Staff Liu Bing provided an excellent service, helping us peel prawns, giving us a shawl when cold. Making the whole experience exceptional. Also, gave me a cake, balloons, birds nest for my birthday. Really surprised and I really enjoyed my birthday celebration over here! Highly recommended. Excellent food and service!!!!!!! :)

It’s amazing hotpot experience. The ingredients are so fresh. The beef slices are huge and nicely sliced. It goes very well with the collagen base as well as the Mala base. Collagen base has some dried scallops in it. Can taste MSG, but still, it’s a great soup to drink. Deep fried beancurd skins roll is amazing to go with the soup base. Shrimp paste is very chewy and fresh. A must to order.

Had a pleasant meal with friends here. Can’t book online for a big group so friends went earlier to get a table. Friday evening was ok, not too crowded or noisy. We got the collagen and tomato soup, which were refilled regularly m. Ingredients were fresh with lots of selection at the sauce station. The waitress gave us disposable aprons upon request and provided prompt service throughout. Overall, I enjoyed catching up here with friends.

Quite a good overall Hot Pot experience and I like visiting every once in a while. Personally, I slightly prefer Hai Di Lao’s hot pot experience for the better customer service and better food quality and choice in my humble opinion. We had a pretty good experience overall at the Vivo City branch.

Delicious hotpot experience with good service. The weekday set lunch is value for money (19.90++ inclusive of unlimited condiments and fruits and snacks and water, plus the yuzu slushie and ice cream at the end). Only drawback is the high levels of sodium in the hotpot broth, wish they could provide a low sodium version...

Very nice buffet food and services from the staff Lee Mee. I enjoy tonight ice-cream. The chocolate ice-cream so nice. I am so full and still able to take 3 cups. Quality food at an very attractive price. My whole family enjoyed the food tonight. Highly recommended to come here.
