I'll write this review in the same amount of time I spent at Beach Pizza.... About three minutes.
Not since "Dress Barn" and "Hooters" have there been a more obvious-named business than this place. It's pizza, at the beach. Inexpensive/fast pizza (whole or by the slice). And apparently, besides pizza, you can get a salad, hot or cold sub sandwich, burritos, hot dogs and hamburgers. But I wouldn't know about those. It's not called "Beach Hot Dogs", you know.
It's another one of those places around snowbird-y South Florida that looks like they transplanted it straight from the Northeast. Just your little neighborhood pizzeria. I folded my slice, eating while walking back to my hotel. Nice crispy crust, with a good gluten-y chew. The slices with toppings looked good, but I just went with cheese. For $3, I thought it was a decent deal. I didn't need a slice with toppings for twice that. And their open pretty late (12:30am, or 3am weekends), offering a much better option than crappy room service.
They're around the corner from the A1A, on Las Olas, behind the Elbo Room. If you see signs on the A1A sidewalk for pizza by the slice, it's probably pointing you to the the nearby Spazio Express, not Beach Pizza. Go with Beach Pizza.
