contract work. Either way it's not getting done. They just drag it on hoping you forget. We tried getting our dryer fixed two months in and nothing was ever done because they claimed someone had to come clean out the vents and we would be put on list (never came). The area is sketchy, between used rigs and dog poop the area is very dirty. Homeless walk through everyday and set up under all the gazebos. Our dog caught giarihia at the dog park twice because it is covered in dog waste. We finally had enough 6 months in when someone tried to break into our apartment. I caught it all on a doorbell camera and the cops said there was nothing they could do because they weren't able to make it in. We tried to break our lease but they said there was nothing they could do. The next day we got an email about some ideas for community improvement and I was hoping to see maybe something along the lines of rehiring security or making it gated, but no it was for steam shower heads and making every spot a paid spot. Anyway to squeeze more money out of their renters. The office is disorganized and is a revolving door for employees. There is only one thing they all have in common besides their inability to get stuff done, they don't live in the community. That alone is all you need to know. 0 stars would be a compliment.

ZERO ZERO ZERO, NEGATIVE A MILLION. This place is your classic landlord special, lipstick on a pig complex. You live in the ghetto with homeless people walking through the apartments, we've literally had our unit downstairs filled with squatters at one point, cars being broken into, trash being left in the sewers by the dog park. ROACH AND MOLD INFESTATIONS. Please people if you care for your health and safety DO NOT LIVE HERE. Counting down the days until I leave. We had pigeons in our vents for who knows how long, our floors have dips in them, ceiling has squishy spots, our ac in our unit leaks so there's a possible mold growth in the carpets as well even though we've mentioned multiple times to maintenance about it. We moved in and it was filthy, no cleaning done whatsoever, our walls were yellow where we could see yellow lines dripping down, the cabinets have hair painted over them. We moved in 2 years ago, didn't have any parking it was a free for all which is great I don't mind at all, this place got sold 2 times within our lease and now they're charging for each parking spot! They'll nickel and dime you for every tiny little thing, we first signed our lease for 1250, now our lease is 1350 but we pay over 1500 from every added on fee. This place is not a luxury apartment and will never be a luxury apartment.

Ive lived at be Mesa for a little over a year! Happy to call it my home. As long as Leigh is here, I think it's a great place to live! She's the BEST & has made any process run smoother. She really cares & is great at communicating, and making sure things get done!! I live in a 2x2 newly renovated apartment. The reason for 4 stars is because it's not a gated community, and I don't feel the safest walking around.

I have lived in 4 states in the last 3 years and as many apartments, this is the worst of the worst. When we arrived last April after numerous emails back and forth with the complex to ensure our unit would be ready, we moved across country only to find that it not only wasn't ready for us, there was no flooring, no mirrors, and no counters. We agreed with the former manager (they have switched this position at least 4 times within our lease) to stay at a hotel until it was done and in return get a credit on our account. The credit vanished completely 2 months after our move in because the complex decided to switch payment mediums and no longer use the initial one provided to us. After multiple attempts to view our ledger and see where our money, as well as the initial "move in special" amount went (which also just disappeared) we gave up. On top of that, the apartment is ridiculous, a whole year with still no mirrors, no closet doors, and a management/maintenance staff that ignores almost all requests for help. Halfway through our lease we had to call the police because squatters were living in the vacated apartment across from us, which was left unlocked and unmonitored after it's "renovation". There was evidence of fecal matter, and urine on the floors and walls and intravenous drug use according to the police. Children lived just below us. When brought to the managements attention there was no apology, no accountability and in fact we were told "we have a lot of empty apartments, it's bound to happen". When our new place contacted them for verification, they ignored it continuously until we physically went in to the office to tell them to email/call them back. They are negligent, lazy, rude and greedy. There isn't enough space to write all the details of what they've done but the list goes on and on. I paid $1700/month to live somewhere worse then a seedy motel. I promise if you move here you will regret it, just don't.

Absolutely HORRID apartments! Save yourself a nightmare and DO NOT MOVE HERE! There are just too many bad tings to list about this place...... let's start with the quality of the management. I don't know if they are still there but there is/was one with a name like Yahira or something like that, she was an absolute liar. She would tell you one thing and later tell you something else (has done this countless times) and has NO care or concern for any of the tenants. Then there was the other one who had red hair who never seemed to know what she was talking about or knew how to answer ANY questions.... then there was one who I think might've actually gotten fired because she was terrible too, I believe her name was Nicole, very rude girl. Now the apartments themselves... I saw other reviews and yes, it is true. The walls ARE paper thin. I literally heard my bottom neighbors SNORING very night, I am NOT kidding!!! Talk about no privacy. When I moved in, I never got a mirror to one of my bathrooms so I had to use one of my own for the bathroom sink mirror... the cabinets were falling off the hinges, roaches getting through the vents.... Lord, am I glad I am GONE! There's a lot more but my fingers are getting tired lol but PLEASE, I am warning you of this place! Not even worth 1 star.
