A trendsetting store with top-notch products. At first glance, the staff seem friendly, but for those who understand Japanese, their conversations reveal a less welcoming attitude than expected. As a reputable brand actively expanding internationally, I hope to see improvements in this aspect to maintain its strong reputation and positive word-of-mouth.

Beams Plus line up the American Japanese style fashion (and a little bit of vintage element in my opinion).
Suitable for both formal and casual occasions, most importantly- Japan made.
The staffs are polite, helpful and friendly. I’m impressed with their attitude, really appreciate their recommendations.

I had a great shopping experience at BEAMS+ Harajuku, thanks to the friendly staff, Mr. Sudo. He was incredibly helpful and polite, making it easy to find what I was looking for. He made a great effort to communicate and assist me, which I really appreciated. His dedication and friendly attitude made my visit even better.

The store is smaller than I thought. The atmosphere of the store is neat. I wanted to buy a 3-button jacket, but I was disappointed that I couldn't find it.

It's just the best selection of threads in Harajuku. Every piece I buy feels like it'll last forever, staff friendly, sizing accurate, and price reasonable for the quality.
I always treat this as a highlight of my Tokyo trips, great place.

It's right next to the regular BEAMS, so check where you're going.
I went the other day to buy some sweaters. The clerk was patient and did his best to help me in English. I appreciated that. He wrapped and bagged my items with care as well.
The store is small but the selection is good. Fashion appears to be more understated than the regular BEAMS, with a focus on quality (often natural) materials. There is a mirror/dressing room area in the back.
