Cashier girl was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to talk. She seemed to be bothered if you did. I was so excited to come in and shop here for the aesthetic and the natural products.. but the girl really killed the vibe for me. She also kept following me like if I was going to steal. Never coming back.

Google
Omg such a cool place with lots to offer. What a surprise that they had mushroom products to offer, the only place I could find that offered in person options. They were so nice and friendly with lots of advice and options to choose from. We’ll definitely be going back soon!

My favorite store in town with lots of organic items including a well curated selection of natural wines, cider, pet-nats etc. we stocked up on pasta, nuts, honey, brownie mix etc. would have gotten the fresh sour dough & milk in glass bottles, but we were leaving next day.

Google
Great spot! Nice that they sell some psychedelics and lots of great organic grocery options. The staff is incredibly friendly and give great advice! We will absolutely be back!

Google
Nicely curated collection of various and sundry fine food items. The garlic sourdough focaccia bread baked down the hill was an item our group enjoyed for a couple of days. This is a unique market that is worth a stop if you are in the Village, the kind of local business that is worth supporting.

Google
Quaint, darling & yummy! Had exactly what I was in search of! Simple delicious high quality sandwiches, local orchard apples and exotic brands . Try the chocolate chip cookies they’re a must!

Google
This is a little oasis store in Big Bear with unique ingredients not commonly found in grocery stores as well as local brews and baked goods. I was visiting BB to do a half marathon and found Bear Cupboards and bought my pasta and sauce for carbo loading the night before the race. I will definitely return!

Great selection and friendly staff!

Yelp
Service is excellent. Personalized service. Unique items. Picnics prepared for families to eat outside in Beautiful Big Bear Lake. Great selection of items not in other stores in Big Bear Valley. Evening painting classes after store closes. It is like a mini Trader Joe's.

Yelp
A great little store with good staples and also some cool specialty items. Family-run with friendly service. For a long time the only choice around here was a supermarket or a liquor store. Bear Cupboards is small in size but it provides a welcoming shopping experience!

Yelp
Looks so cute online- but very few options on store. Was disappointing. I was hoping for super cute and local food options

Yelp
Cute little hidden gem of a market right in the village. Really nice owner. We picked up a nice bottle of Zinfandel from Lodi, just $20. Pretty good, but think we'll try another next time

Yelp
What a hidden gem within the village! Such a quaint market filled with a variety of great quality options. I absolutely recommend stopping in!

Yelp
AMAZING place! Great selection, particularly for vegans! Super kind & welcoming and will help you find whatever you need. Purchased a bunch of healthy foods here and enjoyed everything. Also visited on the recent Big Bear Wine Walk and they were SO lovely - really nice appetizers provided and so friendly with the wine tasting. It's dog-friendly and there is a really nice courtyard area with tables out front where you can enjoy a snack or beverage. Adorbs!

Yelp
This store is run by a passionate, caring entrepreneur who offers eclectic and organic food and drink choices. She also carries artisan created goods from local crafters, helping the community. This business is such a blessing to have in our beautiful mountain town.

Yelp
The staff here was so welcoming and hospitable to us as we were browsing. They had great suggestions for everything we were considering and even mentioned that they offer thc and mushroom options for sale. Thank you for making our experience so pleasant and memorable.

Yelp
If you are gluten free, there are many good snack choices! It's a cute place,'but a little pricey on the specialty items. Friendly cashier and nice chairs outside to sit and eat your purchase. Boom-chicka pop, oat milk, cheese, prosciutto, pasta gf and pasta sauce, lots of wine/beer. Enjoy!

Yelp
This is a delightful little shop on Village Drive in the old Chirp building. Artisanal breads, fresh organic berries, fresh herbs, mushrooms, spices, sauces, cured olives, beers, gourmet charcuterie meats and cheeses. Store manager Mandy tells us that coming in June, they will offer ready-to-go complete picnic lunches prepared with care to grab and enjoy lakeside, aboard a boat, or exploring the forest. Big Bear has so much to offer and enjoy, it is a wonderful place to be, but on super crowded weekends when tourists overtake the supermarkets and the lines reach the back of the store, it's a struggle. Knowing this dandy little shop can turn your frown upside down is a great back-up plan! They have the cutest little s'mores grab and go kits, snacks for the kids like Cracker Jacks and Candy coated pretzels all packed and ready to please the masses. This is a unique shop in the village surrounded by many T-shirt and trinket shops. Can't wait to check out those Summertime picnic basket kits, no work, all play. Their fresh baguettes were absolutely scrumptious. Going back for more!

Yelp
Such a great new addition in Big Bear Lake! Something for everyone. Whether you are thirsty or hungry, you'll find a yummy treat. So many healthy options and things you've never tried.

Yelp
The service is great! The hot chocolate is amazing. The woman working there is so nice and they have cute chairs in the front to sit. 10/10!

Yelp
Found out about this new market and had to stop by to support. What a cute little shop in big bear. They have artisanal and specialty grocery items. The service is really good too! Stopped by on Presidents' Day, As I walked in, Mandalay, the store manager, was closing up early but she warmly welcomed us in with a smile and let us shop and purchase our items. I saw other customers come in after us and she was also great to them. A must stop when you come visit big bear.

Yelp
What a beautiful and much needed stop in a Big Bear! The owners and employees are wonderful. The produce was beautiful and a fine collection of goods. I'll be back!

Yelp
Great little find. Wonderful selection of local and gourmet foods along with some fun items like a box of cracker jacks! We Needed some meats and accompaniments for cheese board and they had some perfect items plus we grabbed a few impulse buys. Support this fabulous little place!
