Google
Love this store. Great selection and helpful staff to narrow down the options. I nowadays do delivery which has a low threshold for free shipping, and with local delivery, always comes either same day or next.

Google
Disappointed in the customer service. I purchased a Breville portafilter through them at full price on June 21st only for it to go on sale the next week. I asked for a price adjustment on June 25, since it was $28+tax cheaper - 4 days after purchase. They said there was nothing they could do to honour the new price. Since I used the portafilter if I return and repurchase, they would take a 25% restock fee... Won't be shopping here again there are better places to get coffee + accessories.

Google
Huge store with excellent customer service and huge variety of coffee beans, tea and related products. The owner was very pleasant and friendly and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to loads of friends.

Google
Awesome place to get your coffee syrup and coffee blend. I always take long time here because they have so many syrup flavors, especially sugar free options. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have always come here for coffee syrup, fruit flavor syrup to spice up my summer lemonade

Google
I can never find the syrups I want - until now. I’m not sure about the price because I don’t have that much to compare it to but the selection is awesome. The have mainly Keurig pods. (I have a Nespresso machine so you won’t find anything for Nespresso at this outlet) Picked up some loose One Love Marley packets for .35 cents. So cheap especially for testers pouches! Great variety of coffee accessories, mugs, spoons you name it and you can do coffee tasting. Walked in the store and there was some freshly made. The smell was amazing. Great experience. Would def go back or pop in if I was in the area!

Google
Signage on windows for Beanwise indicate its an outlet store. It's definitely NOT an outlet. This is deceiving!. Prices and coffee cost more than regular priced premium coffee sold at the grocery store and its no better. Small clearance rack has some items for ok price but it's expired. Plastic Reusable k-cup costs 3x what amazon sells for. Staff is overly helpful to the point of pesky. No deals here.

Google
I love this place so much. The staff is very nice and they always have a great selection of different Keurig cups. They always have different sauces for your coffee and for regular beverages. And I like how they have these seasonal themed syrups for your coffees.

Google
Every flavour you can possible think of, they have a coffee bean for it. You won’t be disappointed. You will be brewing and impressing any friends you have over to try your coffee. And the staff here are so kind, they’ll help you out if you don’t know which to buy.

Yelp
A friend of mine recommended Beanwise at this location on O'connor to me, during the darker times of life In the beginning of my hot coffee drinking days I was obsessed with K-cups and trying to explore other options then what you can find on the shelf locally. The self serve area for K-cup's is something to be seen, it's absolutely no joke everything they have to offer, and one of my favorite things, they offer a discount if you get a "case" amount of cups. They don't only just do coffee, they do tea's, syrups, coffee machines and a variety of accessories. Service here was great and friendly, was approached almost instantly by a lady behind the counter, was asked about what I was after, and I was shown the section I needed to be in, I was also asked on cashing out if I wanted my coffee ground. There is a lot of things here I wouldn't be able to experience, as it's not just coffee, as impressive as the K-cup selection is in size and variety, the name Beanwise would lead me to believe it's just coffee. I really loathe that items are locked up at this location as well, I'm not sure if something happened to make this happen, but if this location was busy, it would be a nightmare to try and find someone with the key if you wanted blue mountain coffee for example this location is also, completely in the east end, which coming from the west end of Toronto, this is not easy to get to from the highway, or even by transit either, shared parking lot is less then ideal, and in my visiting this location, it was completely empty with no one else here decent store, great service, a nightmare to get to, expensive coffee is locked up would visit if in the neighborhood, would not go out of my way.

Yelp
I have ordered my green coffee here before to roast at home .The service was good and the price is reasonable and competitive.

Yelp
Supercool shop! Flavour shots, k-cups, green coffee beans, roasted beans, machines, loose tea and more. It's cool because with the selection of flavored loose leaf teas, you can smell them. They've got everything here. A lot of options and at reasonable prices.

Yelp
This is the best place to find anything you want for coffee and also tea and the young ladies that work there are quite delightful informative I enjoy going

Yelp
Definitely a hidden gem but will go back for more! So many selections and the staff are all friendly and know their products well! Would recommend this location is you want to get basics or specialties for both coffee and tea.

Yelp
The first time I went to Bean Wise was only because I happened to be in the neighbourhood, but I am so glad I went in. Now, I don't buy my coffee beans anywhere else. There is a large selection of coffee from around the world, with helpful descriptions of flavour profile, plus so many flavoured coffees that taste in no way artificial. Some of my favs are maple cream, chocolate peanut butter, snickerdoodle & pina colada. The price point is great too. Definitely cheaper than Starbucks. I work in an office, and like most offices the coffee was notoriously bad. I'm so accustomed to amazing coffee at home that I couldn't deal with the maxwell house dredge that was offered at work so I took it upon myself to buy a big bag of beans at Bean wise, which they kindly pre ground for me, and restock the office. Every single person who has tried the coffee has remarked on how delicious it is, and a few have visited the store because they wanted to up their coffee game at home. 10/10 If you love coffee, this spot is worth a visit.

Yelp
I own a Keurig machine and really love trying new coffees, but I've been hesitant to buy anything I haven't already tried. What if it sucks? Then I'm stuck with a whole box of crappy coffee - not to mention I've wasted money. Enter Beanwise. I think I heard the coffee angels sing when I walked in and saw the wall of coffee pods. Any type/flavour I've ever heard of, and lots I haven't - all available as singles! They can be a bit pricey if you buy a lot of them (.74 ea) but still a bargain if you buy one and discover it's just hot garbage. Then you've only wasted 74 cents instead of $10-$20 on a whole box. A couple of years ago, I discovered Timothy's Winter Carnival coffee and I've been hooked ever since. Sadly, it's only ever been available (you guessed it) in the winter - and even then, I'd never seen it in any stores other than online. I beelined right to the Timothy's section and, voila! There it was. I grabbed the last two boxes. I also grabbed a bunch of singles of different types I'd never seen before. Although I don't use sugar in my coffee, I do enjoy flavoured coffee. Some have been good, some not, but I'm enjoying my mornings a little more these days. The service was exceptional, too. Super friendly staff, very helpful and took the time to explain their membership and promos. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars, is that I felt their prices were not really outlet prices. Very similar to what I saw in the grocery store for some brands. But the selection is well worth the trip here. They've got a Black Friday sale on this weekend so I'm going to have to make another trip to stock up for winter.

Yelp
Everything you need if you're a Keurig, Nespresso or traditional drip coffee lover. Beanwise seriously has such a vast selection of Non-Nespresso band pods (which actually taste really good, I usually buy the Davidoff and the Oro brands) Keurig K-Cups, good quality teas, syrups that coffee shops often use to make Italian sodas or to flavour coffee drinks, and brewing accessories such as mugs, descaling liquids, pour over filters and makers, the brewing machines themselves, sugar.... and everything in between. One of the things that I love about Beanwise is that most, if not all, of their K-Cups and tea bags can be sold individually, which makes it really fun to try a few different flavours without committing to a full box. Their prices are reasonable and this location often has a clearout rack which offer products at a really good deal. If you create an account with them you get a certain percentage of your purchase banked towards a cash discount later. (I forgot if it's 2 or 5 %) and your initial sign up incentive is 5% off your first purchase. Also if you love a certain product and are willing to stock up on it, they give case discounts too.

Yelp
I have visited this store twice. I stop by when I do my monthly visit to the Peak Freans cookie outlet next door. I am an avid tea drinker. This store has a variety of tea for our Keurig machine as well as regular bag and loose leaf teas. What do I buy the most? I like the Tea Squared bags that you can fill up with your favourite loose leaf tea. Sometimes, I forget my tea egg ball or infuser, so going with a customizable bag that you can toss out is convenient, especially when you travel. You can buy a pack of 100 empty tea bags for $10.99. There are also a number of tea accessories (for example, double-insulated tea mugs from Bodum or travel mugs that you cannot knock over if you are a klutz like I am). The store had a sale section. I got a box of apple cider for my Keurig for $5. Insane! I like this place. The only reason why I didn't give a higher rating was the loud conversation that two staff members were having. I didn't need to hear it at the opposite side of the store. If it were an interesting conversation, I wouldn't have minded. However, I'd simply recommend toning it down, as folks are there to shop in peace!

Yelp
I don't know if I've been to another coffee outlet, so I'll have to review this on its own merits. First off, if you're a Keurig or Tassimo owner, this place is an absolute must for you. I'd say 3/4 of the inventory is devoted to products relating to this (including the teas). They have all sorts, including the most popular ones. Naturally, those brands (i.e. Tim's, McD's, etc...) are not a great deal cheaper than another place...but still cheaper. They do have other brands on great sales though, one being Melitta which is fairly reputable, and the cost per cup worked out to about 30 cents. Personally, I don't even own a Keurig and use it sparingly at work. I normally buy whole beans and grind them at home. Though it is just one aisle, they do sell whole beans which I believe are their own brands. I often enjoy Sumateran coffees and thought it would be a good choice to see how they do it. I waited to review this place until after I tried the coffee, and can report that it's very good. It was about $8 for an 8 oz bag. Since some basic coffees sell at that price, I could only tell if that would be good value once I tasted it. Once I did, it is right up there in quality with other brands that will charge $12-15 for that size of bag, so it is indeed good value.

Yelp
Extraordinary selection, and they let me browse around to choose what I wanted to try, so this is my go to place going forward.

Yelp
As a Keurig machine owner, this place is definitely something that I must check out, as they have a large selection of K-cups!! I felt like it took me forever to decide which ones to get! They have a large wall of K-cups in which you can mix and match for 75 cents each, or buy 24 pods for $15.99. If you check out their website, it will give you an idea of the K-cup selections they offer. Premium K-cups (Starbucks, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, etc) cost $1 each, and of course, they also sell them in boxes (24 or 30, etc) They even sell Blue Mountain Blend K-cup pods for $1.75 each (love Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, so finding this flavor here was awesome!) We also took advantage of their loyalty program which gives a discount of 5% each time. We will be frequent shoppers here, so we decided to sign up. The store beside them (Cookie / Chocolate outlet) pairs well with this store.

Yelp
The only thing that exceeds the selection and quality of coffee is the staff!!. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Being able to buy high quality coffee for home has almost stopped me from buying coffee out.

Yelp
I used to order Reunion Island Privateer Dark online as that was the only way to get it until I found Beanwise, saves the shipping costs and they also have a great selection of other coffees to try, I highly recommend Beanwise!!

Yelp
I will be honest, I am not the biggest coffee drinker in the world so I seldom come here for my own needs. Not to mention I have someone who provides me with free French Press ready coffees due to where they work. (Thanks M!) In fact the main reason I would come here is because I just happen to be visiting Peak Freans next door. However, what I do see if as plenty useful is for gift stuffers. If you know anyone who owns one of the many full-serve coffee machines and loves to get those flavoured coffee packages by the dozen, then here is the place to come. They also have some interesting, if a bit of overpriced teas. Perhaps they are really expensive and they are cheaper here but I have seen great, cheaper tea elsewhere. It is worth mentioning that in general, their prices are very good, perhaps I am not the customer to judge, although I would visit again and take a look if I was purchasing a tea/coffee related gift for someone else.

Yelp
Got kicked out of the store buy the manager who was NOT wearing his own mask and as he is putting his mask on he is asking me to leave for not wearing a mask even after stating I have a medical condition. Have never felt discriminated until today. I do understand the reason for wearing a mask however when EVERYONE in the store is wearing a mask (with the exception of the manager who only wears it when he asks someone to leave) I see no problem. I have frequented beanwise for years and the manager was great when I was buying products and equipment however that does not matter I could spend $1 or $1000 someone who has a medical condition should not be discriminated against

Yelp
Lowest quality products, very poor customer service and extremely rude owner. Will never come back again!!!@ If it was possible I would have given minus 5 stars!!!

Yelp
Have been dealing with this company for years online. Always prompt delivery and competitive prices.

Yelp
Well-laid out shop offering a wide array of good quality coffee beans and machines with helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. As I am not interested in coffee pod stuff (Keurig, etc.) or tea, I have no comment on that sector. I was finally able to find a rubber gasket for my old Bialetti stove top espresso maker!! The first gasket did not fit so I went back with the old gasket to get the size right, and the owner helped me pick the correct size and gave me credit for the (inexpensive) return. He also took the time to discuss the merits of the wide array of quality coffee beans which are available at competitive prices. You can find cheaper coffee elsewhere, but only if you want a lower quality product. I was also treated to a free espresso just to test the coffee. Well worth the visit, I'll be buying my coffee there in future.
