my iced dalgona latte was alright, not the best espresso not the worst. the delicious breakfast platter made up for it though, and it is pricey, but SO worth it. not pictured but i also got an ube milk tea, which was great and very flavorful. the cafe itself is very beautiful and comfy, i was here with my friends for hours. staff is nice and helpful :) this place is a must-visit for breakfast lovers!!

I love this place for the welcoming friendly vibe, playlist, spaciousness and availability of outlets! However if you plan to do work here, outlet seats are limited so I'd recommend charging up beforehand. Their matcha is great quality and the baristas always steam the milk so well! One of my favorite matchas in Queens. I also received the cutest matcha with a bunny from my barista Josh today!

I went here today while I was waiting for my car to get an oil change. I sat working on my laptop for 2 hours. It was great. The acai bowl was really good, plenty of seating, quiet. I wish this was closer to me because I would go all the time.

Everything about this place 10/10. Coffee selection, employees, ambiance, pastries, beer+wine and food! Such an aesthetically pleasing place. Perfect place to sit and get work done. They even have board games! The decor is a vibe. They have a cute little section in the corner where you can play vinyls. In house made ice cream! One of my favorite things to order is the Kyoto cold brew, the process to make it is so cool and they’ll explain it to you. The manager and baristas are always so sweet and welcoming (never got their names) but always so great to see and be served by them. My favorite place to go for coffee! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This coffee shop is more like a coworking place. Lots of seating, small tables, long tables, bar tables. The wooden long bench is also very nice to relax on. The drinks are as expected.

Cute place….they have typical cafe beverages and also wine and beer. It was a bit disappointing that their kitchen was closed when we visited so we could not try any of their sandwiches. They did have ice cream and pastries available for purchase…I tried the black sesame and milk soft serve ice cream which was good, not overly sweet…definitely more of an umami taste than I expected but still tasted like dessert. The teas I tried were nothing special. Atmosphere is chill and casual…service was ok!

This is a great coffee shop for studying, tho if you really need to concentrate, I'd recommend bringing headphones. While the food is a bit pricier, the ambiance is fantastic! They have all sorts of chairs to choose from, plenty of cushions, and even adjustable standing desks, which makes it very comfortable. If the owners happen to see this, I'd suggest replacing one specific table that has some peeling veneer 😭 it just doesn't look very good. Otherwise, everything else is lovely. Their restrooms are also very clean, and there are even two mirrors inside to admire yourself! ❤️Throughout the afternoon, I saw many people comfortably studying, working, and chatting here. Thx to the wifi service 🥳

Great spot to study, work, or simply enjoy a really good cup of coffee/food whether you’re by yourself or with friends/family. The space has two large tables and even board games if you’re in the mood for something fun. Their black sesame and organic milk soft-serve ice creams are absolutely delicious! Would go back just for their ice cream!

Nice coffee spot to sit down with a good read or if you need to work on your laptop. The back wall is decorated by vinyl, lots of seating. There's even some classic games/toys towards the front table for family/kids to enjoy. I like their rose latte. Price is on the higher side but reasonable given the nice environment. Food is OK.

Decent Café, but Not My Favorite After enjoying some delicious beef noodle soup, we wanted a spot to relax with tea and coffee. This café was nearby, so we decided to stop in. Food: 3/5 I ordered an açaí bowl and a large tea, while my husband got a cappuccino. I was disappointed that my tea came in a paper cup, affecting the taste, while my husband got a proper cup for his drink. My açaí bowl was small and served in a plastic to-go container, even though I had mentioned dining in. It was decent but nothing special. My husband thought the cappuccino was just okay--not one of his favorites. Service: 3/5 This is a self-service café, so you order at the counter and find your own seat. Our order took longer than expected due to some confusion. Seating was also limited, so we had to share a small table despite the café not being overly crowded. The space has a nice atmosphere, good for studying, but overall, it's not a place I'd rush back to.

Cute cafe, definitely a good place to study or get some work done. The workers there are super nice and I got the red bean bingsoo which I thought was kinda small but pretty good and an affogato. They also have small board games to play so could be a nice hangout place. I think some of the items are a bit pricey but overall definitely a place I would come and study/work!

Cute cafe that serves food and brunch. They only have one sized drinks and my vanilla latte was great...not overly sweet and no hint of bitterness. Bravo! I'll be back just because of that reason alone. The iced mocha latte was great as well.....not overly sweet or syrupy. Mix of couches and benches and tables to park oneself. Only thing that I could do without was the booming music.

I loved this cafe. It was so spacious and quiet. Lots of pastries and drinks to try. I especially liked the tall soft serve ice cream. You pay at the register and pick up your order. I saw lots of people with devices working. Seems like a great place to get work done as well. I'll be back soon.

Previously known as White Noise, this cafe has the same vibe and interior as the previous cafe. There is metered parking available and some street parking available as well. I came with a friend to get some affogato and decided to get the original Espresso Affogato. We were originally going to get one each: Espresso Affogato & Matcha Afforgato. The staff working there suggested to us that it might be better to share as the affogato was shareable. I appreciated the honesty because we definitely wouldn't have been able to finish both of them by ourselves. The affogato was delicious and the only regret I had was not getting an extra shot of espresso. There was plenty of seatings and quite a few customers who were doing their work at the cafe. I'm interested in trying the other items on the menu the next time I visit.

Cool coffee/ beer place to hangout at with friends. They have a large open space with tables to enjoy your drinks and play games, sectioned area for music, cozy coach area to sit and chat... You can order coffee and snacks in the right corner of the room. The barista will call your name/number when the drink or food is ready. Beer on tap and peanuts against the back walk. Our group had a great time playing games while drinking. Good place to relax and have fun!!!

Love the hip and young communal vibe. Just got some refreshing drinks. Arnold Palmer was on point. Precisely but it's quality. They sell pastries from Balthazar. It doesn't get better than that in Flushing. Go there.

Stopped in here while waiting to get in at Parksanbal next door. I tried a large oat milk latte with an extra shot, and it was solid. They have a full kitchen and lots of seating - nice spot to hang!

Cafe by day, bar by night. Open until late and offers plenty of seating to do work on your laptop or play the various board games they have out. It's self service, order by the counter and clean up after yourself when you're done. They have coffee, tea, food, soft serve and beer on tap. This place is always filled with people no matter the hour of the day!

Hotspot in Queens with street parking. Spacious and clean with very nice baristas who prepared my lavender oat milk latte. When's the last time you saw vinyls? Had them in the back of the cafe along with some board games. Stay awhile and enjoy some hangout time!

A really nice, modern cafe that we stumbled across, Beans & Malt is one of those cafes you wouldn't find unless you're looking for it. We popped in to check it out and were surprised by how spacious it is. I was excited about the flavored lattes and ordered a Rose Latte. The latte wasn't too bad but wasn't anything to knock my socks off either. The flavoring was fairly mild, which was nice because it didn't have an artifical rose taste that I've had at other spots. The service was fairly quick - the staff was nice enough to sub oat milk in my latte. Overall, this is a really cute spot for hanging out with friends and has very relaxed vibes. I recommend popping by if you're in the area and looking for a chill spot to hang out.

We were waiting for a table at a lunch spot nearby and were drawn in by the "$5 beer all day" sign. Turns out, this only applies to Stella (and it was a fairly small glass of Stella). I ordered one of the IPAs they had listed but after a lot of searching, this was not available so switched to a different Finback beer (most of the beers were Finback, which we like generally). The place itself is huge and has lots of options in terms of seating if you're looking to do work or study, which if I lived nearby would probably take advantage of. My only regret is not asking the workers why they all have rubber ducks attached to their hats, so it will forever be a mystery.

This has to be the most aesthetic cafe in Queens. I've been here when it was the previous cafe and it wasn't that great. I was waiting for my nail appointment one morning and needed coffee. So I stopped by and was pleasantly surprised at their update. The food menu is pretty solid. I decided on an egg and cheese sandwich with an almond milk cappuccino. Both were delicious, but the sandwich was so well made. I don't like sun dried tomatoes, but the eggs just had a hint of them mixed in. The brioche was so buttery and light. The cappuccino was well made, but the coffee itself was a little bitter (and I like my coffee on the bolder side). I also found out that they serve Finback beer on tap and cans, plus wine! I'll definitely come back to have happy hour here!

Stopped by Bean & Malt and tried the matcha affogato, it was definitely good, smooth matcha with a nice balance of flavors. That said, it did feel a bit pricey for what it is. But honestly, that's kind of the trend with coffee shops in NYC lately.. everything's getting a little ridiculous with pricing. Still, the vibe here is nice and the quality is solid, so I'd come back to try more from their menu when I'm in the area.

This is one of my most favorite places to chill and relax. The atmosphere is very peaceful, warm and relaxing. I always have a very nice Cold Brew and a sandwich. The drinks are refreshing and the food is very good. What I am very impressed is the outstanding service. The staff is very attentive, kind and friendly.

I remember a previous reincarnation of this cafe, which had this trying-to-be-hip exposed concrete and industrial look that was not very cozy. Beans & Malt does still try to look hip, but it is much more inviting than it used to be, with plenty of plush seating and even some games to pass time. It's a really interesting concept, as the cafe works as a brunch spot, a chill cafe, and a lowkey spot for happy hour. We were here for an afternoon coffee chat, but most of our group ordered an affogato. The matcha affogato, which I tried, was surprisingly delicious. There was an ample heap of good quality soft serve ice cream. A thick and flavorful matcha shot was laid upon it. The bitter and green flavor of the matcha just goes so well with the creamy and sweet ice cream. I had a cortado as well. It was a little stronger than I had expected, but the drink was presented beautifully. It did get a little busier towards the end of the visit, and we were a large group, so there was a little confusion with our orders. However, the staff was so helpful sorting it all out and gave us free crackers, apologizing profusely for not having any free peanuts out. I'm not a huge beer drinker, but maybe once the summer comes, I'll be by to try food and drinks here!

I wish I could give a higher rating since the interior would've been the perfect ambiance to work from home considering all the tables and outlets they offered. However the drinks and food were left to be desired. Yogurt parfait 3/10- kinda shook that this small cup was $10 with mostly granola, strawberry jam, and little amount of fruit... Iced matcha latte 2/10- definitely not ceremonial grade matcha and it was still served pretty grainy. it also comes automatically sweetened (?) so i had to ask for it to be remade, barista was very kind though. i wouldnt be choosing to come here considering all the other great cafes flushing has to offer!

Ok this place is nice to sit and chill or do some work, but their drinks are expensive and not enough value. Got a large ice latte but the amount of latte in there was probably 4 ounces or so, took like 4 sips and basically done. $8 for regular drink, $10 if you wanna add a extra shot

The coffee is exceptional! Came in wanting a good cup of coffee and wasn't disappointed. They were very friendly and had lots of options for our drinks. They also offer some great sandwiches in a nice modern style shop that also offers a Fin Back Beer Bar with lots of seating area to chill at.

Beans & Malt took over the old White Noise space & conveniently, it was 2 blocks away from where I was having dinner with some girlfriends. We headed over after filling our bellies for some dessert & even at night, service was still good. We ordered an affogato soft serve, along with a black sesame soft serve. Boy, were they both delish! Thanks for the post-dinner noms!

The cafe is cute and it's a great place to study. It's spacious and plenty of seating. If I lived in Flushing, I'd go there every day to study or read. They have wifi and the password is provided next to the register. My friend ordered an Americano and I had an iced caramel latte. Even though I've asked for less ice, there was a lot of massive sized ice.. The latte was delicious so I can't complain. You can find metered parking on the street. it's easier to download the app and just reload. You can also find free parking around the side streets.

Be aware! They have old price list which I understand it's not easy to update bc it's made like a sign in plastic. But, in that case they have to keep updated menu(printed) by counter or let people know about price difference. $1-$2 difference is ok. But, they have an ice cream which said $9 and I got charged $14 and they don't normally give the receipt unless you ask. I ended up to paid $10more. I realized something wrong so came back and complained. They don't care. Make sure the price before you order!!!

Wish I could give a ZERO star. Ordered a large iced americano. It legit tastes like water with hint of coffee. Even the color is like iced tea. I asked a guy to remake it or add another shot. He said he would charge for adding another shot. I mean who would order water like an Americano ?? VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Beans & Malt replaced its predecessor White Noise Coffee Co., and I love what they've done with the space. It's cute, it's clean, it's hip-- brightly lit at the front, dimly lit towards the back, and adorned with greenery here and there. We ordered two drinks and sat for a bit, and although the service was amazing, it's the drinks that we're not too impressed by. * Hot Matcha Latte $5.50 We substituted almond milk for whole milk for $1 more, and that was literally all I could taste. I was also expecting latte art, and I guess not seeing that was furthermore disappointing. * Hot Macchiato $4.00 Strong and bold, with a subtle sweetness and touch of creaminess. I stayed with whole milk for this one, because $1 more for a splash of oat, almond, or soy? No thank you, I'll pass. **If you enjoy their drinks, be sure to take a loyalty card! 10 stamps for a free drink.

I was a little confused since I was actually searching for White Noise Coffee but it looks like this is the new place. The decor is extremely interesting, more on the modern side. The place is pretty large so there is more than enough space for those working and those just trying to find a place for a nice cup of coffee or glass of beer. I like that there are tables that are laptop free so that there are more than enough seats. They had $5 draft beer specials when I came by. I've never seen a combo like this (coffee, beer, food and soft serve) all in one spot but it's a fresh concept. I wasn't a huge fan of the coffee. I usually go for black coffee but wanted to try something new so I went for the Vanilla Bean Latte. It was literally 75% milk and 20% syrup. I didn't get any hint of coffee. Maybe since coffee isn't the focus here anymore, I should've expected less.

Great spot to chat or work in due to the lovely wall art, great coffee with tasty pastries, and great customer service. My first time here after my second day of visiting Texas from New York, and I'm satisfied.

Love the vibe, peaceful to work and enjoy a latte. They really do need to expand their food menu. Other similar businesses have done so and get more of a crowd, stay longer, shop. That would be my advice as a hospitality manager

Beans & Malt replaced White Noise, which was a bit of a surprise for me since I'm not in this area often. But the name change and slight decor modifications seem to be the biggest noticeable changes. The seating is still plentiful and spacious, and makes for a great spot for catching up or getting some work done. Menu options still provide a good variety for drinks & quick bites. I've tried the london fog latte, drip coffee, and strawberry mint fritz. London fog latte was decent, drip coffee was good, and the strawberry fritz was super tasty (but contained SO much ice). Service is quick & friendly - no complaints here!

One of the few cafes open late! Large and spacious interior. Got the organic milk and black sesame mixed soft serve and an iced latte. Soft serve was not too sweet but also not that creamy, definitely could use some fat in their dairy ingredient. Iced latte was okay.

Formerly White Noise. Not too sure what happened there but the space is pretty much the same - plenty of open seating; airy space - not an expansive menu but the added option for beer (hence, the malt). But also much of the same - bland service where the staff are just so lukewarm. The space was designed for good vibes but that's not what you get from the staff. They act like they're doing YOU a big favor despite the us shelling out crazy inflated prices for average brews that aren't even filled fully in the cup. (Plus, dude got our order wrong and no apology or remedy - but we couldn't be bothered, so we didn't even start with all that nonsense.) The only reason I'm even giving 3 stars is because their soft serve is delicious - but at $10 a serving. Seriously, businesses really need to take a lesson : what is with the CRAPPY attitudes that are becoming so common and accepted as the norm? Please humans! Do better!

Ordered a rose latte and lavender latte, it was just purely coffee for both of them, neither had any rose or lavender flavor. Service is pretty standard. Ambiance is nice. They have a lot of seating and it seems like a good place to lounge out for a bit, or work at. There are also boardgames.

Excellent spot for coffee or beer, welcoming environment, plenty of seating and spacious. I like the selection of coffee and plant alternative milks. I will be returning to try the ice cream. It looked delicious. Nice place for a large hangout, they have large table and board games as well

The ambiance is amazing for a work time grind. Their hours are extensive, which I appreciate as a late night worker. The food options are nice, however, there is not much variation.

This place is my favorite community cafe. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and the coffee is strong and good! But honestly I cannot help gush more about the staff! They make me and my kids feel like family! It also helps that the food and ice cream here are absolutely delicious! The avocado toast was so flavorful and the two eggs bacon and croissant is honestly such a good deal and huge! Don't get me started on the black sesame milk ice cream mix! Omg it is sooooooo good and huge! I ate the whole thing in one sitting and is totally worth the price! This place also sells beer at night and the cloud IPA was really refreshing and light! The space is beautiful and large and can accommodate large groups! The music is always good and they usually have a kids movie on the wall that is being projected. My kids love it bc there are board games available for them to play as we sit and enjoy our coffee! Love this place!

Great atmosphere, service, and quality of food. We had the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and the smoked salmon sandwich and both were amazing! On the pricier side.

It was good. Atmosphere was nice. Good barista. Mocha latte and black sesame soft serve were really good.
