This is literally the whole-in-the-wall pizza joint! But, the pizza is good. Plenty of cheese. Expensive. A large cheese was $25 and soda cans are $3 as of July 2025. Two chairs “inside”, but it’s completely open to the outside so don’t expect AC. Owner/ Operator was polite. If you’re just looking to grab a pie or some slices, this is your no frills option and I’d say, Get Some!

Google
Funny lively entertainment staff, great spot to have a slice of pizza and people watch the bar goers. Someone compared to NY style pizza and I totally disagree. It’s a bit thicker with different toppings, no plain cheese but a fancier version with garlic and ricotta. Still tasty but not NYC.

Free Nation

Google
Employee there refused to serve me. I just got on the beach and she insinuated that it was closed, I walk back and she’s serving other people pizza. It was 1:30pm Please hire better employees, it’s costing you money

Google
Had a slice of cheese and slice of bacon that I forgot to take a picture of. The actual of amount of bacon on the pizza was pretty pathetic but the quality of the pizza was great. Was a really thin crust and a really good price of $4 dollars per slice. Right on the beach so you can walk from the ocean and grab something quick to eat.

Google
$23 for 3 slices of pizza and I'm guessing they raised the prices due to it being after leaving the bar and maybe making the most. These are not $7 slices. All in all...it is what it is...right?

Google
Awful pizza. Paper thin and just tastes like grease. The worker who served us was extremely rude and did not speak English very well. For some reason she was refusing to give me a box for the pizza. She handed me scalding hot pizza that was dripping with grease on a tiny flimsy paper plate while I was carrying my infant son with one arm and managing my three year old daughter with the other hand. Not family friendly. Will not be going back

Burnette Books

Google
$20 for 2 slices and 2 can of soda. No menu or prices displayed. Customer service not good, lady does not use gloves to put cheese on pizza after handling register.

Google
Management must have changed at this place. This was pizza spot used to be a staple for us but wow things have changed. Flimsy average slices of Pizza now being charged $10 per slice. The night I went, every customer was appalled by the price including myself. Will Not be coming back. I definitely prefer how it used to be.

Yelp
My husband loves pizza so we decided to try this place while in the LOOP. He got an undercooked cold slice of cheese pizza. For the modest price of almost $8 !!! Terrible, overpriced tourist trap. Not recommended

Joe V.

Yelp
If your looking for a real New York tasting Pizza try this place been there a number of times always great taste bring me back to NYC Good job guys beach pizza Lauderdale by the sea

Yelp
I wanted to try this pizza. Once I get an idea in my head....I have to try the food! Anyway, we got here right at 11am when they open. The owner or manager says give me 15 minutes. It is the day after Tortuga Festival. Ok.... Well at about 11:30 they were finally ready to take our order. We waited about 15 minutes and got our slices. It costs $4 for a slice so very fair for being by the beach. I am judging this place on the pizza and not for having to wait. The pizza is ok. It is not bad at all and not fantastic. Right in the middle. They do have a wide variety of toppings but I just wanted to taste the pizza without thr extras..I doubt I will be back but would do do if I really wanted pizza since pizza choices are limited in this area.

Yelp
Used to be a real pizzeria with good NY-style pizza -- some of the best around. But there must be new owners because I was really disappointed last time I stopped there. The inside is different and the pizza is terrible now. Basically frozen pizza -- way too thick, too much cheese and hardly any sauce. And they serve it with sides of pepperoni, shredded mozzarella cheese (NOT grated parmesan), and pineapple on the side. Pineapple! Used to be a favorite after the beach and a few beers at the Elbo Room, but I won't be stopping there anymore. Skip it. Don't waste your money.

Pat M.

Yelp
They would only accept cash payment and then over charged. When confronted with this they blamed it on tax amount. When asked to add up the amount and proven wrong they acted very apologetic. Very obvious that they tried to take advantage of what they thought was an intoxicated patron when the price did not match their posted prices.

Yelp
I believe every 1 star. I don't even know if the guy I was speaking to spoke any language on this planet. I asked for garlic rolls. He said he didn't have garlic rolls, but could slather some on a slice of pizza. I then asked for a mushroom pizza. He didn't have that either, but could slather some garlic on a slice of pizza. Um, how about olives? Nope. He gave me the exact same answer. My husband said prior to me stepping into his 4ft by 4ft shop, he was outside with a fishing pole. Attached to the line was a dollar bill. My husband thought he was fishing for drunk people. Needless to say, we left as fast as we could.

Yelp
After a date night at Pixar Putt we walked across the street to find something quick to eat. We saw this pizza place with music blasting and people waiting out front. It seemed like such a fun spot to order a slice of pizza. We didn't wait long and the man who took our order was so fun and outgoing! The pizza pies were all laid out behind him and they looked AMAZING! They were thick and cheesy and he was NOT shy with the pepperoni. I totally recommend this spot if you're in the area! It's fun and casual. Please excuse the already bitten pizza pic, LOL.
google avatar

Eddie S.

Yelp
Terrible. This place must have had a change of ownership or something in the past year, as now it's not even really a pizza place, but rather a tourist trap that preys on drunk people coming from the bars. The inside has been closed off and they put a big speaker outside to play music while people pay $8/slice for terrible reheated pizza slices.

Yelp
Pizza joint just off the Ft. Lauderdale beach on Las Olas. I needed a quick bite and this was a good choice. The pizza was very good. Beer was cold. I would stop here again if I was in the area.
google avatar

Annie W.

Yelp
Really good pizza! Stopped in and got a slice of cheese pizza to go, halfway back to my hotel, I took a bite and wished I had ordered two! They had sandwiches and burritos on the menu also. You can order whole pizzas or they have a few different kinds you can order by the slice. A slice of cheese pizza was only $4. I will definitely visit again the next time I'm in Fort Lauderdale!
google avatar

Marissa J.

Yelp
Order slices of pizza, pepperoni and cheese Pizza was hot and tasty. Fast service close to the beach
google avatar

Yelp
5 Stars for location, 3 Stars for Pizza Quality, 1 Star for over the top rude service. This place was once a decent spot for pizza. Unfortunately, the place has gone downhill due to loss of consistency, cleanliness. Definitely do not place an order online through any apps and definitely do not expect them to delivery. When you pickup, expect to pay more and be yelled at if they made a mistake with your order. Sometimes, they'll even add a tip onto your card for the hassle. Can't believe anyone would allow their business to operate so poorly. Not everyone is a one and done tourist! I suggest going to Primanti Brothers pizza for a pie or slice just north 1-2 miles on A1A and Sunrise Blvd.

Nate F.

Yelp
Place needs some help. Pizza came out burnt and smelled bad. Didn't even try and tossed in the garbage. They have a captive audience but that is no excuse for terrible food
google avatar

Nick V.

Yelp
Still a staple for my wife and I when we go to Ft. Laudy. What was I thinking giving this place 4 stars earlier?! 5-star pizza. Dave Portnoy needs to jump on this.

Sammy W.

Yelp
Works shirtless, has no doors on the business and bugs and rats get inside. They were shut down by the health department for insects in the food, bugs and rats in the business. The owner has physically fought customers asking for refunds. The place is dirty and had roaches in the dough.

Georgia R.

Yelp
The woman working up front was very rude, even though I was just coming up to pick up my online order. Don't go to this trashy establishment. Do yourself a favor and find a better pizza place a block away. EDIT: just opened my food and they missed half of the ingredients on our sandwich 0/10

John H.

Yelp
They say that even when pizza is bad, it's still good. . .Thanks to beach pizza I now know this to be false. I was served a soggy, tired, and generally disgusting slice of pizza. Never again.

Lll L.

Yelp
this place concerns me. The owner got aggressive with me when I asked where my order was. they operate under a fake name on Uber eats. they scam so many people and this place should be shut down. I got scammed out of $50
google avatar

Dani H.

Yelp
I'm from Philly and this is the best pizza in FLL that is like the northeast. Seriously. Yum.

Yelp
I thought I was in college again last night stepping into Beach Pizza. There's nothing like a slice of pizza when you went out drinking all night. The pizza here was delicious, large portion size,And of course right off the beach. I love a staff that can tolerate a bunch of drunk queens late at night. Definitely a place to stop at.

Devasia D.

Yelp
The OWNER Louis, is awful. He allowed a burnt pizza to be sent out for delivery and when we called to inform him. He quite literally said "I don't care it's not my problem." The service is clearly not customer oriented, and the pizza is inedible. What a waste of money. Don't go here. Trashy owner and trashy food.
google avatar

Latisha W.

Yelp
I ordered this pizza for the kiddos since I eat gluten free primarily. They loved it and the serving size was great for the price.
google avatar

Adam D.

Yelp
The garlic knot was better than the pizza, sadly. But nothing compared to how high the staff was, on who knows what drugs. The cashier demonstrated just barely enough motor skills to ring up our order, though despite her needing about 5 minutes to do so, she miraculously got it right. This is hands down only the kind of place I went to in the first place and would only ever go back to if I were out drinking late next door at Elbo Room.

Josh A.

Yelp
We had a large order for our group of 25, they promptly made the pizzas, which are giant. They offered red peppers, cheese, and plates. Pizza tasted great. And for the leftovers, even after 4 days in the fridge they were delicious, so you know they used good ingredients. One thing I forgot to mention, as tight as the roadways are in this part of town, they have an open lane right in front that was super duper helpful in loading 5 giant pizzas in the car. It would have sucked to walk all that food blocks away at the nearest parking.

Rocco S.

Yelp
This is one of the worst slices I've ever had. Used to be a decent slice prior to ownership change. It's awful. If your want a slice they grab an old piece from the fridge and toss it in oven. This is not an Italian owned place. Won't be fooled again. Suspect out of business within 3 months. If not for Elbo room would have zero business. They need to wise up and serve well. Never again for me and I'll tell all I know not to go. Gross. Suspect foreign owed. This ain't how we eat pizza !!!!!

Yelp
Hands-down best New York/Philadelphia style pizza I've seen on the Florida coast line!!!

Yelp
The cashier and chef tonight were so great! We called in an order to pick up, then got stuck in traffic and had to postpone our pickup by ~30 minutes -- they were super accommodating though, which was so kind of them. They had a fun attitude when I came to pick it up as well, which made it an even better experience. The pizza is gigantic and delicious, and they gave us a bag full of plates, napkins, and condiments without us having to ask for it. I also tried one of their chocolate chip cookies which was really good :)

Jonathan F.

Yelp
New owners, place is absolutely terrible now! Pizza that I had in middle school was significantly better than this place!

Amit H.

Yelp
Saw the owner being nasty with another customer definitely not recommended. Horrible experience!

Aiyana M.

Yelp
Service was absolutely awful. The workers are extremely rude and they do not abide by health safety protocol. They were handling cash and food without changing gloves, and refused to change gloves when asked. After asking for a glove change they told us if we don't like their service to get out. Will not ever be coming back. I understand being busy as someone who works in the restaurant industry, but there is NO excuse for not following health safety precautions especially during a pandemic.

Yelp
We found this little spot one late night while hanging out by Ft. Lauderdale Beach. The vibe was live and entertaining in the area and we were hungry but didn't want to sit down at a restaurant. After driving around for a little while enjoying the scenery and view from the nearby bars we found Beach Pizza down one of the side streets where loud music was coming from. The music wasn't coming from the Beach Pizza but from a bar that is located on the corner where a lot of people were hanging out. Beach Pizza was playing some reggae when we walked in, the lights were dim, and the people were friendly. It was a bit crowded but only had a few people in the store. It's a small place with only a few bars that line up against the window and one table that barely fits between the bar stool and the counter where you have to place your orders. The pizza looked good sitting behind the glass window but I was concerned that it had been sitting there long and might not taste good. We ordered a fresh cheese pizza pie that we only had to wait about ten minutes for which gave us some time to hang outside and feel out the place. I wouldn't choose to dine in here because it's small and didn't feel comfortable enough that I would enjoy my meal. I like their prices, the pizza is pretty affordable and I was very pleased with how it tasted.

Amanda K.

Yelp
This was the best pizza we had in Fort Lauderdale! Hot, fresh, cooked perfectly. You can order by the slice and get almost immediately. We did a cheese and meat lovers, both were great. Super friendly staff. Very happy.
google avatar

Josie W.

Yelp
why is zero stars not an option? no need for a menu. they just serve whatever they have. not kind. not accommodating. NOT GOOD. the place sucks! I won't be back.
google avatar

Wade S.

Yelp
Fuck you for stealing my money. These people accepted my order on Ubereats and then somehow still got my money and I didn't get my food. By far the worst restaurant on the las olas strip.
google avatar

Shelley T.

Yelp
Pretty good pizza. We go again. We ordered our own fresh made. Always better that way. Sauce and cheese were tasty. We asked them to make it a little extra crispy. Reasonable $18 for large cheese pizza.

Kevin G.

Yelp
$9 dollars for frozen pizza slice. Put out live karaoke to mask the bad pizza. primetime spot on Las Olas but what a shame that they let this place go to waste. I may not make it until 2024.
google avatar

Rob R.

Yelp
If I could do a half a star I would. First off the woman who took our order messed our order and then was a total C*** about it. As can be seen from my photo how can you mistake a "cheese steak" for a chicken sub... I understand things happen but don't be rude when you are called out on it and then blame me. A professional does not use the terms "sweetie" and "honey" when speaking to customers, the only level headed person we could speak with was Brian I believe he was the manger. Even though Brian was able to give us a complete refund, I still don't recommend ordering from here as you can see from the quality of staff they have I can only wonder what the quality of food would be. Steer far from here

Ethan B.

Yelp
Food was some Ohio za, Iil bro would rather party than make decent pizza. Was the low point of the vacation!!!! AVOID!

Ron P.

Yelp
Called Wed June 16th to find out pricing on pizza and length of time for it to be ready for pickup. my conversation with the person/lady/girl on the phone went like this: Me: Hi what are your price for a pizza pies, how many people do they serve and time it takes for it to be ready? Her: What? Me: (I repeat what i said above) and she cuts me off Her: Our large size cheese pizza serve upto 8 slices and they are $21 and there's an additional charge of $3 per topping. Me: great I'll order two large size pies please. One regular cheese and one pepperoni. How long before it's ready for pickup. Her: about 35 minutes. Me: oh ok I need to do something else then and will call you when I can order again with more time. Her: pauses and then says "Are you stupid?" (while laughing and someone on the other end saying "ohhhh" and hangs up

Yelp
You shouldn't expect much for a pizza place on the beach but I expected a little better. Pizza was made to order which was a pro since it came out hot, or at least 90% of it did (the sauce was room temp toward the bottom of the slice). The pizza was definitely not the best I've ever had, almost no flavor. But the amount of ingredients was balanced nicely. The individual who took my order has literally zero customer service skills but the young lady who gave us our pizza balanced it out by being really great! I mean I wouldn't say you shouldn't come here, but I'm not saying you should.
google avatar

Ana P.

Yelp
This pizza is so horrible. The veggies on top were completely raw,, after they took forever and messed up my order. I think the only way you would enjoy this pizza is if you are drunk.
google avatar

David F.

Yelp
So I know Florida isn't really known for pizza but as far pizza goes that was pretty shitty. Ordered two slices of supreme; pizza came out burnt, toppings weren't fresh, and marinara sauce was kind of flat. I think the only bright point was that they didn't overdo it on the mozzarella.

Herman M.

Yelp
The pizza was good, the lady in the front is very rude. Not even the minimal effort to provide a good customer experience.
google avatar

Ed S.

Yelp
We got a large cheese pizza it was about 22$ it's a average pie.. the lady in the front was really friendly gave us plates and napkins. A bit over priced but it's understandable because it's a beach location.
google avatar

Ryan E.

Yelp
First couple slices came out very burnt, which was upsetting considering its +4 dollars a slice. Got two more and requested them lightly cooked after we threw the slices in the trash right in front of owner. Wouldve been nice if they comped the first two or atleast one. Second round of slices were okay.
google avatar

Adam M.

Yelp
Beach pizza gives you exactly what you should expect - it's not going to wow you, but it won't/shouldn't disappoint if your expectations are reasonable. Here's what it does have going for it - big slices. I picked up two of the meat lovers for lunch and probably only needed one. It's quick, easy, and good enough. Mine came out of the pizza oven a little crispier than I would've preferred, but all in all it was fine. I'm guessing it's even better around 1am. Don't overthink it, it's pizza and it's fine. They did have a reasonable number of options to fit most tastes.
google avatar

Rosanna F.

Yelp
Honestly do not recommend. The dough is plain, no flavor, only the toppings added a slight flavor to it. Went to this place based on other reviews I saw on google, but for me it deserves no more than 2 stars.

Joann T.

Yelp
The pizza was delicious!!! Fresh pizza huge NYC style slices of pizza. Employees were super nice. Will be back again.

Matthew P.

Yelp
The first words coming out of the front ladys mouth were rude. The guy working there seemed like a nice guy but the lady is what ruins this place.
