14 Holiday-Themed Takeaway Cocktail Options Around Los Angeles | Eater LA

"Barman Vay Su has been gaining a following thanks to his work as Republique lead bartender and his local and national cocktail competition wins. For his cocktail delivery service, Bear & Stone, Su collaborates with some of the best L.A. bartenders such as Republique’s Shawn Lickliter and Hippo’s Clare Ward to create quality cocktails-to-go. The current seasonal menu includes a traditional eggnog, a vegan eggnog, a spiced cranberry vodka cocktail, and an apple mulled milk punch. But a must-do is that matcha eggnog. Why matcha? “I just had one and it was super delicious,” says Su." - Caroline Pardilla

Really great option in the centre of Stone. The food was really good, with a big menu on offer for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and an excellent children's menu to go with it. It was pretty expensive compared to everything else nearby, but also definitely a class above in terms of quality. Coffees were really good, perfectly made, strong in taste, and had excellent latte art. Service was good but some staff were perhaps a little worn out based on some interactions. The place itself is perfectly decorated, with excellent facilities and lots of seating both inside and out, as well as ample highchairs. Parking is unfortunately not available, but you can park nearby for a small fee. Overall, an excellent spot that is definitely the best option in Stone, and would be a no brainier if a little cheaper.

Always made to feel welcome. We’ve only been here for a short while. We had breakfast the other day it was fantastic The coffee is always good + long black and the staff are always friendly, everybody on the canal side, we recommend to go there, especially if they got a dog

The staff were so lovely. The food was great (good vegan options) and Caytlyn made us a really beautiful oat milk hot chocolate. When we ordered, Jack was really helpful, especially with our allergies/ food adjustments.

Visited this coffee shop with a wedding couple for a pre-wedding meeting. The food was lovely and the service excellent. Slightly more pricey than standard but worth it. Would visit again in the future.

What a lovely experience , lovely live music and great food and coffee. The team is very attentive and friendly. My only grumble is the store is cold. I had to keep my jacket on for the evening.

FLIES ON THE CAKES. ( please see photo!!!) I’ve mentioned this to staff before, however all my concerns were confirmed today. A blue bottle happily bouncing around from cake to cake, absolutely gross. I will 100% not be purchasing a cake from there again (visited 20th September at 1pm).

I agree with other reviewers in 'understaffed' - the people carrying out service were olympians - they needed another two of them tho. The food. It was okay. I would have liked a dressed plate rather than just a bun but I also understand that a lot of ppl waste it. Me, I love a bit of green in my burger. Good non upf options but maybe a focaccia bun for the burger is better than a brioche. Great to see Sauce Shop ketchup on the table. Drinks were slow but on the other hand, we were being waited on and were a large table of guests in an already busy pub. The drinks options are lovely and the star of the show for me was my drink. Other ppl in our party were sipping lovely cocktails and I ordered a soda and lime. Wellll... I was so delighted when I was brought a lovely glass with proper lime juice (not the electric green stuff) a little bottle of soda water and a straw. That really made my day. There are various seating options including an upstairs area. On paying at the till, another lovely surprise... takeout! The homemade little tarts .. scrumptious and I took home a dbl choc brownie for the o.h.
