had a great dinner as usual. love beauty in the pot, used to frequent outlet at vivocity but concept changed so decided to have it here. as usual the ingredients are all good quality, soup not overly salty. staff is pleasant and friendly. enjoyed a great meal and will be back.

Everything is good! First time coming here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. All ingredients were fresh! We had 4 types of soup and everything was good. Highly recommended! Service is also good. We have enough space to eat and get condiments and side dishes and fruits.

We had the $16.80++ and $20.80++ lunch sets, which included free-flow appetisers, desserts, and sauces/condiments. While the meat portions weren’t large, the sets were still good value. The meat quality stood out—fresh and not frozen like other budget hotpot places. Even the ice cream was served at the right temperature, not rock-hard. Overall, a very good dining experience without breaking the bank.

We try this hot pot buffet at Nex outlets. Soups are tasty 😋. Before we go, we do it reserved. So that no need to wait. Vegetable 🌽 & meats are fresh. A little expensive than other buffets but worth it. Staffs are attentive and friendly.

The staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They checked in at the right times without being intrusive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. They make the efforts to celebrate birthday 🎂 The steamboat spread was fresh, flavorful, and plentiful, with a wide variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables to choose from. The soup bases were rich and tasty, and it was great being able to try different flavors. What stood out most was the quality and freshness of the ingredients — everything was well-prepared and neatly presented. The dipping sauces also complemented the food perfectly, making the meal even more enjoyable.

This outlet is large with plenty of tables to seat big or small groups. Best to book in advance if you're celebrating an occasion. Service is fast and attentive, with polite staff. The collagen broth is good for those who aren't able to take spiciness. The slimming spicy broth is not that slimming considering the oily layer of chilli oil! However, the taste is absolutely spicy up the nose. The full sets of beef, chicken and pork are enough for meat lovers. Good range of vegetables and mushrooms. The jumbo beancurd rolls are delicious, but remember to cook them very quickly by just dipping into the boiling broth. The free yuzu drinks is refreshing after the hotpot heat. If it is your birthday, the complimentary cake is substantial for 6 people.

My son want to try flaming Mao Tai La La Hot pot so we make a reservation to try it. The Lala is big and juicy. The broth is delicious 🤤 A good place to try this if you don’t want to travel all the way to Johor Bahru.
