In the Fan, Beauvine balances approachability with polish: Virginia-sourced beef, duck fat fries, and boozy shakes. Named Best Burgers by Richmond Magazine, where it’s praised for consistency and options beyond beef.

Great burgers👍, slow service 👎 Came on a Sunday night, the place was at about half capacity. Luckily, there was street parking nearby. Lighting was very dim (much darker than in the photos). Our specific table was also very close to the one to our left, so when another group sat down it was a bit awkward sitting so close and each of us fully hearing the other's conversation, despite it being pretty loud inside. Waiting for service was the biggest issue: it took nearly 30 min to place our orders, another 30 min to get the check, and another 25 min for the check to be returned. Tried unsuccessfully to get the attention of our waitress, who seemed to be covering the entire row of tables inside. The burgers were fantastic but small in portion. They come medium rare/ with some pink by default. They are neatly wrapped so your hands don't get as greasy eating. The fries aren't included and are sold separately, but the portions are decent. Burger + fries are $15-$19, which is a good value. We finished everything feeling full but not too full. So good food, but because of the time spent waiting the highest I can give is 4 stars.

Google
Visted for the first time on a Friday evening. They were definitely busy but we were seated quickly. Food was amazing. Had the wings for an appetizer and we both had burgers and fries. Solid portions for the price. I also enjoyed their "Great Debate" cocktail which was awesome. Highly recommend.

Google
Very neat burger spot, a mix of outdoor and indoor seating as well as a bar. I tried their seasonal artisan soda which was a mango, and it was quite good actually. I ordered the Magnolia Lane Burger (beef and brioche) Very good burger even with just one patty. The bacon was the perfect texture for me, not too soft with some crunch. The pimento cheese was a great idea for this burger. The lettuce isn't crunchy or crispy, it adds more of a...flavor absorbing or neutral value to the burger. The tomato isn't overpowering and's pairs well with the onion. I had it with the Duck Fat fries, (their ketchup that comes with it is actually refrigerated which is very cool, and they have some sauces that cost extra. I tried the Apricot Mustard which was really strong! I liked it and I will try their other sauces if possible, though I actually really likes their fries even on its own. Good service, nice vibe, only regret is not trying a milkshake which is one of the things they are known for but I will be back again for that.

Google
We got takeout but the staff was helpful and friendly. I know this is a burger place but the chicken wings were absolutely perfect. Nice render of the skin, a touch of sweetness from the salt brine, and saucy but not drowning in sauce. Literally perfect. The burgers and duck fat fries were awesome too.

Google
3 stars because my husbands burger was a complete miss. He got the steak frites burger which has truffle fries on it but the fries were so stale it seemed like they were from yesterday that were tossed onto the burger so they didn’t have to waste them. The burger was also terribly salty. They said the burger would have some pink to it but it was well done. On the other hand my burger with the goat cheese and tomato jam was a slam dunk! Great balance of sweet, savory, and salty and cooked just right with some pink inside. The sweet potato fries were just average in our opinion. In general it’s a cute place with a good atmosphere to hang out. Unfortunate that my husband’s burger was such a miss and I couldn’t rate it higher, but your team is as good as your weakest link and I had to go based on that this time.

Google
First off, the food is amazing. Highly recommend. I loved it so so much. The mac and cheese bites were amazing and I loved the burger. It just felt like the server forgot about us. We ended up waiting around 25 minutes for the check, not the food. We tried to wave them down but the never saw us. It was really busy, but we really wanted to get home. I will hopefully come back, just hope the service will be better.

Google
Called and the lady on the phone was nice and professional. I love any burger 🍔 with eggs 🥚 . She suggested the LE BENNY and it was amazing. Good quality burgers here highly recommend

The burgers and milkshake were delicious. The atmosphere was fun and service was friendly. I’d love to go back to try more of the menu.

Yelp
Had a most fantastic burger here. The Joe beef was rich, flavorful, and juicy. Everything a burger should be! The sweet potato waffle fries were thin and crispy. The duck fat fries were delicious, with just the right amount of fry and salt. The raspberry soda was a great balance of tartness and refreshing and was not too sweet. The wings were good as well. Service was great, efficient, and attentive. The interior is very welcoming. Just short of five stars because I would say the tables are a little sticky though. And I'm a firm believer in that burgers should come with fries. Overall, excellent place and excellent burgers!

Yelp
Beauvine is a wonderful late night spot that still has great service and fresh food, even at 10 PM. I got the titular Beauvine burger and a side of fries to split with my friend. I'd give the burger a 10/10. It was cooked well and all of the toppings were fresh and balanced. I'd give the fries a 7/10. They were a bit salty, but still had great crunch. We were promptly sat outside by the friendly service. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid burger and a nice ambiance.

Yelp
Cute place in Richmond. Very lively and busy, but it was great being able to sit outdoors. Got there during a busy time, but it did not take us long to be seated. Server and hostess were very kind and checked up on his periodically. The steak frites burger was really juicy and I enjoyed the fries that came within it. I ordered the extra patty, which was also really juicy, which I enjoyed. The pimento cheese duck fat fries were delicious and would get this dish again.

Yelp
Reliable place to take friends, came here with a friend from out of town and it was a solid experience! Bellytimber was made well with a warm pink center on the burger and nice flavor. The Bbq didn't stand out though. The sweet potato fries was good but I should have asked for salt on it! I would go again on occasion, price worth is debatable since you can get cheaper burgers from here but the quality of the buns on the burger is also a plus! Nice service as always and solid atmosphere!

Yelp
I've been here for the Beauvine burger and duck fat fries which are both phenomenal. The desserts are also killin it though! You have got to try the tasty milkshakes and the donut holes. Let's just say my sweet tooth is very satisfied. Service is always very friendly. I've only been here during lunch hour and it's typically busy which is not surprising since the food is so good. The place is nice, narrow, but doesn't feel overcrowded, and the playlist is usually poppin.

Yelp
This is one of my intern's favorite spots in RVA. I came once years ago for their boozy hot cocoa during winter, I think it was COVID time and I remember liking their outdoor patio. I hadn't been back in a long time and decided to revisit with some friends for lunch. We were seated pretty quickly and it was pretty packed. We were near the front at a high top table. I love that you get to choose between different types of patties and breads. This is a great spot for gluten free or vegetarian friends. I ordered the Belle Ringer with a beef patty and brioche bun. You order fries and sides separately here. We really adored their waffle sweet potato fries. I also really enjoyed my burger. My friends enjoyed their burgers too. Since it was busy, it took a little to order. We were a group of three. We spent about an hour at the restaurant which wasn't bad for us. They have a women and men's restroom. In the women's restroom there is only one stall. There is free parking out front on Cary st. Our server was really sweet and the food was good. I'd give my overall time here 4.5 star (rounding up).

Yelp
Second time visitor. My first visit was after bar hopping and needing a to satisfy a burger craving. A friend said "I know the place!" and we met here. This time it was a more carefully planned visit. I Googled for 'Best burgers in Richmond' and this came highly recommended. Having been here once before, I figured it was a strong contender. The place isn't snazzy but doesn't need to be. I took a seat at the bar and my server was happy to answer questions. One burger and shake, coming up! I went for the steak frites, fries, and a shake (I studiously avoided asking how many calories I was consuming). All were excellent. The fries also managed to be just greasy enough without actually being greasy. The best in town? I have to try more to be sure...but it's a contender!

Yelp
Loved this cute little gem. We went for bougie burgers and shakes and this place SERVED. I had the Belle Ringer Burger and coffee shake and both were fantastic. The herbed goat cheese and aoli mixed so well together and the shake had a strong, delicious creamy flavor. Service was good, but nothing special, but the overall vibe was very eclectic, fun, and upscale. Would def go back!

Yelp
Had lunch here during my Richmond trip. The burgers are pretty good! I got the Lafayette burger. It came with Brie cheese, Cabernet onions, arugula, tomatoes and an apricot mustard. I didnt really taste the Brie but the Cabernet onions were delicious. The burger patty itself was good, well seasoned and not dry (although it was more medium than medium rare in my opinion). I also got to try the pimento duck fat fries. Fries were nice and crispy but the pimento cheese wasn't what I was expecting (it was more like a melted cheese glob on top). Overall I was pretty satisfied with the food, plus our server was friendly and worked fast!

Yelp
Delivery/to go order. It held up well as packaged well. I've had their hamburgers before and they have been consistently on point. The bun I like very much and glad they offer blue cheese crumbles for a topping, as some places do not. This was my first time trying their smoked Gouda macaroni and cheese arancini. Omg it was a tasty, crunchy and cheesy bite! Amazing

Yelp
Great burgers and shakes. You can predict what to expect by the quality of their ingredients listed on the menu. Very reasonable prices and excellent service. Try it.

Yelp
I visited Beauvine Burger Concept with my husband for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. The service, the food & the ambiance were absolutely exquisite. I loved their build a burger options & opted for the turkey burger on a brioche bun. This was probably one of the best burgers I have ever had! I was not disappointed. It was cooked perfectly. It was juicy & full of flavor. I also ordered the duck fat fries, which were subliminally divine! As we went during Brunch time, I had to have a cocktail so the Lavender lemonade cocktail I ordered perfectly fit with my food. This is definitely a spot I would return to again & again!

Yelp
We went on a Friday night and were happy to be seated right away despite the packed restaurant. We were seated next to the door, which made for an interesting experience as we watched the employees at the host stand greet customers without ever smiling, and up until the point that a man arrived who I believe is one of the owners, the hostess was sitting with her back to the door scrolling on her phone or chatting with a coworker. Our server was amiable and attentive, and overall, our experience was great. The food was hot and flavorful when it arrived. Our milkshake was a delightful dessert to finish off the meal. The menu was clearly marked with gluten-free options, which made it easy to order. I'd happily return in the future.

Yelp
Great restaurant in every aspect! We were created immediately and served by Paige, who was amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and great server. The hamburgers were a good size and delicious. Juicy and the toppings were all fresh and everything was hot. The sweet potato fries were super crispy, some really hard. Paige was kind enough to get me some softer ones and they were delicious! Friends had milkshakes and said they were the best! Prices are a little high. They will only let you make 2 changes to the ones on the menu without making you pay for a make you own, which would end up costing a lot more. $1.25 for a slice of cheese is the highest I've ever seen. Dipping sauces are $1 each. Overall, it's a great place. It has an outside patio that allows dogs too. Street parking, so could be an issue on a busy day! Will definitely go back!

Yelp
We visited on a Saturday night and didn't have to wait long for a table for two. The place itself is decorated nicely and would make a good date night spot. It was pretty packed when we arrived and all the tables around us didn't have any food. We started with an alcoholic milkshake and it was as described. We wished it lasted longer cause we grew pretty antsy and hungry as it took about 40 minutes to get our food. We were pretty unimpressed once we got our food too. We both ordered our burgers pink/medium and they arrived well done and crisp. The egg on the Le Benny wasn't runny, which I feel is supposed to be the main selling point. We got pimento cheese duck fat fries and these were easily the best part of the meal. There wasn't enough pimento cheese at all to justify an extra $2 though. The cheese on top shown in the photo was all there was and there wasn't any layered in.

Yelp
We loved everything! Food, service, and ambiance. Came here for lunch and boozy milkshakes. So glad we did. We sucked the milkshakes down like water. They were so delicious and impressively beautiful!! I had the Chiva chocolate one. My friends had the Rudy Tutti and Irish Au Revoir. Theirs were a little sweet for my taste buds but they loved them. The chocolate one was perfect for me, not too sweet. We loved our burgers and especially liked the Duck Fat Fries with Truffle Parmesan and herbs! I preferred the beau sauce over the aioli. Would definitely come back and eat here the next time we're in Richmond.
google avatar

Abby S.

Yelp
Very solid burger, good service, and a nice atmosphere. I liked the extensive menu and the great options both for building a burger and for those already constructed. I tried one of their milkshakes too and can't recommend enough. The burger and fries were great, though the size of the burger was a bit underwhelming for the high dollar price. Wouldn't stop me from coming back, but does put it to a more occasional stop for me.

Yelp
TLDR - delicious burgers with lots of options for a build your own style burger. Food - my husband and I have been to beauvine a few times. We always order the Mac and cheese arancini, BYO burgers and duck fat fries. The arancini is good but I think we order it more for the novelty. The mac and cheese on the inside isn't the most flavorful (we hold a high bar!) but overall it's a good starter. For burgers, I always get bacon, runny egg and beau sauce added to mine. When building your own your burger can get expensive QUICK as the toppings are quite pricey. This was our first time bringing our 8 month old. This time we gave her pieces of our burger to keep her entertained but in the future we'll probably just buy her a side patty (which felt reasonably priced at $4). There really aren't many baby friendly options aside from that. This time we came with my brother who is not an adventurous eater. He got an incredibly plain burger and after looking at the menu I suppose the toppings and recommended combinations aren't your typical - aside from ordering a plain ole cheeseburger. Something to keep in mind if you have picky eaters in your party or folks who get intimidated by too much newness. My last complaint about the menu is their selection. This place really is just a burger spot so if you or someone else in your group doesn't want a burger there isn't much else available. The starters are very limited and so are the salads. This is the second time I've come craving a salad to go with my burger but the options just aren't great (in my opinion). Vibe - I try to eat outside whenever we can as I find the inside to be a bit cramped. Overall the vibe is casual with quick service.
google avatar

Xenia C.

Yelp
Cozy restaurant with a long bar! Our server was pleasant and food and drinks came out quick. The dining room tables are very close to each other so I wouldn't say it's too intimate. The truffle Parmesan fries were good just a bit salty. I loved my cocktail (Christmas in New York) and would absolutely order it again.
google avatar

Courtney K.

Yelp
Stopped in for dinner on a long drive and let me tell you - this was perhaps the best burger I've ever eaten. I am trying to ensure that all trips that go up 95 entail a stop at Beauvine. Great service, cozy and stylish interior, and amazing food. Nothing too flashy, just delicious. Also love that you can split a milkshake!

Yelp
I heard from a friend that this was the best burger he had in his life. I decided to try it for myself. Glad they were open on New Year's Day. Went here for lunch at about 12:30pm. Got seated quickly. I noticed that around 1pm, people started trickling and when I left, there were more people. Ambiance was casual. Sammie, our server, was helpful in answering questions about the menu. I really liked the Guayaquil 64% dark chocolate shake! It was not overpowering and was the right kind of sweet. Duck fat fries were alright. Got the Bellytimber and Joe Beef. All their burgers are made of beef that is tender. Bellytimber had beer battered onion rings, pickles, tomato, cheddar cheese and barbeque sauce. It was refreshing with some tanginess and the right kind of sweetness. Joe Beef had arugula, tomato, onions, truffled beech mushrooms, aioli and steak sauce. It tasted good. Had a good dining experience here but I would not say that these are best burgers I had in my life. Yes, they are artisanal burgers but those of Shake Shack can be more flavorful. Giving it a 4/5.
google avatar

Yelp
Delicious burger and fried donut holes with vanilla ice cream. Pimento cheese fried were a nice complement.
google avatar

Cheryl G.

Yelp
I would give 10 stars if I could! The hostess was very accommodating with our group of 7, especially because when we arrived we didn't know if it would be as low as 6 or as high as 8. Serving staff was super friendly and helpful and did a great job staying on top of everything without hovering or us feeling pressured. They bring large bottles of water to the table, and she even swapped one out without me noticing to make sure we all stayed hydrated! Cute place with indoor & outdoor seating, also has a bar with seating that runs most of the length of the place. Food was fantastic! They offer beef burgers, turkey burgers, and veggie burgers. You can get them on a regular bun, gluten-free bun (that I was told was amazing), or lettuce wrap. We also sampled the beer battered onion rings, sweet potato waffle fries, and regular fries. All were delicious! They are also very careful about gluten, contamination, which we really appreciated! Two in our party were interested in a sweet treat, and they happily split a milkshake into two to-go cups ($1 surcharge). Prices for lunch we're very reasonable, especially for the quality and quantity of food we received! Definitely recommend, and hope to go back the next time I'm in the area!

Yelp
We were told this place has really good burgers so we decided to check it out. When you arrive, you see a cool little joint located on the corner. It didn't look like much at first glance, but many of the tables outside were full (which was a good sign). We were fortunate to get the last open table outside ... which was a great start because the weather was perfect. As we reviewed the menu, my wife and I zeroed in on the Beauvine Burger (a simple burger with all the usual trimmings). When the burgers arrived and we took our first bite, we knew this was going to be a good experience. And it was. From the burger, to the service, to the simple setting. We enjoyed all of it!
google avatar

Yelp
Ambiance was a vibe, small but popping!!! I received the wrong burger and it was not my type but it was good. Service was decent but it was also busy so it was understandable... Would definitely return!

Yelp
Thursday 3/21/2024 I made a carry out order for the magnolia burger $12, duck fat fries $5, and a side of bbq sauce $1. With a sub total of $18 my order ended up being $24.60 total after taxes, a carry out fee, and a convenience fee which is flat out ridiculous. The magnolia lane burger was just alright. The duck fat fries were okay but lacking (in quantity). The house bbq sauce wasn't good. I didn't like the taste and it had super runny consistency rather than a thicker consistency that I'm used to. Overall, this spot was an absolute miss for me. I definitely wouldn't come back or recommend.
google avatar

Raven S.

Yelp
Craving a burger? Look no further! While visiting family we tried Beauvine and it was a crowd pleaser! We had the Mac and cheese arinchini to start out with and it was very tasty! The burgers were hearty so we split them amongst the group, but it was a wonderful starter! I did the build your own burger with the turkey patty (it was very moist and seasoned well), bacon, Gouda, lettuce, tomato, and aioli. It was juicy and the bun was buttered perfectly. We sat outside and the patio area was cozy and our sever was great! I would highly recommend popping in here for lunch soon!
google avatar

Aaron S.

Yelp
They make a great burger! I went with a group and we were all happy campers. I love their choices, not only of burger ingredients but options to go with a regular patty, turkey burger, or veggie burger, as well as a few different options for the bun. I went with the De Leon turkey burger and loved it. We all also really enjoyed the mac and cheese arancini. We would all definitely order that again. They also have a solid selection of beers and cocktails. Fantastic service during our experience as well. Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Nikki B.

Yelp
First time last night and I got the vanilla shake and duck fat fries ! Sooo delicious and taste like a better McDonald's fry without the cardboard taste the shake was so yummy
google avatar

Gregory F.

Yelp
This place sneaks up on you! First off, some great prices for what I would consider a "higher-end" burger - but also some super fresh and creative ingredients that make for some great selections no matter what you're in the mood for. The Joe Beef was so freaking delicious - that aioli + steak sauce combo made for the perfect topper to an already pristinely cooked burger, and the mushrooms were so freaking cute. Also - don't you dare do the fries without the tuffle/parmasean/herbs - everything just feels so much higher end here and I was impressed with the outcome. Such a convenient location too! Drive by it all the time and could see myself getting takeout from here all the time.

Yelp
I had the baked Brie and tomato jam. My stomach has not been able to handle burgers lately, but my friend wanted to try it out. The Brie was great. I had a sip of the milkshakes and they were wonderful. My friends had the boozy ones, and will continue to go back for them. The duck fries with pimento cheese were delicious. The whole restaurant was loud. It was hard to hear anyone on the other side of the table The service was great. Tip already included for parties of 6.
google avatar

Sahil J.

Yelp
Solid burger joint with a variety or gourmet burgers that pair well with their milkshakes and beverages.
google avatar

Emily M.

Yelp
Picked up takeout from beauvine. The experience was easy, my order was ready early behind the bar. The Lafayette burger was yummy, but I give 3 stars bc the Brie + apricot mustard could be stronger. I also didn't taste much of a difference between regular fries and the Parmesan fries
google avatar

Tony B.

Yelp
Here on a Sunday and the place is packed and it's not even football season. Ordered two different burgers with onion rings fries and waffle fries. The hamburger itself is very tasty. Matter of fact everything we got was awesome. Onion rings is skip next time they are average. Will be back here for sure

Kelly

Yelp
Just driving through but like to take in the local restaurants. I don't want to say we were in a hurry but did have some place we needed to be. Considering it is mostly a burger place, we thought it would be fairly quick. Ordered the beauvine, would have gotten the mayo on the side as I don't like too much but it would have been an upcharge. It was way too much mayo. My husband wanted just meat and cheese - cost more than the beauvine. Took 45 minutes to get our food. Was excited to see that the menu stated a slight pink inside as that's how I like it. Both burgers were greatly overcooked. I had to pick off two chunks that were unedible as they were so charred. And for those of you from out of town the tax is 13%. It had potential but fell short.

Brandi C.

Yelp
I felt like a Celiac princess! I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate my soy allergy, and right from the start I knew I was in good hands. They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe. I had the most amazing burger, duck fat fries, and dark chocolate shake. I haven't been treated this well, or had such a delicious meal as a Celiac anywhere in the US. Other restaurants take note, this is how you handle allergies. Top notch staff, attentive, professionals. These are not your casual servers, these are career restaurant people who know their stuff, and are great at what they do.
google avatar

Shonicia L.

Yelp
Lucy was our waitress and she was amazing. The food didn't take long to come out and it was plentiful. The atmosphere was tolerable, not too loud. You can tell this is a spot where college kids would hang out. The burger I ordered was pretty good. My husband said he would definitely come back.

Yelp
5/5 Hands down the best burger/duck fat wings I've ever had. Came with my partner and we ordered a burger each and an appetizer of deep fried wings. I'm drooling as I'm writing this because I know I won't be able to get it as much as I'd want. I was raised in Richmond but now live in Nova. There's tons of burger places in nova but Richmond will ALWAYS have the best bbq& burgers and that's facts. The wings were such a surprise for us since we were going for burgers. We were so full but we didn't let a single wing go to waste! So crunchy and perfectly seasoned which paired perfectly with a nice cold beer. The burgers were juicy, perfectly grilled like I like it -medium rare. You just got to go try it yourself. Tip: GET THE WINGS WITH YOUR ORDER

Yelp
One of the best burgers I've had in RVA. I also enjoy that they have lettuce wrap options !!!

Yelp
Ok, this place rocked. I was looking for burger places when driving through town on a road trip and we came here, definitely a good pick. Hubby had a Chiva boozy milkshake since it was my turn to drive and he loved it, it had a little cookie poking out of it and I had a bite. For burgers, he had the Belle Ringer and I had a BYO that was similar to that one but had a couple small substitutions. They were both so good, good size portions, great quality meat, delicious toppings. We also had onion rings, and they were good too. We were stuffed. Service was good, ambience was great, we'll definitely come back when passing back through town.

Yelp
My first time at beauvine and I was blown away! The staff is friendly, their outdoor patio is well lit and comfortable and the food is so tasty. The duck fat chicken wings are a must! And the steak frites burger was deliciously unique. I'll admit it was challenging to eat because it was stacked with caramelized onions and truffle fries, but every bite is worth the mess!
google avatar

Michele F.

Yelp
I stopped here for a late lunch today and was impressed with both the food and the staff. I opted for the beauvine burger, which was juicy but a bit salty for my liking. The sweet potato waffle fries were very good. I paired both with a tahitian vanilla boozy shake, which was also yummy. I left completely stuffed but happy and will definitely return.

Yelp
CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!! I can't believe my waitress possibly committed fraud! My bill was $30.65, I paid with my debit card with a zero tip. I left her a $7.00 cash tip on the table. The actual amount that was charged to my card was $37.15!! She added an additional $6.50 tip on my card. This is insane! I will call my best card company to dispute! I question the worker's integrity at this establishment. I'm sure that I'm not the only person this has happened to. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!! Always keep a copy of the signed receipt. Take a pic of it, then delete once you see the charge hard post on your account. I didn't notice that my picture wasn't clear. But you can make out the 0 for the top. Update: I can't see how that's a mistake if you have the ticket in your hand. What are the odds of two customers with the same amount??? I ordered a salad. two orders of fries and a drink. Update - Since it is quite common to have multiple receipts with the same total and simple mistakes when closing the bill out. Customers- please check your receipts and verify them. I would hate for you to be overcharged because of a simple mistake and a mixup of receipts with the same totals.

Yelp
This place is hands down the best burger spot I've tried in Richmond. It was so good that I had to go back the next day. The ambiance had a hint of fancy while also feeling laid back. The service was great, every person we've had was really nice and took care of us. They go crazy with the sides, they do not skimp out. The sweet potato waffle fries and the onions are bomb. I love the variety of sauces they offer. I got the De Leon burger which is right up my alley. They're gourmet burgers so they are huge. The burger was packed with flavor and juicy. All together it's always an amazing experience. Highly recommend if you're in Richmond!!

Yelp
First time trying Beauvine Burger Concept after hearing so many great reviews! I came in for my birthday lunch with high expectations. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed not only with the quality of food but also the service. In taking our order, I asked Carly if the burger could be cooked medium rare, she advised that they were medium. I followed up with how much pink would the burger have and she stated "a good amount". Upon receipt of my burger it was cooked well done. When she finally came back after we had our food 30 minutes later, my partner inquired about the burger temp. Carly then stated "as I said the burgers are cooked medium to medium well and we can't accommodate temperatures during lunch hour". If this was actually told to me prior to ordering, I would have gotten a turkey burger as I don't normally eat red meat, but because it was my birthday I wanted to treat myself outside of my normal diet. I understand that it was "lunch hour" however there were at least 3 couples who came in after us, ordered, and received their food, paid, and left all before we received our order. This experience was very unfortunate and very unlike the others i've heard. I won't be coming back, but definitely wanted to share my concerns.

Yelp
Came back! This place has a clean restroom and dining area! Table was a little sticky when I sat down tho! Food was as great as last time! The truffle fries are my fav. I built my own burger this time. Service was fine! Server was nice.

Yelp
The service was lovely! Went in during happy hour (4pm-6pm) and it slowly got busier during my stay and that was lovely to watch happen. The food was amazing. Like this is by far the best burger I've ever had. Took it home with some sweet potato waffle fries and reheated them and they were just as amazing as fresh out the kitchen! The aura in the building is lovely. They had a good crowd of people who were regulars and nice staff. Def worth a visit if you love burgers.
