Bars and Nightlife in Dallas-Fort Worth

"It’s rare for a bar to be on the top of the list for both dancing and manicures, but Beauty Bar is a rare spot. This beauty salon-dance club hybrid is located in the heart of Knox-Henderson. It’s hard to miss with giant cherries painted all over the outside. The house-style DJs are always great, and the young crowd loves to dance. Drink prices are cheap for the area. Just make sure you watch out for the retro hair dryer chairs on the dance floor. Saturday nights are typically the best time." - MATADOR_NETWORK

Beauty Bar Review - East Village - New York - The Infatuation

"Beauty Bar has been in the East Village for over two decades. The front room looks like an old-school salon (with a bar), and there’s an open space in the back where they host comedy shows and other events. Once the events are over, this becomes the dance floor. The music is typically older, so don’t expect Top 40. Just grab a cheap drink and do your best to dance to a song that might have been on the radio back when most people still listened to the radio." - Bryan Kim

New York City Bachelorette Party Itinerary: Where to Stay, Eat and Drink

"For stressed brides who love to multi-task, you can do no better than Beauty Bar, in the East Village. For $10 guests get a martini and a manicure. And at midnight, the backroom opens, and the space fills with classic 90s jams. Call ahead to reserve space for your crew." - Travel + Leisure Editors

Google
I stumbled upon Beauty Bar NYC while browsing for something fun to do — and what a find! They host stand-up comedy shows, which is how I first discovered the place. Let’s just say… I wasn’t disappointed. The bar has a vibrant, quirky charm with a throwback design straight out of the ‘80s. If you’re from that era (or just wish you were), you’ll either smile or feel a wave of sweet nostalgia. Think neon lights, vintage salon chairs, and an atmosphere that doesn’t take itself too seriously — in the best way. The crowd? Super friendly. The comedy show? Hilarious and full of surprises. It’s cozy, relaxed, and filled with good vibes all around. I’m already planning my next visit. If you’re looking for something unique and fun in NYC, this spot is a must

This is the best bar ever. Everyone who works here is fabulous. There is live music or a DJ after 10 or 11. I believe that Th-Sunday if you purchase a certain amount, you also get a free manicure. I had my nails done and it was fabulous! This bar has a timeless quality and calls a clientele that are friendly, chill, interesting and fun. It is such a great place! I one hundred percent recommend this bar. It is a must. The preservation of the bar's past through integration into its current life just adds to the pleasant vibe. I am so happy a friend of mine showed me this one.

Google
Beauty Bar is a late-night gem! I stumbled in and was blown away by the music and vibe. The DJ spun fantastic electronic beats, the drinks were reasonably priced, and while I hear it can get crowded, it was perfectly comfortable when I visited. Highly recommend for a fun night out.

Google
Lovely back dance floor for a 4am night. Incredible music, throwbacks and vibes 🪩 Affordable drinks

Google
Ugh such a fun bar! The bartender was so sweet and attentive, the drinks were STRONG and the music was perfect. Loved the retro decor and vibes. Would definitely return!

Google
One of my favorite places in all of Manhattan! Great music, awesome drinks (that don’t break the bank) and such an amazing vibe/energy. The aesthetic is perfect. An absolute must.

Google
I don't understand why this bar isn't higher rated?! The bar staff were SO good. Friendly and fast, not an easy combination to have! The drinks are super boozy and tasty. Really enjoyed it here.

Ana

Google
Amazing place! Really a little gem :) the bartender was soo nice and cool and the overall vibe and clientele was so great. I got a manicure with my drink and she was fun to talk to.

Yelp
I love this place. It just has the best vibes and the free manicure with a cocktail is so fun. I came here for the first time a couple of months ago and have been meaning to come back ever since! They have a great happy hour menu and make the best dirty martinis. And really what is better than a dirty martini and manicure?! Makes me feel like if I were a character in a more edgy and liberal sex and the city. We also had the best time chatting with the person doing our nails, who was just so cool and so fun. You can tell that the staff really make the place what it is. It feels like an effortless approach to create this space that is welcoming and funky in the best way. We were there at happy hour time during the week and it wasn't very crowded which is nice! I heard it can get a little busy on the weekend. Definitely worth the visit!

Yelp
Only been here a handful of times. Its not really in an area I hang out in much. I have many friends who love this bar though. When I went here recently the bartenders were nice and music was good. But the front area of this bar is like a dive bar and in the back I believe they have a dance floor area if I remember correctly. There are two small bathroom stalls by the bar. It is a place you may want to check out once if in the area.

Samantha S.

Yelp
The absolute best vibes. So much fun to dance here. Great bar to start or end your night. Can't speak much on anything else because I simple grabbed a drink at the bar and then danced the night away. Someone was getting their nails done at the front - so that was kinda cool since they were at the Beauty Bar. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Kate C.

Yelp
The staff were so nice and this bar is so fun! You can get your nails done while you get a drink. The bar tender did a photo shoot with us, which we loved! We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Yelp
My wife and I stepped in for a few the other night. Loved the divey feel of the place. Apparently used to be a beauty parlor and they kept some of f the original decor. Drinks were reasonably priced and the music was off the hook. Will Def keep coming back.
google avatar

Carol D.

Yelp
I do not feel safe going back here ever again. My drink was roofied at this establishment. Luckily some very kind New Yorkers found me and called EMTs, but I would never trust this place and strongly urge everyone to avoid it.

Yelp
My best friend and I went to Beauty Bar for the 1st time ever earlier this evening to celebrate my new job. He got a mani and we had 2 rounds of drinks. Both times I left cash tip since I have worked in this industry myself for many years and know that cash is king when it comes to tips. We close the tab and we get stopped at the door unexpectedly and the bartender accused us for not leaving tip meanwhile we left cash tip both times that we picked up the drinks. She was there right in front of us when I left her the cash tips on the bar BOTH TIMES and it wasn't crazy busy at all. It was busy but not like anywhere near college bar busy. After I told her what went down, she accused me of being a liar, huffed and puffed then walked away. My best friend was speechless and stunned. I was dumbfounded that she caused a scene in the 1st place. We both literally had a great time up until that happened. Needless to say, this will be our 1st and last time going there. Terrible demeanor and service that left a really poor taste in our mouths given that we're both established people in our late 30's born and raised in NYC. This situation was an insult to both of us. It almost feels like native New Yorkers are not appreciated and welcomed here. They had security cameras all over so they can just easily check to see for themselves. Other than that, mani was superb and drinks were as well hence the 2 star rating.
google avatar

Catherine L.

Yelp
Very funky and eclectic dive bar. $10 for a drink and a manicure is unbeatable! I think I had 5 drinks and my tab was only $37 (including the manicure!!). Long line outside on a Saturday night, but if you want to get a drink early in the evening and like a silly, casual ambiance this place is a trip.
google avatar

Jess B.

Yelp
Decent bar. Dont have too much to say but I wasn't upset we ended up here. Long line for bathroom
google avatar

Alisa J.

Yelp
Such a fun place! We had an amazing time dancing and the music was awesome. The drinks and service were good. Not too crowded and the dance floor was not too loud and dark. Will be back.
google avatar

Yelp
Still a great bar to grab an inexpensive pint of cold beer and listen to punk rock on the LES. Dropped in here after a 5 mile run tonight in the 90 degree heat and was happy to find they also had cold AC!
google avatar

Ingrid S.

Yelp
I haven't been to Beauty Bar in probably close to a decade. But used to come here on occasion with friends. Things I can't believe: It's still only $10 for a manicure and martini. I feel like it was the same price over ten years ago. Went with a dark red and a manhattan. Cans are $5 and drafts are like $6 or 7. Not on happy hour. Happy hour I think is even cheaper. But yeah, come for a cheap manicure and drink. The fumes might be the one down side. It's stinky in here. They also do dancing later at night. Friendly bartenders and staff.

Yelp
I have been to Beauty Bar many times with my friends and have never had any issues. Over the weekend, my coat was taken (most likely by a friend of mine) in a private room that was reserved for a birthday party. I reached out to the owner, Michael, the following day and he was more than happy to let me review the security camera footage to see who took my coat. He stayed for over two hours when the bar was closed to see we reviewed all of the footage. We did not find who took my coat but fortunately I was able to find it at a neighboring bar. I am very thankful for him taking the time and assisting me in finding who may have taken my coat. I would definitely recommend coming here on a weekend for drinks with friends, but just keep track of your coat!
google avatar

Alex L.

Yelp
Love this place, I have fond memories of coming here on my 21st birthday and almost 2 decades later I'm glad it's still around. It's a dive where you go just to have a good time and be your silly self rather than anything fancy and bougie. It gets really loud sometimes but that's part of the fun. I love their dance parties because the DJs play mostly old feel good hits and not top 40. I hope this place lasts forever! Did not like the comedy show. Guy made fun of an audience member's recently deceased spouse and it was very awkward and no one laughed. Not docking any stars because free open mics attract lots of terrible "comedians" who suck at jokes which I think isn't really the bars fault.
google avatar

Yelp
It was around 3am. Just left another bar nearby. A line here. Someone from group suggested that this place is worth a look. Everyone was game. In. Funky smell to the packed dingy room. Poor service. Not feeling it. Finished round of beer. Quick selfies with hair dryers. Enough, bye, bye. cheers!

Adam L.

Yelp
This place doesn't have enough stars , u guys been opened for years and the service never changes. By far the best establishment out here. Keep shinning

Marina B.

Yelp
If you are a POC stay away! As soon as I walked in, stood at the bar waiting to order, the bartender with the mustache walked from around the barand asked for ID...didn't ask any white people who came in for ID. The woman bartender with the black hair, bangs and red lipstick asked me for my pin number to my card!! I looked at her as if she had three heads. I said I'll put my pin number in, she actually stood there trying to see what I was putting in . Changed my pin and card as soon as I got home. The energy was very much "WHITE ONLY", THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN AND MOVE TO A "SUNDOWN TOWN". THEY WOULD BE MUCH BETTER RECEIVED!

Laura A.

Yelp
Eh, checked out this place for the first time (10/5/23). Not the worst bar in NYC but there are def better ones. The concept of a manicure and a drink is cool. The set up of seats is different, like you're in a salon, but not enough seating imo. Music was too loud, had to basically yell to have a conversation. I'd understand the loudness of the music if it was a Friday or Saturday, but it wasn't. Mixed drinks were strong so that was a plus. My first and last time, I personally wouldn't visit again.
google avatar

Clarisa C.

Yelp
Very rude bouncer! Did not even go in because he gave bad vibes... I just needed to use the restroom and he was being so mean

Nilda R.

Yelp
Great service and fun ambiance. Staff was courteous and efficient. I've lived in NYC all my life and never heard about this little gem. My friends and I had a blast dancing to the oldies. Prices were so affordable and you can get a mani with a drink for $10!! I will definitely be back.

Mike H.

Yelp
A decent dive bar. $5 cans of miller beer and they even have a dance floor in the back. High energy vibe.

Katherine B.

Yelp
Fantastic night out for dancing and beers were so cheap. If you want to avoid some time just going back and forth with the staff just bring cash to make it easier. The dj rocked, loved that they truly stick with the oldies theme

Yelp
This is thee Best and most fun Bar to go to in all of NYC IMHO, still after all these years!! My top bud has been all over the f***ing world and this is his fav bar too! Now those are strong azz statements!! I have been to as many bars over eons, as anyone on the planet, and for some reason this is just our GOAT! The owner (forgot his name) who has glasses, facial hair, tall, dark hair w/ nice chrome dome is super kewl too and still there! Just finally went there again last Saturday nite. So glad this absolute GEM was not another casualty of the Covid BS!! Long Live BB = Beauty Bar, 4ever! I did not see the stalwart kewl-est bartender ever, Denise, there last time. So hope she returns soon! We miss ya, dear!

Yelp
Ladies! If you need a spot to pregame, this might be it. Let's not forget you can touch up your manicure before the night starts. Come here. The location is small a little tight but the back space was closed for the while that I was there. Literally the cutest spot. I was told the previous owner was a little old lady who leased the place for 36years as an actual salon & the new owner kept the design but converted it into a bar! There are two small stations for the manicures, like right smack in the middle of the bar. The decor takes you to the mid 60's with a little to the imagination. Not sure how many other manicurist there are but from the two that were in on this night, I do not recommend Rachel. Literally the minute I walked into the bar and gave a quick glance at the decor, admiring how cute it was. Rachel had given me the side eye. And little did I know, I was next with her lol. She's a bit rude, no conversation with me, kept talking to the next person, made no eye contact. Maybe it wasn't her night, get better sis. Stella, if this is your name, you rock chica! She was the bartender behind the bar that night. So uplifted, friendly & made the drinks great! I didn't stay long, really came for the experience. Hopefully the next time I come I get to see the show in the back. Literally the deal is $10 bucks for a manicure and a free drink. My first drink was the Manhattan, strong & hit the right places. I had two more drinks that went down better, Pink Rinse. Fruity. Music was not uplifted at all, very old school. Honestly drinks make up for it. Love that a projector was playing a movie in the background. Very chic place for a quick catch up with your girls.

Gia B.

Yelp
security asked us to leave at 3:30 (which after finishing the drinks we paid for...obliged to) but only us. I was sitting at the bar with my date and they only asked me and my date to leave. NO ONE else. Doesn't really make sense why only we were asked to leave, whether everyone was friends of the bar or not, but we felt very much so ~not welcome~. so there's that other than that, super cute place and would've probably loved it if i was there for the show. but i wasnt. so my review isn't based on that.

Roxie M.

Yelp
Horrible service and terrible prices for drinks. Felt very unhygienic and not a safe space.
google avatar

Meera B.

Yelp
I went to beauty bar for the first time this weekend and it seemed like a cute place but the bartenders were so rude. After paying for our drinks, they gave us attitude for not tipping more and started yelling at us. I definitely would not recommend.
google avatar

Ronan S.

Yelp
Would leave zero stars if I could, the security staff refuses two forms of ID (one city ID and other a foreign driver's license) only to later insinuate he would accept a bribe.
google avatar

Sean B.

Yelp
Strong drinks great bar staff excellent Dj music I recommend the redhead as far as drinks
google avatar

Havolin T.

Yelp
I came here to have some drinks with my friend. It's a cool little bar with 60s-style decor. There's glitter walls and cool props like hairdryers. They have a special where you can get a manicure for $10 and it comes with a free drink. How could I pass that up? It was a pretty basic manicure but the manicurist was really nice and made conversation with me the whole time. She also used Zoya polish, which doesn't test on animals and she was very clean with her technique and tools. The drinks aren't fancy but they do the trick and the bartender was friendly enough. I'd definitely go again.
google avatar

CHRISTINE Z.

Yelp
Not bad at all for a $10 manicure with your cocktail. The manicurists are very nice, and the nail polish they use is Zoya (one of the "clean" brands) with a great color selection. I didn't end up getting a manicure this time around, but they did a pretty good job on my two guy friends. It was also vindicating to watch them struggle to navigate things like putting on a coat, opening a door, etc witb freshly painted nails. Of course, that means that everything smells vaguely of nail polish and acetone which is not the most amazing smell in a bar. But this place has been a staple of east 14th and i can't imagine the area without it. There are mannequin heads in the window and the whole vibe feels trendy but not pretentious. The inside is clean, the drinks are cheap and the service is fast.
google avatar

Juliana T.

Yelp
TL;DR: Come for strong drinks, good/cheap manicures, great comedy. Beauty Bar had been on my radar for a long time and I wanted to check it out for its historic value, but much of what I'd read about this place indicated that other than the vintage dryer chairs, there's not much worth checking out. On top of that, the consensus seemed to be that service was awful. My friend and I showed up on a Friday around 7:45pm. It wasn't too crowded at the time, and we were able to quickly get to the front of the bar and purchase our tickets for a manicure and a drink for $10--what a steal! There were two manicurists on duty at the time, and patrons are called up by order of ticket purchase. There were a couple of people ahead of us, but we didn't mind waiting since we got to spend the time sipping on our drinks and taking obligatory photos with the dryers. The place is very divey and ironically, there is very little that is beautiful about Beauty Bar. But the vibe is fun, the crowd is varied and chill, and there is a little bit of something for everyone. In addition to manicures, they also had comedy in the backroom, and later in the evening, a DJ. We were here for several hours and were entertained the whole time! I didn't find the service to be as bad as I expected, based on past reviews. The bartender was an older woman, and she was great; funny and quick with the drinks. One of the manicurists (short blonde hair) was really friendly. The other one (I was told she's the manager) was less friendly and engaging, but still not outright rude. The quality of the manicure was not the best I've had, but for $5, who can complain? They use professional grade products that are free of a lot of the chemicals you would find in other polish brands. And it lasts forever! 1.5 weeks later, my nails still look great!
google avatar

Farah K.

Yelp
This was my first time at a beauty bar. Got my nails done for $10 w a free drink (cocktail, beer, or wine). Place is unique with a rock style vibe to it. It was Friday night so it was comedy night! Some of the comedians were funny especially the Indian female (girls were funnier than the guys). The place received a 4star because of the service. Bartender was great but the manicurist on the other hand, could've been friendlier and welcoming! Although we had a conversation (mainly sparked by me), I felt as though she was tired and annoyed and therefore came off as displaying a bitchy attitude. The place is worth visiting if you want to enjoy and have the experience but I will not be returning despite the fabulous $10 deal of a manicure and a drink.

Amanda S.

Yelp
zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible experience, in general, did not have safe vibes. If I never went here I would almost prefer that because I wouldn't have had to interact with the owner and his beret.
google avatar

Yelp
Yesterday was my first time at Beauty Bar and I had a Great Time!! It was the 2016 punk Rock record Fair run by a nice chap named Anthony. My girlfriend Vera Ramone (DeeDee Ramone) wife was there signing her book "Poisoned Heart" The Record Fair was really cool.. The Ambiance and decor are Magnificent! The staff are very friendly and the bartender Brock was smiling all night and had great energy. I loved the vintage style of the whole place. There is a manicurist on duty name Allie who is super sweet and for $10 you get a manicure and a drink. It's great. After I while I sat at the bar and was talking to one of the general managers Justin. All around I loved this place indeed and definitely be back!

Mandy F.

Yelp
$10 for a ticket to get a manicure AND a drink???? count me in. I came here with a girl friend because we read about this deal on line and wanted to check it out. You really can't beat that price, esp around the east village area. We came in around 6pm on a Friday and it was pretty empty. The place was a bit dark when we walked in, but we were quickly approached by a not so polite worker asking us for ID. like relax, we were still confused if this was the place or not. We looked around and saw the sign that said to purchase manicure tickets at the bar. So we went up to the bar to purchase tickets. The bartender helped other people who came after order first, but we were just like whatever no big deal. She gave us the drink menu and the manicure. The margarita was nice and strong and we sat down at the table waiting for our turn to get our manicure. We waited maybe 20 minutes and was #7 and #8 (walked into the bar when they were calling #4) which is pretty quick. When it was me and my friend's turn, the lady was nice to introduce the colors to me and help me choose between two colors. And then after that, she just never spoke to me again except when I tipped her. So I just expected she wasn't in the mood to speak bc she probably does this all day, until the person that went after me got to her seat and she was laughing and talking to him the whole time. (not a big deal either, but I would def tip more if she was friendlier) It was done in about ten minutes because I didn't need any filing or cutting of my nails. I wish they had a place for me to dry my nails because it got ruined when I went to get another drink. This place is worth the $10 for manicure and a drink, but the service from the busboy, bartender and manicurist is eh.
google avatar

Brandy B.

Yelp
Great staff and dj's - fun dance floor in the back and I can usually snag a seat at the front bar anytime. Affordable drinks and great service = )
google avatar

Eli G.

Yelp
This place is a shit hole that pretends to be a bar that pretends to be a shit hole. They can paint your nails, add soda to a vodka of your choice, and that's pretty much it. Trying to describe it in one word would result in "dirty" or "nasty" or "gross". Cleaning ice making machine is optional. The place smells like mold. I did enjoy mi time though, but who would read to here?
google avatar

Ragini G.

Yelp
This establishment is quite a delight. You don't go there for the drinks, the cleanliness or the decor specifically but its beyond AWESOME to see such a strong-female establishment. There are pics of Rosie the Riveter and the like, all the bartenders are female and it was apparent to me that the space welcomed everybody regardless of your preferences, clothing choices etc. which was very pleasing. I don't know how they make money at this place - for $10 you get a yummy drink (and you can pick what you want) + a manicure. It's not a fancy manicure but they did cut and paint my nails and do my cuticles and whatnot. Heck, there are places where you can't even get a drink for $10 let alone all this. I was glad my sister took me here and am excited for a visit the next time I'm in the city.
google avatar

George B.

Yelp
Stopped in for a drink after seeing they have happy hour till 10pm. I decided to go with a rum and coke for 5 bucks and boy was it very water downed . I don't think I ever had such a water downed well drink before . The place was packed with no seats . The back wasn't open so ended up standing and walked right out after finishing the drink .
google avatar

Mardory V.

Yelp
From the outside, this looks like the Type of place I would not wander into on a whim on my own. A few folks meandered outside gaping inside but doubtful. However, I'm so glad my awesome company for the evening led me here. The back area was closed while we were there but the front space was more than suitable for us. (I also love this place because the bartenders carded me-- YES!!!!) Their signature Cocktails are varied and aplenty. But of course, they have your Standard concoctions as well. Place was clean and had an eye catching decor that was almost as interesting as the crowd and bar staff. If you dont like tattoos--- dont come here. Having said that, they wont judge you but you will have to leave your ID to start a tab. They serve peanuts, goldfish and other snacks throughout the bar. There are enough good food options in the area for them to forgo serving meals. Crowd is unique and full of individuality-- but most importantly friendly!! No pretentious suits or uptight jerks to be found here. Definitely no B&T crowds here either. Happy Hour is almost all day long and almost all drinks range from $5-10. Cant beat that. They have a cocktail & manicure special for $10 which was perfect to spruce up my chipped manicure. Rachel the manicurist is a darling who did an awesome job. Not sure why others had issues with the manicure--mine is still on point three days later. Bathrooms were small but adequate and very clean. It doesnt compare to a fine restaurant but it gets the job done. I will definitely be returning, no doubt about that. I Reserve my 5th Star for when I get to see what that back spot's got.

Yelp
This is my favorite bar in New York City, or really in the whole wide world. I'm not your typical club going young adult. I'm not really into your typical club scene. This place is different. It has a great vibe for a number of reasons. First, I think the bar prices are reasonable for Lower East Side Manhattan. There are no great happy hour prices that I know of, but I think their fair. They have a fun Martini and a Manicure deal (I think it's $20), which is pretty cool, too. My favorite part about this club is the music. At 11 the dance floor opens and you're literally taken through the decades. There are very few clubs that I know of that play everything from the 60's to contemporary music (especially contemporary rock). It's my favorite place to sing and dance all night long. Be warned, the dance floor gets REALLY crowded (and sometimes a little sweaty and smelly), which might not be for everyone.

Talal A.

Yelp
Been to this place three times and the bartenders are always rude and YELLING at people. The place is always too crowded and vibes are terrible. Please go somewhere else
google avatar

Desiree D.

Yelp
You can ask any of my friends, i am not one for a manicure. I never get one, but for $10 along with a drink..id say i was pretty happy with the turn out. The manicures arent the best by far, but the ladies who do them are so nice and friendly and who could beat that price? Theres a happy hour pretty much every day until 9 PM and various comedy shows during the week too. My magarita was made pretty strong so that was also a plus too! Personally, id come back just for shits and giggles, plus the drinks are strong and cheap.
google avatar

Isabel J.

Yelp
My friends wanted to check this place out so we made our way there on a Friday after work. When I got there I was immediately asked for ID then I made my way to the bar where the bartender told me how everything works. You paid $10 which gives you a drink (they are strong) and a manicure. It was Friday so the wait for the manicure was an hour and half. I didn't mind since we were going to be drinking and chatting anyway. They had a DJ that played cool music and the time flew. Beware they don't announce the numbers so pay attention to what number they are up so you don't miss out on your manicure. The manicure its the greatest its more of a polish change but I'm not complaining they did a great job and I really enjoyed my drinks. After we got the manicure we ventured to the back where they had live stand up comedy. The comedians were a hit or miss but again it was free so I'm not complaining. Overall I had a great time and this is a great place for cheap drinks, cheap manicure and to spend some amazing time with your girlfriends.

Yelp
This has always been a fun place to go dancing at the end of a night out, especially because of the music selection. Great place to get a simple and well priced old fashioned or manhattan. In covid, whenever restaurants open, this is the only place worth going to get away and relax.

Yelp
This place is like a one time thing. Contrary to its name, it's not much of a beaut. Drinks are ok. The free comedy show was what lured us in. Wasn't that funny. Should really just be two stars, but the extra star is for originality. They do your nails for you in there but there's no place to dry your nails once you're done. :T Go ahead and "file" this place way in the back of your to do/bookmarks lists. Not something you need to do right this second. maybe if youre bored. MAYBE.

Yelp
Part dive bar, part lounge, part manicure salon. Kitschy decor. Cheap beer and drinks at happy hour. Booze selection is not extensive. Bartender was nice enough. Music not loud, something modern. Entertainment several nights a week is the big draw.

Yelp
Very divey and funky place. $10 manicure + free drink is a good deal! Stick with beer because the wine was meh. There is a free comedy show but it is just alright. It was a cool thing to do on a Friday night, but it's a one time only thing because not many people in the audience, so the vibe is not right. It's cool! Would totally recommend as a stop but not for more than 1 hour.
