Haven't had this place for so long since moving, so decided to get some boba and snacks since we were in the area. Unfortunately it just wasn't the same. Like one of the reviews stated, it's under new ownership and it seems like things just went downhill with the quality of food/drinks. Ordered the green apple slush, lychee slush, popcorn chicken and criss cut fries. The green apple slush just tasted like water with barely any flavoring from the boba itself. The food overall was hard and dry. There was some kind of long string or hair in the chicken. The ketchup tasted old. Not giving this place another try. Definitely sad that it changed in a bad way.

It was very hot inside the A/C wasn't working. We got the spam wasubi which had way more rice than spam. The sauce we were given was practically empty. The drinks were watered down and tasted of milk they had no flavor. We didn't finish it, ended up throwing it all away. We just gave a donation. 🫤

4 years ago this was my favorite boba place. But I just got back into town and discovered that this place has severely gone downhill. I went today and the ownership has clearly changed. Worst-tasting boba I ever had. The boba pearls dissolved in my mouth like sludge. Even day-old boba pearls taste better than what I had today. It was so bad I threw my drink away after 3-4 sips. Please use better quality ingredients.

I ordered two mango smoothies. Unfortunately I thought they would be actual fresh smoothies however it was just artifical mango that was with ice so it was basically a slushi. Wasn't good at all. If I come back I'll try something else maybe.

You can see they have fresh fruit around, like pineapples, bananas, etc, so your getting real fruit in your smoothies. Healthy yet tasty options. Seems like a pretty dedicated family running the business. More creative drinks than your chain boba shop. The boba came out hot and fresh too!!! Don't forget to ask for less sugar

I went to this location a few days ago I ordered the Vietnamese coffee however, I didn’t know that a cup of ice will cost me nearly 7 dollars. I got more ice than the drink itself so I wasn’t able to determine whether was a good drink or not because it was just a cup full of ice.

This place is very chill and great for a family outing. They have plenty of sitting and board games. The customer service is always amazing and staff is very friendly. As for the drinks you are never disappointed everything is very tasty and fresh made to order. We order a Taro Coconut drink, spicy popcorn chicken with sweet chilli and a mango drink.

Was in the area to get a car issue worked on and decided to give this place a try. Had the acai bowl and it was HUGE! It was so delicious and came with a lot of toppings. The customer service was amazing and the worker offered us a free water since it was a hot day. Kindness goes a long way and we truly felt the worker's genuine kindness for this small gesture. Highly recommend this place for the service alone! I'll definitely make the drive back to try the boba drinks.

Not sure what the hype is about -- drinks were very sweet and lacking in tea flavor. We ordered a mango green tea hoping for some fruit pieces, but it was just loaded with syrup. We ended up tossing that one.

I am an Uber Eats delivery driver, and I left a bad review for this restaurant because of his terrible attitude. When I went in to pick up the order, the staff member (not sure if he was the owner) was unwilling to even come out of the kitchen to confirm the customer information with me. There was no customer name on the delivery bag, and I was just double-checking with him, yet he responded with extreme impatience. What shocked me the most was that he gave me bad rating! I was only trying to ensure the order was correct, and he turned around and gave me a bad review. A place like this shouldn't be in business.

They called this shaved ice? No. In my opinion this is just regular ice with toppings. The pictures appear to be false and the dessert tasted like a watered down syrup.

When you're looking for something Berry Delicious then look for the Berry necessities! Those simple berry necessities and forget about the worries in your life. I mean these are Berry necessities from old mother's recipes that give us the delicious berry necessities in life. So my first thirst quenching drink was the sunset bliss that came with a sweet but yet satisfying pineapple flavor mixed with butterfly pea tea. With this particular drink you must shake it like a Polaroid picture before continuing. Next was their Oreo roar that had me Growling like a lion in heat! Ok maybe not that crazy but it was Hella good and if you're an Oreo lover then this drink is for you! The shop has a cute little set up on one side with a cool photo op background. The service was good but the parking can be a little tight depending on what time you come. And that's my take on this shop, Peace..,

I have been going here for years and I am glad to have been back today. I always get the messy marble creme brulee boba with egg pudding and it is amazing every time. This is my go to boba place when I need a pick me up. Our server was very kind as well and he made our drinks very quickly. 10/10 for the drinks and service Note: You can adjust the sweetness if you want as it is pretty sweet.

Very good oreo roar milkshake! Definitely make sure to get 50% sugar, it's perfect oreo milkshake. Boba was also pretty good. Excellent service and nice place with plenty of parking.

Good drinks and snacks! I ordered a fruit tea in the largest size with popcorn chicken and they were all delicious for somewhere local around the Upland area. Tio is helpful, friendly, and respectful. I love that they play relaxing jazz music inside.

Why have I not tried this place before ! Amazing customer service ! The guy that helped us was so informative about the types of drinks, sizes, the boba is made fresh daily and they use real fruit and teas ! So many choices to choose from and I love that they have acai bowls, popcorn chicken and bubble waffle made fresh to order. He was so kind to even tell us that the bubble waffle will take a few minutes. My new favorite boba spot !

We used to come all the time here to get boba. We stopped coming a while ago because The bobas weren't as good as they used to be. Today we stopped by and I ordered 3 bobas. They were all water down with no flavor. When I told the employee he got mad. I asked for a refund he said the owner wasn't there to give me a refund. The employee was very condescending he even said "do you not speak english" Wow! Will never go back there again. I remember that place used to be packed. Now it's empty and I can see why.

It's called brown sugar milk tea?! The staff tell me it's their secret recipes?! NO ANY TEA FAVOR JUST MILK !!

I came here for a messy marble and slushie drink and it tasted much worse than before! The man who makes the drinks makes it terribly. I tossed the slushie because it was bitter. Wouldn't recommend to come here. I have to be honest.

Came in for the first time and tried out the milk tea boba! So delicious! Not to sweet just perfect! I got to meet tio today and he was so sweet. I was having a bad day and sometimes just a simple conversation can change it all. Thank you tio for the thoughtful conversation and the delicious boba!

Loved my pineapple slushie with chamoy! They had a variety of drinks and snacks! Would definitely reccomend to try this place!

I ordered classic milk tea and popcorn chicken. The drink tasted like it was just plain sweetened milk--no hint of tea at all. The popcorn chicken was just the regular popcorn chicken that is served at boba shops. They didn't ask me about the spice level or if I wanted any spice. When I opened the box, I was surprised to see all small pieces of popcorn chicken. It was mostly just breading. It looked like they were the left over tiny pieces that do not get served. Hardly any meat in them. No stick or fork to eat it with and no sauce. Soo disappointed. Maybe the server was also disappointed that I did not prepay for tip? I noticed his demeanor change after I skipped the tip page on the screen. I'm sorry, but I only tip when it's deserved. I would not come back.

Update. The food is just as amazing. I chose this to be my last meal in the USA until I comeback next months and it was a very good decision. Must have.

We were in the area for an event and desperately needed boba and food to survive, so we stopped by BearyLicious after seeing the good reviews. This place definitely did not disappoint. The person who took our order was incredibly friendly and welcoming, while also providing a lot of recommendations for us to try. We got the classic milk tea with crystal boba, the bearytea, sweet potato fries and the spam rice bowl. The drinks and food were great! I highly recommend stopping by if anyone has the chance to.

Came back to this place again after last month's bitter experience. This time they made no mistake (they had Boba and didn't mess up my order). I ordered Messy Marble Creme Brulee (with Boba). The drink was good and I always love their Boba. Their overall service was good. Surprisingly this place was empty when I got there, so I didn't have to wait for a long time to get my drink. Well done BearyLicious! Please keep it up.

It's been a while since we came here. The twisted tater tots is still as delicious as ever! I MISS IT!! we also got the coffee milk tea, and the creme brule messy marble with brown sugar. If you don't like what you see on their extensive drink menu, you can definitely tell them and create your own. The will help you too with their recommendations. Because of the pandemic, they're only taking to-go/ take-out orders only. And they won't be serving the acai, tater tots and snow during their rush hours.

This is by far our Favorite Boba spot! The owner is always so kind and helpful They have kid friendly options We struggled finding a spot we all enjoyed and they never disappoint Just got back with a 5 drink order and everything was perfect

Amazing customer service with very taste boba. Me and my husband live in Irvine and stop by in Upland area search for boba place, and we found this place. This is our first time here and we like it so much. We got strawberry refresher it comes with strawberry bits and a lemon slice. Nice and clean place with jazz music make may day so relax while we wait for the drinks. For sure we will be back again!

Was excited to try this spot, so I came in today ordered two drinks, an açaí bowl and an order of hot chicken. Total was 34 dollars and waited 32 minutes for the order... The drinks came out within 15 minutes but by the time I got the chicken and açaí bowl the ice was already melted in the drinks. I received the wrong açaí bowl or they didn't include everything that was mentioned on the menu, I wanted to try the chai pudding but it wasn't added. I would've asked for it to be remade but I just wanted to leave by then, figured they'd take another 30 minutes. Also service wasn't the best. The cashier was so quiet and wasn't attentive (there was a mom and three kids waiting to get ketchup and ranch for 10 minutes). Disclaimer: the açaí bowls look nothing like they do on the menu. It's very misleading!!! Owner should do something about that. As far as the flavors, the chicken has good flavor but is so dry. The matcha strawberry milk tea was good just very sweet. Berytea was the best thing I ordered. The açaí bowl was average. 5/10 don't recommend especially if you're on a time crunch.

Fantastic and really excited to have a yogurt place here in Big Bear. Husband and I had the opportunity to stop by after having dinner in the village. Lots of choices of flavors and toppings. We are locals and will be back very soon.

Place could be nice if he had help. Every time I go in I'm waiting and he says he's the only one working which I get but maybe start hiring for more help??? Also wouldn't let me use the restroom after I purchased food. Not cool

Organic smoothie no added sugar was delicious. Not too sweet and very refreshing. Service was TOP NOTCH. Friendly and informative. Nice quiet ambiance. Not too busy and service was fast. Definitely recommend.

I found this place wanting boba after work. Tio was GREAT!!!!! He was running both the front counter and kitchen, but had an amazing attitude, very courteous and kind. I ordered the Messy Marble brown sugar milk tea with boba and spam masubi. Both were delicious!!! Great service, yummy boba and food, I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area

Oh my goodness its sooo yummy I always get the chocolate Oreo something I forgot but I know it's up on something and it's so good even with boba. I won't lie it's slow to get the drink but I don't care it's worth it for the amazing first sip. I really like the inside it looks so welcoming and sweet. I always love coming by after school!!!

The location is very clean and Up to date. I ordered popcorn chicken (mild) rice bowl! Good portion and delicious! A little too spicy for me but definitely flavorful. The gentleman that took my order was very friendly. Plenty of boba tea flavor options too :)

The Thai tea boba drink tasted rancid, I think the ingredients were bad. The smoothie was not enjoyable either. We ended up throwing them both away without replacement because we couldn't spend another half hour waiting. It took over 40 minutes to get the food, which I can sort of understand because there was only one employee working. But it was hotter inside than it was outside (89 degrees outside). I wanted to love this place but everything was really gross.

New update: I decided to try this spot once again as I have been a loyal customer since 2019. The tea itself was better, I got the tiger milk tea but the boba itself was so old and not good at all. Also learned that the stamp card free drinks are no longer a thing and the prices have been raised. If the prices are raising the least you can do is ensure the boba is fresh and the cup not full of ice.

I am not sure what is happening to this place. It used to be the best boba in taste and price. Now it has a weird, maybe plastic like, taste to it. I thought maybe it was a bad day but I have gone back again and it has the same horrible taste and the boba itself has been consistently bad since my first poor experience in April. They asked how many scoops of boba I wanted which sounded like just a regular choice but then I was also charged for each scoop. (Extra disappointing when it tasted awful) I should have been told before being rung up that each scoop was a separate fee. Bearylicous has never charged me for boba in the past. I also went to redeem a free boba from a stamps card and with the "discount" it still came out to $6, this meant my order was over $9 for one milk tea?? I could have argued on this, because it was absolutely ridiculous. But it really feels like the business must be struggling or something so it wasn't worth the fight. I am all about supporting small businesses which is a huge part of why I would always choose this place over a chain place across the road. But for cheaper I can get a much better, less toxic tasting product over there. Bearylicous no longer does a jumbo upgrade deal, despite it being advertised on the website. And their happy hour deal doesn't make any sense. I have to bring a bunch of friends to get any kind of deal? And they now have a free topping deal, which was always included in the past. If management changed, I would advise going back to the way it was. The current bad product is not worth the increased price. I get inflation, but then keep the same high quality product and deals. For this place being right next to a high school, they could really do well if they made it affordable to students. The place across the way is always packed. RIP to my favorite boba place

I wish I could give this place a zero star. I have to assume that this place got new owners/management because a lot of things are similar but in worse quality. The boba is now HORRENDOUS and I do not know why they even server it to people. I thought I came on a bad day but the boba was worse the second time! It tastes like plastic and the first time it literally feel apart in my fingers. This USED to be my favorite boba place in the area and now I had to throw away my drink because of the quality. The drink itself seems to be similar but do NOT get the boba!

Big sizes and great flavors! They had loads of options from both toppings/extras and base drinks.

We been here many times and always ordered their largest shave ice to share. We haven't been back for over two years and they doesn't have shave ice anymore. Their boba and food are okay when compared to local places. Very few customers compared to before especially around lunch time on Saturday and they ran out of other drinks ingredients when my family members ordered. The place looks like before but ambience seems like a library - needs some rainbow to spruce it up for the young high school crows. Their service was fast and the girl was very nice and polite.

This USED to be my favorite Boba go to, but now the drinks are horrible & the customer service is worse! I would no longer recommend it. Too many other Boba places out there that make great drinks and appreciate the business!!

i got the marble taro boba with condensed milk and it was amazing! I came to cali from Louisiana and by far this is one of the best boba places i have been to. The man was very kind and wished us a Happy New Years!

Ahhh-maz-ZING this place never disappoints me always right on the spot so yummy!! I drive 40+ mins to come to this place its just that good! The service is awesome too they always are nice and trying to help make sure your happy.

The best boba smoothies In upland, and Rancho Cucamonga area. There is no other place even in garden grove area. With Almond milk. Perfect drink for the day. Is not thick consistency. Not as sweet as other boba store. This is quality. Please try it. Will not lose time and money. There's always a first time to do something new in Beerylicious.

Wow! I have been here a few times and finally got around to leaving a review! This place is delicious! Literally anything you try is great.! Tried the calamari and got 2 drinks, the strawberry blueberry smoothie & the MERP tea both with boba. Absolutely delicious and my go to boba spot in the area because it's much better than all the others out here BY FAR. Also massive shout out to TIO for helping me decide on what to get and for being such an awesome guy. Had me cracking up up with his great sense of humor. Will be back soon

I don't understand all the good reviews. The food portion is so small and everything was way overpriced. My tofu came out burned. It was hard as a rock. I threw the whole thing out because it was inedible. I asked for extra sauce and the sauce cup barely had any sauce in it....overall this place does not match the reviews and I'm really disappointed :(

I've been meaning to check this place out for a while, and I'm glad I finally did! The popcorn chicken was good. The drink I had was tasty and just the right level of sweetness. The boba pearls were perfectly cooked. The mini cream puffs were delicious. The place looks adorable, and would make for some cute photos. Unfortunately, because of the pandemic, as of 12/18/21, no indoor dining allowed - it's only take-out. And the bathroom is closed to the public, too. Be prepared to spend a few minutes reviewing all your options before you order. There are so many tasty sounding drinks on their menu. Definitely going to be stopping by here regularly.

Found this shop omw back home. I got 4 drinks and a popcorn chicken. The drinks are good overall, my favorite one is the Messy Marble. The cashier is really patient too, he was explaining the details of the drink for me as that was my first time too. The popcorn chicken is kinda large in amount, it's good for 2 and it's amazing crunchy too. The taste of the meat was real and didn't feel like frozen poultry. One little minus thing was the flavor of the popcorn chicken, kinda too salty. Anw, I highly recommend this boba shop.

It may be too late to apologize but it's not too late to give a good review! One day I was craving snow and found out that Bearylicious offers it. I called to see if they were open, but unfortunately they were already closed. A few minutes later, they called back and the nice woman on the phone offered to stay there and make it for me and wait for me to pick it up, however I just couldn't make her do that so I politely declined. So she gave me her cell phone number (apparently she was the owner?) and said to text her my order in advance next time and she would have it ready for pick up when I got there. Like, is this real right now? I pinched myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming. It hurt because it was reality. So I went in the following day to fulfill my craving and of course the snow was amazzzzing. In case you were wondering, I ordered mango snow with strawberries and mango slices. I was also given some free cuties along with my order (you know the little oranges). Can you get any cuter than that? If you can find me anything cuter, I'll buy you a dinosaur. Color me amazed, as I've never received such courteous and welcoming service from a business without it seeming disingenuous. Please support Bearylicious so that they can stay open forever.
