We visited The Bearsville Theater for the Mountain Goats concert in July. The venue was amazing. The acoustics are so good and the show was even more enjoyable because of it. The ambiance on the Bearsville campus is awesome. Parking was easy, there are so many places to relax, dine, or drink before the show. The venue is under new management and I thought they did a fantastic job. I reached out in advance to confirm ADA accessibility. The staff on the day were already informed of my needs and they had a section set aside for me so that I would be safe and be able to see the show, since it was a standing room only show. Easy to get to the bar to get a drink and overall, even though the show was sold out, we did not feel packed in or crowded. We’ve subscribed to their mailing list and can’t wait to go back and see another show there soon. Cannot recommend this venue enough for an amazing concert experience.

This is probably one of the best venues I have visited yet. There are two bars which are separated from the stage and floor by tinted glass, with monitor screens so you can still see the performance if you walk away. You have the option of a regular or a spiral staircase to go down to/up from the bathroom. The entire place is wonderful. Only downfall is I think there may have been a light out in the hallway that goes to the women's bathroom becuase many of us mentioned how scary it was, for just a moment, to walk into the dark hallway (with a mirror wall that catches you off guard if you arent expecting it) to try to find the door. General consensus- one more light. Other than that, I love the place and will try to find reasons to go back.

Easily one of the best venues in the northeast. Everything about seeing a show at Bearsville elevates the show, from the breathtaking space, to the wonderful staff. A worthy reason to take a few days off midweek for some shows.

Magical few Days at the Bearsville Theater. Todd Rundgren performed 2 sold out shows and was honored with The Key to the City of Woodstock and Proclamations of his music video career at Utopia Studios. His famous Mink Hollow street sign became Mink Mahalo Hollow. Bearsville Theater NY is state of the Art sound and lights! The attached lounge/ bar is comfortable to gather and chat while watching the show on screen or large windows.

An iconic music edifice catering to all music lovers, and in particular the older clients and music lovers desiring to enjoy wholesome inspiring music. This attractive, self-serving space is a go-to venue for promoters and patron alike. Situated in the cool residential locale of Woodstock, New York, this is one on several music festival locations in demand for avid music lovers. A visit to this location stirs memory of long-ago events, and the transition into this current modern-day space for entertainment. The locations also include accommodations, a radio station, picnic ground, craft market, restaurant & lounge. There is an abundance of parking due to improved renovation and expansion of public amenities. A safe space for great relaxation and quality entertainment. Also display a "museum" that showcase a hosts of memorabilia outlining the progression of the musical dynasty that have solidify and exemplified the essence of Woodstock as a location synonymous with cultural, love music. The most recent showcase with the Third World Group/Band is the epitome of the historical importance of this venue, and its contribution to music development, especially Reggae!! The show also provided insight to the everchanging guard of Reggae music via the talented Upstate Reggae Posse group providing a classic opening of the show. Kudos to the promotion company. Great show!!!
