Absolutely love having a protein shake/ smoothie place in this quaint little area. Our own apartment neighborhood I like to say. Service is phenomenal, very sweet staff, and right inside the Club Studio Fitness Club, so go ahead and get your workout in while you’re at it! What could be better though? Longer hours, closing at 2pm on a Friday hurts! And also, they’re a bit overpriced. $12 for a single shake. But I guess that’s Arlington for you.

I love these smoothies! I'm grateful they have a location in the Arlington Club Studio, but I belong to Tyson's and really wish they had one there. Someone do something about this please!! Okay they have lots of different smoothies and they're all delicious. I've been trying them one by one and haven't had a bad one yet. Good, clean ingredients, packed with protein and extremely filling. Some of my favorites are the Live Beaming, grateful greens, and daydreamer.

Beaming is a little smoothie bar (offering lots more) located immediately inside of Club Studio. Some highlights: - you don't need to be a member of the gym to order from here. - if you are a member, you can order ahead to time your treat so it's ready when you are. - parking (for the entire facility) is street or garage parking located at the intersection of 35th st s and s clark st, or s Clark and Richmond highway (depending on what street you come in from.) - offers more than just smoothies! Fresh açaí bowls and coffees as well. - has a selection of protein snacks like protein water, shakes, and grab and go snacks. - has an app to build rewards! $5 off first order of $20+. My personal favorites are the Breakfast Bliss (tastes like the most delicious granola bar minus the mess) ((pro top: ask for added honey.)) I also love the sunset glow, pictured with my review. Smoothies and bowls and coffees are crafted by lovely staff so be patient and kind! They are the best.

The ingredients are so fresh, tasty, and the Strawberry shortcake flavor is my favorite! Highly recommend trying that one first

I tried the Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie. It was okay! It was not what I expected but it was not necessarily bad. It had a nice strawberry flavor and the coconut and cashew gave it a creamy texture. It leaned more towards a "healthy" flavor which I should've expected lol. It is definitely not overly sweet. It wasn't bad by any means but not that indulgent strawberry shortcake flavor I was hoping for.

got the strawberry shortcake today and loved it! looks like an Erewhon dupe and taste like a strawberry shortcake but it's not super sweet. I ordered on the app on the treadmill, and it was ready in 8 minutes :)

$15 for a smoothie that wasn't blended properly. Photo shows the large chunks left at the end, but it seemed like it had barely been blended.

This matcha is really good. Not too sweet or bitter and has a nutty flavor. Also, service is really fast and area is very clean.
